First of all, the hotel feels quite worn. The furniture in the room was visibly used, with many scratches and marks, which gave it an older and less inviting appearance. Additionally, I experienced small ants in the room throughout my stay. It wasn’t a major issue, but noticeable enough to affect the overall comfort. The biggest issue, however, was the key card. On 4 out of 5 evenings, it did not work when I returned to the hotel, meaning I had to go to the front desk each time to regain access to my room. This was quite frustrating. The staff was super friendly, but overall the experience did not meet expectations.

Flood damage, construction, room alarm clocks all going off at midnight, told desk, he didn't seem to care that it woke me up both times. No free coffee, over priced starbucks not available until 0630. Lots of competition in that area, do better.

Well, I booked this room through Expedia. I realized that we would be checking in later then I had anticipated, so I reached out to the hotel, I was told it would be no issue. I proceeded to ask if I could confirm the room etc..., It was a king bed and the room had a balcony with pool view. The receptionist proceeded to say sorry you have a regular room. I didn't understand if it clearly states on my reservation room/balcony. I ask if that could be fixed and she said no, that I had to contact Expedia since a reserved through a 3rd party vendor. I did, Expedia called them and credited me for the upcharge. I get there the balcony was like a hole in the wall and the view was over the garage dumpster. Next morning, making coffee, there were not coffee cardboard cups, it was plastic, as I went to get the coffee, it almost melted in my hands because that wasn't a HOT CUP. I asked the front desk if I could have a coffee cup, "we don't have", so I walked over to the "BISTRO" area and sure there was coffee cups. We were made to feel like 2nd class citizens because our reservations was made through a 3rd party vendor. Front desk didn't seem like they cared to be there, it was just a pay check. Very sad but I will never go back or recommend it. Oh and the towels in the room all seemed damp, they weren't completed dried. Didn't ask for more I was afraid of what I would get.

The young lady who checked me in was friendly and welcoming. I asked for a vacuum or broom to clean my bathroom floor and she was kind enough to accommodate, although she tried many times to change me to a clean room. The girl at the desk in the morning was curt and not friendly at all.

I always stay at Marriott hotels and I must say this one in particular didn’t look or seem like a Marriott. Building is super old and overall just was not pleased with this location.

Lobby area of the hotel were very nice then once you get to the actual room it appears you’re at a different hotel. Everything in the room was out of date, the furniture was old, the bed made noises, the bathroom was filthy tub had stains.

The good aspects of this stay is that it was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. It is also conveniently located off the highway and next to a grocery store. That was greatly appreciated! However, take note that all rooms do not have the small balconies. I was a little disappointed that we didn't have one (I like having outside access/air). The rooms we were in could use some updates. We had a few minor issues (we couldn't get the plug-in to work in our bathroom and the water was not as hot as we normally like it). The hot tub was also not very hot (about the same temperature as the pool) but maybe not necessary when staying in June! Overall it was a clean and convenient stay.

The carpet had a musty odor, and we didn’t want to walk on it barefoot. I reported the issues to Caden, who kindly offered to move us to another room. However, the second room was just as subpar. I would not recommend a stay here, unless there was a remodel project.

This place looked really promising. My boyfriend and I were staying for 1 night to relax and catch an early flight home. The hot tub was broken, and that’s the main reason we stayed here. If we would have known that we would have looked elsewhere, especially after paying $200 for the night. The toilet wasn’t working because the tank wouldn’t fill. That was a simple fix that my boyfriend, shouldn’t have had to but did because it was easy. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and it seemed impossible to regulate the temp to anything but scalding hot. If that wasn’t enough the shower wouldn’t shut off and leaked all night, it was disruptive and we had a terrible time sleeping. We had to be up at 4am and didn’t want to switch rooms so late, so we tolerated it. For being such a modern hotel you’d think the basics would be well maintained but they weren’t. It was obvious more attention was given to the landscaping than maintaining the hotels basic functions. We were exhausted from a long trip and simply wanted to relax before flying home. It was far from relaxing.

There were mosquitos all throughout our room. We killed over 7 ourselves. When I booked online, it said the room slept four people, but the pullout was only for one person. I went to guest services and he was like yea, it only sleeps three, so I showed him online where it says four, and he couldn't understand why it would do that. The next morning when I complained about the mosquitos, they said nothing. I showed photos and the dead bugs on the wall. Gross!

I stayed at this location for a work trip. It was conveniently off the freeway and very clean and comfortable. I arrived late (midnight) and William at the front desk was so courteous, he definitely made my day great after a long evening of travel.

First off my room seemed great when I arrived however after settling in I noticed the shampoo dispenser was in the tub/shower it fell off and apparently this is a known problem it seems the adhesive is not sticky enough! Second my shower faucet wouldn’t turn off completely. Third I purchased a Breakfast w/ my hotel yet the morning manager couldn’t find it or give me the coupon I needed. I told the food manager on duty and she waived it both times supposedly. On the plus side my view was spectacular, the patio view was amazing!

We understood the two day housekeeping but the day we were due we left early, I took the do not disturb sign off our door. When we returned, the do not disturb sign was on the door and the room was not clean. Trash full, no new towels. We returned late so they could t help us. Disappointing!

Dead bug in refrigerator. Live roach by fridge. Running toilet. My son asks for flat sheet and blanket. They give a blanket only. I go ask for flat sheet and they have to think about it?

Two things- My kids and I got stuck in the elevator twice. Not safe. I was there for a tournament and got absolutely no sleep because of the noise that came from upstairs. Notified the front desk but that didn't do anything. I would not recommend this place. Marriott holds a name for comfort and this was not it.

Room 219, Executive King, show pressure was at the very best a trickle, there was a considerable amount of mold on the tiles in the shower. I did not speak with anyone at the hotel regarding this as I was there one day and did not discover these issues until I was getting ready to leave for a meeting. Huge gap under the door illuminated the room at night, and allow a great deal of noise to pass into the room thru from the hallway. For a Marriot property, this particular room was in rough shape. The hotel in general appearance is good, Lobby and Lounge are also well kept. Hopefully this room is schedule for a revamp soon.

I was charged twice. Supposedly the first reservation was canceled. I called about it because it wasn't cancelled. I actually stayed there that night. They charged me for the cancellation and the actual stay. Very disappointed!

The place was really clean, bed comfortable, however I had a problem with locking the door (the front desk guy did admit that the door gives problem) and the toilet kept running (same front desk guy came and fixed it by taking off the top of the toilet and pulling up on something). Outside of those two hiccups, it was wonderful, will stay again and certainly recommend.

When we arrived the employee at that time was Janelle. We tried to check-in but she informed us that there was only 1 reservation for 1 room and 1 day. We told her that we did the reservation since March and that we reserved 2 rooms that we prepaid for everything thru Expedia. I had the confirmation number for the 2 reservations. All the time she was unkind, disrespectful and showed no consideration for us. She told us that she was going to call Expedia but after 1 hour I decided to call Expedia by myself and informed the situation. The person from Expedia confirmed to me that we had 2 rooms and they had the hotel confirmation number. Using my cellphone, Janelle talked with Expedia as per the Expedia’s associate request.Janelle was also disrespectful and unkind with them. This was not the first time we were going to stay on this hotel. We stayed 4 to 5 times in the past as we had relatives that lives in the area. But definitely this was the worst experience we have had in an hotel. At some point I thought we were trying to check-in in a motel or a lower category hotel. Expedia worked to relocate us in another hotel.
