Will be back!! Great weekend away
- 2/5
This is my second time staying and my last. They charged us for parking this time which is frustrating. The buses that they have for the parks are awful. The pool was nice but the jacuzzi was lacking water and the jets were awful and just splashed you in the face the whole time. The lobby houses timeshare sellers who hound you the second you are in the lobby. Everyday we had to tell these people no thank you. If you are going to Disney do yourself the favor and pay the extra to stay on site. It use to be the good cheaper option but not when they nickel and dime you to death. I also 2 weeks later have still not gotten my $75 deposit back that I was told would be automatic after a few days. Called to see what was up and have to wait until the accounts person is in. Wonderful. Never again.
- 5/5
Walking distance to Disney Springs. Our curtain fell off and the morning was bright. The staff accommodated to us due to this issue. Very helpful team.
- 2/5
The garden rooms are very gross. Our rooms were extremely moist and smelled like wet dog. Including the bedding, towels, and even our clothes and shoes. The housekeeping staff were using the elevator non stop during check out. Meaning we had to carry our luggage down the stairs and make several trips. We were not the only guests in the stairwell. Many people have said that the tower rooms are much nicer. Honestly, if I have to upgrade for a decent room, I prefer to stay elsewhere.
- 4/5
We stay here because of the convenience getting to Disney Springs (walking distance) and the great pool area. The pool staff are always amazing. The rooms have been renovated but there is a musty smell.
- 4/5
Overall good. Comeback. Next time

The stay was amazing and being within walking distance to the springs was great. Made for a smooth day and nice shopping experience. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Rooms were very nice. Staff was super friendly. Pool bar was amazing.

The person who works bellhop (Shelton) is amazing. Great personality and always welcoming and makes the stay really comforting.
- 3/5
Just meh. The lobby makes it feel pretty upscale but the rooms are not great. Didn’t even have a microwave.
- 4/5
Very convenient, very well prices, carpet needs replacing and air filters need replacing
- 5/5
Great location. No complaints at all ... well, it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room.
- 5/5
Everything good location to Disney Springs. Staff wanting you to buy time share. Taking up your time while you are trying to vacation!
- 1.5/5
I liked the area, due to be a short walk away from Disney Springs. The staff were kind and helpful. There was a constant loud machinery noise all night and all day, the mosquitoes were pretty bad in the first room they gave me. It was more of a motel you walk into your room from the balcony.
- 3/5
Bella piscina. Albergo tranquillo Parcheggio costoso e camera mediocre.
- 4/5
The pool is great for the children. The location is perfect, especially the walking distance to Disney Springs. Definitely worth it if you want to spend a night or two. The rooms had a heavy smell of humidity. The market in the lobby didn't have that many worthy options to choose from.
- 2/5
Be prepared to pay parking every night and for breakfast every morning. Be prepared for a broken elevator and a maid service that needs to be requested for a full cleaning. Don’t forget resort fees! Also no microwave so that’s a bummer. The good parts: early admission to park, close to parks, shuttle to parks, good coffee in the lobby, great staff out by the entrance, and a beautiful lobby. You can stay somewhere cheaper with free breakfast in Orlando, but you won’t have early admission or walking distance to Disney Springs. If you’re not an annual pass holder, you have to pay for parking at Disney anyways, so I guess it is just part of the drill. We had major issues with elevators being broken and our hotel door being stuck. These rooms are older. The hotel is older. They need to refurbish the bathtub and the doors. The elevators are also very small. Very family friendly and there’s a pool that looks like a blast. I would go back, but I do wish it had been cheaper and that we didn’t have so many issues getting to our room. Oh and one more thing, they will try to sell you some kind of promotional trip as soon as you check in! I was kinda yelled at by the woman in charge because I didn’t want to commit to the presentation. I just wanted to get to my room!! So watch out for her. She needs to work on being kinder and understanding that not everyone wants to purchase a time share after they just paid over 100.00 for simply parking!!
- 5/5
Loved it!! Stayed multiple times!
- 3/5
Door handle of room was difficult to open and close. Toilet running all night, the sound made it difficult to sleep and when I called down I couldn’t get through to anyone.
- 2/5
The room was run down, for the money you pay it’s not worth the money.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Breakfast provided as part of the hotel stay would be a nice addition.
- 4/5
Hotel has more of a vintage motel feel which isn’t a terrible thing as it’s very clean and renovated nicely. I knocked a star off because I was harassed by the timeshare staff for about 20 minutes while they tried to force me and my husband to go see their timeshare. To the point of actually yelling at me when I continued to say no. Other than that it was a great staycation, the gentleman at the Joffrey’s was incredible as well as the maintenance guy! We will be back, we will just say NO when asked if we received our “welcome package”.
- 5/5
Nothing special. Was not at the hotel much.
- 5/5
It’s an all around great place at a great location
- 5/5
Early entry to Disney parks is a huge benefit. Easy transportation to the parks great value.

- 0.5/5
Close to Disney I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at the Wyndham at Disney Springs was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. Being close to Disney Springs was convenient, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. The most serious issue occurred when we were literally LOCKED inside our room for over an hour with no way to get out. The door malfunctioned, and despite multiple attempts, we could not open it from the inside. This is not just an inconvenience it is a major safety hazard and a potential fire risk. If there had been an emergency, we would have been trapped. As if that wasn’t bad enough, after trying to put the situation behind us and get some sleep, we started seeing roaches in the room. Finding one roach is unacceptable. Seeing multiple roaches during a one-night stay is absolutely disgusting and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and pest control throughout the property. The room itself was in terrible condition. While showering, the bathroom handle literally fell off. The shower floor felt soft and unstable, as if you could fall through it at any moment. The ceiling looked damaged and appeared like it could collapse at any time. The entire room felt neglected, unsafe, and poorly maintained. Getting any rest was nearly impossible because of the constant noise. Guests were slamming doors at all hours, and the walls seemed to do little to block sound. It was far from the relaxing vacation experience we expected. To make matters worse, the hotel charges extra for internet access, something that most hotels provide for free in 2026. The parking situation was also terrible, with limited spaces and a frustrating layout. What made everything even more disappointing was how misleading the listing was. The photos on Booking.com look nothing like the actual rooms we were given.

- 1/5
Pictures misleading in description. $30 night parking fee not mentioned until check in. Dated and old. Room had price stickers all on wall. Air conditioner didn’t work. Shower soap bottles empty. Room smelled. Paper thin walls.(all I heard all night was doors shutting) decided to get another hotel and not finish out stay here but staff credited the parking fee and noted problems in notes so I could discuss refund with Expedia which was also handled and refunded for night we didn’t use
- 3/5
I like how convenient this hotel is to Disney and how its location qualifies its guests for early entry, as well as being a more affordable option for that particular bonus. The rooms themselves are clean and well cared for. However, the “free” internet was terrible. It didn’t work in the hotel room at all and I had to sit in the lobby to complete some work I had brought with me. Also, I’m not sure if I had a new employee at the check in desk or what, but he didn’t ask for my ID or debit card or anything upon check in. The hotel didn’t end up charging me until after we had checked out, which caused issues with my bank since I had been told the final charge would drop at check in.
- 5/5
Great location. Only stayed one night but enjoyed it.
- 4/5
I feel thst you need to make sure you're in the main building for your room or it's going to feel more like a motel experience. Thst said, the pool was never over crowded and it had incredible Disney Springs access. The complimentary shuttle bus was perfect, too. We knocked off everything we really wanted to see at Hollywood Studios in our first hour thanks to the early access, too. The lake restaurant's buffet was actually very good as well. My party was surprised by the freshness of the fruit and everyone found plenty to enjoy.

The staff were very friendly and ensure you felt taken care of. I definitely recommend.

The room was clean. The staff in the lobby store were very kind. The bar area where you are supposed to be able to get drinks and small plates of certain foods till 12:30am, was not so good. They completely shut down at 10:45 and most restaurants in Disney Springs closed at 11 so there was junk food for dinner or nothing or get an uber to find something. The tv channels didn’t work most of the time. It was an ok place to stay that was clean. Was just expecting more.
- 4/5
There was an issue with my room but management immediately acted upon and did their best to do service recovery. The location of the hotel is a plus . I will be staying again

Not worth the hype for the money. No breakfast included and tiny flies living in the bathroom. Very noisy in the rooms. Paper thin walls. AC worked great and beds were very comfortable. Liked the shuttle to WDW. Probably will not stay there again. Did not feel like we got the value for our dollar.

Location Booked a lake view room was given a room on floor 1 with a view of a wall. Beds are small and was more like a low grade hotel. No air in elevators. Self Parking is 30 dollars per day.

Overall a great stay for a quick staycation. Room was really nice. It looked newly renovated. We loved the pool and pool bar. We ate breakfast at the on site restaurant both mornings and the buffet was wonderful. We felt the resort and parking fees were a bit steep.

- 4/5
Very nice place to stay close to Disney Springs.
- 3/5
Someone opened our hotel room door and almost walked in at 9am while my newborn and spouse was still asleep and I woken up. Not sure if it was an employee or a random guest. They knocked several times, and it sounded like such an urgent rapid knock. As I woke up and started walking towards the door, I heard what sounded like a card key being used to open the door leading me to assume it was an employee. Mind you this is after hearing yelling/cussing or some type of dispute going on outside in the middle of the night prior to this incident. Also checkout isn’t until 11am. So it kind of scared me a little. Room was ok. Probably staying across the street next time.
- 5/5
Very pleased with this property. I will stay again.
- 3/5
Location to Disney springs. 30$ for parking is terrible a night to park in there massive parking lot. Should not be paying for parking when paying for hotel stay. Also bedding was so damp that we instantly got bags wet from the bedding not dry.

Location Room was very humid, room is definitely not sound proof as advertised, every little noice is heard in your room, when someone else slams there door it shakes the bed, parking fee is ridiculous.
- 2.5/5
The lobby was clean, bright, had good amenities, and smelled like a Disney resort. We didn’t walk around the property to see what the pool was like, but the grounds looked well kept. It was in an amazing location that was just a quick walk to Disney Springs, and they also offered transportation to the parks. Staff was also nice. You definitely get what you pay for when staying at the Garden part of the hotel. Elevators were pretty dirty, small, and alarms consistently went off. The bed and sheets were surprisingly comfy, but overall, the room was kinda dirty, especially the bathroom. It had a yellow soap scum ring stained around the shower mat and the water didn’t really get hot at all. The light above the sink wasn’t bright and made it hard to see, the tile floor was dusty and had build up around floorboards/furniture. I also didn’t care for the sales pitch we got tricked into to buy a property, or the salesperson who kept pushing after I explicitly said “I’m not interested in buying anything you’re selling”.

I've stayed at this resort 3 times. I love that it's very close to Disney Springs. The staff is so helpful and warm. The rooms are decent. Those with the outside entry are ok, but not as nice as the rooms with the interior entry. The only downside is that the park shuttle runs only every hour on the hour, and the return schedule isn't readily available.

Room wasn’t bad the problem was the window in the room, there’s no tint whatsoever you can literally see into anyone’s room in the day time I had my curtain closed the whole time, it’s also thin glass and you can hear everything outside, worst part is they won’t even let you use their microwave unless you buy whatever you have from their little store. $5 maruchan no thanks they’re literally less than a dollar at a normal store
- 2/5
It was a ok stay we had trouble with our first room the tub was clogged and bed had blood on the sheets the hidden resort and park fees we're crazy and I was supposed to get a refund on resort fees after the first room and still haven't gotten it yet but they took my money really quick
- 2/5
We didn't have the breakfast or go to the bar, the cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was fine. The main remodeled building was great, which is the pictures shown on the website; however, we got a room in the old building that was not update and more like a motel. The ceilings were popcorn and we could touch them without trying despite being 5'4", and the walls were the old motel yellow and depressing. The car was parked outside the room despite that the nightly charge was $30 or 40. Overall, it was a disappointment. We wanted to extend the stay but ended moving across the street to the Hilton. Much better and nicer.
- 5/5
Great pool for kids, within walking distance to Disney springs, clean room and easy to check in.
- 5/5
The location was ideal, the room was clean, the hotel itself had several conveniences like breakfast available nice and early. and we loved that we could park right outside of our hotel room door and not walk 10 mins from the skyliner. Biggest perk was still having early park access at Disney. Will definitely use again!

I liked the pool, Deep end was nice, the bar made cold drinks! Most of the kids stayed away from what i felt was the adult pool. We have stayed here in the past and never got to use the pool and that was my favorite spot! Zero Complaints honestly.. I wish I had more time to explore the property.

- 4/5
Location was excellent. I knew about this location which is walking distance to Disney Springs, because I have stayed at the Hilton across the street on other trips. The bed and pillows were excellent. Upon checking in, I was not informed that daily cleaning was not available but only upon request. Now that is a no no in my book of hotel stays, specially from a chain of hotels like Wyndham. The shower did not work well, I had to call desk to get them to fix it. The TV command control, did not work well when trying to turn tv on. Perhaps batteries needed replacement. If I owned a hotel chain like Wyndham, stuff like this would never happen at my hotels.
- 1/5
Laundry facilities use QR scan code system which blocked both my Visa and Debit card from being used and I wasted hours on the phone with my bank trying to get them functional. Tried machines again and card still didn't work called bank again and was advised the merchant wasn't accepting my cards now. The toilet bowl was filthy on the outside, and there was mold in the shower. The rooms had adequate AC but the rooms felt damp especially the bedding.Customer service at the front desk was hit or miss with being polite. Asked for room service three times in one day and it never showed up. A few days went to lounge by the pool and there was no where to sit or lay down. Would not go back.

Rooms are a little dated and not very sound proof. 5 minute walk to Disney springs. 5-10 minute drive to HS, Epcot and ESPN zone. Overall would definitely stay again. Two standouts were bartender Kasie who was great with service, and very hospitable and friendly. Definitely made my down time better. Secondly? Shelton of bell services was another star with warm greetings every morning from arrival to departure. Went above and beyond for me one of the days. Great qualities by both that should be recognized.
- 4/5
Room smelled a bit musty so keep that in mind if you have major allergies. Otherwise, great stay! Location is fantastic. Parking fees are steep, but there’s bus transportation so having a car isn’t necessary.
- 5/5
Great location. Would stay again. Good bang for your buck.
- 4/5
The location and proximity to Disney Springs is ideal. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel bar closes too early, it should stay open longer to allow more socialization with other guest. The rooms lack modern up to date internet enabled entertainment. TV's should be replaced with smart TV's to allow guest to enjoy their regular internet based entertainment and not the limited local and outdated broadcast networks.

- 4/5
Good amount of parking, we loved the pool. The cost of the food at the pool is very expensive and they had a pretty limited menu. The elevators are small. This location charges a Las Vegas priced resort fee, for a resort that is just okay. On top of the resort fee, you also pay a parking fee. We were there for the run, it’s close to Epcot, which we really appreciated at 3a. Walking distance to Springs and short distance to 4.
- 3/5
Outdated. Needs to be refurbished. It was fine other than that. I was only there for one night. They don't offer complimentary water in your room. But the front staff was nice enough to give me a one time courtesy bottle.
- 3.5/5
Location, room Room service only every 3 days; breakfast cost 30 USD per person per day felt overpriced; a charge of 10 USD per box delivered at the front office; 30 USD per day for parking seems expensive.

The room had no AC and there were bugs, the hotel would not put us in another room and refuses to refund for the stay. Will never stay here again!
- 5/5
Walking distance to Disney springs was great!! The lobby was convenient before catching the shuttle to the Disney world parks. Rooms were small but clean, Overall great place to stay.
- 5/5
We have stayed at the Wyndham Garden several times and we are always very happy with the value for the money and the proximity to Disney Springs. This time we checked in ahead online and it did save us time. The room is clean and the staff helpful. Next time we may ask to be on the inside facing the garden. The parking lot side can be pretty noisy early in the morning when the delivery and garbage trucks arrive. We'll definitely choose this hotel again!

Great experience
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel walking distance from Disney Springs. Very clean. A lot to do there. Friendly staff but what stood out mostly was the employee at the front counter checking me in. Her name was FAITH and she was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I had a little issue and she resolved it quickly and nicely. Probably one of the best front counter people I’ve encountered in my travels and I travel a lot. A terrific family place to stay. Not a 5 star elite resort but for a family with a budget……can’t do much better.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location
- 5/5
My stay was excellent! The bar by the pool was great. The rooms were nice and clean.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent! Two day stay. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
The pool restaurant was fantastic, great prices and everything on menu was delicious and great , rooms are very clean , the small closet not great the way it’s set up but if your a travel who likes to unpack everything there are great deep drawers for your storage and a frig , close to everything Disney , enjoy

Excellent location!

When we arrived at our destination, we were greeted by a young man that did not have his priorities in order. He was in a hurry to get us checked in so he could entertain a female that was standing by the desk with an alcoholic beverage in her hand. He in return stated that due to the fact that we made our reservation online through Expedia that we had a resort fee balance of $40.40 due. I stated to him that there must be a mistake because we had paid for our reservation in was paid in full several weeks ago. He was very persistent that the balance must be paid in full before a room key would be issued. Once in the room there was no soap and my companion had to take a cold shower due to the fact that there was no hot water. We were very disappointed in the serve that we received. There was a gentleman at the entrance the next morning that was very helpful and courteous. He arranged for an uber to bring us to our next destination.

A little older than the pics but good.
- 2/5
The quality really changed from the last time we stayed there 2 years ago
- 5/5
Clean. Quick check in. Very pleasant staff.
- 5/5
We didn't eat breakfast but bar was great. Good drinks good environment. Parking was easy and close to room and secured.
- 4/5
It was very disappointing to realize that breakfast was not included in the reservation, and I had to pay for it—something that is basically included at every hotel.
- 5/5
Loved the location. The lobby is beautiful, rooms were comfortable and quiet, pool area was relaxing and well kept.
- 5/5
Easy walk to Disney Springs.
- 2/5
Apparently they placed us in the motel styled wings with the exterior entrances, rather than the main tower with interior hallways. Even though they are marketed as an Official Disney Hotel, it certainly didn't feel like one in terms of quality or atmosphere. They do offer park shuttles, but since we had already finished our park days, that perk didn't add any value for us. If you're looking for that "Disney Magic," you might want to look elsewhere.
- 4/5
We enjoy the property & Abdul by the pool is awesome!! We look forward every April seeing him.
- 2/5
Room next to us was very loud. No hot water. Very long walk from the lobby to our room. Not comfortable at night. Very dark.
- 5/5
Lots of hidden fees...Resort, Parking, etc. Just tell us the total price. Still one of the cheaper places within walking distance.
- 5/5
The Oasis Burger was amazing! Front desk very welcoming. Great game room! Room was very clean. Pool is perfect for the whole family!
- 5/5
Great location! Clean room. Great park transportation
- 5/5
Love this spot. Have stayed here 3 times. Proximity to Disney Springs can’t be beat.
- 5/5
Clean room, great on-site meal options, housekeeping excellent! Close to attractions and amenities.
- 5/5
Clean nice staff location
- 5/5
Small rooms with only double beds. Great pool area for kids and wonderful location!
- 5/5
I love the installation in every way, the breakfast is very fresh and its staff is wonderful. The pool is great for children to enjoy an expectacular day.
- 5/5
Clean room, close to Disney springs, very convenient.
- 5/5
Friendly welcoming staff breakfast buffet was great with a nice view the rooms do have some minor errors but other than that beds are comfortable
- 5/5
The breakfast menu and buffet had a wonderful selection of meals and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Clean room and daily cleaning was a plus!
- 4/5
Location is great. Food prices were high in my opinion for what you got. The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. The shower however is not as nice, very poor water pressure and not very hot water. The workers are very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay!

When I check in young lady name R. Nicole ck me in. I was not aware to have a mobile type room. My long modest dresses hug on the floor, i was not pleased about that.. my trash in the room was not empty. They came later that evening to do my room. I didn't want make any trouble I told front desk @ ck in to gv me a trash bag I would do my self. But really it should hv been done already. I saw a small baby roach drawing on the side table .yes I killed it!. Its just been a hard weekend. But nicole was great thx again.
- 4/5
Beautiful pool
- 5/5
The hotel provides shuttle facilities to Disney parks, which is an additional asset. The hotel was clean, the staff is polite and the rooms were well maintained. Only if the hotel could have water bottles in the rooms for the guests that will be amazing as the hotel doesn’t have it and these need to be purchased.
- 5/5
Excellent location
- 3/5
The advertised 2 queens but they were more like two full beds
- 3/5
If you want a good place to stay on budget this is your place. The elevators are confusing at first. The pool area is top notch. The beds are comfy. Pillows are hard.
- 5/5
Always a great place to stay if you’re going to Disney Springs or any of the parks since they have a shuttle
- 1/5
Very very disappointed. Circumstances were out of my control and I received no refund.
- 5/5
Clean Rooms/ clean pool area/ friend Bar Staff

Better food selections
- 1/5
They charged me $84 claiming we were in our room at 3pm. We agreed, with the front desk, to have a free 1 hour extra (12 noon) checkout. They took my money that I had budgeted for food that day for my daughter. They said they needed to research and would let me know, but only after they figure it out can I get reimbursed, which takes 3 business days. I’m pissed!!!
- 3/5
The beds were full size in lieu of the standard Queen size. It was hard for 2 people to sleep in 1 bed. The handle at sink was hard to turn on. Are room was cleaned 1 time during our stay of 3 days. After a long day at the parks we came back to our room to find out we couldn't get in. Walked all the way back to check-in counter to have keys reactivated. To find out that didn’t work walked back to check-in, they had security meet us. We finally got in our room but we couldn't go back out as we would not get back in. We left Tuesday morning by 9:15 AM.
- 3/5
Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The room was not very clean — the carpet was dirty, and I even found leftover food on the floor. The bathroom had a constant leak, and early morning garbage truck noise around 4–5 a.m. made it difficult to rest after long park days. I hope these issues are addressed, as I’ve enjoyed staying here before.

- 5/5
My 8 year old son and I stayed here and it was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We travel a few times per year. This was an affordable stay, and felt like a luxury hotel. Staff was excellent and helpful, rooms were clean and neat, there was an arcade room, the pool area was awesome, and there was easily accessible food at all times. The free shuttles to Disney were appreciated, and you can literally take a quick walk over a foot bridge straight into Disney Springs!
- 4/5
Still unsure how I feel about this location. It’s convenient for sure but it’s nothing special. Good place to lay your head between parks. The resort fees and extra self-parking fees make me want to avoid this resort even as convenient as it is. It’s quite pricy for no reason. If there were no other options in the area, I’d stay here again but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here. Staff was nice, check-in and out was simple but nothing to rave about.
- 3/5
I didnt think the price was worth the quality. The added parking and resort fee was ridiculous. Firstly, I didnt appreciate the aggressive sales tactics for trying to sell time shares. Second; the beds were small, there was only a shower curtain no liner, water from sink came out aggressively so I got soaked the first use, the tub wasnt installed properly there were multiple soft spots that when stepped on made a loud popping noise, lastly the carpet was in terrible shape. Staff was friendly, i appreciated the joffreys, and the location was great.

Upon check-in, the front desk personnel informed me that she would find me a new room within 2–4 hours. Based on that assurance, I left all of our belongings packed in our luggage, expecting to be relocated shortly. However, when I later contacted the front desk to follow up, I was told that there were no rooms available for me. This was very frustrating, as it directly contradicted what I had been told at check-in. The room we were assigned had several issues. The temperature was extremely hot, the refrigerator was not working, and there was no hot water available in the morning when it was most needed. Strangely, the hot water functioned properly later in the afternoon. Additionally, I have always previously been assigned a pool-view room, but this time we were placed facing the parking lot without explanation. A maintenance staff member initially came to address the air conditioning issue. However, by that time, our drinks had already been in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours and were warm. After contacting the front desk again, another maintenance employee came to inspect the refrigerator. During this visit, the refrigerator was pulled forward abruptly, causing my sodas and wine to fall onto the floor. Two sodas opened on impact, and several others becameflat
- 4/5
Clean room. But the room was far away from everyone.
- 5/5
Check-in was quick. Given the details of how to book the buses to the various parks - also very easy to do. Room was large and clean. Pool area lovely. Very convenient for Disney Springs.
- 5/5
Clean, great staff
- 3/5
Our room was freezing cold. We could not get the temperature above 63 degrees. Tried calling the front desk 3 times to ask about the temperature and no one ever answered the phone. We checked in at 4:30 (30 minutes after check in time) and had to wait at least 30 more minutes because our room was not ready. Was told “check in starts at 4:00 and we do not guarantee any specific time your room will be ready” with no estimate given as to when our room would be ready, even though we got an email from Wyndham stating check in was at 4:00. Overall, between the room not being ready, no one ever answering the phone and the freezing cold room, we were disappointed in our stay. We have stayed here many times and this was the first time we had these issues. I’m not sure we will stay here again. On a positive, the room was clean.
- 5/5
Clean room comfortable beds great water pressure in shower pool bar food and drinks were really good!
- 3/5
Can you please shut the hell up in the early hours when ppl. Are trying to sleep!! Or at least talk at a normal voice volume??
- 3/5
Broken heat in the room. Many maintenance issues. Room was very clean and cute. Service meh from FD. Housekeeping and bellmen amazing. Bar crew amazing. Restaurant amazing. Great amenities in the room and outside but front desk felt tired and uninterested and genuinely not up to par to everyone else working in there. Asked to extend for 3 nights and even though online there was availability- they made it look like I was begging to stay and will kindly consider it next morning. I have worked in the hotels since I was 19 years old and can assure you- you take care of your current guests first. We ended up booking another hotel and the service in the new hotel is TOP. Stay for closeness to disney springs but keep your expectations low.
- 5/5
Our room was immaculate, and I wish I could remember her name. She was engaging, but also very meticulous.
- 5/5
The hotel is very spacious and clean. It has a lot of modern amenities that are very helpful to the international and domestic traveler. The rooms are comfortable, the prices reasonable, and the front desk staff is very helpful. It’s one of our favorite hotels!
- 5/5
The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to restaurants, stores and live music. The pool area is awesome with two large pools and splash pad for the kids. The room was clean and quiet and the parking is easy.
- 5/5
Perfect location. Good rooms
- 1/5
Ac broke for 2 days, shower broken, no late check out, fridge not cooling, outdated rooms, and hard beds!!!!!!!!
- 4/5
Hotel was very nice and clean. We were very happy with the proximity to Disney Springs. The only issues we had were not enough people manning the front desk when we checked in even though there were a number of people waiting in line. This seemed to be a recurring problem that we noticed during our stay. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom which causes a lot of condensation if you're taking anything more than a lukewarm shower.
- 5/5
Absolutely wonderful
- 5/5
Amazing staff! Went above and beyond to make our stay the best experience possible. A+
- 5/5
The staff was amazing and so nice! Love the proximity to the parks, and the fact that the have buses that will take you there!
- 3/5
Rooms are very basic, somewhat small. Clean and quiet for the most part. I would stay again in a pinch but nothing compares to being on site at the Disney Resorts. I dislike someone trying to sell you a timeshare packaged as a “welcome gift”. Please let visitors enjoy their stay.
- 4/5
Clean room, comfortable bed, bus voucher helpful, easy access location
- 5/5
Perfect location for visiting Disney. Clean rooms, easy walk to Springs, free shuttles. Honestly, this was a great hotel and I will definitely stay here again
- 4/5
The room was great.
- 5/5
Nice room, great location to Disney Springs. Pool area was also nice.
- 5/5
The staff at this resort are amazing.
- 3/5
The room was clean and was good if you are just looking for somewhere to rest after a busy day at the parks. The hotel amenities seemed good although we did not really use them much due to our short visit. If you are planning to utilize the early entry with Disney that you get for staying here then plan to use alternate transportation to/from the parks. The buses that they use were incredibly unreliable. They were late going to magic kingdom making us miss early entry and then they were late leaving the parks and did not have enough room on them. We waited 40 minutes for the bus arrive to leave the parks and go back to the hotel one of the nights.
- 3/5
yes, only problem is charged my card 3 times holding up resources and still has on hold even after check out
- 3/5
The room was fine, albeit a bit dated. Staff was pleasant when we interacted with them. The best part of our stay was the location. The room itself was not memorable
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 4/5
Room was comfy and clean. Bed and linens good quality and we slept well. Aside from the room being a tad warmer than we preferred this was a great stay.
- 3/5
Rooms were average. Small food court but had the basics. Average for WDW…
- 3/5
Room was great facilities were fine but I did not enjoy being harassed by staff about timeshares and wasting over 10min of my time answering questions and no one understanding what I meant when I said I’m not interested until the 5th or 6th time when I asked is this a time share because I’m definitely not interested in any of this? Which then the lady became rude and said well enjoy your stay…teach your staff to understand that no means no
- 5/5
Great location , nice amenities , good price. Disney sister property , so early entry was nice
- 4/5
Clean room serviced daily! Friendly staff! Conveniently close to Disney Springs! We would stay here again! Didn’t like the $36 a day resort fee or $30 parking fee which you don’t see when you book, so be aware!!!

Great experience as always looking forward to the next stay!

The room was dirty, sheets were stained mold all over the room and bathroom the room had a weird smell had to get out of the room at 6 am. Was woken up at 4 am by a staff member cleaning and banging in the ice machine, trash truck was there at 5 super loud worst stay!! Had maybe 30 min of sleep
- 5/5
Room very clean and nice. Comfy beds. Nice view.
- 4/5
Nice lobby and amenities. Close to Disney Springs and close enough to see the nightly fireworks from the pool area.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff and close to Disney springs!
- 5/5
We have stayed at this property about 8-10 times. Will always come back here for our Disney vacation spot. Clean and staff are wonderful. Early access to Disney parks with bus to and from parks included. Can’t wait to get back.
- 4/5
Cleanliness, friendly staff, accommodating and nice amenities
- 2/5
Front desk staff unhelpful- for example we called to see the shuttle times and while they were able to communicate that the shuttles ran on the hour every hour, they neglected to communicate that we also needed to make reservations for the shuttle which resulted in unexpected confusion and scrambling at boarding time … frustrating and unnecessary There are SO many other resorts to stay at in the Orlando area; I do not recommend this hotel
- 1/5
Checked in after 4pm expecting to be given our room (since it was well after check in time), only to be met with a very hostile staff and had to wait until 5:50pm for our room. Had a dining reservation that we almost missed. We were told that we would be texted when our room was ready. Sat in the lobby and hadn’t received anything so I had to approach front desk at 5:50pm. All of sudden our room was ready right then! Wow. I wish we would’ve walked out when they told us our room wasn’t ready because the room itself was worse than the service. Exterior room. Mold on fabric lampshades, moisture damage on doors and walls, the humidity was unfixable even with using the a/c. Lights liked to flicker. Bathroom needed a whole new face lift. Water would not shut off, Tub dripped the whole night. Was told house keeping was going to bring some items, then received 3 seperate calls that they no longer could come. Thought about bringing up the issues to staff, but they were already rude enough. Won’t stay again.
- 5/5
Clean. Excellent location. Comfy beds
- 5/5
Staff was amazing, especially the tall black man that was the bellhop. What a gem he is! Coffee shop was excellent!
- 1/5
After many years as a patron to your hotel, the absolute fraudulent conditions of the Garden Lake compared to the Tower is unacceptable!! After arriving and seeing the actual conditions of the Garden Lake rooms, this was horribly not appropriate. We were able to spend 2 nights (for an upgraded cost) for the Towers and then needed to move to another Hotel due to availability. Again, we have stayed in the Towers many times, and if they would not have negligently portrayed the Garden Lake rooms, then we would have found another Hotel from the start.
- 5/5
Excellent location. Staff all very courteous.
- 5/5
Always a pleasure to stay here! :)
- 2/5
The hotel was very confusing on how to find anything. Room was on the outside and the elevator was like a small service elevator. Would not choose to stay here again. If you do, make sure to get a room inside.
- 1/5
Staff at front desk at check in was rude. Hot water did not work all 5 nights even though maintenance came 3 times to work on it and left a mess in the bathroom the last time. The air did not work i. The room, maintenance had to come again for that. Housekeeping came and only made one of the beds. No garbage bags were in trash cans.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Ane at the front desk was awesome!
- 3/5
Heater broken in room when it’s 29F, -1C outside during a crazy cold snap. Heater was fixed but made a loud bang every 10 minutes when it turned on. Earplugs required.
- 3/5
The internet connection was terrible!! Very disappointing
- 4/5
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was a nice size.
- 3/5
It was a decent hotel with tons of hidden fees. $30 for parking plus a resort fee. You only get a luggage cart if you pay for the bell hop service. The room itself was clean, but nothing exciting.
- 4/5
Lobby was amazing, room was nice, spacious and quiet. The only complaint I have was that after a long day of travel, when I was done checking in the desk person told me I could go over to another desk and pick up a welcome package. I was very tired so I decided to try to head to my room. A staff member stopped me and tried to make me go over there. I didn't realize that it was mandatory. The person at the front desk made it sound optional. We are in the area all of the time. If we don't stay at this hotel again, this would be the reason why.
- 4/5
Lobby was inviting and room was clean
- 5/5
Clean rooms, very nice rooms, staff was wonderful, helpful, and valet was funny, loved the shuttle to Disney, saves us at least $60 a day not having to uber, literally a 5 minute walk to Disney Springs.

Clean room, ease of check in and out, proximity to disney springs, free buses to parks.

The rooms are OK and have been redone recently. They would have been perfect if they just spent a few more $$ on each room. For example, replace the light switches, plugs and plates. They looked pretty dirty in my room. The front of house staff was EXCELLENT!.

Staff very cortéus and ron very nivel And Clean.
- 4/5
The proximity to Disney Springs is perfect for the discounted price.
- 2/5
Room and sheets smell of cigarettes and had to have all new bedding requested front desk, guest services and room service. Hard to reach overall stayed there because I’ve stayed there in the past for multiple Cheer All-Star events and it was convenient but would I stay there again, probably not.
- 2/5
The property is dated. The hotel charges a daily resort fee which it is nowhere close to being a resort. It’s because of its location that they feel they can add that fee on. They are right next to Disney springs which makes it easy to hop on to WDW transportation to go checkout the really cool Disney resorts. They do have transportation to the parks right from the hotel. I wouldn’t go to that hotel again.
- 4/5
I have been staying here for approximately 15 years. I love the location which is close to Disney Springs. The hotel staff is excellent. The motel part is a bit dated. In my opinion, it should have a lower resort fee than the tower part of the hotel. Just some minor issues that come with an older building, but always a great stay.
- 2/5
Paint coming off of bathtub, mold, rust in multiple areas, bathroom countertop falling off, looks like bed bug remnant on mattress, tiny bed pillows, just overall untidy. I've stayed in a lot of places and this has to be the worst one yet. Don't forget your shampoo and body wash, this place offers small cheap containers.
- 5/5
Nice place! Walked to Disney Springs!
- 3/5
Musty smell to the room and ac didn’t work well.
- 5/5
Everything good.
- 3/5
At 4 AM and alarm started going off in my room that maybe as a guest, I should check and make sure all alarms aren’t set, but it was very frustrating. And I was dead asleep at 8:45am this morning. I gotta knock at the door from housekeeping asking if I was leaving today. They just need to do better. There’s no reason to knock on the door at 8:45 in the morning unless something is actually wrong. You can clearly look at the list and tell that I’m leaving today.
- 2/5
Upon checkin, was not notified one elevator was not working. Parked where our room was and had to walk down the length of the sunset bldg to access working elevator. Door seals on room we not adequate. Light and draft came in. Had to use towels to seal up. Front desk notifed. Maintenance came some time later when we were occupying the room, someone in shower, and in for the night. Did not feel comfortable having door open when it was below 50 degrees. Upon checkout, mentioned issue again expecting some type of adjustment to bill, but all the gentleman said was sorry and here's your bill.
- 1/5
The door has no weather stripping so it allowed cold air in all night, the heater did not work and they had no comforters on the beds just thick sheets. The water in the shower got lukewarm at best. It was a very cold night. I don’t think we will ever try this hotel again.
- 5/5
Clean room, we arrived on a very cold day heater wasnt working issue was fixed within 30min of letting them know. Would stay here again
- 4/5
I was nervous to stay here because the reviews were mixed, but we had a great time. Sure, the property could use a little updating, but the room and property were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the park shuttle was fantastic (they were always on time, the drivers were friendly, it was easy to make reservations, and it only took about 15 minutes to get to the parks--so convenient!). My only problem with the hotel was that the food and drink options available from Sundial and Joffreys were extremely expensive and not good quality. We did not have a car, so we were stuck, and the prices really added up. When your food and drink prices are higher than those at the amusement park, that's pretty bad. Despite this, I would stay again.
- 4/5
All good
- 5/5
Perfect place to stay to get to Disney!

The TV did not work most of the time. The heater/thermostat made a loud noise.
- 3/5
The 1st night the heater was not working and the temp in our room was 65. They send someone to fix but i guess through the big it stopped working again. Called the next morning to let them know. Stayed out all day didn't come back till 11pm to now a stuffy humid room even though the thermostat was still at 67. We had 4 hours till we had to leave for our flight home so we didn't bother asking for assistance. The TV didn't work the 1st night and was told it was a area outage that had been going in for a while. That would have been nice to know at our 9pm check in that there was no tv service. We would have gone out to a restaurant instead of grabbing pizza to watch TV in the room. Was just not a comfortable stay. Slept horrible both nights.
- 2/5
Hotel was fine they continued to harass everyone for a free couple of nights at their vacation club if you stand through a two hour tour
- 2/5
We put a do not disturb sign on the door. House keeping kept knocking at all hours of early morning. They eventually removed the sign and slid it under the door and continued their knocking on the door hours before checkout time.

We asked about breakfast? Never was told where dining room was. No extras at all. Only eating place was outside by the freezing pool. Had to walk outside to order. Couldn’t order an Irish coffee from bar - not allowed since Joffrey was in the hotel. Was asked many times by different people to buy a club membership. No blanket for the bed. Staff didn’t have any idea about strollers, rides, locations, Disney Springs (which is what is connected to) . Paying Disney prices without amenities.
- 3/5
Other than that the walking access to Disney Springs was nice because the shuttle to the parks is a little more difficult than advertised.
- 3/5
Unfortunately, there were many downsides to this property. Our room was at a room super far in the back facing a parking lot. On the first floor. It didn't feel very comfortable or honestly very safe. So keep in mind not all rooms face the pretty grounds or pools. Not sure how this compares with other hotels in the area, as I know it's touristy, but I feel like they completely gouged us on food and drinks. The outside bar charged insane prices for drinks. I got a double vodka drink, and it was over $34. They also charge 18% tip on everything, which is pretty steep for a quick pour or making a drink. With tip that was close to $40. We didn't even pay close to that on the cruise we were just on for fancy cocktails. So beware of prices at the outdoor bar/restaurant. There is no complimentary anything there. The water fill up station was in the fitness room. Usually there is a nice set up for guests in lobby, but instead there's more places for you to buy things and spend even more money. The breakfast buffet not being included was also disappointing, and would cost $60-$70 for two adults and a child.I didn't want to give anymore money to this hotel, or I should say, motel. If you are going to parks or Disney Springs and don't plan to stay there long, or do drinks elsewhere.
- 5/5
Didn’t have breakfast, staff is great!
- 2/5
Old, small rooms. Overpriced food, bus transportation to the parks was inconvenient. Always ended up getting an Uber cause I didn’t want tho stand in the parking lot all night.
- 1/5
Last minute new charges, rooms not that great. Big disappointment. Expedia is terrible for hotel booking
- 4/5
Clean room, nice amenities. Very close to Disney Springs.
- 5/5
The ONLY issue was the room was a little warm at times and we couldn’t turn the thermostat under 68 but it was manageable.
- 1/5
Room was not ready , Staff was arrogant and rude , Room is outdated
- 5/5
Very helpful and courteous
- 5/5
The best experience to visir Orlando
- 5/5
Everything was phenomenal!!
- 2/5
Nothing special. Everything is a charge and expensive for a budget hotel.
- 3/5
I truly thought it was a Disney resort with their standards and buses
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Excellent staff!!! Fantastic location, the bathrooms could use updating. But they were clean. Would absolutely recommend staying here.
- 5/5
I've stayed here for a couple of years already and hands down. It's one of the most affordable, good value hotels that my family likes. Right next to Disney springs. The people that work there are amazing. I have no complaint
- 5/5
The best employees. Fabulous location, walkable to Disney Springs. Jofferys in the lobby. Great bar area. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.
- 5/5
Near Disney Springs

Room was clean but needs updates
- 5/5
Breakfast was fresh. The dining hall is well kept and clean.
- 5/5
The Safe did not work and I notified front Desk. Wonderful stay and great location. Will stay at this hotel next year.
- 4/5
Location
- 5/5
Love staying at this hotel. Every time I go to Orlando I stay here!
- 5/5
Very nice lobby, friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub.
- 4/5
Room was fine, staff were friendly and location was great!
- 4/5
Everything was good
- 3/5
The good: staff was nice and courteous and the location is very good. The onsite bar is nice but lacking in selection. Gym is clean and well stocked. The bad: room is just a more expensive Motel 6. No frills at all. The A/C unit would turn with a loud clank not letting you sleep. The TV did not work (they did fix it). We tried to call the front desk using the labeled buttons on the phone which didn't work. The desk then told us you need to dial 0. Nowhere does it say that. Lastly, we stayed out late on our last night and figured we'd sleep in since checkout is at 11. They were knocking on our door at 8:30 to let us know we had to check out later. Yeah, not sure why there us a "resort fee". This is definitely not a resort. Nice hotel if that's what you're looking for.
- 4/5
Pool and hot tub area is wonderful. Timeshare staff were annoying, and used deceptive "welcome gift" tactics. Location is the best
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
I like to stay here
- 3/5
Not so great
- 4/5
Very beautiful check in area ! But the rooms need to be updated but the friendly service made it up. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. And loved how easy it was to get to Disney springs
- 1/5
Hidden fees at the hotel brings up the total unexpectedly. If I had known i would’ve chosen another resort
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly and the location to Disney Springs was great. The bartender Nate was awesome! He was very personable and accommodating. This was our second stay at this hotel. We will definitely be going back soon.
- 5/5
Pre check in made the check in day quick and gave me access to my room early. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable
- 1/5
Our tv broke, hidden fees, and mediocre room.
- 1/5
Entrance to our room was from a tiny, ''emergency exit like door'' and then through the balcony... What can I say about the room, it looked like a cheap motel room. This is the first bad review I have ever left for any hotels I have stayed at. Price was reasonable until I noticed that I had to pay 30$ for parking and 25$ for breakfast ( my bad I did not ask in advance or maybe did not read the information thoroughly) Thanks god check in was at 4Pm and we stayed just 1 night. Now that I m more familar with the area, I would look for different options next time. Location is very good
- 5/5
Great location, check-in and room. We will be back again !
- 4/5
Clean room, amenities, close to the parks. Walking distance to Disney Springs.
- 3/5
Okay- a bit loud and elevators needed some updates. But clean and good price
- 5/5
Fast check in, clean room with plenty of towels and onlbvious being cleaned prior to arrival. That doesn't happen unfortunately at a lot of places nowadays
- 4/5
Good beds. Clean room. Quiet and convenient
- 5/5
Beautiful room great service only downfall was they bug your when you arrive to go to a time share meeting
- 2/5
none
- 5/5
Clean room & comfortable beds. Beautiful view if the pool area from our roo..
- 5/5
great location.. only steps from Disney springs, and shuttle service to the park. Rooms were clean and comfortable, deli was ok, not many options. overall great service. will be going back soon.
- 2/5
My stay was great but the check in process was scary. Somehow the reservation got switched and had my last name as my first name and my first name as my last name. They kept telling me they couldn’t find my reservation and I thought it was getting to the point that I wouldn’t have a room to stay in.
- 5/5
Very friendly front desk staff, provided clear direction to rooms, how to access bus service, and made all of the other various accommodations and amenities at the Wyndham known. Room was clean and AC worked just fine.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and comfortable for a budget hotel. It is the closest hotel for walking distance to Disney springs which was the main reason for staying there and price. The hot tub was nice. A good budget hotel.
- 5/5
Great front desk staff. Wonderful hot tub.
- 5/5
Staff is really friendly. Only wish the bathroom had more space
- 5/5
Room and hotel was very good and comfortable. Close walk to Disney Springs. A/C though is one of those that runs all night, ugh. Other than that we had a great time. When coming to Disney Springs, would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
They charged for staying in not just the fair on the page, it was weird, but I didn't have to review what I had paid, so didn't want to ask or cancelled since already at the hotel and tired
- 5/5
Tah Tah, DJ and Camilo were over the top helpful. Each one helped me at different times make my stay more enjoyable. Never met such helpful folks at a hotel including Disney!
- 2/5
Shower faucet didn’t work to fill the tub, one bed had a spider and thankfully it didn’t bite none of us, and one of the pillow cases had two stains black spots.
- 2/5
the room smelled bad and was very dark and damp
- 4/5
Overall clean and a decent resort.
- 5/5
I was there for family
- 1/5
Booked an accessible room, didn’t get an accessible room, elevator wasn’t working, house keepers came knocking on our door at 8:30 waking us and continued to knock until we got out of bed and answer, and (not the hotels fault) but someone around the room was smoking weed and the whole room smelled of it as we were going to bed.
- 5/5
We have been staying here for years and it’s our more hotel, the location is the best. The only downfall is the resort fee and the parking. I wish they would have free parking like the other Disney resorts do.
- 5/5
Friendly staff when we checked in at 3 am! We had a clean big room and checking out was easy!
- 5/5
The room is very clean and staff professional and courteous
- 4/5
Great location and also great pool. The kids loved the swimming in the pool after sunset. The rooms surprised me as it looks almost like a motel style room and a bit rough on the outside, but inside the rooms were fully updated and nicer than it looked on the outside. Enjoyed our one night stay after a cruise. Would return.
- 5/5
We always love staying here.
- 5/5
Great stay! Will definitely be back.
- 5/5
The room was very spotless, and the staff were very friendly. It was an incredible experience
- 5/5
I have been going there for many years and alot of the same staff which I have become friends with and they always acknowledge me and take great care of me when I am there
- 5/5
It is a fare value location on Disney Property with an easy walk to Disney Springs.
- 5/5
Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Location is extremely convenient. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
The inside of the hotel was nice. We got a room that was on the outside left, sort of like a motel. We stayed two nights and on both mornings, before 6am, there were loud trucks collecting garbage/recycling/making deliveries? I understand that things need to get done but people are on vacation and it was the weekend. Maybe move the delivery or pickup time to after 8. Also, the bathtub had some sort of covering or liner on it so whenever you walked on it it made a popping noise.
- 5/5
Awesome!
- 4/5
No microwave or offer free breakfast. Overall, staff were nice. Overall, our stay was nice.
- 1/5
The most uncomfortable part of our stay happened on the morning of checkout. At exactly 9 a.m.—three hours before checkout time—housekeeping began knocking repeatedly, waking me up while I was still in pajamas. The housekeeping manager even partially entered the room to “make sure” we would be leaving by 11 and reminded us to get out, which felt incredibly intrusive and inappropriate. This made both my partner and me extremely uncomfortable, especially since my partner was shirtless and still in his sleepwear. A stranger stepping into our room like that was not only unprofessional but also felt like harassment. I could understand if someone checked in after 11:30 a.m. if we were late leaving, but not three hours early. To make things worse, housekeeping returned again five minutes before checkout, and then right at 11 on the dot, pressuring us to leave. Because of this, I didn’t even get a chance to fully check the room to make sure we hadn’t forgotten anything. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels, and I have never experienced anything like this. Another guest I spoke with said the same thin
- 1/5
Requested a room in tower. Did not get a room in the tower and check in was 4pm and we're not able to check in on time. Have stayed here many times and will probably look for a new place next time we go to Disney Springs.
- 2/5
Room very poor. No soup for body. Some guess open the door at middle of the nigth and they gave the same room. The keys next day doesnt work. Very bad maintenance on the elevators.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Everything was great, from the service to the cleanliness, everything was perfect.
- 5/5
The room was fine hace stayed here many times. Only one thing tgey said the lobby store could make breakfast sandwich to order, they do not, they are premade,so frozen
- 5/5
Location, Limpieza and staff
- 2/5
There was no breakfast available/included. (Knew this but weird this review is saying it was included…?) Room had burned our spots on the carpet, sliding door to bathroom stuck, noisy during the day and early AM (drills, lawn care, carts/employees talking right outside our room) while child was trying to sleep. Staff’s presence was not friendly and inviting; just showing up to do the job and go home was the vibe. Overall the hotel has been trending down from what it used to be. We have stayed here well over a dozen times and usually never want to leave - but this time we started looking at other options for our stays in the future. We will no longer be returning to this hotel.
- 5/5
clean room.
- 5/5
Very Friendly staff, great pool area, clean rooms, fantastic proximity to Disney springs. Overal great experience
- 3/5
Small rooms everything updated
- 5/5
The location to Disney springs was excellent. Enjoyed the early entry into parks and the buses to transfer us.
- 5/5
Best location!
- 4/5
They need to stop charging for parking,Disney stopped. When they charge $30 a night for parking and the resort fees it’s almost the same price to stay on Disney property. The rooms were clean and room service came every day to clean the room. Nice place to stay. Walking distance to Disney Springs (about 5 minutes).
- 4/5
I had an issue with the water pressure and maintenance came and fixed it but then I did not have warm water after that. Also, the refrigerator was broken.
- 5/5
Great hotel, always my go to when staying in the Disney Springs area!
- 1/5
Front desk Manager Cynthia (the very tall one with neck tattoos) was extremely rude and disregarded all concerns brought to her attention I don’t recommend this hotel it’s not a Disney like experience.
- 5/5
We stayed here 1 night for a quick overnight stay. The hotel was very clean, staff was wonderful. Our room was very nice with super comfortable beds. Minutes walk to Disney springs. They offer a free shuttle service to the theme parks but we didn’t utilize that amenity. We will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Location was the best.
- 3/5
Our room however. Oi. I know it’s personal preference but the mattress was way too firm which would’ve been ok, but for some reason the sheets were… loud. Like there was loud rustling from them if you so much as flinched. Luckily we were only there for one night because we barely slept. There may have been something wrong with the ac unit in our room. There was a very loud metal click whenever it turned on or off which if I had managed to fall asleep for a few minutes had me wide awake. The location is in a great spot though. We were only there to meet someone for dinner at Disney Springs and the mini fridge was a lifesaver.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, good room rate, close to Epcot.
- 4/5
I would’ve given a 5 star rating but the lady( long curly hair, elderly) greeted my mom and I upon collecting our Disney gifts (coupons) was very condescending. Making smart remarks just because I kept declining to schedule a tour of a resort.. on the other hand, the elderly man was so kind and genuine.. they need to reevaluate her attitude, especially working at a DISNEY property.
- 4/5
Coffee was great;
- 5/5
This is my place to stay every time I visit. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and very affordable! Wonderful place to stay!
- 5/5
The amenities and proximity to Disney Springs were great!
- 4/5
Everything was great as always except the heater did not work. We set the thermostat to 73 and woke up to 60. Brrrrr. Nice in the summer by on the one cold night of the year that was no bueno. We star here often and will return again.
- 3/5
They definitely don’t take care of that side of the building (west) as the main hotel it’s old and outdated. Please do yourself a favor by paying the little extra and stay in their main upgraded rooms
- 2/5
Checked out early, the same day we saw the room. Although location is ideal, unless you are staying in the main tower, the rooms with outdoor access are sketchy. Our door had a missing piece by the handle as if someone had previously attempted to pry the door open. Several other doors besides ours also had damage on them. I did not feel safe in the outdoor access only rooms. This was very unfortunate, we have stayed at this hotel before in the main tower with indoor access and it was incredible. Sad to say this time around was NOT a good experience, immediately checked out and stayed elsewhere.
- 4/5
Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating
- 5/5
Everything clean , smells great
- 3/5
I had to check in multiple times. I did a pre check in, then the front desk required me to do all the same things again when I got my keys.
- 3/5
Shower was Aweful!! No Breakfast option
- 5/5
Staff amenities location cleanliness of the entire property.
- 5/5
Second time at this resort and as the first time it was great! We had everything in the hotel walking distance to disney springs and trasportatiom to all the disney parks with early access. Will come back and recommend this resort to anyone.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly.
- 4/5
The property’s location is unmatched for Disney Springs access but the unit we were in was warm and did not have a microwave.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff! Early check in a breeze. Great pool area. Amazing value for the money.
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Great property
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly. I think there should be more security at the hotel, given most of the rooms are only accessible by walking outside
- 2/5
Bathroom wasn’t cleaned. It had hair and I paid for a two queen bedroom and they gave me a one queen bed room with a sofa bed, horrible.
- 1/5
After adding two days to my one day reservation, i had to checkout and checkin in person at the front desk each day. Also…i notified them that we had ants in our room and needed to get it sprayed. Coming back to the room after spending the day in Disney, I found my backpack full of the ants in the room.
- 2/5
First off, I paid online, thinking everything was squared away—only to find out there was a $110 “city fee” tacked on at the last minute. Apparently, even Mickey needs to cover some extra costs these days. Then came the real adventure. I drove all the way to my room, excited to unpack, only to find that the “key” packet they gave me was just… well, a packet. No keys inside. So, back to the front desk I went, waiting in line longer than a wait for Space Mountain on a busy day. After what felt like forever, I finally got my key cards and was off to the room. And don’t even get me started on the charcuterie board at the bar. It was essentially a giant hunk of sausage with zero variety. No cheeses, no crackers, no olives—just big, meaty chunks. I’m not saying I’m picky, but I was kind of hoping for something that wasn’t straight out of a medieval banquet. I wanted to love this place, but between the fees, the mix-up with the keys, and the sausage situation, it didn’t quite live up to the Disney magic I expected. Maybe it’s just a one-off bad experience, but I’d think twice before booking again.
- 5/5
clean room, friendly staff, property itself feels like a resort, and water pressure in shower was amazing! It was a very short walk to Disney Springs!
- 4/5
Staff very friendly & helpful. Beautiful lobby. Wyndham Garden room was okay. Bathroom sink & tub dripped constantly, that was annoying. Room was a little more rundown than expected. Pictures were a bit deceiving. Was fine for the price paid. Would stay again, perfect location for Disney Springs!!
- 5/5
Easy walk to Disney Springs with an onsite shuttle service to the other Disney Parks, but a reservation is required to access the shuttle services.
- 5/5
love this place very clean and helpful staff
- 5/5
Great experience! Until next time!
- 5/5
Awesome time friendly staff
- 5/5
Great location! Clean, quiet and beautiful resort. Steps away from Disney Springs. We love this resort
- 2/5
Biden fee of 169$ for resort fee said it was for use of shuttle but that was only to Disney went on a party night wasn’t stated they don’t get you back to hotel after party , you have to fund your own way back, and I had a four year old. If I am told they shuttle you then should be to and from .staff not very friendly either.
- 5/5
Every single employee was so nice! You have a great crew including the restaurants employees.
- 5/5
Everything’s good 😊
- 2/5
The best part about this stty and truly the only good part about the stay was the front desk person Nicholas. Nicholas was very professional and did a great job checking us in and explaining about the hotel. I believe Nicholas should receive a raise for his congeniality and concern for the guests.
- 3/5
Housekeeping was so friendly. Bed was not a queen but a full. It was one of the most uncomfortable beds ever. I did not sleep a full night while there. One morning I woke up with a stiff neck so switched sides the next night only to wake up with a still neck in that side and a back ache.
- 3/5
Friendly staff, great location! Well appointed rooms also.Thin walls, very noisy though. Bus system lacking proper info on pick up times. Got stranded at Epcot just took Uber back. Didn’t use hotel bus again. Pick up time on bus app & driver info was was incorrect. Said 40 min after the hour, actual was 30 min after
- 5/5
My flight was delayed a day. The hotel was very accommodating with my reservation. Walking distance to Disney springs and free busses to parks. Would definitely stay again
- 5/5
Availability, fast check in, attentiveness of staff, cleanliness and availability of toiletries as this was an unexpected stay due to flight issues.
- 5/5
Great Location. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again.
- 5/5
Nice location
- 3/5
Room smelt like mold all they did was comp me parking didn't offer to change room
- 5/5
I love my stay here with my two year old daughter. We stayed at the Garden on the sunrise side and it was perfect. I loved the room it was great for the two of us. We were right in front of the pool. It was a quick walk to Disney Springs. I love that they offer a free shuttle to and from the Disney parks, very convenient. They have a little store in the lobby that is open 24 hours and made grabbing a quick snack super easy. We got in super late and didn’t check in under about 2am and everyone was super nice and helpful especially with a tired 2 year old. I will definitely be staying at this hotel on our next Disney World trip.
- 3/5
The access was easy... Parking good, look clean...
- 4/5
The bed was great! Property is a bit dated and the A/C in the room was ok. It was close to Disney Springs and the new bus service was good.
- 5/5
Definitely great value for the area!
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. Disney Springs is within walking distance. The pool area is great.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing
