Location The check lady didn’t let me know we had to request housekeeping and didn’t offfer complimentary water. My room and was rude when I called down to see why house keeping didn’t come. She specifically told me “oh you won’t be getting housekeeping today” rude as hell ! Them Then the one day the house keeping didn’t come they did not clean the bathroom or room at all just made the bed with same sheets just horrible.

Check in was fast - my top floor room request was granted. Room was clean - hallways quiet Breakfast was good with ample seating. Staff friendly and helpful - location of hotel a 10 ! Snacks are priced high - went nearby to purchase Only one elevator was working

We were told on the phone that we could check-in early at 1pm, so we arrived early. We weren’t able to check-in until past 3:30. Had they not told us to come in early, we wouldn’t have. The staff was pretty unhelpful and didn’t seem to care that we were waiting so long (per their direction), stated that they were understaffed and that check-in wasn’t until 3. Again, fine if they didn’t not tell us it was ok to check-in early. We wasted our time in Florida. Shampoo and body wash were not filled, not noticed by the cleaning staff during pick up days. Room smelled of mildew.

Overall stay was fine, but the front desk lady that was working at night was flat out nasty and rude. She has no business working in the customer service industry.

we did stay two night but did not get ANY services for our second stay. I had to go to front desk to get some towels. I told front desk at 7:30 am that we were gone for the day and with all that time in their hand, they could not clean the room? Also we arrive at 1:30 pm, so a little early, and we were told that our room was ready but for us to get in it will be an extra $20. I aid it...but SERIOUSLY...the room is ready: instead of providing a nice service to your guests...you prefer to charge $20 for a slightly earlier check in and get a bad review about it???? I am in the hospitality business and I certainly can not understand that!!!

Breakfast omlett, that was just put out, was ice cold. TV speaker seemed to have blown bass. Hopefully this was not the norm.

Great location. About 15-20 minutes from Sanford airport. Several restaurants within walking distance. Very nice area.

The property was nice and close to everything. However, my husband got a gash on his leg when he hit a rod sticking out of the bed. Tried to get with staff and did not get any response. I also sent an email to the hotel when incident happened. I took pictures of the injury and the sharp rod sticking out. I would like to file a formal complaint because other people are going to get hurt. Please advise. Thank you

Comfy beds and pillows. Clean throughout the hotel and pool area. Safe area with great sidewalks for walking in the neighborhood. Had to fly before 6 so didn't get breakfast but the area looked large with ample seating in a clean bright space. Close to the airport. Would definitely stay again!

Location was perfect for us visiting family locally. Close to a good variety of bars and restaurants. Hotel was spotless, smelling fresh all the time. Breakfast selection was good. Free coffee available in reception was very welcome. Nothing we didn't like, all good.

It is a decent hotel for the price. They had geese in the pool and when I brought it to their attention they didn’t seem to care how unsanitary it was. I used the men’s room in the lobby and there was no toilet paper. It is a hotel to go for business. It close to my office building and very convenient to restaurants, and supermarket with various stores. I was there last year and it was a better experience.

We arrived an hour late due a flight delay so it was after 11PM. The front desk clerk was so friendly & helpful & knew that I had requested a room within close proximity of where we’d park because my husband has difficulty walking. She & her attentiveness were appreciated!

The swimming pool was filthy. 2 ducks swimming in the water , duck poo on the deck and in the pool. Looked like the sides hadn't been cleaned in months .The water was so low the skimmers were dry , the pump will burn up

Went down for breakfast two different mornings once at 850am and the other at 855am both times were told that they close the breakfast at 9am why so early? also the doors to the room where we stayed were hard to open and would pull out of your hands and slam shut.I returned to the room with dinner and while opening the door it pulled out of my hand and knocking my food from my had and upon trying to catch the food and door the door slammed my hand into the closing of the door and sill. My hand was split open and I was bleeding quite bad, wrapped my had up with toilet paper and went to the front desk. I asked if they had any bandages and the clerk stated rudely we don't have bandages and she seemed to care less, and no ohh what happened . My hand ended up all swollen and a large cut. God forbid that a small child doesn't get caught in them doors or they would be seriously hurt. We stayed in room 107 for 3 nights. I would never stay there again and when we travel we always look for Hampton Inns.

I had a lovely stay at the Hamptons. Ms Michelle was amazing, had a warm welcome, gave me everything assistance I needed, and most if all outstanding immaculate customers service. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ The manager which I wish I remember led her name she welcoming as well!!!!

Location of hotel was good. place was clean. Internet never worked. AC unit had no control over what temp the room was set. It was very hot. Price of room very different that what I booked.

Made a double reservation due to a bug in the Booking application. Contacted the hotel, booking customer service wrote a polite request. Hotel never responded. Tried to call their reservation manager - was ignored.

Good size room, parking adequate. Breakfast in room rate. Toilet was clean where seat cover mounts to toilet bowl. Only one toilet roll, luckily didn't run out. TV remote was acting up (low battery?) No way to make hot tea in room. Why do rooms just have coffee makers and no tea makers, i.e. kettles? A microwave doesn't make hot tea btw.

I love how the breakfast bar was so well organized and clean and the sesting area was cozy very welcoming. The bedding is really nice. The room was clean i felt safe in the parking lott and in the hotel. The staff was great as well.

I’ve always thought of Hampton as a reliable, solid brand, which is why this stay was so shocking. This location did not live up to that reputation at all, and I would seriously think twice before staying here again.

The A/C was loud and made a rattling noise that affected our sleep. I asked the front desk to look into. They never did.

The carpet was dirty and stained. The comforter was stained. The front desk staff are not friendly. Was given a handicapped accessible room which was not needed. when I took a shower the bathroom flooded because their was no lip on the shower. It was late and I was tired. I only stayed one night.

We wanted something from the grab and go but had a hard time self checking out. The girl at the desk that evening was annoyed that she had to assist us. The check in and out was great as was the two girls at both times.

Reservations could not be located. When arriving with small children and arriving at 1 in the morning, it made for an incredibly difficult night. Trash was piled up and overflowing at the entrance. Plenty of space in room once check-in was finally achieved.

We were awoke by fire alarm at 2:30am. Had to evacuate hotel and remain in parking lot for over 30 minutes. Got all clear from fire department then alarm continued to go off additional 3-4 times through the night. To say the least no sleep that night!

We requested a crib online. My daughter-in-law called the property to ensure the crib. She was told we’d have the crib. There are no cribs at this property. As such, the baby had to sleep on the floor for safety (prevent falling from a bed). Also, we were told by the front desk that housekeeping would come by every other day. We saw them in our hallway every morning, but they did not come by our rooms for the entire week. We’d leave the towels on the floor, like they requested and would have to use the same towels. Gross! We went to the front desk to get fresh towels. No one was ever there when we were. Further , the trash collected in our rooms because housekeeping didn’t come. Would NOT recommend this property.

we had to do was activate our keys. Everyone was super friendly-hospitality for me is key. The hot breakfast buffet was clean, organized, and yummy.

Loved having a relaxing place outdoors! My complaint is about the lack of elevators in this building! One elevator at the front of the building is definitely not sufficient for a place this size!

The only issue we had was that a dog was barking periodically throughout the early morning hours next to us.

Great over night stay, hotel was very clean, quiet, safe area to walk at night. Our room was very comfortable, had lots of amenities, bed very comfortable.

I don’t as surprised that the jacuzzi was removed.

Negatives: yes, it was "recently renovated" however the photos on the website haven't been updated. The photos still show a hot tub in the corner of the pool area. Upon arrival, we noticed it has been removed. Also, it's incredibly hard to get a decent amount of sleep in the comfortable beds with the ever present road noises from outside. This is the primary reason that I would NOT stay here again.

Check in was easy and fast. Breakfast area tidy. Room clean. No compaints at all.

The staff were all very nice and made my stay a good one. I was pleasantly surprised to see a welcome message in the TV when I walked in the room. One of the elevators was having issues and I was disappointed to find they no longer had a hot tub. Overall, it was a nice, quiet place to relax and get some needed sleep.

Room was nice, but we reserved a room a room with a walk in shower and recieved one with a tub. The bed was nice and firm just as I like it, but parts of the frame holding the bed was sticking out and was covered by a piece of material and I cut my leg one morning stepping out of the bed that should have never been left like that, I am so glad it was me and not my wife.

Front desk staff was nice, but tried to charge for parking even though the hotel advertised free parking. There was also a raccoon in the pool area in the middle of the day.

This is a lovely, quiet property with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very clean and in pretty good shape. The tub looked old, but it was clean. Lots of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. They do not have an airport shuttle, however, and the taxi ride to the Sanford airport, which they kindly booked for me, was $45 for a 10 minute ride. Would stay again but find alternate airport transport.
