Reviews
The hotel has a great location and friendly staff, with clean rooms and good transportation to Disney parks. However, the value is poor, with high prices and hidden fees, and some guests have experienced issues with broken amenities and rushed check-ins. The pool area is not very usable for those with mobility issues.
- Great location
- Friendly staff
- Poor value with high prices and hidden fees
- Issues with broken amenities and rushed check-ins
- 5/5
Was great except food prices are ridiculous more then double what you would pay outside of the hotel
- 5/5
Clean and near two parks for convenience!
- 3/5
The room was clean however the bathroom had a few malfunctions. I think the hotel should not be advertised as a Disney hotel. Staff was helpful and there to answer any questions.
- 4/5
Great location
- 5/5
Love the restaurants on property
- 5/5
beautiful
- 5/5
It’s a beautiful resort, right next to Epcot and Disney's boardwalk. Many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Love the pool area too!
- 5/5
Note: The only thing I don’t like is if you bring a car you have to pay parking per night even if you staying at the hotel, plus they charge you $50 per day as a hotel fee, so at the end you finish paying more money, like $100 extra per night
- 4/5
I really loved the overall stay. The one things that bothered us the most about the stay was the transportation to and from MK and Disney Springs as you are dropped in a different location than the Disney buses. I am not sure how much the hotel saved by doing this, but I would consider changing it. Otherwise some of the breakfast options were more the morning we order from Fuel in the lobby as opposed to ordering breakfast at Beach Club Marketplace and walking over to eat there. The swan paddleboat was only available from 11-5 and that was hard to do with going to the parks. The days we could have got down there in time it rained for a bit. Having bottled water in the room was a great bonus. If you needed more all you had to do was call the front desk or as the maid to leave more.
- 4/5
The location is ideal and staff was helpful every step of the way.
- 5/5
My husband friend and I had a great time!
- 5/5
Fine
- 5/5
Everything was great. Location to Disney properties is perfect as well as Epcot and Hollywood Studios!
- 4/5
Resort was very nice, we wanted to self park and the lot wss completely full so we ended up having to either do a pretty far walk or valet
- 5/5
Although there is a food place to pop in for breakfast, there was not one on site so we went to the swan. I feel like there needs to be a better breakfast there.
- 1/5
The cleaning lady kept on coming to the door and knocking before check out. She came at least three times.
- 5/5
We love staying here and can’t wait to come back!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and great location!
- 5/5
Location was perfect!
- 5/5
Such a great hotel, the staff is wonderful and it’s always a joy staying there.
- 5/5
Within walking distance (or FREE water taxi ride) to Epcot and Hollywood Studies. Shuttles to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs. Excellent value with all the perks of a Disney Deluxe resort. Will stay there again.
- 4/5
Great location with walking access to both EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Parking is expensive and and requires several trips around the parking lot before you can find a spot to park. For $50, I would expect to have a space readily available.
- 2/5
This property is in dire need of updating guest rooms. Common spaces were fine. The rooms were dirty and electrical outlets did not work.
- 5/5
The location is superb if you are going to Epcot or Hollywood Studios. The only flaw is the bathroom is tiny. The shower is decent with good water pressure. But it's tight and poorly designed.
- 5/5
Great amenities and convenience to Disney.
- 5/5
Walking distance to Epcot and skyliner!
- 5/5
First time staying there! Wont be the last! Loved it so much!
- 5/5
The staff were amazing
- 5/5
Phins bartenders are the best.
- 5/5
Room was on the small size.
- 3/5
Hotel location is great and clean rooms. Had we not had such a hard time with checkin I would give it a better review
- 1/5
Warning: additional $50 a day “resort” fee is tacked on the what is clearly a misleading Hotels.com statement of “What you see is what you pay”. And then FLA taxes this fee as well. I thought the FTC had a “Rule on Unfair or Deceptive Fees” that is suppose to be nation wide.
- 5/5
The Dolphin Resort exceeded our expectations. The resort was very clean and all staff were friendly and very accommodating. The location was perfect for our Disney trip!
- 4/5
You can shipnitems ahwad of your stay, which can be very useful. Be ware your shipments couldcend up at another hotel in the area, due to carelessness of Fedex/ups. I had to take two hours to hover over the staff to get the items ww shipped ahead of our stay. They promised an in room celebration for our daughter's birthdaty at checknin and did not deliver.it wasn't somwthing we paid for, so we were not expecting much. The fact their staff promised it and didn't deliver was disappointing. They also said they had baby bottle warmers and sanirizwrs before our arrival. They have warmers, but no sanitizers. There was no warmwr available until a few days in our stay
- 5/5
Nothing not to like except transportation to parks and disney springs
- 4/5
The bus transportation did not run late enough to get us back to the hotel after the Magic Kingdom closed.
- 2/5
The beds were uncomfortable and had odor smell
- 5/5
Excellent service. I hope to return soon.
- 5/5
Super convenient if you’re hitting Disney’s boardwalk or heading to Hollywood Studios or Epcot bc you can take the boats over. Once we parked we had no reason to move the car again. Bonus you get early entry in the park.
- 5/5
The best hotel if you want to visit Epcot and Hollywood studios
- 1/5
The rooms had a musty smell. The carpet looked dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The amenities was nice but totally packed and if you’re gonna park therapy prepared to pay $51 a night to park we had opted for the free parking and when we went to park, we were told there was no more free parking that we could either pay $40 at the swan or pay 51 at the dolphin definitely will not go back
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
The property is very conveniently located! The carpet could be replaced but other than that the rooms are a nice size and are clean. You just can’t beat the location! It’s worth the extra money to be within walking and boat ride distance to Epcot and Hollywood studios! Love it and we are going back in August!
- 5/5
Highly recommend
- 5/5
Great location. All staff were welcoming, friendly and accomodating. Enjoyed options for park transportation and to boardwalk. Great views from our balcony. Nice ammenities.
- 4/5
Staying on Disney property is always a plus for the extra magic hours. From arrival we got upsold to a firework balcony. At $90 a night this was definitely a for the kids and wife decision. You could also walk to that side of the hotel in the evenings and stand on the boardwalk bridge to save yourself some money. Our room was nice but had crown molding falling off the wall and the plumbing was fairly noisy. Food establishments are good, but you are going to spend $100 at the minimum even for quick bites for a family of four at any of them. Disney does disney things and they make sure to take a paycheck or two.
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay! So convenient
- 5/5
Professional service. Peaceful environment. So much fun.
- 3.5/5
Ok location Our room Last room 2005 so unbelievably far away from any exit or elevator
- 3/5
It needs to be updated. Ithe rooms are very small, you paying for the area. It’s not worth the price. they have old carpet on the floors that needs shampooing . They also have a littlelittle refrigerator that You can’t fit nothing in. The balcony door is so heavy to open and close and is only room for one person to be on the balcony.
- 5/5
Disney Magical experience!
- 5/5
Love you can take transportation to all Disney parks no getting stuck in traffic drop off at gates room was clean and cleaned each day
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
This is your best option if you are looking for a more affordable option, but still want the perks of a Disney resort. Total price ended up being similar to one of the Disney Value hotels (i.e All-Star Resorts). However, it feels more like a mid-upper tier Disney hotel in quality. It is walking distance to Hollywood Studios and Epcot. A few of their buses (not all) drop you off at secondary and inferior locations to the Disney resorts.
- 5/5
The variety of restaurants in hotel. Pool areas were awesome . Water taxi was convenient Wish we could stay longer
- 4/5
Great place to stay for disneyland. It is very close to parka and has stuttle bus and sea taxi
- 5/5
This is always our go to hotel for the last 26 years. The location is perfect. We are very happy with our rooms, and the restaurants are terrific.
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing! It’s extremely convenient to travel to the Disney parks. We took a few days to rest between park days and the pools were so fun and relaxing. They have a little kid pool which I don’t remember seeing online. It was the best for my kids.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, great pools and super close and convenient to both Epcot and Hollywood studios,
- 4/5
location and room and close to epcot
- 5/5
We loved the Dolphin! Our only issue was with the long line at the pool bar. We understand that mobile ordering was recommended, but we prefer ordering at the bar. Bartenders were very helpful and quick, but the line was still 20 mins long.
- 5/5
Awesome place and loca
- 4/5
The beds were comfortable and they offered 2 pillows…2 firm and 2 more feather-like/soft. There was plenty of room to store our luggage, and there was a mini fridge. We used a microwave by the ice machine to heat leftovers. The pools and entertainment offered outside were top notch. The biggest issue we had was parking. We self-parked our van. Two out of five nights we had to park at the Swan self-park and trek to our hotel. The quick restaurant, Fuel, was great! We walked in to a line almost out the door, but we decided to wait. Good thing we did because our orders were filled quickly, and the food was tasty. Room service also had tasty burgers and salads. We liked the convenience of getting to the Disney parks via Friendship boats or the buses. Overall, it was a nice stay, and we would stay here again.
- 1/5
Rude front desk at check in! Have to pay $40 a night to park! Room had no shower cap no view
- 5/5
Everything was excellent, except the Internet was not working
- 5/5
We have stayed here 20+ times. We really enjoy the facilities, the restaurants, transportation options and especially, the LOCATION.
- 5/5
It did feel like we were being nickel and dimed. A $50/day resort fee + $53/night parking fee just seemed over the top. But it does make the emotional purchase easier (it’s “only” $---/night! But later I pay almost my entire reservation cost in adtl fees)
- 3.5/5
Ambience and Reachability Room was very small compared to the last time we stayed there. Bathroom was incredibly small that we would easily bump into something
- 5/5
Excelente
- 5/5
This resort is within walking distance to Epcot & Studios, a major +, nice restaurant, gym & pool.
- 3/5
Also, and this should come as no shock to anyone, the cost of staying there is inflated due to the $50+ resort fee and the $40+ parking fee. The price of everything there is absurd, but to be fair, that is everywhere in Disney. Because the Dolphin is not owned by Disney (Hilton), the parking is not free even if you are an Annual Passholder. In hindsight, we would have been slightly better off choosing a room at Riverside or Port Orleans, but hindsight is always 20-20.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, and convenient to the parks Nothing- everything was great!
- 3/5
The location is fantastic! Walking distance e to the Boardwalk, Epcot, and the Skyliner. The interior is outdated, and the real draw is only the location. Unless you are getting major upgrades due to a Marriott rewards, you are going to have a better environment at a Disney hotel.
- 5/5
Love the location. Love the amenities. Love the connection to the boardwalk and Epcot. Love that there is so much to do on site, pools, basketball, ping pong, mini golf, paddle boating, beach, and movie nights. My only qualm would be that the rooms need to be upgraded with C ports to charge your phone and the showers could use updated. But overall we had a great stay
- 2/5
The biggest positive was the front desk staff. I arrived shortly after 6 AM expecting to only drop my bags, but they were incredibly accommodating and got me into a room early so I could shower, rest, and recharge before a long day at Epcot. The location is also fantastic. Even though it’s not a true Disney-owned resort, being within walking distance to Epcot and close to BoardWalk, Yacht Club, and Beach Club was a huge plus. The Friendship Boat and beach area with hammocks and cocktails were also really nice touches. The biggest downside was the room itself. It constantly felt humid and smelled damp or like chlorine. The AC struggled badly — even set to 65 with blackout curtains closed all day, the room never really cooled off after a full day in the Florida heat. Parking was another headache. Charging over $40 for self-parking would be one thing if there were actually enough spaces available. It honestly felt like guests were being pushed toward valet. I also experienced double charges from room service and the pool bar despite only charging items once. Staff acknowledged it happens, which was concerning on its own. Great location and staff, but the room quality, parking, and billing issues kept this from feeling worth the cost.
- 1/5
The staff were probably the most friendly staff of disneys resorts , very friendly helpful and informative they save this hotel along with their superb cleaning team I don’t think I saw a piece of garbage once on the floor. Shoutout especially to the kind employees that let us stay to finish our bowling game even though it ran a few minutes late. I can’t stress enough how much I enjoyed the staff more than anything this hotel tried to offer me Disappointing in general, the rooms feel barren as if someone cut the budget for decorating to a quick homegoods trip with 100 bucks on them and there’s a weird curtain that opens to my wall. They might as well take down the those signs for the water taxi if they’re gonna put them behind huge lamps. And while I know it’s a resort so some price gouging is normal but almost 10$ for 9ozs of coffee? Not a frappe or latte with extra inclusions but a preprepared Starbucks bottle coffee (the smaller size even) for almost 10 dollars? You know with the money this hotel bled out of my wallet I could have put a down payment on a used Chevy Astro from 2004 with 300k miles on it and it’d still be a better value than this hotel.
- 5/5
Our room was very clean and beautiful! The hotel amenities were outstanding!
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Great spot. Restaurants and amenities are great and has access to all the parks and boardwalk
- 5/5
It was great, highly recommend for a Disney trip involving trips to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.
- 5/5
The entire staff were amazing
- 2/5
There was a lot of hidden charges from Expedia and the hotel so the discount that we got ended up not being a discount at all and we didn’t get to use the insurance. The insurance said it was four dollars and it ended up being four dollars per person. I’m
- 5/5
Loved the hotel, the restaurants there, the boat that shuttled us around and staff very nice. The pools are great! We had a problem in our room....woke up to the rug being soaking wet and they switched our room immediately. Would definitely book there again!
- 5/5
It was a wonderful resort . I enjoyed a massage and facial at the spa. We enjoyed the restaurants at the resort. We had a great view of Epcot and the fireworks. Everything was wonderful. The pool was great , I would highly recommend staying here.
- 5/5
Convenient to Epcot. Clean and friendly. Miss the heavenly beds
- 5/5
Good service
- 5/5
Front desk staff was amazing
- 4/5
Bed was terrible
- 4/5
Fuel market is expensive; rooms are dated but clean. Staff is awesome!
- 4/5
The overall hotel was good. Closeness to parks was great. Value of $50/day mandatory resort fees are ridiculous.
- 5/5
My new favorite hotel in Disney!
- 5/5
Love the location and value for the rate.
- 5/5
Place was easy to get to. You have to spend more than a few days to see everything
- 4/5
Other than the parking our stay was very nice and I look forward to staying here again, hopefully longer next time.
- 5/5
THE ONLY THING IS, THE VALET TAKES LONGER THAN USUAL TO GET YOUR VEHICLE BACK.
- 4/5
There was a conference that we weren’t aware of when we checked in. Surprisingly even though at first it was super busy with the conference people they ended up being pretty quiet at night. The room was just a room and I would think for $500 a night the room would be a little bit better the bathroom was really small. Overall we had a good stay.
- 3/5
Rooms need to be updated.
- 2/5
Proximity to Epcot & Hollywood Studios Cleanliness was lacking (sheets stained in one room and false eyelashes were in the bed in the other) and rooms decor and fixtures were dated.
- 5/5
It was very clean and the pool and staff were amazing.
- 5/5
It was an amazing experience that my girlfriend and I had celebrating our 2 year anniversary! Loved everything about the hotel! We are Disney lovers!

- 2/5
Not a good experience overall.

I didn't complain until I realized I was paying a premium for this parking lot built for hot wheels.
- 5/5
Great stay Extra charge to park every night
- 5/5
parking area can get full quickly
- 4/5
Close proximity to Epcot, Boardwalk, and Hollywood Studios. 2nd night the fire alarm went off at 11:30 pm and guests had to evacuate until building was cleared. Other than that, everything was great!
- 3/5
It was the little details that are small but at these prices matter. 2 examples: There was no available parking but still a $45 per night fee. They encourage you to not have daily housekeeping which we agreed but when we asked for additional coffee and water it was promised but never delivered. Overall the beds were comfy, the room was clean, the balcony room with view of the resort was great. This hotel is in a great location with easy transportation to most Disney parks.
- 5/5
The property is a great location for Epcot and Boardwalk. Enjoyed the pool and loved the lobby bar. One of our favorite Disney stays
- 5/5
Rooms were great, so much to do on property. Loved our stay and the staff were so friendly.
- 1/5
Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was not positive. I felt my concerns were not accommodated appropriately, and I won’t be returning in the future.
- 5/5
Once we did get our room we had a rolling bed in there and couldn’t figure out why. Then when we went to sleep, figured out why. The room we paid for was two double beds. Turned out the hotel knew the one bed was completely broken and unable to sleep on. However, they still had the bed made up appearing to be just fine. I purposely make sure we stay at the dolphin whenever we go to Orlando which is 6+ times a year. So this was a disaster and totally uncalled for. Wish the hotel would have made us aware of offered a better room etc considering we paid $800+ for the two day stay. Also, the bathtub was dirty and they never warned us that their parking lot was being remodeled. So the valet man told us either do valet or park at the swan and walk 45 min back with your luggage… so we also got charged $60 a night to do valet. Once again, I wish the hotel would have warned us about all of this or done something to accommodate. Super disappointed.

Great place to stay for Flower and Garden. Feels more expensive than it is.
- 5/5
The WDW dolphin is a beautiful and well run hotel. Our stay was fantastic, it’s so convenient to the parks and we enjoyed Bluezoo and Bourbon Steak as well as all of the bars. It was easy to grab a quick coffee in the morning at Fuel. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Cant beat the location to the park
- 4/5
there was no shower curtain in tub ,toilet had issues with flushing
- 5/5
Great clean hotel, for sure you get the vibe of being at a real hotel
- 5/5
Loved the resort and the location?
- 3/5
This resort was okay for our overnight stay before our cruise. The kids enjoyed the pool; it’s large. However, the rooms could use upgrades, I think my expectations were too high. The parking lot is way too small for the size of this resort. You will probably have to utilize the valet parking. The restaurant is expensive but, parking is so bad we didn’t want to chance moving from our unofficial parking spot on the side. I was so nervous about our rental vehicle, I didn’t sleep well thinking we’d come out to the vehicle towed; which would have been a nightmare for our vacation. Never again.
- 5/5
It was a great setup for kids with plenty of things to do. Beautiful view!
- 3/5
Rude staff, not accommodating and acting like I’m putting them out
- 5/5
Great place, a lot of restaurants and close to everything!
- 4/5
The outlets in the room were the only issue. The usb connections - half didn’t work by the lamps and the regular plug outlets were loose. Def need to upgrade them esp add a USBC outlet.
- 5/5
Beautiful place for kids
- 5/5
We enjoyed our time there
- 5/5
The hotel was amazing, the pools could be a little warm, the pool water was freezing
- 4/5
We were given a top floor room on request, unfortunately, there wasn’t much to see! Not the hotel’s fault. We like the convenience to two of the parks. The only thing we didn’t like was how cold the temperature was throughout the building. We had to turn our thermostat off to be at all comfortable in our room.
- 4/5
Park at the swan while staying at the dolphin and walk a long ways.
- 5/5
Loved it! I only wish the Dolphin still used the Disney busses. It is a pain to have to go to the TTC when going to magic kingdom. However great option for a “deluxe” hotel at moderate rates!
- 4/5
Hotel is very clean, but dated.
- 4/5
El servicio de limpieza no me parece respetuoso como tocan la puerta a horas muy temprano eso nos resultó incomodo
- 4/5
Did not have breakfast, there was none provided. No one told us of any hot tub. Room was not clean, it had long hairs all over bathroom and shower and toilet seat. Staff was friendly and courteous.
- 5/5
We always have an amazing stay at the dolphin. The location is perfect and the property is always beautifully maintained
- 3/5
The internet never worked unless it was purchased. Breakfast was not included.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of my towels was dirty so cleanliness is not super high, but I did like the view. I love the fact that I could take the boat to the parks and I am appreciative that they allowed me to keep my car parked in the parking lot while I was at Disney the next day.
- 2/5
Toilet bowl was so low and cramped that you could barely sit down and take care of business. Only 1 sink in bathroom and the stopper was broke.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean rooms. Excellent location to EPCOT and walking distance to Disney’s Boardwalk and other places. We will be back!
- 5/5
The whole Hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. We will definitely be returning next time we visit Disney World.
- 5/5
The staff were really nice and the hot tub was HOT
- 5/5
Excellent front desk staff, great bartenders overall a wonderful stay
- 5/5
Love it here! Amazing staff. Beautiful hotel.
- 5/5
We loved staying at the Dolphin. Everything we ate was very good, whether it was at an on-site restaurant, room service, or at the Fuel cafe. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had while providing prompt service. The only 2 complaints we have is that the air conditioning never cooled properly, even though the maintenance man fixed it. Also, the furniture wasn't too comfortable. It was all too stiff. Other than that, we loved it. Would definitely stay again.
- 1/5
The staff was less than friendly and over charged me for parking and valet - tried charging me for an entire room.
- 5/5
to all Disney things. The boat to and from the parks was always on time. Loved everything about the stay!
- 5/5
We love the Dolphin and the Swan hotels. We have stayed at these properties numerous times because of the location to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The hotels are beautiful and the amenities are wonderful.
- 5/5
Room was great! Air conditioning works well and staff is very helpful! Enjoyed our stay here!
- 3/5
Hotel is nice and well kept. Rooms are somewhat small, but location is excellent to access Epcot and surrounding Disney restaurants.
- 5/5
Great hotel and location. Parking was horrible. Should have been free.

The Dolphin is always a great place to stay when vacationing at Disney.
- 5/5
Loved the property, pool and how close it is to Epcot.
- 5/5
Perfect Weekend!
- 5/5
Didn’t stay long enough! Great experience.
- 5/5
Nice room and wonderful amenities .
- 4/5
me gusto casi todo solo que ya no puedo usar mi aplicacion de disney para abrir la puerta y otros beneficios porque el hotel ahora ya es marriot bonvoy
- 2/5
Aside from being close to the theme parks, there is nothing about this resort that is worth the price or worth staying for. The bathroom was so small and the door didnt open all the way. We could also hear the water in the pipes from both the bathtub and sink. It was so loud everytime any other room showered or flushed. The ac would not go below 70⁰ which for summer is insane, and there was basically no air flow in the room.
- 5/5
Love this hotel and resort, just wish the beds were queen size.. the full size bed is to small for two people.
- 5/5
Great location for amenities and access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios
- 5/5
We stayed here on a whim and because there was nothing available at Disney it being Christmas. It’s nice to be able to walk to two parks. Room was great. Price was comparable to the area. I was a little put off by the extra 50 bucks a day “resort fee” but it is what it is…I also had to pay for parking which was another 25 a day, I think, it may have been more. Parking is also limited and a hassle. I would definitely stay here again but without a car. Oh, park transportation is good too. Quick. The drivers drive a lot faster than the Disney busses.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 3/5
Clam to be a park view
- 5/5
Good stay. Had an event at bourbon steak . Just stayed for the night. Went to pool was nice and cold and breakfast at grove they need help to cook eggs lol. Dinner was great.

Good location and nice room
- 4/5
Great hotel and pool! Plenty to do a family.
- 4/5
Location is great. Walk to Epcot.
- 3/5
The hallway outside our room smelled damp and the carpet was actually wet. The shower room was too small for the door to even open and the shower itself was plastic , I thought I was going to fall through the floor.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Easy access to everything. The hotel is beautiful and clean.
- 5/5
Amazing experience for the family, the water taxi is fantastic
- 2/5
Ordinarily this would not be a huge but when we are being charged $40 per night to park onsite I would like the process to be hassle free. It was not.
- 5/5
Room is alway nice
- 5/5
Very kind staff, helpful and attentive. Happy they were able to fulfill my request of an early check-in. The room was beautiful, I could see epcot from my patio.
- 3/5
The room had a musty smell
- 3/5
Check in moved rooms on us for no reason and had a view of the roof
- 4/5
valet parking was almost 60$ a day.
- 5/5
Great value for being walking distance to the parks
- 5/5
Very clean room is ready early water bottles in the room were excellent
- 5/5
Later when I had several other concerns & questions. I was able to call guest services and spoke to Brianna. She was extremely helpful! She answered all my questions regarding restaurants, housekeeping, and how to use the QR code to access the many amenities and texting availability to its guests. In fact, it became useful when on several nights we had neighbors who were very loud into the wee hours of the morning. Security was very prompt and took care of that issue. I felt like we had to learn as we went along. But overall the Dolphin is a wonderful hotel in a great location in Disney, albeit a Marriott owned hotel. We will stay there again but will be much better at knowing what to ask and what to expect!
- 5/5
Could be cleaner, but for the most part it was exactly what we wanted.
- 5/5
Very comfortable & easy to get around. Access to the parks was convenient. View was amazing.

There were bugs in on the bed and in the room.
- 5/5
Great high-end resort to stay at to make your vacation top notch
- 2/5
If you want to drain out your money without worrying, you are very much welcome to stay in a Disney Resort. The best part was the continuous worry free shuttle service between the hotel and the parks. The rest, including the foods, beverages or even a simple sandwich is 3x times more expensive then anywhere else. For the restaurants for dinner you have to prebook via the Disney app and all of them are super expensive too.

There is a quick order off the lobby called Fuel that is great for snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, fresh made coffee, pastries, hot sandwich lunch or breakfast, is reasonably priced, opens early and stays open till 1:00am. It even has tables to sit at and eat. The pool stayed open until 11:00pm which is wonderful for Disney tired feet and achy legs before bed. Variety of sit-down restaurants to choose from. Finally, the hotel is a luxury hotel but is very reasonably priced compared to other luxury resorts on property.
- 5/5
The most important aspect of the process was that it was exceptionally.
- 5/5
We love stying at the Dolphin, the service and rooms are always amazing

Great
- 3/5
We didn't have great check in experience at the hotel. We booked hotel with 2 double beds and hotel was giving us a king size bed with sofa bed during checkin. We had to literally push them to get our desired room. Hotel should honor the reservation.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Double bed is small for a couple but that was our choice when booking!! Cant wait to come back again!!
- 5/5
Favorite place to stay in Disney - great room service, hot showers and great restaurants
- 5/5
Nice amenities for kids, big room, comfy beds
- 5/5
There is so much to do at this place! Highly recommended. It feels as magical as Disney!
- 4/5
Room wasnt the best! Usually rooms are great but this one had a very strong lysol smell!
- 4/5
Our main issue was parking. We closed Magic Kingdom one night of our stay and could not park in our parking lot upon return because it was full and the valet said they would not valet us (even offering to pay the upgraded fee) because we had not valeted at the beginning of our stay. We had to leave the Dolphin and drive to the Swan to park and walk back. It was a easy walk as we did not have tired toddlers or babies and strollers, etc - just us 2 adults. I feel like this needs to be corrected. The staff place water bottles in the room daily which is a very nice touch. Plenty of elevators. Easy walk to sister hotels and the Boardwalk of Disney. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.
- 2/5
Staff in hotel not helpful and no time to use resort facilities . Will not stay again .
- 5/5
Everyone was courteous. Room was clean. Love the coffee/snack area in the lobby.
- 3/5
The hallways and room had an odd smell, almost like curry.

Room was just ok

They charged us for everything under the sun. The resort was not clearly spelled out in the booking, the tried to charge us for valet parking even though we self parked, and we couldn’t get into our for 50 minutes because the door was broke. On top of that there were no handicap parking spots and my fiancé is in a wheelchair and they told us to just park at another hotel. We will never stay here again
- 3/5
The parking situation was ridiculous. They had no parking spots when we arrived at 9:00. They gave me the option to pay for valet or park at a different hotel!!! Completely unacceptable. They had plenty of spots in the valet area that they could have opened up.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Room was great. I got there earlier from check in time and was able to be in my room 2 hours before. We also were able to pay for late check out which was great. The resort was great it was connected to Disney but its own as it’s a Marriot chain and I got to get reward points for it. Overall this stay was worth it and being able to use affirm makes it easier to pay for it over time.
- 5/5
💯 love it.

Extra fees per day exceeding $100+
- 5/5
Everyone and everything was great
- 5/5
Room was spotless, great location.
- 5/5
Love , love everything!!
- 3/5
Location is great and very convenient to Epcot and HS. The room was dated and dingy and had issues connecting to WiFi the entire time.
- 3/5
Staff was courteous, the room was okay. The carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced.
- 5/5
The location to the parks was excellent! Beautiful room with a view of the fireworks each night.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
Clean and tidy. Staff were excellent
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, and close to Epcot and Hollywood studios.
- 3/5
The internet was not working so I could not watch tv apps and the phone did not work. Sent a maintenance person out but he could not fix either one. Was not fixed during my stay.
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Transportation to the parks was misleading. Don't label a bus "Magic Kingdom" when you have to endure an hour of waiting and hopping on different forms of transportarion to get there.
- 5/5
Excellent facility and surroundings
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
The room was noticeably improved compared to my last stay, as it cleaner, more comfortable, better maintained, and looked more modern. The overall service was also much better, with staff being more attentive and responsive throughout the stay. While no hotel is perfect, this visit was a clear improvement and definitely changed my impression of the Dolphin. I would consider staying here again based on this most recent experience.
- 2/5
The room I stayed with my family was not well maintained. On our second night of our stay, we experienced the carpet by exit door was flooding with water. We notified desk services and a maintenance person used a wet vacuum to remove most of the water. The flooding continued slowly back up. Every time we walked to the exit door our feet got wet. Guest services offered to switch rooms for us but it was late at night and we were leaving the following morning, so there was no point to pack up our belongings in the middle of the night. I was reimbursed $50.00 for the inconvenience. I wish we were able to switch rooms from the second night when the flooding occurred. I was not too satisfied with the way how the problem was handled. Guest services were nice though.
- 4/5
Overall experience and amenities offered
- 3/5
room was ok. hallway (downstairs 2nd floor) had lots of damage to the wall with dry wall pieces laying there for 3 days. but main reason for low score was wifi quality. absolutely unusable, in/out all the time, not stable at all. for a convention center that hosts business people, stable wifi is the minimum requirement to fulfill
- 5/5
The room was very clean and had really comfortable beds. Bathroom was very nice, though the water closet is a little small.
- 5/5
The perfect disney “property” alternative. Without the price tag. Beautiful hotel…loved the amenities.and the park transportation was awesome!
- 5/5
Beautiful and comfortable room. Great view. Excellent service, convenient to travel to Boardwalk, Epcot, and more. Definitely will stay again! New favorite!
- 4/5
Good restaurants
- 5/5
Loved the patio. Had my down time reading on the patio.
- 4/5
The room was nice, the staff was very friendly, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only complaint is that the hot water didn't work one morning (or if it did, it was extremely slow), and I did not have time to wait for it before a conference started at 8:00 a.m. It did work the following morning and evening.

The hotel reception gives an air of quality and opulence but scratch beneath the surface and you can see that it is a 35 years old hotel which has probably had a couple of updates over that period and is probably soon due another one. However just painting over woodwork and changing tiling is only a cosmetic solution and I think that for the rates being charged a more intense refurbishment or rooms is required. That said, our room was of a decent size and was clean. There was the ubiquitous fridge and refreshments tray and it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. All the staff were friendly, polite and helpful and the room was immaculately serviced every day, Wi-fi was a bit erratic and is included in the resort fee which together with the parking charge is a bit of a pill to swallow but is now pretty much the norm for any hotels in the Disney area. I refuse to pay $35 for valet parking on top of the hotel parking charge and used the self parking area which is a bit of a walk to the hotel but not too tasking. The upside is that free car parking is available at the Disney Parks which is currently $30. We didn't frequent any of the bars and restaurants but there was a good variety and price ranges suited most pockets. The location of the hotel is great for access to Epcot via Boardwalk Resort and to Hollywood Studios via water transport or a 20 minute walk along the waterway. All in all it was an enjoyable stay.

Great service
- 3/5
Also, my daughter and her family were at the Dolphin several hours before me ( the rooms were under my name ) and because I booked through Expedia they had to sit and wait for us with their 2 and 4 year old…. For several hours. I called the hotel directly to see if they could get into the room to rest but was told, “there was nothing they could do.” Again, thrilled to stay at a “resort” that understood a human issue. Unreal. And embarrassing to be honest. I was shocked at the bill checking out not to mention the outrageous fees on a room service order. I felt pretty taken to be honest and would love to know why exactly we received for the resort fee. Buses from our hotel to the MK? Nope. Pool? Nope. I’ve stayed at The Dolphin before and was very disappointed this time. The cleaning of our room was fair. I was surprised to see used glasses by the sink when we came back to our room in the evening after the room was cleaned. Will probably not stay there again.
- 5/5
Great location, clean, and friendly staff!
- 2/5
Myself and other guests decided to split a Lyft to get there. We barely made it for early entry for guest.
- 5/5
Great customer service. Beautiful hotel. Loved the amenities!
- 5/5
Amazing as always!
- 3/5
Room was nice, restaurants were very good but a little pricey, and amenities are fine. The services to Epcot and Hollywood studios are convenient. Layout of the hotel was terrible. Location of my room was terrible. Just getting out of the hotel took 10 minutes of walking. Especially walking from the resort to Epcot is extremely inefficient from anywhere. No indoor access from the closer side of the building, and the outdoor paths are terrible. Wifi was extremely patchy even after the conference attendees left. No wifi or cell signal in the elevators.
- 5/5
staff and amenities. the grounds were beautiful
- 5/5
Nice everything
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
One of the biggest highlights was the location. Being so close to Epcot and Hollywood Studios made everything incredibly convenient. We took the Friendship Boats to Hollywood Studios. It was relaxing, easy, and felt like part of the Disney experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. The lobby is impressive, and we really enjoyed spending time at the lobby bar. We also ordered room service, which was fast, convenient, and great after long park days. The amenities were another big plus. On Saturday night, we went to the pool and hot tub, which was the perfect way to unwind. Everything was clean, spacious, and well organized. It never felt overcrowded, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff throughout the property were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to housekeeping to dining, everyone made us feel welcome and taken care of. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. The Dolphin is a great choice for families who want easy access to the parks without sacrificing comfort and quality.
- 3/5
Additionally, we were unable to access the WiFi (supposedly free) and had to call tech support for help. Fourteen hours later we finally had access. The resort and parking fees are exorbitant, especially considering the difficulty in accessing phone and WiFi . We think that both Marriot and Disney can do much better!
- 5/5
Diego at check in is the bomb!
- 5/5
The staff was incredible, the hotel is beautiful and my daughter and her friend had a wonderful birthday visit to Disney
- 2/5
Purchased 3 rooms. In addition to the cost here, they charged an additional $860 on site for various additional fees / benefits stuff. Still trying to find out what for exactly as I wasnt informed of this prior. Views from the balconies was amazing. In house restaurants, food, and drink were amazing. Other than 1 of the rooms smelling like someone smoked in it and the crazy extra charges, I would give it 5 stars. But sketchy charges that arent discussed does not justify a sound hotel.
- 5/5
Great location, typical sized room. Full beds instead of queens. My only complaint is that the covers were slippery and kept falling off the bed all night. Swan paddle boat ride was
- 3/5
We had a very bad experience with the lock on the door which did not allow us access without a security guard. The staff kept giving us more keys but none worked. They should have been more attentive to resolve the problem the first day, but it lasted throughout the stay.
- 1/5
I had booked a traditional room with a king bed and a sofa bed overlooking the resort. Upon our arrival, we were informed that the room was unavailable, and we were assigned a room with two full beds. My husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. We were advised that room assignments were not guaranteed. I believe this was not an appropriate response.

Beautiful public areas. Lovely room. Clean. Well appointed. Great dining choices. Great pool.

It's just such a great property. And the Swan, The Boardwalk, Yacht and Beach Club all within a walk or a boat ride. The best location on Diseny Property for sure!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had great views of the fireworks. The staff were very helpful and it was in a great location (we were able to walk to the skyliner and Epcot). Plus the bottles of water provided in the rooms were an added bonus!
- 3/5
Room was OK. Was not prepared for daily parking fees and daily resort fees. The fees were $100 extra per day. Internet service was not very good at times. Room was quiet except for resort activities during the day with the water taxi horns.

Very nice grounds and hotel lobby

The room was wonderful. The hotel has a lot of restaurants to choose from. We only tired The Fountain and Fuel. The Fountain has great sandwhiches and ice cream. Recommend the tatter top appetizer and the blue berry cheese cake milk shake, both great. Staff at the hotel were courteous and the location is great. An easy walk or water taxi ride to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

Staff were very friendly. Clean spacious room. Beautiful views. Loved our stay there.

Little expensive but good dining options.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly & helpful. Walking distance to the boardwalk. Ferry ride to Epcot & Hollywood and shuttle bus available to the other parks. Saw the Epcot fireworks from our room each night! Complimentary bottles of water available daily. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
- 2/5
Our room was awful, there was a ceiling light hanging from the bathroom upon check in, the phone in our room did not work, neither did the mini fridge. To top it off the transportation to and from the parks was limited. Do not reccomend.
- 5/5
This was a great stay..the lobby was beautiful..nice gym and game room..the beds are comfy,.great shower
- 5/5
Nugget: save time and headache by walking over to boardwalk or yacht club for bus services.
- 2/5
I usually love my stay at Dolphin resort, we ordered room service for the first time and it was horrible. The pizza and the mac n cheese were cold, the salad was good though. I don't mind paying the higher price but cold food was inexcusable.
- 5/5
Beautiful convenient hotel
- 5/5
This is our favorite hotel near Disney! We stay here for all our Disney “staycation” weekends. This last trip was super spontaneous and Josh made our check in a wonderful experience. Thanks Josh! Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back before we know it! You can’t beat the location of this property.
- 5/5
The room was little outdated but the staff was helpful
- 5/5
Super friendly at check in and room is updated with nice features
- 5/5
Super clean. Excellent hotel and very confidently located right next to Epcot. Perfect.
- 4/5
Good location to Boardwalk and Epcot. Clean rooms. Kind of needs a ‘fresh up’in some areas
- 4/5
Good food. Pool was nice.
- 5/5
Everything was great! We loved the amenities, the atmosphere, everything was perfect..
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel for a Disney vacation! Location was perfect and the staff were very helpful and kind. Rooms were a good size for a family of four as well.
- 2/5
You look out your window and all you see is dumpsters and trucks coming and going very loud with the trucks
- 5/5
We had a short but excellent stay at the Walt Disney World Dolphin. The entire property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. There are plenty of restaurant options, all conveniently located, and we loved how the Dolphin and Swan are right next to each other, making it easy to enjoy both resorts and all their dining choices. We’ll definitely be coming back and look forward to staying here again.
- 5/5
Loved it, beautiful property
- 1/5
1. The room we were offered to stay in had a view of the vents and hotel docking garage. Every night at 3am, my family can hear the "beep beep beep" sound of docking trucks. And the room is so moist that windows are literally completely covered with water like rain drops (inside of room) 2. The phone NEVER worked despite multiple requests to fix the phone. Its either the most completed hotel room phone in the world (trust me, I am well traveled) or they simply just dont work and dont care about customers. Literally, every time, I had to use hotel's floor phone to make a room service request. 3. The thermostat in the room doesn't work. When I turned it off for the night, still cold air coming out of the vents all night long. And the screen of thermostat simply not working. 4. When we are out of tissues (tissues box empty), room service literally did not replenish tissues, this happened 3 times. 5. When we had 4 people registered in the room, they only gave 2-3 towels. This happened 3 times during this stay. Need I say more? Because I can.
- 4/5
We didn’t like the $50 a day +taxes charged just to get fresh towels and have somebody make a bed thought this was paid for in our price when we purchased the trip.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Staff and amenities
- 5/5
The breakfast option is a single cafe offering limited sandwich related items, yogurt, coatmeal and coffee. Very expensive sandwiches. The lobby and bar are attractive, spacious and comfortable. The parking is expensive at $38 per day for self parking, $50 per day for valet parking. The room was quiet and comfortable. The main benefit is the easy access to Disney World.
- 3/5
We checked in about 4:15, but the room wasn’t ready. We paid for self parking, there were no spots available. Our bathroom hade hairs on the floor.
- 5/5
Staff was very courteous and spoke fluent English
- 5/5
Everything was brilliant great location premium room was amazing lots of space staff helpful when required
- 5/5
The rooms were clean, staff courteous, convenient location for the Disney parks, the shuttle facility.. the food options in the resort… great experience.
- 2/5
This hotel isnt great. Its clean, but they keep the temperature so freezing in the hallways and main areas that you need a winter coat to get to your room (people come here to get away from the cold)..... forget going to the pool, its about a mile walk, if you arrive an hour early they will say your room isnt ready even with hundreds of rooms available, the rooms are basic but the price is fancy, self parking is almost $40 a day because why on earth would a hotel you pay for allow you to drive there without punishing you for having a car? That parking lot that is already there..... lets use it to nickle and dime our guests! It too, is a long walk so dont leave anything in the car! Phones in the room are disconnected, they dont clean thoroughly because some dude's shoe was under our bed..... not filth but still. Beds were uncomfortable where you sort of roll off to the side if you're on the edge. Will never stay here again. It was a resort price for a hotel. Also NOT owned by Disney..... this is a Marriott resort, so you cant use any Disney rewards here, which we didn't know.
- 4/5
The room was average, the staff were nive there was a lot of great food options between both hotels and the pool area at the dolphin is no joke it is amazing !
- 5/5
Great place with good proximity to parks and free transportation... would have loved a free breakfast buffet, but that's the only thing missing really, otherwise it's very pretty and luxurious overall
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
Limited choice, same food every day. Some Food prices were decent though. Staff was very good.
- 4/5
Did not get free breakfast. Room was clean and cool. There was no microwave. The toilet room was too small.
- 5/5
Perfect location. Large room!
- 4/5
Loved the hotel however I did not like the smell in the room; it smelled like gas or some hazmat Oder upon entrance to the room and the wet spot in the rug was questionable. The smell was questionable. Housekeeping failed to provide facial towels ( small ones by the sink) which I didn’t really understand. I wish there were more people attending at the desk vs having to wait more than an hour to be acknowledged. At what point should management step in to provide an apology or simply say please excuse the wait does anyone have a simple question I could answer. Christmas tree in the lobby was a delight. No comment regarding breakfast, never had it.
- 4/5
Pricey and the rooms are old, first night there the sink got stuck, I called for maintenance and bathroom door only opens half way. The closet doors broken. Fridge is super small, hair dryer is Conway brand. You can hear everything from the hallway, even footsteps, if you wish for quiet time, good luck. As a Disney partner hotel I was expecting something better.
- 5/5
Love this hotel! Excellent staff and beautiful
- 4/5
Bathroom was extremely small and didn’t have a fan. Was extremely humid after showering and stayed that way
- 5/5
Breakfast options are limited, but the little store always had good options. We would stay here again.

Good service
- 5/5
Exceptional service
- 5/5
Great place ! Great service ! Amazing kids activities and food ! Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Great stuff!
- 4/5
Spacious and clean room. Lavatory area is bright but the separate shower and toilet room is a bit dim and the door can only be opened half way. Beds are very soft and pillows have no support. Lobby is grand and has lots of resting and sitting areas. Hallways look dated.
- 5/5
Convenient location for Epcot and Hollywood Disney
- 5/5
Clean rooms great staff
- 5/5
It's convenient, lovely, filled with amenities and has excellent restaurants. Walk to two Disney parks!
- 4/5
Clean room, however the shampoo and body wash were not filled. Other than that, room was good.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Convenience to Epcot and Hollywood Studios will bring me back.
- 3/5
Lots of hidden charges. Property beautiful.
- 1/5
Room beds were small and the service was terrible
- 5/5
Everything, restaurants,lobby area
- 4/5
The room was very clean. It is easy to get around the property with shuttle services. Its a short walk to the yacht and beach club and Epcot. We did not eat at any establishments in this hotel- we spent our days in the parks. The carpet in the hallways definitely need updating- but the rooms are well kept.
- 5/5
As you’d expect it for a Disney property, it was very well organized, and well kept even for an older property. Food prices are extravagant as you might expect.
- 5/5
Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Decorated nicely for Christmas. Excellent staff. Taking the boat is easy and fun.
- 2/5
The hotel room was awful. The toilet paper roll was broken. The bathroom/room appeared to still be dirty. Very disappointed.
- 4/5
Staff great
- 5/5
We love staying at the Dolphin because of the location. Being able to walk to Hollywood Studios, Epcot, and the Boardwalk are awesome! We wish the hotel had a little more Disney magic and the hallways and rooms could use a refresh, especially the hall carpets, even our kids noticed!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, rooms are clean and close to Boardwalk.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Room was spotless, staff at front desk was very helpful
- 5/5
Check in was excellent due to Rachael at the front desk.
- 1/5
Very disappointed
- 2/5
When I arrived to the hotel exhausted and tired went to bed without checking the bed or room. When I woke I saw the sheets had poop stains on one side of the bed. Staff acted as if it wasn’t a major issue. They offered me 5k points but felt more should have been give or comp the night cause how do you clean a room and not notice the sheets have poop stains on them.
- 5/5
Awesome place!!!
- 5/5
Overall experience was wonderful.
- 5/5
Rooms are really nice, beautiful property, food is great
- 5/5
This is one of the best hotels near Disney and it's my absolute favorite! It's beautiful, there are several excellent restaurants on property, it's right next to the Boardwalk, the boat ramp is right outside the door to take you to Epcot, the rooms are gorgeous and the views are amazing! Best of all, they have room service. Most Dosney hotels do not have it.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel!
- 5/5
I love everything about it! They treat us good and hotel is clean and most importantly it has everything you need!
- 3/5
I asked that we get rooms near the elevator but we were put in rooms that was at the very end of the place and we are in our 70’s and 80’s. We then asked to be moved and I ended up down graded from a King to 2dbl bed room. I asked to be compensated but was told no.
- 5/5
Great locations - we walked to Epcot. Valet was great and easy to leave bags for the day. Check in was easy. Great amenities - cafe/store and bar. Room was large and spotless. Would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
The staff was great, but the rooms were moldy and the sheets felt like paper. Do not recommend
- 5/5
Our room was fantastic, everyone we encountered was very helpful and courteous. The housekeeping staff was also amazing!
- 5/5
Everything about our stay here was wonderful!! We cant wait to come back again!!
- 5/5
Excellent restaurants. Clean. Near Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Room Service
- 5/5
Great hotel. Clean, comfy, plenty of places for food/coffee, Disney transport right outside. We love it here and at the Swan.
- 5/5
All staff we encountered were courteous. The one minor thing I encountered was in room coffee supplies not completely replenished daily.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Room well kept. Did not have cleaning servi e every day but the room was overall clean
- 5/5
The area was great beautiful scenery and a safe place for children
- 4/5
Room spacious. There’s a lot of restaurants and things you can walk to in the area, which is a plus unfortunately the room that I got in terms of the bathroom was a little bit small so the door to the bathroom didn’t open up all the way. Additionally, in the bathroom when you use the shower, there are some remnants of dirt or something coming up after the water went down and then settled. I will say bring a lot of lotion as well because the lotion that they do have available is very thin and their water has a lot of chlorine in it. Therefore, your skin will dry out much faster and it will become rough and dry. Otherwise everything was great. Check Out was easy. If you don’t wanna check out by the desk, you can do a speed check out where you drop your key in and you text it is phenomenal.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 3/5
Building is old so the room, also not very clean, not spacious either, not worth the price
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and everything you need is right there. Fuel was great to grab coffee, breakfast or anything we wanted really. Restaurants at the resort were fantastic as well.
- 5/5
Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great staff, clean hotel
- 5/5
Room was very clean, resort was lovely

Finally, if I pay for room service (which I did), I really enjoy it being delivered on a tray or table- not in boxes like I ordered from a delivery service. I really enjoy the relaxation and service that comes with getting my food delivered on a platter with real silverware, not in boxes that I have to arrange and figure out how to eat from.
- 5/5
Yes, very clean & staff was very courteous.
- 5/5
I love the dolphin and swan resorts. The location cannot be better, it is peaceful but still close and convenient to Epcot and Hollywood studios, The Dolphin is beautiful inside, very grand lobby, many couches to relax on, nice bar. The only thing that I would change is instead of guest rooms having 2 double beds It would be nice to have Queen or king size double rooms, beds are comfy though.
- 5/5
Place was amazing
- 5/5
Property main spaces were lovely, but the room hallways were dated. Employees were stellar and made the place shine. WDW water taxis to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios were fantastic, but both parks were also within walking distance. Bus transportation to other parks was easy and both water taxis and busses were very accommodating to scooter transport. The King room was large enough to allow scooter storage. Beds were extremely comfortable, and linens were lush and absorbent. Pool towels were oversized, and available at pool area. We will definitely be staying here again!
- 4/5
Room was good, except for the view of the trash area and a huge orange crane outside our window. Heard trash pickup from the dumpsters at 6:15am. Staff was great. Housekeeping was great. Jose at bell services was a gem! We asked for a shower chair and the one they brought us was too wide for the tub. We asked for a smaller one, but it never came, so my disabled husband had to stand to shower.
- 5/5
Location to Epcot, clean room, and facility with lots of food options.
- 5/5
Everything fantastic!
- 5/5
Courteous front desk staff, nice clean room
- 4/5
The bathroom is just too tiny and no exhaust. Otherwise it was great resort and close to most park and resorts
- 5/5
Yes was a excellent experience
- 5/5
Overall, everything at the hotel is top-notch.

I paid extra to have a room facing the park. The window was so dirty on the outside viewing anything out the window was unpleasant and nearly impossible.
- 5/5
Perfect check in
- 5/5
So convenient location wise
- 5/5
Excellent location, of course. Staff is incredible. 80's music in the elevator ♥️
- 5/5
Clean, friendly, excellent!
- 3/5
Staff was excellent. Had an issue with the chargers and outlets in the lamps and they took care of it immediately. Room was very nice and comfy. Not crazy about the bus situation. Was very late getting to Magic Kingdom for the Christmas party because the bus took so long to get there. And it is not a Disney Property so the bus doesnt go all the way to Magic Kingdom gate, only to transportation center, so that made us even later. The pool was very nice. The grounds are beautiful. Sadly, I wouldnt stay again just because, for the price I paid to stay there, I could have stayed at a nice Disney property and had more convenient transportation to the parks. But it is a very nice hotel.

Very long lines at breakfast. Bathroom and rooms were small
- 5/5
The valet, the room, and the hotel were amazing as always.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay. Right where everything is.
- 3/5
We were disappointed all around with housekeeping. We found a child's toy and an empty cup in our room. We asked for housekeeping when we checked in. The next morning, when we were leaving our room to go to the pool, we saw two housekeepers - one was at the room just across from ours and the other was a few rooms down - and we asked them to be sure to clean our room and they said they would. However, when we returned it had not been cleaned. After having enjoyed room service the night before we had garbage overflowing the waste baskets, no coffee, no fresh towels, and an unmade bed. Sorry to say that this spoiled our little get-away to the Dolphin.
- 4/5
The facility was excellent . Only problem was we didn't get a king bed as promised
- 4/5
Chap who checked us in worked his magic to get us a higher floor with a great view
- 4/5
Unfortunately, the 3 full days I was in Orlando, there was record breaking cold weather. Unbelievably, the air conditioning at the hotel was on. It was very uncomfortable. I spent more time in my room with the heat on. Also, I stay at this property every November. Very disappointed that the Christmas Tree was not yet up. All in all, a less than desirable experience this time around.
- 5/5
Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming!
- 4/5
We've stayed at the swan and dolphin multiple times and have loved it every time. We did have what we considered a major issue when house keeping walked into our room at 11pm after being told to not enter. We addressed this with management and was quickly resolved. Overall the staff is amazing and this is still one of our favorite resorts and will continue to visit.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing!
- 3/5
Pros: walking distance to the parks. I dont think we will return.
- 3/5
I’ve been coming to the Dolphin for over 20 and even though we enjoy the convenience…it’s time for a refurbishment. We also didn’t have any hot running water in our bathroom sink. I notified the front desk on 3 separate occasions and nothing was ever fixed. They claimed that they notified operations, but nothing. Also, the $50 resort fee and $38 self parking fee is ridiculous.
- 3/5
The staff was courteous but the sink didn't drain and the back sliding door was hard to open and close. I think the motel needs to be renovated or refurbished
- 5/5
It is a beautiful property with a great staff a lady checking us in was excellent and went above and beyond for us because it was our anniversary. We can’t wait to come back next November
- 3/5
For the rate of this hotel, additional parking and resort fees on top of this outdated hotel seems a bit much. The food service options were all very expensive . The room was extremely small and seemed dated and not kept up well.
- 5/5
I didn’t have breakfast. This resort I will always come back to every trip to Disney
- 5/5
No problem getting early check in. Valet was so easy and fast! All staff we encountered was amazingly helpful and kind
- 3/5
Need healthier food options and room service was ridiculously expensive! Real food instead of microwaveable food
- 5/5
The room was outdated and very humid. The A/C was musty
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Clean friendly easy to navigate
- 5/5
LOCATION is outstanding !!!
- 5/5
Everything!
- 5/5
Great service at the Disney hotel. Great transport to the park a variety of different ways. The hotel offers a range of services that are important to families. The pool is amazing and we always receive great treatment being a Bonvoy member.
- 4/5
Location & amenities stand out! Cannot beat location if you go to Epcot & Hollywood.
- 5/5
Room was clean and the staff was polite and helpfull
- 5/5
Amazing we love staying here

GrEat
- 5/5
Amazing staff, amazing experience! I really appreciated the healthy food offerings as well.
- 4/5
The bathroom was not cleaned, especially the toilet. We had to wait for housekeeping. The location was great along with amenities.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
The room was clean, was missing a few privacy courtains and a roach said hello from the TV cabinet and I said goodbye in return. If you want to park your own car they give you a higher than Park very reasonable price of $38 daily fee for a parking without security, with gate always open and a very good exercise of having to travel 0.5 mile to get to and from the hotel. Since the parking is located on the other side of the Swan Resort. You also get a surprise forced charge of $50 daily fee for unapetizing things to do in the resort. Apart from that, very good location, very beautiful hotel and sorrounding areas. Very conveniently walking distance from Epcot, not so much from Holywood Studios, which is better getting there by boat. Everything else was good.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, noisy on the balcony with the boat horns
- 5/5
Nice place to stay! Great restaurants and service!
- 5/5
No
- 5/5
Rooms were clean but could use a little refresh
- 4/5
The bathroom shower situation is a bit tight. Lots of convention professionals so the hotel is busier than it would be otherwise with just vacationers.
- 4/5
Only problem I have is the very high price.
- 5/5
The room was very nice, view beautiful, front desk staff welcoming and kind. Great stay
- 5/5
I like all the pools and the convenient of everything.
- 4/5
Everything was great except the parking situation was confusing and inconvenient.
- 5/5
Great hotel! So convenient with Disney transportation
- 4/5
Staff was great
- 5/5
Great location, nice clean and big room. Good prices.
- 2/5
Level and security came up to check on noise. The fees with parking and resort are ridiculous and I may not use your site again for that. We paid to pay the hotel again after fees.
- 3/5
Breakfast was not free. Fuel, where you could purchase breakfast items was super crowded. Only plus is they do order ahead on the app. Breakfast sandwiches were not hot. Would recommend to NOT have a room in the east wing on the even side of the hall. All night constant hum of AC units and some type of construction noise. While we did know the room offered only double beds, that was an error on our part. Mattress not very comfortable. Pillows were uncomfortable as well. Parking is another story! Self park at Dolphin is extremely limited. Advised to park at Swan and take the shuttle back. This will still cost you $38/day. $50 resort fee is egregious if you are staying only one night. Who has time to use the fitness/fitness classes "included". We would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Friendly, attentive staff. The room was very clean and comfy. With friends for Food & Wine.
- 1/5
They charge you $38/day for parking but they don’t have a parking lot anymore… you have to park on the far side of Swan and hoof it through Swan resort and across the moat to get to the Dolphin. Just what you need after a long day at Disney, a bonus mile walking back to your room.
- 5/5
This hotel never disappoints. The location is amazing and the on site amenities are exceptional.
- 2/5
Ddggy
- 5/5
Everything was what I expected. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
- 5/5
Easy check in, friendly staff, and clean room
- 2/5
Charge too much for resort fee and a parking fee which is crazy won’t be staying there again
- 2/5
Booked this not knowing if a massive convention that was taking place and this hotel was the epicenter. It was way too crowded for us and not enjoyable.
- 5/5
Always love the Dolphin! We were there for the RunDisney races and everything was so convenient.
- 5/5
Good place for family and kids
- 5/5
This was a nice off-property Disney hotel. I do wish there was closer parking, but the Swan wasn't very far so it worked out okay.
- 4/5
Good stay. Pricey after calculating parking and hotel amenities that we didnt even utilize. Valet Parking needs 45 minutes to get your car.
- 5/5
Very clean and close to Disney
- 4/5
The hallways were very cold so I had to wear a jacket . The carpet in the hallways is quite worn. The hotel needs an update although I loved the comfort of my bed.
- 5/5
The room was beautiful. We had two balconies so the views of Epcot were spectacular. During quite hours, the hotel shuts off the fountains at nite so the don’t disturb sleep. Had breakfast in our room every morning. Very fast service and everything was delivered hot.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
This is our first time staying at Swan/Dolphin, we usually stay at Boardwalk. I would definitely stay here again. We had all of the benefits of staying at Boardwalk with a slightly lower price point. Everyone was friendly, the property and rooms were clean, the pool was awesome and it was convenient walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. There was a large conference that was getting ready to start the day we were leaving, so we didn't really feel the full impact of what that would have been like, so that could have potentially been a drawback.
- 5/5
Everything is great except for the cafe store in the lobby way way way way over priced 1 piece banana $4? That’s just robbery I don’t like to complain but that’s plain wrong every way you look at it .
- 5/5
The staff was amazing ! The property was beautiful and all restaurants were wonderful. We are looking forward to going back in the winter
- 5/5
The biggest downside which is true for any hotel on Disney property is a lack of affordable food options
- 5/5
No self parking
- 2/5
When we arrived, were told there was no room in self park so we had to valet, however, there was no room for them to valet at that time. So after being asked to return to park our car, 4 times, we were directed to park at a sister resort (the swan). There must have been an event going on, but we were told that patrons arriving for dinner reservations took priority, over guests staying at the Dolphin, when it comes to valet. This was very upsetting. It was late at that point, we were exhausted from travling all day, and it was extremely inconvenient to have to park our car so far from our resort, as we knew we would be needing our car for several excursions during our stay. Very disappointed.
- 4/5
We love staying at the Dolphin, but Very unhappy about the parking situation. They have built a huge convention area taking up their whole parking area which forces you to park either at The Reserve, The Swan or all the way out at The Magic Kingdom with shuttling from there. No acceptable.
- 5/5
Family friendly
- 5/5
We are finally at a point in our life we can afford a high end Disney property. The dining options were great, multiple kinds of transportation were available, the hotel even when it was busy seemed quiet, and there are a ton of dining options.
- 5/5
Rooms very clean and nice
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
All good
- 4/5
Beautiful hotel! For a family of 5, the room was small.
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff. Super cold air conditioning
- 5/5
Great service and customer relations.
- 5/5
The staff from check in to check out were most helpful. The only teo things are, bathroom light never worked, we called front desk after check-in, but no one stopped by. Second thing was the laundry room, only 5 washers were working, three were broken, but only one was labeled broken.
- 5/5
perfect
- 3/5
The stay was okay. The shower door would not stay closed. One of the pillows seemed like it should be thrown out already due to usage. There was no parking or valet available on the premises, we had to park at the swan hotel. Staff is friendly, air conditioning was great, the room was cleanish, they probably could’ve swept/vacuumed the bathroom floor a little better. My room had a decent view of the 9pm fireworks.
- 1/5
After getting into the 4th room, it was acceptable, most disgusting hotel I’ve been in since I had to stay at a red roof inn
- 3/5
overall we were kind of disappointed in the property. Very good location but we got there and were told the self parking was full so we would have to valet park for $58 a night or take a shuttle bus from the hotel. Public areas are nice. Front Desk staff was very helpful. But we were at the very end of the hallway and it was a hike to the room. Room itself was pretty good. Bathroom was very awkward with a small vanity and then a separate room for the toilet and shower. That space was very dark and so small it was ridiculous. It was a room with a king bed.. no family would stay there so they should just open up to one space. Shuttle busses we good but the one for Disney Springs left us very far even though the Disney resort buses stop much closer to the restaurants and the lot was usually empty. Too many other nice hotels in orlando, probably wouldn't stay there again.
- 4/5
Excellent stay on property. Bus service to parks has changed since our last stay here and is not as favorable as true Disney properties. But food and service at Dolphin is still fantastic!
- 5/5
This was our first time staying at the property, it was super nice and friendly staff. It was a good place to walk over to the Disney property and parks.
- 5/5
Great amenities and service at the Dolphin. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean and had great space.
- 3/5
I will say the hotel itself was immaculate. Upon arrival I opted to not have housekeeping daily. In my 5 day stay housekeeping came once!!! This was after I requested it several times. Trash not emptied fresh towels not provided. The location is great, within walking distance to Boardwalk and Epcot. The bathroom was extremely small. Will definetly make other accomodations on my next vist to Disney
- 5/5
Great location. Only negative is paying $300 a night and still paying to self park a car!
- 5/5
Everything about the property was great besides the parking. My only request for improvement is that if I have to pay for self parking each night at the dolphin, there should be parking provided near the hotel and not me being forced to park at the Swan. I hope this is just because of construction and is only temporary. Everything else was correct.
- 4/5
Fuel’s prices were higher for sub par food and coffee
- 5/5
Food was great staff the best upgraded my room and was able to view fireworks from my window great place
- 4/5
Great family friendly resort in a great location that is walking distance to Epcot and accessible to all the WDW parks + Disney Springs by free shuttle or water taxi. Also has early entrance to all the parks. It has multiple pools & a private man made beach/lagoon area. Multiple dining options from formal dining through to grab & go type options. The rooms are a good size, clean & modern, with good amenities including a room fridge for incidentals. Super friendly staff who were extremely helpful and during peak times the lobby was well staffed. All in all a great place to stay.
- 5/5
Love all the amenities. Pool was beautiful. Staff was so nice and helpful! I’m not too tech savvy but everyone was eager to help us.
- 5/5
We were so impressed by this resort! We had a wonderful trip!
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful, from the easy friendly check-in, the ease of walking to the boardwalk and Epcot, the food and so on. We love staying here and will definitely be back again.
- 2/5
This hotel, while beautiful and had some conveniences like the boats to hollywood studios and epcot, it is too large to be there as a disabled person due to the size of the lobby and where the elevayors were , required extensive walking and is too much for elderly and disabled people.
- 2/5
If a person plans to use the spa then there should be a fee for that, if customers plan to ride the boats then charge for that but one across the board blanket fee is just unacceptable. It was mine and my husbands 52 anniversary and we chose to spend it here and then we get walloped with a $150.00 fee for services not rendered. Well Happy Anniversary to us! We will not be staying at this hotel again. We do not believe in handing money over for services we did not receive!
- 5/5
Very nice hotel!
- 5/5
Rooms are always so clean, great shuttle service to parks. Easy access to everything Disney.
