I reserved this room for my daughter’s first wedding anniversary. I was alarmed and soo embarrassed when she called me and said no way they could stay there and had to go elsewhere. I also recommended it for a friend looking for a place near us do ti the celebration of our babies first bday, since they came from hrs away. They too were disgusted with the conduit the room and lobby. I went by the photos in the website. That’s terrible to advertise one thing and have another. Just the smell entering the lobby hit them hard. The front desk told me to contact Expedia for a refund that they are willing to honor once Expedia approves.

It was clean and quick check in no breakfast in which they were supposed to have grab and go breakfast but they had nothing. Not even coffee. No blow dryer either.

Nothing Well, I booked for the free breakfast and then I thought it had a pool so once we get there realize this is a hotel that hold homeless people who have nowhere to go so because of them and their junk people who like me on vacation they wanted Money to wash the towels and washcloths and everything every day and then we also booked it for the kitchen, which had nothing stocked. They wanted you to rent that stuff which none of this is listed on this site. It should not be flagged on free breakfast and all these parts when none of that is available the site needs to be updated as far as this hotel. Horrible experience messed up my whole vacation.

Note my girlfriend and I both have indoor cats in our homes. Honestly, I am shocked they are even using this room in its current state. We were exhausted from travel and checked in late after the front desk was gone or we would have left / gotten another room.

It was close to the airport. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean when we arrived. The pull-out bed had visible pee and blood stains, and there were no sheets provided. After seeing the condition of the bed, we decided it was too unsanitary to use, and it was difficult to even fold it back into a couch. In addition, someone in the facility was smoking marijuana for several hours during the night. The odor was extremely strong and woke me up multiple times over the 4–6 hours we were there. It made it very difficult to sleep and added to an already unpleasant stay. Cleanliness and enforcing basic facility rules should be a priority. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of expectations.

I was offered to stay with a friend who lived closer to the event so I did not utilize the room. However, I did check in. The room looked good and was clean. If need be I would stay there or recommend.

Very un friendly staff, charge for daily towel change out and only give you 2 towels (for 2 people) and 2 wash clothes for a 3 day stay. Charge to use pots and pans as well. No breakfast in the morning but was advertised as having breakfast.

Toilet was lose, the hallways smelled off, paint on ceiling coming loose, soft floor, flooring not installed correct and a trip hazard. No staff to help with anything. Counter top falling apart, no updates since the hotel was new, if there are updates, they were installed poorly!! I would never go back

The two rooms were nasty. This place was a dump. The sofa bed was broken and the mattress was so soiled. We walked into the two rooms, walked out. Went back to front desk and asked for refund. Was told had to get it from Hotels.com. We left and went next door to La Quinta.

They only gave us 2 towels for 4 people, then wanted to charge us for more towels. We specifically reserved this hotel for the kitchen, which had no pots, pans, utensils, or dish soap available. Old and dirty carpets, old and worn out furniture, pull out couch was in rough shape and unusable... it seemed like a great price, but it was too good to be true. As soon as you enter the building it has a horrible smell and it’s very outdated. Our bathroom door was broken and kitchen dirty and rusty. Beds were uncomfortable and sofa bed dirty with stains! Very awful and nasty! Never again will I book with this company!

The room had just been de-bugged..dead roach on counter..smell of pesticide...couch needs complete cleaning or replacement..it was well worn and stained. On the good side because of recent spraying, i did not find any live bugs.

The parking area was okay the room temperature was fine except the bedroom had no air conditioning so you need to leave the living room door open to get air. The rooms are old, dirty with roaches. They do not provide utensils and pots and pans unless you pay extra. No papertowels or soap. Just one bar of soap for the sink none for the shower.

The floor was slippery and we were just provided a towel to clean it. It seemed as if they used some cleaning product that left the floor very greasy. I slipped and almost fell down. Front desk was made aware but nothing was done.

From the first night, there were roaches on the outside of the hotel room, and then I noticed roaches on the inside of the room they tried to give me multiple other rooms however, there were roaches in all of the rooms. I am extremely upset that the rooms were already prepaid as I would have went to another hotel.

We arrived late due to our flight and this place had cancelled our room, didn’t try to help us or find us a room and still took our money. We had to go to another hotel and pay out of pocket again. Never again.

The pull out couch mattress was saturated with urine and they did not replace that. They asked if I wanted extra blankets and when I said no, then they asked if they could bring up an extended matress bed, which was also covered in dirt. It was disgusting.

Broken wall socket plate on the wall behind the bed allowed roaches to come inside.1 was on the bed and one made it to the bathroom overnight.the bed was good though and the cold a/c was bomb dignity.

This trip was horrible. I wish I could be refunded. They charge for clean towels , one 1 roll of tissue every other day. She’s was dirty and molded . Ac was broken and the tv stop work the second day . The water doesn’t drain out the tub when you take a shower . No ice machine. The employees are rude and walk away from you when you are speaking to them.

Overall this was a good place to stay. They unfortunately don't have a pool and they don't provide things like shampoo and conditioner just a bar of soap in the bathroom. Also ask about early morning checkout if your checking out early. I had to leave by 5:30am and when I got down there the front desk gate was closed and the red phone didn't work. I had to leavey room keys in the room and then call before 11am when my flight landed to let them know I had left and needed to check out.

Property is what you pay for could definitely use some upgrades cleanliness i have to give a 2 star only because you have to pay for new towels, and rag. I shouldn't have to pay for that if I'm pay 80 plus dollars. No breakfast which that's the least they can provide. Overall a 3 star everything average and same for the one next door.

I am requesting a full refund because the first room they gave us was already occupied. We opened the door and pepole were in there...crazy. Then the next room they gave me had a tiny bed and there was no place from a girlfriend to sleep. We requested another room and there was none available. I really enjoyed the layout of the room I was given. Had an entire room with just the bed in it for more privacy.

They got you with a really reasonable price - the photos are misleading. The property itself is in terrible condition. Filth all over the parking lot, trashed out cars & people hanging out in & sitting around them in camping chairs - smoking & drinking all day & night. The check in process was bizarre - upon checking in they present you with a printed sheet with all the new charges & changes including: No breakfast No room service No towel replacement - unless you pay for them No coffee in room No pots, pans, plates, cups or utensils to cook or eat with - unless you buy them for $39.99 & $19.99 No amenities And perhaps most bizarre - no front desk staff overnight - just a red phone in the lobby you can call another property for help if you need it. In fact, they go so far as to install a roll cage that rolls down at 10pm. We didn’t have a choice given the time of our arrival - so we checked in hoping the room would be better… but it wasn’t. The room itself was FILTHY. Sticky doors and cabinets. Hair in the shower / on the shower curtain. The bed was horrible The “pull out double sofa bed” could not even be sat on because it was in such poor condition. Sticky pleather & rips all over. No building safety - doors propped open and any door to the building could be accessed without a room key. This hotel was absolute garbage & I would feel completely comfortable telling anyone to STAY AWAY.

The carpets in the hotel are filthy. A roach was crawling on the fridge this morning. I was so grossed out that I didn't want to take a shower because I didn't trust that the towels were clean. There were no instructions for check out. I just left my key in the room hoping I will be checked out. Others dropped their keys on the floor near the front desk. I knew from the photos online that the kitchen area was very outdated. I didn't mind that because I wasn't staying for long, but they should update the kitchen area. I know "you get what you pay for" but the hotel shouldn't be filthy.

Property is dated, however it was convenient and offers a great location for my work trip.

I got the room for my daughter, granddaughter & 2 yo great grandson, and didn't know until we got there, that you have to pay for extra towels, a sheet, blanket, pillows, etc. Everything is a-la-carte, for what i spent going to Walmart to buy at least a couple of extra towels, and other things didn't have in the room that normal hotels have, we could have just stayed in a real hotel and it wld have been cheaper. The only good thing is everything I bought my family got to keep. Never again...

This hotel was HORRIBLE IT SMELLED LIKE WET DOGS ALL OVER! COUCHED BED WAS SO UNCOMFY I COULDNT DO MY THING! THEY THREW MY THANKSGIVING FOOD AWAY WHEN I HAD THE WHOLE WEEKEND BOOKED! THE WET DOG SMELL SENT ME OMG

Check-in went smoothly. We left for a flight too early for the free breakfast. Overall the room was clean but the bathroom and kitchen floors were quite dirty - hadn’t been mopped in quite awhile. There was traffic noise from I-4 that was bothersome. Seem to be a lot of people living in the hotel.

Furniture was damaged and broken; no water pressure; kitchen but you had to pay for utensils and pans, etc; no shampoo conditioner etc; no pool; no breakfast; no coffee maker; we stayed five days and no one came to clean our room or swap towels; charge if we swapped towels before they came; bathroom looks like they painted over mold; if we hadn’t prepaid, we would have never stayed

The one staff member we encountered was nice. The carpet in the halls was disgusting and way past its time of needing to be replaced. Beds were comfortable but the floor in the room turned our socks gray and you could feel crumbs sticking to your feet. Rooms definitely need an upgrade.

This property is not as advertised. It’s old and outdated. Musty smells, the sofa bed was rusted a well as the mattress. Could not be used. And didn’t feel safe. Checked out two days early because of the conditions.

They advertise having morning coffee, full kitchen facilities in each unit, and housekeeping. They no longer offer coffee. The kitchens have appliances but no coffeepot, pans, glasses, cups, plates, silverware, and they require you to take your own trash out to dumpster. False advertising. The place reeked of bug spray. The AC vents blow on the windows behind the curtains instead of out into the room itself and are not adjustable. VERY disappointed.

Great experience and the staff is very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing an extended stay hotel.

Wasn't the worst or the best. Very average. It was a room with beds and a bathroom. We slept fine and felt safe. Just realize that you get what you pay for.

Horrible!! Room was dirty from previous guests.. children toys , food & trash left under beds. ROACHES in bathroom. Ran out of tissue called the front desk and was hung up on … I had to leave the room to go buy my own toliet tissue .

We were not happy. We arrived late and had to call for someone to open the door as no one tends the front desk at night. It took ten minutes to get inside with 3 small children after a long late flight. Upon entering the room we killed a roach crawling on the wall. We requested spare sheets for the pull out bed but couldn’t get any because of the late arrival. When we tried to check out, again no one was tending the desk at 8:30 the next morning.

Bad smell

At this particular site. The room was filled with roaches and the let out couch was in absolutely terrible condition. It was filled with torn and ripped areas on and about it. The hallways smelled awful and the carpets throughout the hallways as well as my room was filthy. I was just not happy nor satisfied of this premises and will never book here again. And on the last night of my birthday celebration. We had to evacuate our rooms becaise of a false fire alarm. This particular building site need to be closed down and remodel.

Room was clean and bed, pillows, sheet and blankets , mattress good, just lobby and main hallways carpet smell bad ,needs a deep clean, rest overall good!!, Recomended !

The entire hotel is loud, a lot of marijuana is in use, and extreme foul smells everywhere. Rooms are spot cleaned, counters mirrors sofa and floors not wiped down, the AC vents have filthy covering them. And room keys have to be reset every other hour. The staff treats the customers like a burden and we're just in their way. Always with rude comments and mean comments about the customers. And if course in their own language, guess assuming no one else can understand it. This is just a horrible place to stay. Cheap but horrible.

Not a bad place. Felt weird having to buy everything like towels and kitchen accessories when i was told they were provided. But not the worst place i've stayed.

It STUNK! literally, smelled like smoke and mildew. Everything was ancient, the bed was lumpy and smelled weird. Only positive was the front desk guy was really nice.

Amenities listed were no longer available ! No breakfast, no pool, lucky to get a room with beds & tv! No ice no room coffee maker or dryer. Not happy with Expedia misrepresenting the property. Should not have had to pay more than $59 for this night.

I wish I was able to give a better review but I just can’t. The room smelled funny, the pullout bed in the couch was absolutely DISGUSTING (wires poking out of the bed, along with holes and god knows what stains on the mattress), there were holes in the floor, hair all in our towels, and on top of that we had to find out that kitchenette supplies (forks, plates, cups, pots and pans) were not provided AND we had to buy extra towels instead of them being provided. It was a mess and unfortunately we won’t be staying there again.

Pool: Permanently closed Electric: Sign showing the electric would be off the entire day from 11AM to 4PM the day after we arrived. Interior hallways: Imagine Chernobyl but dirtier. Room: Dirty ancient fixtures in original 1970 configuration. No utensils, plates or glasses despite being advertised as a complete kitchenette with all supplies. Nothing but empty dirty cabinets (management sincerely apologized for the false advertising but had no plates or utensils to provide). Ancient refrigerator was too dirty to put food in and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. We walked in for two minutes and checked out without opening our bags. Disgusting! We checked in to the nearby Hyatt Place and received a full refund by Orbitz. The hotel managed to rip me off for $130 which Orbitz couldn't recover, but it was worth it to get away from that horror.

Dishwasher was broken, fridge was broken, mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable, bathroom tub was dirty, roaches in kitchen, and staff was rarely available.

There was no coffee maker or any pots pans and utensils. There was no hair dryer.

Room was clean, but hallways and stairwell carpet was filthy. Strong odor throughout the hotel. Property is tired and outdated. Would not recommend and will not stay here again.

Heads up-there is no pool, no breakfast, no coffee makers, no hair dryers no utensils. The beds were comfortable.

They did not have sheets and blankets for the pull out couch even though they knew 3 adults were staying. No place to leave room keys for early checkout.

I paid a little extra to have a pullout couch for my kids. When I arrived it was broken, I called the front desk and they said they had no one at the moment to exchange or exchange me from rooms. I checking in Friday it wasn’t until Tuesday they put in a different pull out couch, no money refunded even though i couldn’t use it and i paid a little extra for it.. the room had small roaches, the bathroom was leaking, the walls are super thin, i could head the next door people having conversations, sex and snoring. Next time i rather pay a little extra for the peace of mind.

This extended stay has been converted to a furnished apartment bldg concept but only with low quality furniture but no utensils. Refrigerator doesn't work well. The floor gets flooded from AC water. The hallways smell Marijuana or cigarette smoke. Late checking is problematic. Only 5 hangers allowed per room. The room smells bad so had to buy my . No breakfast. But one good thing is that the windows open..

Expect nothing except an actual bed in a room with a door. Too open the door you have to push the handle down and then pull up and then push the door in. You get exactly two towels in the room and if you want any extra or clean ones you have to pay for them. This is not like any other extended stay hotel that I've ever stayed in. You don't even get a box of tissues in your room. If you forget shampoo soap any of the normal things you get when you in a hotel you don't get them here. You can't even get ABC on their television. The floors are disgusting. This morning I woke up to roaches crawling on the TV. The smell in there I think is a mildew smell but not positive. The only positive thing I could say is the mattress didn't squeak. You go out any door to go outside and people are smoking all around you and all of the grounds look like an ashtray with cigarette buds every which way. The first night there, there were two guys smoking up behind the building. And the lady at the front desk isn't the politest person to say the least. Parking area is definitely not safe. I would never let a single kid out of my sight for any second anywhere on this property.

Hotel was filthy and really smelly. Drug addicts all over the place. It’s sad that the front desk manager let us check in knowingly that the room was smelly and wet. Worst experience ever.

Unfortunately, I was unpleased with the state of this property. As a frequent traveler, I have a high tolerance for items awaiting repair or slight inconveniences, but this property is in need of a complete over-haul. The fold out couch in the room was extremely old and falling apart. You can clearly see where it was patched up with brown tape. The mattress on the double size bed was uncomfortable and should be replaced. The carpet is worn in the rooms and down the hallways. There's literally holes worn in the carpet. The building may have mold issues as well. My family experienced respiratory problems the day after. The check in was super easy and the staff was very nice. The pool was clean and inviting. There's really no food on the property but there are options close by. Good luck!

I sent my teenage son to the front desk to get some towels because there were three of us in the room with the description stated sleep up to six people. When he asked for it he was refused. I sent him back down and he stated that there are three of us and not enough towels and rags. He gave my son a set and said next time we would have to pay a few for it. So do we need to start bringing our own towels if we can’t even be accommodated with them for the amount of people in our room?

This is the worst place they charge for everything pot internet cleaning towels. The food smells linger for days.

Hotel has a funny smell. Elevator smells like weed. No blankets for the sofa bed with 3 people checked into the room. Sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced. Cabinets and kitchen “table” are literally slanted. No breakfast even though the Expedia website said they had breakfast. No ice. Floor is dirty. Room smells musty/moldy. No toiletries in bathroom.
