Everything was excellent! Clean room, pleasant staff, wonderful property over all.

Room was cute, but the walls are paper thin. There were hairs in the bed, dogs barking, doors slamming, bed was hard…. the one pillow case had thick brown marks on it… probably the worst sleep I’ve had in a long time lol thankfully it was only for a night.

Overall everything was great the only thing lacking was water pressure, it was very, very low.

Needed more breakfast selection. The first room had a very bad smell like a dog. Give another room a/c and phone did not work.

Fitness center was missing equipment. Rooms were missing body lotion, which is something I think should be included with the stay. Otherwise the room was nice, odd layout but good space. Staff were all nice.

1st room was right next to ice machine and the ac was in and out. Terrible nights sleep- Second room had stains (brown stains ) all over the sofa and had an Oder. 3rd room the bed had a sage in the middle. Stayed there one night and wanted to leave . The hotel would not approve a refund so I was either there another night or lose $200. So disappointed. Staff is friendly and try to accommodate - when not on cell phones or overloaded with paperwork at the front desk scattered every wear. Oh and the beep beep beep of the people working on a lift for something on the roof wasn’t pleasant and the homeless people that park their bikes along side the trees towards the end of the parking lot and come in to get a free breakfast - you may want to be aware of that. I watched it happen 2 days . So uncomfortable knowing that random people can come in and enjoy the amenities that I’m paying $600 for 3 days for is a lot off putting I won’t be returning or referring anyone to this hotel

It was fine. I thought you could have had some berries there, but I was glad to see the bananas. The room was very clean and the service was wonderful. However, the shower needs a deep cleaning because there is some mold. Also, the back of the bathroom door in the corner needs to be scrubbed.

Sara was amazing. She and one other coworker were the only ones working, and they were handling the front desk, bar, and kitchen all at once. With both a basketball and softball tournament going on, the place was packed with kids and families, but she stayed calm, professional, and kind the entire time—even dealing with a few rude customers. She truly went above and beyond and absolutely deserves a raise!

We had 2 rooms. 1 was great the other had a leaky shower and sink and during our 2 night stay it ws not fixed. Otherwise it was good.

When we arrived the room was smelling of an overwhelming smell of cleaning supplies. My eyes burned and i had to leave for a couple of hours. There was one inch between the toilet and bathroom door. It was very difficult to get in. The list of tv stations was a photocopy and the whole first column had the first number missing.

I made a reservation through Expedia for 2 queen beds. At 3pm I called the front desk to inform them we would be checking in around 9-11 pm because the dance competition was still going. Once we got there at 1015 the front desk said they gave away our double queen bedroom and were given a king with a sofa pull out bed. When questioned about this change he replied saying "the room you reserved is not guaranteed through Expedia", which is false. If the room isn't available the website will tell you its not available and redirect you. I asked to speak to the manager and he says she wont be in until Tuesday and we were there only for the one day. Then we get to the room and find we need more blankets. I call and ask for 2 additional blankets and wait almost an hour. I then go back down where there is a young lady now and I give her my room number and request and she says, sorry I forgot about you we are busy down here. She goes and gets the "blankets". I go back to our room and take them out the bag and its not blankets its fitted sheets. In the morning I am sitting on the couch and here 3 knocks, no announcement, then someone tries to gain entry. Thankfully the latch is on and the cant open the door all the way and I yell stop because my wife is near topless. They say its housekeeping and they will come back later then close the door with no apology. This experience was subpar and dissatisfying. A refund would make this better.

Spacious room but had odor

stayed at your property on January 12, 2026. I wasn’t aware that remodeling was taking place. I was in room 212, and the smoke detector was broken and hanging from the ceiling. Additionally, my bed wasn’t freshly made—it was wrinkled and balled up as if the blanket had been pulled up in a hurry. As a member, I was able to check out at 1:30 p.m., but I couldn’t rest because housekeeping knocked on my door three times, even after I told them I was checking out at 1:30 p.m. I felt like they were rushing me. Also, the Wi-Fi kept blinking on and off. For the amount I paid for that room, I didn’t expect to experience these issues.

Friendly staff, room was clean. But, it is under construction, lots of dust and if in a soccer or other sport tournament… 1 washer and 1 dryer for the whole building. People making lines to wash uniforms.

The room was newly renovated, clean and had a great layout! The proximity to the airport was fantastic for an easy departure after our hor breakfast. There was some noise and construction mess, but very tolerable levels.

The hotel was under major renovation. The entire hotel smelled foul from adhesive being used to install the carpeting. Lobby was under complete renovation. No kitchen service or room service because of the renovation. Took forever as in 10 minutes for the hot water to come to the shower. The noise from the construction was deafening. So bad I am considering contacting Capitol One to get refund. Also Travelocity gave NO warning of the renovation or lack of normal services at this hotel at the time of reservation. Will never use Travelocity to book a hotel again.

They were doing renovations and we weren't informed of that. Their website said everything would be open by the time we went, but it wasn't. the staff was rude. The rooms were nice, though. It was very disappointing.

Our first visit to a Hyatt Place and it was a great experience! The room was perfect for our family of 5. Super comfortable beds, lounge are with a nice couch and lots of extra room. Great layout and the price was just as wonderful.

We didn’t know that the place would be under construction it would have been nice to know otherwise we wouldn’t have stayed there. Also the breakfast was bad, the fruit was bad and the options were very limited with only bagels overall very bland and unappealing.

I booked here because it had a lounge and restaurant, both of which where closed for renovation and I was not notified of it. My room A/C was out and there were no maintenance personnel available so I had t move rooms after I had settled in already.

The hotel is undergoing a major renovation that significantly affects guests’ access to the property. Breakfast is completely improvised and limited to bread and coffee.

Housekeeping did a good job and all the staff we came in contact with were attentive and friendly. The shower stall was leaking and we reported it; the head of housekeeping inspected it immediately, but it was not caulked during our stay. Flooring was being replaced in the lobby and halls on the first floor during our stay.

The check-in and checkout process was quick, efficient and easy. The rooms and common areas were clean. However, during our stay, the lobby area was under construction and gym was close. Overall the stay was good. The bed was extremely comfortable and spacious.

TV didn't work on the room nor did the lights when you first walked into the room. The lady at the front desk asked me if I checked all the connections. When I told her I wasn't a TV technician she said she could move to another room. She did but the lights still didn't work but since the TV did I decided to just go with it. When I went to the pool the hot tub was cold and there was an enormous raccoon in the pool! When I reported this to the front desk. The lady said *well at least it wasn't a bear*. She also said the hot tub had been broken for a while. When I commented on how there seemed to be a lot of things broken she replied *it wasn't as bad as the La Quinta she used to work at*

The first room we stayed in (101) had a foul odor so we moved one over. It was ok. I stayed here several times recently, and I have to say that for someone that walks barefoot in most places, I don’t really like the texture of the floor. It’s crucial that the floor should be some kind of surface that is obviously clean to the touch. Every time I stay somewhere, I disinfect the floors and found these to be four out of 10 on the Dirty scale with 10 being the worst. The AC was OK. Kind of moist though. Not my favorite stay there. I had better rooms on the second and third floors great staff, though. My daughter is obsessed with attempting to speak Spanish and absolutely loves the breakfast crew.

Had to knock on the fitness center window for someone to let us in. Ladies, if you want to apply your make up, good luck. The lighting was horrible. Could barely see to brush my teeth. There was no fresh fruit for your yogurt. Very limited breakfast menu choices. We will not stay here again.

This is the perfect hotel if you want to ride the Seminole-Wekiva Trail or the Cross Seminole Trail. The rooms are spacious enough for your bikes, the breakfast is great, the pool is available for after rides and there are plenty of eating options nearby.

Great stay! The room was bigger than we expected and very clean. Breakfast was fabulous; definitely a lot more options than other placed I've stayed. The real star was the lady that checked us in though. I've never had a check in experience as smooth as this. We were checked in, given keys and instructions and back out of the lobby in less than 2 minutes.

Great room, better than expected but would change out the coffee makers. They’re terrible! You need to spend the money and put in keurigs in your rooms. Theres only coffee in the lobby during breakfast hours so if you’re getting up early and leaving before breakfast, plan to stop and get coffee somewhere because the coffee maker was terrible.

Rooms are not very clean and the service is not great. Stayed there for three days and probably will not stay there again. There are hotels similar in price a block away that are way better

The room’s AC unit was right against the second bed close to wall. Had thermostat set to 60. Air failed to circulate and whole family’s night sleep was uncomfortable due to being hot.

This is a nice, friendly and safe hotel in Lake Mary near I4. There are several restaurants walking distance. Price is reasonable too. I will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Check In was great the 2 at the front desk were attentive, straight to the room to chill, happy hour was a bonus and my mango Margarita was amazing and the mozzarella cheese sticks were yummy too and cooked to perfection. The Breakfast the next day just needs to do away with those powder eggs and the sausage was definitely not cook enough but the potatoes were amazing!

The next day there was no hot water. I asked the front desk and they instructed us to turn the water on and let it run because it took a long time to heat up, but after running for 1.5 hours it was still cold and we had to take freezing showers. The pool was dirty, the hot tub was half full and had food floating in it, and the pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, there was no manager on duty during our entire stay, and no one followed up after checkout. This hotel is far below Hyatt standards, I would not stay here again.

There was no hot water in the room. When we called down, the front desk staff indicated that they had had some type of water main issue and told us to let it run. The water never got warm. This happened within 10 minutes of checking in. We should have been notified of this problem at check in or upon reservation.

NO HOT WATER!!! We have stayed at several Hyatt properties. Never had a bad experience until this stay. We weren’t told that it here was no hot water at check in. When we realized there was no hot water, we were informed by front desk staff that there was a water line break earlier in the week and that the hot water wasn’t working. Very disappointing experience. I don’t even know how they are allowed to operate without hot water. Very poor experience.

It was just a short drive to Universal or Disney. Everything was clean and staff was so helpful. Breakfast was very good and anything missing was resolved by staff immediately. Loved the tea selection!

The hotel is spotless other than that. We had a double beds with sofa room. It was super fresh, clean and roomy. We had the place nearly to ourselves. The happy hour is 7.00 for a drink in lieu of 14.00 from 4-7. They have basic eats at happy hour, burger, sandwich or 2 and things like wings and mozzarella sticks. Didnt eat breakfast so we cannot comment.

This is my fourth visit to Hyatt place last time I stood in November they were doing renovations. It was a bit noisy but this time around it was perfect. They did a pretty good job renovating this place. Nothing needed much cause it’s always been very clean and the staff is wonderful.

around 9:30p I found out the refrigerator wasn’t working.. called front desk and was told maintenance was gone for the day. Later that night I sent my daughter to buy us some snacks & drinks and the front desk attendant was on her phone being rude and refused to give my daughter a receipt for what was purchased. When checking out the front desk attendant ignored me so I left the keys on the counter & walked out …. The 11p-7a & 7a-3p made my family & I feel uncomfortable/unwelcomed.. and check out it 12p why does housekeeping come in your room unannounced at 10:45a & 11a . I don’t like that

The room was clean, comfortable, and very easy. I needed tickets printed out for a graduation and the front desk was more than happy to print them out for me. This hotel was cheaper than some others close by, but i can almost guarantee my stay was better here than it would have been somehwhere that cost more!

Clean friendly staff

After check in we discovered the dead bolt on the door was misaligned with the receiver and would not engage. We also found the TV had no signal. Staff offered another room, but it was late and we'd unpacked. They said maintenance would correct it the next day, a Friday. Friday morning I showed the desk clerk a photo of the broken coax to the TV. By the time we checked out Monday morning, neither had been fixed.

Rooms were okay, a little outdated, but no issues with cleanliness. Pools are nice. Be aware though that they were not upfront about our 3 bedroom. We reserved a 3 bed so that we could all be together and they had us in two adjacent rooms next to each other. That might work for some people but it created a lot of inconvenience for us having to go back and forth. Pools close very early at 8pm, so by the time people get back from their day out or the parks after closing can not use the pools. There is one that stays open and it was way overcrowed and webhadbto drive to it from our building when there was one we couldn't use out of our back door. Just an inconvenience. Overall, some of our group would stay again, others would take it or leave it.

Neat and close to Sanford airport

I cant remember the lasr time I booked at a hotel that checked all the boxes to a Elizabeth was amazing on all 3 days we stayed no matter what tome of day ahw waa always professional and friendly helpful and energetic. The room was spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere was very high end. They not only had a bar that had happy houe from 4 to 7 but they also served Starbucks drinks (but they do mot accept Starbucks gift cards).thw breakfast was top notch with either french toast or waffles(only one was swrved each morning) scrambled eggs flour tortillas fresh yougurt and fruit and flavorful coffee.Thia hotel is now my go to when in lake mary

Clean, excellent staff.

Everything was great. The only negative things was : No freezer in room. The added $20.00 to my bill, which I call "made up charges ", like, tourist charges, occupancy fee, etc. Suddenly, my $134.00 room became $153.00.

Excellent stay every time.

The location is in a very busy area but was close to a wedding i was attending with mt husband. It was clean andbed was comfy. The staff is a hot mess. Check in was fine however when got back betweem 9 and 10, went to bed, several staff came banging on our door saying we were calling the front deal whem we werent, we were sleeping. They did it twice. My husband went down to the front desk, they wouldn't talk to him because the reservation was in my name, called him a liar about calling so i went down in my pajamas, very loud and crazy in the front lobby and told them to stop waking us up and we didnt call. I will never stay there again or at any Hyatt property. First and last time.
