The shower in the room was horrible. Might want to hire someone to maintain things like this!!!

The hotel was great. But we had a late flight that didn't get us to the hotel till after midnight. I had asked about a late check out and was told there would be a few and we could only find out the morning of. Which defeated the point. We were getting ready and the housekeeper knocked on the door at 9:30 am to ask if we were leaving. His report told him we had already checked out. So much for a little extra sleep. The breakfast was cold. But at least the coffee was hot. I would stay there again but just not for a late night arrival again.

I didn't catch his name but the night clerk that checked us in was great! We were here just for the night as it was convenient to the airport. The beds were comfortable with many different pillows types on them. The breakfast food was good except there were no sugar-free options in the waffle sryup or juices to drink for my diabetic son. He didn't ask if they had any SF sryup and didn't see the water that was on the coffee bar until after breakfast(I don't drink coffee). He had a migraine later that was probably triggered by the extra sugar in the juice. He never thought about it not being sugar free like our last hotel. No light by the door, but a switch that controlled the outlet at the desk with a light on it. To use the charging ports the light had to stay on. It was a slightly strange set up.

There was good amount of parking available. We were able to park fairly close to the side door. The room was clean. The facilities was clean. Quick checkout. I just told them my name and room number and that was it since it was prepaid. We had several problems, especially with the shower/bath tub. First, there was no body wash in the provided large bottles inside the shower. I found that out while in trying to wash off. After I completed my shower, I found that there were these little teensy bottles of body wash on the counter. Second, the handle to turn the water on needs to turn point to 11:00 for warm water. Instead it was so loose, that it would swing down to 6:00 which was the hottest temperature. I was not burned but it did hurt to get sprayed with very hot water. We contacted the front desk and they said they would send someone to check it later that day. I went back to my room and 5 minutes later we had a maintenance guy there to fix it but after working on it for a couple of hours, We had to leave and later when we came back that day, I checked with the front desk. They had moved us to another room but neglected to tell us that. Luckily I thought ahead to check. Unfortunately, the new room had the same problem with the shower handle being so loose that it would not stay in correct position. I used a wash rag to counter balance that handle. Third, the water pressure was extremely low. It is very hard to shower off sunscreen when the water is more or less a trickle. The thermostat in the room did not work, so AC would stay on all night, even if it was the correct temperature, The AC is those little wall units that are very loud. Bring your ear plugs if you want to sleep. The continental breakfast was ok. The best thing was the waffles you make yourself however there was always a line and it takes about 4-5 minutes to prepare and cook the waffle, so if there is anyone in front of you, there was a wait of 10-15 minutes or more. The scrambled eggs were those fake kind with no seasoning. The sausages tasted good but they looked like they were steamed with no pan fry marks on them, The juices were tasty if you mixed orange juice and the tropical splash.

The location to my venues. The room was not inspected before releasing it to me. The TV was not working. The air conditioner was not working. I had to call 4 times for the staff to come and fix it. For a night and entire day I had to withstand the hot room temperature.

From the moment we walked into our room, the bathroom was disgusting! The sink was full of dirt, and the tub with small roaches! Our room also smelled like someone had smoked in it. Never again will I recommend this place to anyone.

The property is beautiful. It’s private but still so close to everything! The staff were great. The breakfast was great with many options.

Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly at check-in, and we even received complimentary water upon arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good, and we appreciated that the pool was open until 10 PM so our kids could swim after we arrived. Would stay here again! 😊

The very first day we got into our room it smelt like bleach we were told it's because the room was just cleaned I sat on the bed to rest a little before heading out, on my way out my daughter noticed my dress was discolored in the back. I went to the front desk to lanch my complaints I was told it would be forwarded to the manager. Long story short I checked out the time I was supposed to and still did not get any confirmation or composition for my brand new dress. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

There were dirty towels and washcloths left in the bathroom when I checked in, and the rusty stopper was sitting in the middle of the tub. The front desk said they would be right up with a key to a new room. 20 minutes later, I went down to the front desk to get the key myself.

We arrived to the property late on Thursday night. The room was hot. We turned the air way down but it wasn’t working properly. I told the front desk the next morning. I was told the would have maintenance take care of it while we were out. When we returned that evening the air hadn’t been repaired. They told me they didn’t have any other rooms to move me to. The next day I was finally moved to a room with working air. I was told they would compensate me for the two nights but I haven’t been to this point. The new room was fine. I wish I could have gotten it from the first day.

This Hotel was perfectly located for our needs. Check in was swift and Jim even came to our room to show us how to get the TV connected to the programming. Breakfast was a highlight—especially the waffle maker! Such a fun and tasty way to start the morning. Our room was cozy, and the bed was so comfortable we knocked out right away. The microwave worked great and was super convenient. The only small issue was that the refrigerator felt more like a freezer. Another plus was the location—Fresh Market and a nearby plaza with lots of different food options made grabbing anything we needed really easy. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay while enjoying the springs. Thank you!

The room on the 3rd floor was not in the best condition. The underside of the toilet was very dirty, there was mold on the shower ceiling, one of the towels was stained, and the coffee machine somehow had water and coffee in it, with utensils left inside the water tank. I explained all of this to the front desk person at checkout, and he simply said, “You are all set for today.” We arrived late and, unfortunately, did not notice these issues until the morning.

Breakfast was warm, reasonable options, not stellar.

Hotel offers complimentary breakfast but on daily basis they bring out of coffee. A designated staff member to help with coffee refills, clean waffle maker, floor or counters would help. Somebody dropped a sausage on the floor that I had to picked up and clean since it could have been dangerous for other people walking by.

The treadmills didn’t work and didn’t have an out of order sign on them. I walked around the building for my exercise with a new friend I met he was very nice. Please fix the treadmills and the elevators paint is peeling off and it looks like the floor is rotted by the walls.

They do not clean the rooms and restock everyday if you are staying. We were there for a week and had to get towels, coffee an ourselves and empty the garbage ourselves. They didn’t make the bed or vacume either.

Worst hotel room I’ve stayed at in a long time! To start there were some very nasty stains on the chair that have clearly been there for quite a while. There was no way in hell I was about to even sit in that chair next to the bed was falling off the pedestal when I got in the room so I had to figure out how to put that back on before I could even get in the bed. There’s no vent fan in the bathroom so every time you take a shower, the room is humid as hell. I ended up leaving a day early and going to stay at another hotel cause I couldn’t stand the stink in that room all in all I will never step foot in that hotel ever again.

This property is dirty. The room smelled horrible. And overall it was filthy. The towels were small thin and hardly useable for a shower. We asked for a late check out but still they heavily knocked over and over. The staff was kind but overall this hotel is very dirty and run down.

Breakfast was solid and for the price it’s tough to beat.

The night staff member was excellent the morning staff member not so much. The bread had green mold…I have photos. The coffee was totally watered down. Worse of all there was a loud beeping sound outside of room 127 ALL NIGHT LONG. It was maddening. I reported it but nothing could be done. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

The room was very worn. Chair was frayed, carpet and bedspread were worn. I don't know what it is about La Quinta Inns. They all have an oder to them, for sure not good, kind of stale.

The place is clean and maintenance was visible daily, so that is a plus. Plenty of parking. Quiet at night - except weekends were noisier as the place is booked up. Nice patio to drink some coffee in the morning. Would stay again.

This property was in a great location for us and that was it! We walked in the room and it smelled like dog! We brought air freshener thank God! The rest was horrible! The bathroom was so dirty that we didn't shower! Bathroom sink was dirty and hadn't been scrubbed for a while,the tub had thick mildew around handrail and soap scum everywhere! The clock and charging stand and the phones were covered in dust! One more thing the fire alarm was hanging from the wall! I'm 68 years old and climbing on the bed to try and fix it! Icouldn't fix it so another lady 66 years old climbed up and she did fix it! The hotel booked a children's sport team and it sounded like a heard of buffalo running untill 1:00 am! Very unpleasant!

Only recommendations: A. stock rooms with pillows that do not have feathers to accommodate guests with allergies. B. Check shower dispensers to refill if necessary.

Initial room had a smell & bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. Pubic hairs were all over the shower curtain. Neither was the floor mopped. Carpet smelled of urine. Staff moved us to another room upon request. We then requested our new room to be cleaned during our stay & was told cleanings had to be “scheduled” in order for the room to be cleaned. Asked for fresh bed sheets to put on ourselves at the least- it was like pulling teeth to get new sheets. Overall the staff were nice as well as the neighborhood location. Cleanliness was a huge downfall.

The environment was clean and smelled good at first look but if one looks closer you'll see the ground in dirt of carpet, mold under shower mat. Front desk staff hiding in back. Price is good, so you don't get what you don't pay for, like a clean room.

This property is lovely. Lot's of trees and felt safe. Jim at the front desk on check in was very friendly and helpful. All the staff was nice.The breakfast was good with multiple options. My only bad mark was that the pet friendly room we stayed in was quite worn. Needed an update. However they bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Would stay again.

The staff were excellent but the property was not. I usually book based on reviews and I am not sure how the reviews on this place were so good. This hotel was not nice and when we checked in our room had hair all over the pillows and sheets and blood on the sheets. We were moved to another room but definitely would not ever stay here again.

The beds could have been made after first night’s stay along with changing towels we used.

Breakfast was ready at 6:00 a.m. as promised, was hot, well prepared and lots of variety. Coffee is available 24/7. Check-out was literally 2 minutes. Highly recommend and would stay here again

The ONLY thing I did not like was the shower head. It brought and incredibly weak shower. I do have to say that I failed to travel with shampoo and conditioner for this trip, so I used the hotel shampoo and conditioner and it was really good. Otherwise, clean hotel, comfortable bed, nice sized room and awesome staff.

Room was large and clean with a proper desk and office chair. There was only one elevator ( at least at the reception end of the building) and it was very slow, stopping at every floor. Breakfast was fine but it would be great if they could have real plates and cutlery.

The room smelled very musty. The beds and pillows were awful. The pillows were either flat or felt like they had chunks of foam in them. The bathroom had its own issues. The shower faucet when you would try to set the temperature you wanted the handle wouldn't stay, it kept falling back toward the HOT temperature side which was very dangerous. We had to wedge something around the handle to keep it still so we wouldnt get burnt. There were hugh water stains in the ceiling of the shower. We have stayed at this hotel before but will not be staying again.

There was an active water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom above the toliet and pieces of the ceiling started to fall. The hotel was fully booked so they were unable to move us to another room and they did not offer any accommodation.

elevator was out our room was on 5 th floor there was no water pressure toilet was not flushing house keeping did not clean but entered our room and there was a water main break in the lobby and we did not have water for several hours all during a bridal party and wedding preparations

WiFi never worked. I complained and they just said they were working on it. As I was about to check out they told me I can use their secured WiFi but it was too late. Also rooms are supposed to be smoke free but smelled smoke in the hallways and my room had been smoked in.

Dropped off our luggage at 10am knowing check-in wasn’t until 3 but we got in early and wanted to head to Universal. Staff looked after our luggage for the day, super kind. Returned that even to another very kind front desk person who got us checked in and discussed morning transportation options. Again, super kind! Checked out this morning with an equally kind front desk staff member. I was very impressed with all 3… good reception is hard to come by and these three guys were very pleasant and helpful for our short 20 hours there!

Staff was friendly but the location could use some improvements. Our shower had rust around the drain and the water pressure was very low. The complimentary breakfast would run out of food every morning well before the cut off time and was often cold.

Beds were way too hard for comfort. We slept but not very well. The microwave light was very bright, and lit half the room up. I finally unplugged it the second night, and discovered a tv, refrigerator, and microwave all plugged into a single plug with a splitter, definitely not safe. This needs to be fixed, a fire on the top floor would be extremely dangerous. The staff were friendly enough, breakfast was adequate. But there was a store near the front desk with drinks, food and medicine. I noted that 75% of the drinks were expired. I let the front desk know, they said someone external handled that but they’d alert them. We only stayed here because our reservation in Orlando near Universal was canceled while we were on our way to the city. We couldn’t find anything else in our price range. This place was adequate, nothing more, and too far from Orlando for comfort or ease.

The hotel and rooms looks dirty and outdated, definitely not recommended for the same prices you can find something better and way closer to Orlando, this hotel is very far from everyplace in Orlando.

Places that look this bad need to be shut down until they can undergo a full renovation. It’s aesthetically run down. First off I noticed all the other doors on the outside after seeing mine as I went in, are dented. Like crazy! Ask yourself what kind of riff raff these places have rented rooms to over the years who would damage the entry doors this bad! Someone been kicking ALL of them?? Or did they purchase the doors like this? My bathroom reaped of cig smoke. I swear! If it wasn’t so late and I wasn’t so tired, I would have called the front desk to demand better. This morning I look at the shower head up top and the round part that covers it is loose. It was away from the actual wall. I thought is that where they pulled it away to place some hidden camera? I swear we’re living amongst the worst of the worst now. Newer chain hotels wind up getting really run down because I guarantee that’s how most of the people who stay there live! An ongoing lesson I’m learning you get what you pay for but then again no! I’ve paid less to stay even in places like Nashville and the hotel was in an incredible area. Immaculate, friendly staff, top notch breakfast area you actually want to sit down in and everything is newer looking, updated and very fresh. No wall stains, no carpet stains (this dark carpet had a huge round one) so if you’re stuck like I was? Keep looking or sleep in your car. I’m sick that I could have spent probably 50 more dollars and got aomething like I just said!

It was wonderful, friendly staff, clean Hotel, I had stayed at one in tampa several years ago, you just feel at home, the ease and the comfort, can't beat it. You will always be on my go to hotel for travel.

Staff and management were not understanding of an emergency situation that prevented me from checking in on a Friday even when called early in the day to explain the situation, asked to talk to management , had to leave a message but no return call. I still planned on checking in on Saturday so it’s not like I was cancelling all together. Still charged me for 2 nights even though I only stayed for 1 night. Should have had better customer service especially since I was a frequent customer at this hotel. But, NOT AGAIN.

Bathroom was in poor condition. The bathtub had stains and was not properly cleaned. Also water kept dripping from the faucet. Bedroom was neat and breakfast was great. Not sure why room key was deactivated before the 11am checkout time. Went for breakfast and upon return could not use key to access room

Breakfast was decent. Like having the sausage gravy option. Pool and hot tub were good temps and the area was clean. The room was nice, but the shower was made for people under 6' apparently and the water pressure was weak. I'd definitely go back since that's my biggest complaint.

The AC unit wouldn't stay on and then the front of the unit actually fell off while we were sleeping. We were told there would not be housekeeping in the room without requesting it ( they come every 3rd day) and they came in anyway..i had to go down to the desk to get a do not disturb sign and then after placing a do not disturb sign there was a fire alarm test. They were doing some sort of construction in the room next to us and began drilling into concrete around 7:15am. The guests on the other side had a dog that barked all night. The parking is extremely limited. We have stayed at this location multiple times in the past but we will not go back. It has continually gone down hill in the past 6-8 months

This property was the nastiest property that I have ever stayed at…This was our second time staying at this site and by far the worst we booked a handicap room since we were traveling with my mother who needed wheelchair access upon entering the room we were welcomed with the smell of urine… the bathroom had mold & mildew smell with visible mildew on the shower chair,dirty floors with hair visible throughout the bathroom floor…as I spoke to housekeeping she informed me that room had moisture issues yet they’re still booking out this room.still after talking to housing keeping and front desk staff nothing was done to accommodate us.. to make matters worse they decided to skip our room with cleaning that day. ROOM 123 at this site needs to be reevaluated and the moisture issues needs to be addressed ASAP. I will never book with this hotel or any other LaQuinta site again

From the day we arrived, we had issues with the door lock, our key didn’t work, and with only one person at the front desk handling everything, it made the process slow and frustrating. In fact, we were moved to two different rooms because of repeated problems with the locks, either the batteries died or the lock itself stopped working. At one point, our belongings even got stuck in the room, and we had to wait for assistance to get them out. I want to highlight that the staff, especially Emma, was kind and accommodating. She personally helped us with the door and made the situation easier to handle. However, even with their politeness, it was disappointing to lose valuable vacation time dealing with room changes and door issues instead of enjoying our trip. This hotel has potential, but proper staffing and better maintenance are definitely needed.

The hotel was a good price. We had a double bed room and one of the bed's sheets were either stained badly or not changed at all. I didn't touch the area to find out, pretty disturbing stains, I almost requested a room switch.

Walking in I noticed how clean and bright the entry way was and very clean. Our room was done over except the bathroom. It was outdated. They seriously need to redo the bathroom. The window in our room hadn't been washed in a long time.The breakfast varied daily yet some items remained the same. It was a decent offering and plenty of choices. Staff was not very engaged with the customers. Because of the price point and location, I would stay again.

Enjoy a one night stay on drive through from Orlando airport to somewhere & again on way back to airport after holiday. Very quiet area, always nice welcome with friendly people. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds/nice bathroom and amenities ie fridge/microwave/coffee machine. Reception & dining area pleasant and a good choice for breakfast. Like the outside garden section too with it's pool and hot tub. Only thing I think would be most welcome would be some umbrellas for sun shade by the pool. Would highly recommend.

I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars if it wasn’t for the staff. The GM was extremely helpful when we needed to switch rooms and Tim was very nice when we needed a few things for our room. The beds were very comfy and quite clean. The biggest issue is other guests. Lots of people smoking and being loud, but the hotel seems to handle it well!

This property was perfect for our quick trip. We really enjoyed the outdoor area to relax in. One of my pet peeves is staying in a place with nowhere to be except the room! My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower. I have thin hair and I thought I would never get the shampoo out of my hair!

Checked in late and all staff were very friendly during our whole stay. Comfortable beds, not too firm and not too soft. Love the very clean facility and rooms. Continental breakfast had everything and not just pastries. A miracle happened, not one complaint from my big family, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Check-in/out process was easy. Clean room and polite housekeepers. Large room with a nice layout. I am grateful that the woman in the suite next to mine checked out the next morning, as I scheduled a last minute interview. She was incredibly loud with cursing and yelling at someone on the phone and I could hear her as if she had been sitting next to me. I didn’t complain to the front desk as she went to bed at the same time I did. However if she had not checked out when she did, I would have requested to switch to another suite. I would stay here again.

Every thing was good

Had a great stay! There was an issue with me being double charged. The issue ended up being fixed after I left, but would have been nice if it could have happened at the property without doing a fraud report. That took nearly two weeks to get resolved and resorted in having to use extra money.

There was a water leak somewhere in our room causing the carpet to be sopping wet along the windows. Management was notified and discounted 1 night by $30.

First of all I did a late or tardy intake but I did not get to do a late check out, once I got there I was already checked in and the response that I got was that; hey the hotel gotta get paid no matter what, then I went to take a shower and can only get cold water when I called the front desk never got an answer horrible experience then the bathtub filled up and will not drain. Room was supposed to be non-smoking. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Aside from that, room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, staff was kind, area felt safe.

The elevators look terrible and if you look around you can see where the "refresh" didn't quite refresh anything. My medicine case had many day's worth of meds gone when I returned for the night. Not cool. With the highway right behind it, the road noise is easily heard.

The sink in my bathroom would fill up after seconds of running water and would take minutes to drain. There was some nastiness to the smell.

Called the front desk and Rosemarie came and changed the box works for about 30 minutes and shot off again. VERY DISSAPOINTING EXPERIENCE

Clean, comfortable room. Staff was excellent. Friendly, helpful, proactive and attentive. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the coffee, waffles and biscuits especially. The pool was nice and clean, although the towels were small. I woukd suggest that you bring your own toiletries, as they supply veey tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner, and no lotion. All in all a good value and very convenient.

Check in was fast and easy. Building was nice and in a perfect area. Room was clean and a/c blasted. Had a super cold fridge and microwave. Very spacious room. Problem was the bed, oh my goodness it was hard, not a good night sleep at all.

The 2 things we did not like, was (1) the toilet in the room, it was so low that we had to fall down on it and it took great effort to get up. We have never had this problem before. (2) The 24hr coffee bar was undrinkable at 8:30.. If it is offered 24 hrs it needs to be fresh enough to drink.

We like this hotel & have one night stays - when we arrive in Orland & then night before we leave. Quiet & comfortable hotel, nice rooms with clean & comfortable beds with fridge/microwave/coffee machine too. Good bathroom & nice shower/bath with hot water. Nice outside area with pool but didn't use this time as too tired. Also nice reception/dining area with variety of food for breakfast (but husband said sausage/egg was cold but didn't complain). There are food outlets a short drive away. Reasonable rates for rooms at the moment & will be staying again.

On the first day the room was not clean to my standards. We were two individuals and not enough towels, therefore we couldn’t take a bath. The tissue box was empty, not enough paper roll. A terrible experience, I will not recommend your hotel to any of my colleagues or family.

We had to switch rooms because the mini fridge wasn’t working properly it was missing a leg and wasn’t balanced properly and it was unplugged . And it left a lot of water on the floor. The next room they put me in the toilet handle was an issue. U had to flush it 3 times per use. When I stay at any hotels I always check out things in the room. And always look under the beds. The hotel needs to invest in a shark vacuums because the vacuums the cleaners are using are not getting under the beds and it’s disgusting. Also the carpet on the right side of the bed was sticky my socks were sticking to it and I let the front desk know all this. The elevators in the hotel also can use attention because u have stuff peeling in them they look old and falling apart and very noisy and concerning to other guests. Overall the hotel is nice and average I understand im not staying in a 5 star $500 night room. But if u want repeat guests to stay there again the hotel can use some tlc and better vacuums to get u see the beds. And the cable service sucks there were hardly any good stations to watch. Invest in smart TVs because people can watch also with apps. To be perfectly honest my experience to this hotel was average. Staff was very nice but I wouldn’t stay there again.

We had a delayed flight and didn’t check in until 4 am. We got a knock on our door at 9:30 from housekeeping. She was asking when we were going to check out. She didn’t speak English so she did a text to translate. I was aware of the check out time when we checked in. I don’t know why they had to wake us up to ask when we were leaving. The hotel was very nice for the price.

The customer service was good. The had to be fixed by front office each night. The room was neat but what really sticks in my mind is the carpet that smelled so loud as if dust was right under it. It should have been shampooed or deodorized. I couldn’t tell if it was just odor from the vacuum. I bought spray deodorant and that didn’t help. So I spent my time there sleeping with my head tucked in my inner elbow each night. It was my first time staying at a Laquinta and unfortunately it will not be my first choice in the future.

We stayed here right after the remodel and pleased to see that it is being kept up. Lake Mary is a really beautiful area.

I was happy to be there at first. The first night we had people in the hallway partying loudly till 10:15pm. Fresh fruits like pineapple, watermelon were not available. The bed was harder than I remembered and the pillows were lumpy. Third night someone knocked on our door we thought it was that our TV was too loud we lowered it and no one was at the door. in fact creepy sounds proceeded after we turned our TV off. like someone scratching at the door and low whistle. Finally it all stopped and I was able to go to sleep. Other than that it was good.

Check-in was quick and staff was friendly. However, the reception area was relatively warm like if the a/c wasn't working. I stayed in room 119, it smelled and looked clean. Room was nice and cool. The bathroom had everything I needed, however it would be nice if they included some skin cream or hand lotion. But they did have soap and shampoo. I did use the treadmill for some exercise. I had a quiet, comfortable night's sleep. No complaints here.

Our room was clean. Bed comfortable. We stay at this La Quinta whenever we visit our family in Lake Mary. Convenient location, about 10 minutes from our family home. Great breakfast included.

This property is very convenient to the Sunrail station in Lake Mary, less than 10 minutes away, which we took to go to Winter Park for the day. It was also close to several dining options which we appreciated.

Overall it was an okay experience but I hope not to repeat . The front desk staff was mediocre at best. Room cleaning staff were good. I usually stay at Hampton Inns but all ones in this area were booked. If you are looking for an average stand here is your place.

And no way you are getting any sleep here. Got in at midnight after a long flight. Took over 30 minutes to get checked in. Finally, got to sleep then by 7 am already getting text messages waking me up to let me know about my upcoming checkout time which isn't until 11 am. Shortly after 8 am they start knocking on the door wanting to clean the room, wasn't sure if we had checked out yet. Check Out time is 11 am, they shouldn't be beating on your door at 8 am to start cleaning rooms.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was great. Very clean and front staff was friendly and polite. Room comfortable, clean and spacious. Free full breakfast in the morning and coffee all day. We enjoyed our stay there.

Secluded and convienient. Definitely a safer area.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

It was an overall good experience would probably stay again if in the area and it fits my needs at the time

Business trip, 3 night's on a mattress that's well past its prime 🙁

We stay here every year around this time. Also been great! this year we had a fighting couple on our floor who went on for hours and a barking dog that seemed to run the halls and jump on walls and doors. Afraid to stick my head out the door to see what was going on

Swimming pool water was not heated! Hot tub was the same temperature as the swimming pool. Manager on duty said it was being fixed! Was there two nights and still didn’t work!

Place is nice, check in was no headache. Room was clean and bathroom was missing couple of things, two small soaps and a bottle of shampoo enough for one person. Thank God my wife brought shampoo. A text was sent at 6:30 to let us know check out time (11:00) was approaching. Elevators need TLC

Poor customer sservice

Overall the space of the room was amazing. Plenty of room to move around with a family of four. The only down side is that the beds were too small for 2 people to fit comfortabley, even though I did put 4 people would be sleeping in the same room. And the tub pipe did not close all the way so there was constant leak. Everything else was great. They also had 24hr coffee which I live for.

Room is good. Pillows uncomfortable. Breakfast just ok. Friendly staff!
