Amazing stay. Clean, safe. Came here at 11 pm with my six year old as a single woman and didn't feel unsafe at all. Staff was very friendly.

There is NO POOL. Not at the hotel OR the one next door. Water in the bathtub ran constantly. No cold water or juice for breakfast. No fresh fruit. No cereal.

I didn't like the fact that they offered a continental breakfast or a grab-and-go breakfast and I was only able to get it on Tuesday because their coffee machine broke so they didn't put anything out on there was roaches the room smelt like mold

The vending machines seem to be out of order a lot and it's the only source of refreshment on the property.

I love the location of this hotel. It is right off I-4 in Lake Mary which is a very safe upscale area. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within a couple of miles. Only thing I have struggled with are the vending machines, which are not run by the hotel so it's really not their issue. They break down a lot and as the only that's a little aggravating. But the staff were very helpful in showing me how to get a return.

Morning staff was lovely, and that’s the only nice thing I have to say…Roaches in one room and disgusting, sticky carpet in the other room (we had 2 rooms). I had to wear shoes the whole time because my feet literally stuck to the floor. Seriously, checked each bed for bugs just in case! If it had not been that we needed desperately to crash for about 7 hours I would have turned around and found another place. All hotels were booked in the area, this was the only one left in a 15 mile radius…now I know why.

This place is NOTHING like Expedia advertised. I don't know why I got insurance on my stay if I could not be accommodated properly when I reported the hotel was a disaster and I flew in from another state. The first room they gave me was nothing short of disgusting. It reeked of homeless shelter. The carpet had an unbearable smell. I sat for 5 minutes before I went back to the front desk to let them know there was no way I could stay there for even one night. They were apologetic and quick to respond which is why I gave the staff 3 stars however the next room assigned was not much better accept it didn’t have that bad smell and was cleaner so I was able to bear it for the night since Expedia had absolutely no options for me whatsoever! I was able to rest for the night but cut my reservation short and checked out the next morning, again with no options from Expedia. There were no amenities I wasn’t even trying to stick around for the so called continental breakfast. Seriously Expedia, do better! It’s always some shizz when I book with yall.

We wamked inti a lobby so dark and disgustingly decrepit, we fully expected Jack Nicolson to pop out yelling "Redrum: There was a couple complaining to the front desk that their room was disgusting . They were sent to another option. The desk attdndant chevked us in and told us breakfast would be served at 6 AM.we asked where abd she pointed to a small desk across from reception. The decor of the hotel was blood red/burgandy, dark green and ancient worn brown carpet. There seemed to be only emergency lighting in the halls Thankfully our room was the very last at thd end of 2 halls. It didn't have bugs that we could see,but that was about the nicest thing we can say about it.

Breakfast was very much Grab & Go …some fresh fruit & perhaps some other variety to items would be welcomed for the overall price paid …as well as water bottles or ability to get ice without asking would be welcome. But staff was super nuce when I did request… 😊

I wasn’t completely terrified

I have never stayed in such a filthy hotel room. I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies to come back and spend an hour and a half wiping all of the surfaces in the room that I knew that I would be touching. I’m very thankful that I had indoor shoes to wear on the dirty carpet. To your credit the beds were clean with fresh white linens. The breakfast available was not much to write home about. The water to make the oatmeal was cold. I had to ask to go into the staff room to use the microwave. The muffin options all had bio engineered food ingredients. There was not even a table to sit at nor a bench outside. I ended up carrying my stuff over to my car and sat in it. Quite frankly, I ended up giving my breakfast to the nearby squirrels. What really floored me was when I logged onto the website and the rooms were $20 $30. Cheaper per night than what I paid. I had made reservations weeks in advance. Needless to say, I will never stay at another one nor will I use the hotels.com service.

Staff were very helpful, the building is dated and showing it's age. There is No coffee makers in the room, luckily my wife brought her hair dryer, otherwise I'd be making an early morning visit to CVS. No ice makers anywhere on property. Breakfast was a brown bag, of what I don't know

Not rusted around the fridge area n cleaned out better before guest put food into them. Lamps shades need to be upgrade as well and should not have spots/dust in them.

Because I was traveling with children, I made the decision to check out immediately and find alternative accommodations. The door to the stairs slammed when it was shutting each time. I heard this all night long. My room had a kitchen. I didnt use this as I was justvl there to sleep and catch an early flight. There are people that live here full time and I get that but there is no feeling safe at this place. They prop the exterior doors open with rocks so anyone can just walk into the hotel at any give time. People are yelling and stomping around everywhere, smoking pot in their non smoking rooms that you can strongly smell in the hallways. The hallways are dimly lit making it seem like it comes right out of a horror movie. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Asked for late check out and got the ok. Was just double checking everything to make sure we didn’t forget anything when the housekeeper came to the room at 11:59am and said if you don’t return your keys by noon, you’ll automatically be get charged a late fee and there’s nothing that staff can do to prevent this This was not mentioned when I asked for a late checkout and either at check-in maybe even an extra day desk at checkin helpful

Room was old and dirty. This place needs updated. Carpet was ripped. The flooring in bathroom was peeling away from bathtub. Tub was dirty and refrigerator had mold or rust half way up from bottom.

The staff were amazing but that was the dirtiest hotel I ever seen. I would never stay there again. The only good thing about it are the employees but that place gave me nausea, there was hair everywhere and it looks like nobody cleans that hotel. Even the blankets were dirty!!!! DO NOT STAY THERE !

The staff was incredibly professional & courteous. Room was very clean , no musty smell. It’s a wonderful location. Owners should do an extreme make over though, everything is old. The amazing staff made it all worthwhile.

I have been at this location for 2 weeks now while I continue my Relocation journey here in FL..Tina and Holley have been so amazing making this transition comfortable. Anytime I ask for anything they are very accommodating and helpful

The shower head was subpar because it sprayed everywhere but on me, water pressure was awful, and the “hot” water wasn’t even close to hot. The burners on the stove were completely rusted out - though I didn’t use them - I wouldn’t have felt safe to use them. The price I paid was nowhere near what it was worth. I paid $100 more than I should have. Never again.

This was a one night stay while visiting friends. The room was clean and building well kept and inviting. It’s on a beautiful tree lined street that is quiet. I did have to wait for the staff to check out a couple rooms before they assigned me one, but they were apologetic. Overall it was a great stay without problems.

I did show the clerk my phone which showed record of my call. On top of that, the entire building had an overwhelming, pungent odor, and once we finally got into our room, it was even worse. The room was filthy, unclean, and smelled so strong that my nose actually hurt and my eyes were irritated. That is not an exaggeration—it was genuinely uncomfortable to breathe in the room. After everything we had already been through, this was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

The place has an awful smell as soon as you walked in. The room was barely clean had an used dish rag crumbled on the side of the microwave, the bathroom drain was broke hot water didn't exist & the room windows were filthy 😳 I was there for work and the only good thing was people left you alone

Monica and Candice are both awesome!! They are both always polite and professional.., they know their jobs and always get me check on on time. I like the esa prices, but their smiles are the reason I come back. Other chains sometimes have a snooty receptionist, but the staff here are always friendly.

Breakfast nothing to write about as it wasn't nutritional. It was quite and employees great only found that manager was bit harsh with wacky rules.

Overall good stay. Furniture need updating.

The property itself is run down and it smells throughout. Even after changing rooms it still had an odor and the room itself needs upkeep. The dead roach in the kitchen cabinet was horrific. The stove did not work either and the kitchen was dirty. I left to find another hotel, and I find it unfair and unacceptable that Expedia and the hotel will not refund my money based on the fact that everything I have stated is factual with pictures as proof. The Manager, Tina had absolutely no empathy and never apologized. In fact she told me that there isn't a roach problem and basicallytold ne thetecis a no regund policy. Neither Expedia or Extended Stay America will take responsibility for me paying for garbage.

Everything was decent, including the price. Grab and go - coffee, a muffin and a snack bar basically leaves much to be desired. Better to have no breakfast and take a few dollars off the price.

Hotel situated in a park like area among many shops and stores, including A golf facility. The hotel is cleaned, staff, pleasant, although not always available. Rates are reasonable. Worst part was the serve yourself grab n go breakfast.-basically justcoffee, small muffin, and a snack bar. Overall, it’s worth staying here.

The rooms, lobby are soooo out dated with a old musty smell. You could feel the springs thru the mattress. No ice machine, only vending machines and water is over $3 a bottle. The carpet is peeling up in the hallway as well as the rooms. It was hard to believe this hotel was in Lake Mary. I only stayed because I had a 5 hour Flt delay and it was after midnight and my back was killing me. Learned my lesson

Property was very clean , very lenient and reasonable. Convenient with the amenities and they supply you with everything you need. Very great service will recommend this hotel. Only thing is it’s a bit far from all the tourist things

I didn't like that there was nobody in the lobby in the lights were off completely there was nobody there to assist me at 2:30 in the morning I was exhausted I called the office nobody answered the phone I paid almost $100 for one night stay for just literally a couple of hours and they could not accommodate me at all by no means is this business savvy horrible experience

My stay was ok. I think the hotel needs to updated. My room's carpet had red stains and the room had a stale cigarette smell. The refrigerator made loud noises and the furniture and decor looked pretty bad.

Ok stay, a bit noisy and had a smokey smell .. but for travel it's good

Two night stay. Used for sleep and shower only as room is limited. Power outlets in kitchen and bathroom did not work.

When we first arrive there was an altercation in the parking lot between a man and a women. Next we get our room and ther was a roach in the bathtub. Beds are not comfortable. It was listed as a 4 star on Expedia but shout be a 1 ot 2. I don’t recommend this property at all.

The entire hotel had a foul smell. It needed updating badly. The bed was horrible. The toilet seat was falling off. The shower head was broken. The staff was wonderful and sent out maintenanc to help and offer us an upgraded room on the third floor. But still, the hallway smelled poorly and the bounce on the bed Would not allow two of us Any quality sleep. They advertise breakfast however it is prepackaged very small off brand tasteless muffins .The staff was kind to refund us all but one night change

The noise level was unbearable, with a heavy door slamming all night and paper-thin walls letting in every sound from neighboring rooms. There were also questionable individuals propping doors open with rocks, further adding to the uneasy atmosphere. The bed and pillows were extremely thin, and there were no extras to make the stay more comfortable. Broken furniture, outdated appliances, and a lack of basic amenities like coffee made it clear that this place is a poor value for the price. The website’s photos and description were a complete misrepresentation of what to expect. I would not stay here again.

Unfortunately, the hotel was very beat up and loud and not very clean. It was 80% filled with FEMA displaced people who are all cooking in their room and having major fights.

Easy check in. Linens were not cleaned. Pillows smelled dirty from previous guests. No coffee pot. Upstairs guest noise from kids running around at night made it hard for me to sleep.! There were roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom shower faucet was really hard to open the water.

As soon as you walk in smells horrible, I had two rooms and I'm not sure which one smelled worse , carpet was dirty, there was hair in the bathroom but worse also in the kitchen. I would recommend burning those reclining chairs they have in the room. I'm guessing by the smell of them if you put a blue light on it it would light up like a Christmas tree. We came to the lobby in the morning to get coffee and young men that was there working didn't acknowledge us at all. Really poor customer service. I'm not expecting much but good morning would of been nice. So overall I would not return here , we stayed only because of convenience of being close to the event we went to and begin right after the storm there was not much choice left.

They banned me for no reason and still allowed me to book wasting my time and the worker who was there was very rude.

When I arrived after a ling drive, I went in and asked to use the ladies room and they stated I was unable too and need to check in first. I had to urgently go and they would not let me. I had to leave the property to use the bathroom. Unacceptable! The bath tub leaked water on the floor, the bathroom was not very clean. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The fridge was advanced and disconnected and water was leaking from it. (The lady confirmed that she moved and unplugged it to let the ice melt - though did not place something to keep the water and forgot to bring it back in place.) The place was infested with fleas. (She acknowledged that the room should be treated by a profl.) I booked at about 9pm and left at 11:45pm, and I said I had to check out, and they did not offer any compensation. I needed to get out - so I left. They said they would leave a note on paper because I left before the "next day"!)

Description on Expedia indicates that this property has a pool. It does not. Advertises continental breakfast but only has two choices, coffee and a muffin.

The staff here as very nice and helpful it just was not clean it smells like animals the moment you walk in the whole property itself needs a facelift especially inside the rooms but no issues otherwise

What was not satisfying about property was system was not up to par with 3rd party booking vendors seems like and room itself seemed like it was a pet friendly room near other pets and smokers on same floor as i wanted Non smoking room, which i got, but still near smokers. Just honestly wasnt satisfying for me wanting a relaxed n comfort stay..

The front desk clerk was very nice and professional and that made me feel welcomed.
