Upon arrival, we were charged more for the stay than what was reserved for. Then found the room was infested with roaches and poorly cleaned. The toilets were clogged and the room was overall uncomfortable.

Cockroaches everywhere—I had to switch rooms because there were too many to count. Then, at 3 AM, the fire alarm was blaring.

This is an infested property. I paid for a room for 2 i did not know that 50 roach guest would be included in my stay. I didn’t even get to stay at the hotel because of this problem. i moved to different rooms and it just got worse. I am terrified of roaches so i had to sleep in my car due to the hotel condition. I had my day perfectly planned out and the check in time was perfect for me to leave at 5pm. I spend a hour inspecting and switching rooms. I have a couple of small disabilities where i can’t pick up heavy things and what made me even more mad was that the carts of your bags didn’t even work so after carrying my stuff on my own to the room and back down and to the next room and back to my car was painful. The staff moved like roaches were a decoration and then told me i have to contact hotels.com for my money back since i was only in the room for 15 mins. I will be contacting corporate about this property. Worst experience of my entire life i have never cried from stress with something so simple i don’t even live over here this was for a little trip and this property caused me to leave early.

There wasnt anything I liked about my stay. As soon as I walked in no one was at the front desk.I waited 15 mins before being greeted.I came from out of town so I was eager to get to my room. The place had a syrong smell and roachss. And the cost was very expensive and I dont think it was worth the money.

Leaving in the morning I travel for work constantly and have stayed in countless hotels over the past 15+ years — this was, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had. For $230 a night, I expected at least a basic level of comfort and cleanliness. Instead, the room was extremely bare-bones — no lamps, a flimsy cot-style bed, and a smell that was nearly unbearable. To make matters worse, there were multiple cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable at any price point. And somehow, that still wasn’t the worst part. The noise on the floor was out of control. Guests were loud well past midnight, and around 1 AM, officers showed up for a wellness check and pounded on a nearby door for over 30 minutes. There was absolutely no sense of management or control over the situation, making it impossible to sleep. This place is not worth the money — or the headache. I would strongly urge anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere.

There were baby roaches in the room and I never brought any kind of food with me.

There was a lot of roaches. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. They were going to charge us for clean towels. We only got 2 towels for two adults for 3 days. I’ve never been charged for towels at an extended stay or anywhere before. The one girl behind the counter was rude. We stayed here before and both experiences were bad

I didnt like the scent of the room, the place is infested with roaches and i definitely didnt like that you only get i set of towels after 14 days, when the room is being clean. If you cant wait you have to pay extra to get a new set

Price was right for accommodations and the area. I didn't realize the lack of two key amenities when I booked online. No coffee machine in rooms. No ice machine or ice buckets in hotel. I compensated by a short walk to convenience store located next to hotel and bought a bag of ice and coffee to go. Overall, for the savings I was very happy with my choice.

Nothing This "hotel" is host to prostitution, drugs, and homeless individuals, it should not be in booking.com. Not to mention the rooms have pests and it's poorly cleaned. I was supposed to stay 2 weeks with my family and didn't stay at all because I felt really unsafe. I had requested a refund that booking.com and the property have yet to deliver. Stay away from this place.

The property are filled with homeless people and limited parking area. The customers service girl was rude, didnt feel like to ask them for anything. A simple extra towel/rag you couldn't get unless you exchanged the 2 that they gave you in the room. And they charged you for dirty towels/rags if you want to exchanged them for a clean one. Would never recommend or stay here again.

The front desk staff was rude and inconsiderate. The room had roaches. Not just one or two. An infestation. The shower was broken and dripped water. The hotel doesn't deserve any stars at all. $--- for one night there, never again!

The room included a refrigerator and air conditioner, but the refrigerator didn't work and the air conditioner had leaked a puddle of water on the floor that extended 4 feet away from the AC unit. Mopped it up with a towel, only to find another puddle later that evening and another the next morning. The beds were comfortable at least.

I booked here last minute because my apartment was doing a termite tenting ⛺️ and I just need some where closeto work and my daughter daycare. The property was definitely nit smoke-free lijs iif advertise and the 1st night the alarm ⏰️ went off frighten us our of our sleep around 5am in the morning. There was no complimentary grab and go breakfast Either. Everywhere we go someone smoking even on the 2nd floored where we stay they were weeds/tobacco scent right through the elevator and outside. I would never stayed here again, the room full a baby roaches. They definitely comes out at night.

Honestly it really wouldn’t be a bad place to stay if they were a lot cleaner and if the lady at the front desk wouldn’t take 20 minutes to come out if the little back room. The only thing is how loud and obnoxious it can be at night. Also the cleaing ladies tend to walk into the rooms while youre still there before check out time. Other than that, staff is nice. Its pretty clean and good pricing for what you get!

We arrived at 10:10 pm, which turned out to be 10 minutes after check-in time had ended…we had no clue about this. We had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to check us in, only to be told that they were sold out even though we had a reservation. They then ended up giving us an alternate room, but said that it was missing some of the amenities that we had paid for. We’re still confused about the contradiction there. The room was sub-par. We were told we could talk to the manager in the morning. Turned out that they didn’t speak English, and we don’t speak the manager’s language…so much for talking to them. We will NEVER return

No housekeeping at all all week. Drug users, homeless, everywhere. No refrigerator, no pots,pans, throw out your own trash, toilet not wrking, nasty stinky hotel, employees tried to get in my room when I didn’t open the door. After I opened the 2 employees said never mind. Front office always closed. Pay to get clean towels. Purchase kitchen pots /pans from office. After checking in you don’t see anyone after that for no reason. People yelling on the 2nd floor loud can’t sleep in.people hit your car, store uses hotel parking lot to get in and out of store, Sherriff visits , smoke alarm turns on constantly. TV doesn’t wrk, wifi no good. People arguing in the halls from midnight to 3am. My truck got hit during my stay and he went in hotel as nothing. We were in the truck and took pics of them. Unsafe place to stay. People all over the parking lot hanging around. Never got my kitchen stuff as promised, false advertising, after you check in you get the paperwork. Rooms - dirty when you check in. Yes! They give you dirty rooms never been cleaned after prior people check out. UNSAFE PLACE TO STAY AT. False pretenses. You call office they say tomorrow, tomorrow etc., until you check out. Customer service number doesn’t care. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WAS IGNORED. After I went in the room. The location is good, but the quality of the service and the conditions of the facility are terrible. The building looks new in the outside and but is seems to be falling apart in from inside out.

Single handedly the MOST AWFUL experience of my hotel stays for a lifetime of staying anyplace anywhere. Seriously considering legal action against the ownership . I documented every single bug with video as I couldn’t believe how awful it was. Does Expedia even care?

The property is well keep, you can see that from the moment you drive up. It quiet and safe for any traveler. Those who are driving, one gas station is just a few feet out side the hotel door.

This property manager was completely unprofessional. The hotel gave me less than 12 hours of notice that the whole hotel would be evacuating for 4 hours to spray for bugs. I am from out of town working overnight shifts and would be sleeping when they wanted me to evacuate. The manager responded with only one solution, i was told to find another hotel and check out of his hotel. He then continued to be rude and then decided it was appropriate to call me gay in front of other hotel guests. It was utterly disgusting how he behaved in his professional field.

Room was roach infested. Facility would not change rooms.

Place is infested with roaches Tv does not work. No one was at front desk. Weak water pressure. The hotel should be fumigated

Very clean room and really polite staff !!!

The microwave did not work. We called several times throughout our stay and they just said someone would come over to fix it. Never did. We bought a bottle of milk but with no way to warm it, we just left it in the room when we left. The kitchen was completely unstocked - no pots, pans, utensils, plates, spoons, knife, nothing. Literally they give you a stove and let you figure it out for yourselves. I went to the nearby Walmart to buy basic kitchen items and then a suitcase to take it back home with me. There were cockroaches all over the room. They gave us one bed for 3 people, despite indicating in the reservation that we were two adults and a child. The sofa bed was terrible. I wonder whether there was a mattress at all or just springs. The front desk gave me several blankets and bed sheets but the springs could be heard and felt for any small movement. The smell in the elevator was unbearable. The room upstairs had a pet or pets running all night making it impossible to sleep. Why would anyone build a hotel with no sound insulation between floors? Beats me. And the worst part was that I booked this on hotels.com for a price that was apparently higher than what the hotel itself charges. The lady at the front desk was surprised by how much I had paid. Next time, we will just book a place on another hotel's website directly.

This property was rundown, smelled like they were trying to mask something with a cheap cleaner. I attempted to contact the property before writing this review but was unsuccessful with getting a response. I checked in late and although it didnt look like the best place mybson and inwere tired sonwe went to dinner and then came back and went to bed. About 5am my son woke me up and told me there were bugs crawling in the bathroom. I turned on the lights and cockroaches everywhere. Walls of the room, bathroom, everywhere. I had booked 3 nights and before the first night had completed we grabbed our stuff and headed down to tell the front desk we werw leaving. At the front desk was a sign saying sold out and the counter was closed. We left and went to another hotel for the rest of our stay. I attempted to call the front desk and reach the property management and was unsuccessful. Not only did i not get my money back but i had to pay for another room at another hotel. I would call the health department on this porperty and have it shut down.
