The woman who greeted us upon arrival was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Our very spacious, well-designed room looked and smelled clean. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. And the free breakfast buffet was excellent! The food was hot, and they served a large variety of very tasty food options! The room was quiet outside, of a common hotel issue of loud A/C systems.

Great stay overall. The location was perfect, and having a truly pet‑friendly setup made things so much easier for us. The staff was great to work with from start to finish. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay.

Nice clean hotel, breakfast was ok. The room advertised a pull out double bed sofa. It was barely a super single, but it was comfortable for a pull out. Ice machine is in the refrigerator in the room and if you don't know to turn it on when you get to the room, then you will not have ice for the morning. Price was a little high, but what can you do about that anymore?

Shower not clean and no body wash. Great staff very accommodating.. I will stay here again and again and again.

Loved this place! The pool and hot tub were wonderful, pool was heated. Great Basketball Court area. My son loved all the amenities as well. Staff was super nice! Definate yes, stay here.

Honestly, everything the hotel offered was great, customer service was great, the person who sets up the breakfast area was good at what she did. I’m glad I stayed here instead of where I was going to stay.

Clean, maintained

Not happy with the room. The bed was too soft, comforter was lumpy. Room was decorated in a very modernistic way. But it just seemed tacky. The kitchen had no condiments at all, so if we had cooked, we would have had to go out and buy salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Ice maker was either disconnected or broken. Shower handle was attached incorrectly, it took forever to figure out hot water. Carpet felt damp.

Nice place with well stocked suites. Very nice area that feels safe and quiet. Loved having a 2 bedroom suite so we could have a good night's sleep in our own rooms (the kids slept great too). Nice beds and plenty of chargers. The rooms felt well thought out with storage and anything you might need. decent breakfast, it's a bit small but good for a hotel breakfast. Only complaint is that the alarms on the clock were set to go off at like 5 am and we were not familiar with it so we snoozed it or there were multiple alarms that were set to go off. Would recommend checking that before you go to sleep.

The location was close to the airport. There were some pretty noisy folks hanging by the pool and our room was right above it. We were tired when we arrived and wanted to nap but the voices echoed so no nap. They were gone by quiet hours though. The person checking us in was a bit unprofessional. She said a few things that took me by surprise.

The location of the hotel is also very convenient as there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which was helpful. It’s also approximately 7 miles from the Sanford airport, which is why we chose to stay there. It truly is a lovely hotel, which was moderately priced and I would highly recommend it to others! You will be very pleased with your stay!

The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. Rooms are spacious and the bed is comfy. The only drawback is the breakfast which has very limited choice and not tasty at all. The even didn’t have pancakes or waffles for kiddos

Only thing is I paid for everything online and reserved and they needed my debit card to keep on file so I said ok that’s fine and they charged me 20$ that I have not received back and I did not authorize

The staff is amazing. So nice and helpful. The hotel is getting old. Our room had a smell of cigarette smoke. The toilet leaks at tank. The carpet is older and holding that smell. The suite has No oven. We saw an oven in the photos when booking. The breakfast is good. Again the front desk folks are so kind.

Mixed bag here. Staff is very helpful, rooms are spacious And well appointed. Drawbacks were that there were some plumbing issues where there was no water for several hours on 2 different days. Wi-Fi signal also needs to be really improved. Nonetheless hotel management did make amends for the inconvenience on the plumbing. just double check with them before you make a reservation that their plumbing is working well.

Expedia showed our room as a king with double pull out sofa, sleeping 4. The sofa is clearly a twin, so the room sleeps 3, not 4. It was frustrating to have the desk staff insist the sofabed to be a double. I would not have booked the room at a premium cost had the description been accurate.

Really liked how this property was losed to orlando but far enough that i dont have to deal with the traffic/pdople. Also, there are enough activities (top golf, wekiwa, etc) close by you dont even have to drive into orlando.

When I checked out at 6:10am, another attendant, who I believe was a wait staff person, had to go behind the desk to alert him that I wanted checkout assistance. I expected better service from the Resident Inn chain.

Breakfast was excellent with hot Jimmy Dean variety sandwiches, oatmeal, coffee, cereal etc. exceeded our expectations.

Love location

We stayed there for a week and will stay there again when we visit Lake Mary. The facility was clean, the breakfast was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Excellent place to stay.

Plenty of space in the suite. Well equipped. As everywhere, limited staff on duty, but they did their best. Had to make an appointment for full service room clean at least a day ahead of time. Good about replacing towels, etc. when set outside. Barking dogs were a bit of a problem at the end of our stay. Overall, very good. Would stay again.

Kathy who works the evening shifts was one of the nicest staff members I've ever met.

We enjoyed the gigantic suite!! Room 507 is very nice with plenty of space. Felt like we could really spread out and relax. Our room had a full kitchen with refrigerator. However the only “ice” maker on the property was the in room freezer that had been turned off. Would be 5/5 on everything except for the missing ice!!

If you don’t mind looking out your window and seeing the rooftop with air conditioning units and super bright flood lights, this room is for you. No view what so ever in this unit. It feels like every time I book with Hotels.com I get a second rate room that no one else wants. The breakfast as shown in the picture wasn’t offered. To-go bags with sugar, sugar and more sugar were provided by a snarky front desk attendant. Apple danish, uncrustable, cranberry juice, granola bar, yogurt and frozen orange were in the to-go bag. Thank goodness for the bananas at the front desk or we wouldn’t have had anything to start our day out with. The woman that checked us in was fabulous. But the older gentlemen this morning, was far from pleasant and helpful. There was some sort of ball tournament this weekend so the hotel was overran with kids and loud music from a DJ in the pool area. We weren’t able to go down and sit by the fire pit or use the pool area because of all of the people gathered celebrating a victory. The elevators were disgusting and there was trash and spilled drinks on the floor and in the main elevator waiting areas. Don’t get me wrong, I have kids and I get that kids will be kids. But for $289 a night, I would have expected to be able to use the amenities and not have to slip on spilled drinks on the floor and be given a bag of sugar for breakfast. We tried this one hoping for a nice romantic weekend trip, but that didn’t happen. We will go to the Hilton next time.

There was a sign stating that breakfast was served until 10am on the weekend. At 9:10 there was no breakfast to be found. When asked, a staff member said "oh, that's an old sign. Breakfast ended at 9."

This hotel was wonderful the studio room I had was awesome I'm just so upset I didn't get to stay there longer. The staff was super nice and caring would definitely come back.

The suite states it sleeps 4 it’s really only 3. The foldout couch was a double and not suitable for 2 people and was uncomfortable. Front desk was quick and helpful. Due to Covid trash was not picked up and there was not a trash can in the floor that we could find. Pet friendly hotel was great. Rooms were small for a suite but clean and updated.

Front desk said there were no rooms even after we had fully paid for the room through hotels.com. We stayed one night after driving 16 hours from NY. Spent an hour at check in with a line out the door at midnight for him to find a room that was not even the room we paid for. Then after getting in bed front desk started calling us every 10 min. At 2am, 2:10, 2:20 etc: because the guy checking us in forgot to swipe the card I gave him 3x for incidentals (hotel was paid for). After I told him i would do it in the morning as I was already in bed he kept calling... Horrible experience!!!! Horrible!!!!! Worst night sleep ever!

Residence Inn is one of our favorite hotels. This one did not disappoint. We were looking for something near the auto train and this was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel. Super comfortable. We had a two bedroom suite and it was amazing, especially because it wasn’t that expensive for what the space provided. It has two king beds, 2 bathrooms and a full equipped kitchen. Because of COVID the have a grab and go continental breakfast. The laundry room, gym and pool are super comfortable. The hotel is very clean and the most important for us is that is a pet friendly hotel. I fully recommend it.

We had a great stay! Kids loved the big rooms with high ceilings. Felt like home away from home with the kitchen.

Unfortunately due to the pandemic there was no food or cleaning services, we had to service our own room, the staff were awesome though and we enjoyed our 2 week stay while waiting for our house to be ready.
