The front desk person during my check in was too comfortable I was sitting at the bar having a great time until he says “for the right price I’ll give you her room number, I checked her in I know which room she’s in” in front of everyone and made me super scared and uncomfortable was pulling up my social media and showing people worst part of my stay

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Check in was very quick. The room/bathroom was nice and everything was clean. It was also conveniently located. The only negative thing I can say is the pillows weren't firm at all. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The downside - there is a policy of getting a credit card for incidentals at check-in. They are not supposed to charge the card unless you drink the $3.00 bottle of water or have the $15.00 continental breakfast and charge it to your room. You can got to any number of restaurants and have breakfast for 2 for $15.00 or less. We picked up a 12 pack of bottled water for $7 at the local grocery store. We have stayed at cheaper properties that had free continental breakfast. The beds are very firm, like trying to sleep on a board and the pillows, while plentiful, are instantly flt as soon as your head hits it. I expected more from a Hilton property.

We expected the brand name of the hotel to provide better service. Very frustrating stay. We drove quite a distance and were looking forward to a great stay.

The desk person told us she would call when the room was ready. We never got a call so we went to another hotel to get a room. The desk person was very rude.

I checked in at 2am and the concierge was smiling, positive, and helpful. I travel to lake Mary every yr. When I checked out at 10am and made it to breakfast as they were closing they still let me get my food without hesitation. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, I look forward to my next stay.

I REALLY liked the down alternative pillows. I haven't slept that well in a long time. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly. We only stayed one night for an event that was going on, so we didn't have an opportunity to try their restaurant or use the pool. Plenty of parking.

Wonderful staff, room was spacious, we were given a handicap room do the bed was very low to the ground which was odd. They charge for parking but we were given it for free. The breakfast was mediocre. Not worth $16. Overall this was a great location for a reasonable price. The front desk clerk (Ruthie) was excellent!

Perfect little getaway. Room was warm getting in, but AC works good. Small breakfast buffet… glad the hotel is in a decent area next to shopping areas so I can eat better… 4/5 stars for my stay.

The ice machine was broken and there was no toilet paper.

Staff members deserve 10 stars. Dirty windows, side door of this hotel was broken or was often left ajar, several cracks on the ceiling of room 206, several male characters smoking cannabis near the side door of the hotel. Cleaning crew had very old material to do cleaning jobs, specifically, they had old vacuum cleaners that don’t vacuum well. Bathroom vent didn’t work, carpet throughout the hotel was old. Some hotel customers had big vicious looking dogs loose on the hallway. The washing machine barely had any water and didn’t wash my clothes properly. This hotel doesn’t offer any senior citizens discounts. Elevator was too far from my room, 206.

Stay was quiet and pleasant. Rooms were clean and nice, comfortable beds. Great location to everything. My biggest and pretty much only complaint is at check in. I was given a rate online and at confirmation. That rate when you check in does not include a $50 per night deposit that is added to the room. That’s an expense I didn’t plan for, glad I was able to handle it, if not, that would’ve been a real issue. Just very unexpected. 3 nights = $150 extra, glad I had it.

Front desk workers were nice I was certain that I read breakfast was included. We went to grab something on our way out and the worker working the breakfast area asked my wife our room number. We figured out later it was to charge us for our breakfast but it caught my wife off guard and she was thinking and my daughter started to answer her and the employee said, "Shhh I'm talking to the grown up" or something to that effect. That was extremely rude

Initially was supposed to receive a king bed, bathroom was dirty, toilet paper was used, white stuff on the floor, no towels available. Had to be downgraded to a 2 queen bed, very uncomfortable for my 39 week pregnant girlfriend, not a pleasant experience for a Hilton. Staff otherwise very nice and accommodating.

The morning of checkout there was a lot of noises in the hallway

This hotel was far most the most cleanest comfortable is hotel that I have been in a very long time you get a quick access to everything shopping restaurants interstates everything was great especially the one that I stayed in. I loved everything about this hotel.

Informed staff on check out so they can address this. Other than that, my stay was perfect for everything I needed. A quick local in between job shifts rest and shower.

I called the hotel to asked if my room was available and was told there was a queen bed available not a king and asked if I wanted to downsize. I told the hotel staff I was on my way. When I arrived I was told by the staff there was no room available and I had to wait. After about 15 minutes (2:45pm 15 minutes before normal check in) they said my room was ready. When I went to my room it was a queen bed. I asked since it was check in time if I would have the king bed. I was told by the staff that a queen room was cheaper that I paid for but they waved the early check in fee and were not going to provide me the difference in the amount I paid. I was shocked as I was never informed of this information. The only reason I agreed to downsizing my room was because I was told it was ready. After having to wait I would like what I paid of. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication from the staff that attended me.

Having to pay for breakfast is unfortunate and a reason not to return. Cleanliness of pool deck the morning after is a turn off and a sign of priorities. One elevator seems inadequate. The bed sheets were damp and a sign of either bad IAQ or cleaning staff. The furniture in the lobby is not comfortable and stained from the condensate dripping from the air supply grills above. Wil not come back here when in the area.

Last time I stayed at the Hyatt Place Lake Mary/Orlando North (I highly recommend)with complimentary breakfast and the rooms are larger.

Stayed here three days and then extended for another week while waiting for the closing on my house Mark and his staff are very awesome and would highly recommend the police and definitely would come back

When we got to the hotel, our room was not ready. We came back at 4:30 PM, and still no towels or pillowcases on the bed. They finally rectified it. They said they had a restaurant, but it was temporarily closed. I wanted a cup of coffee, but their coffee machine was broken. We had to go outside the facility for anything we needed. It was, however, a very clean and up-to-date room.

Upon check in we were greeted by the lovely staff! The lobby was bright, clean and updated! We were able to check in early as we awaited our grandson's arrival at a nearby Hospital. The room was clean, fresh, and welcoming. A great place to put a head in a bed for a VERY REASONABLE price point. We were not able to enjoy the amenities however, but you can guarantee you will approve of this location when you stay.

The whole property was well maintained and the staff was wonderful from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. I have never been disappointed and look forward to staying in Aug/Sept.

The Inn was very nice. the only recommendation I had would be to put chairs in the room (233) which are more comfortable. The office chair was not at all comfortable either for reading or watching TV and the couch was much too hard for the same reason. I would opt for two easy chairs and a new updated office chair for the desk. I know the couch is for a third person, but a recliner would be much more comfortable and can be slept in if needed. I was very surprised that both sinks held water when fill which is not the case in 99% of the rooms I have stayed in over the years. Congratulations.

The hotel was really nice and in a low traffic area. It is close to the interstate, so if you're sensitive to traffic noise, you may need ear plugs or something of that nature. The room was really clean and well decorated. The overall place was really nice. The only real issue was that I booked a king on here and was given two queens. I immediately let the member of staff know and was only given an answer of " unfortunately that's all we have available", in spite of the fact that that was not the room that I had booked. I inquired about price difference and she said that due to it being a third-party vendor, there was nothing he could do.
