Very disappointed that they did not provide complementary breakfast. This is very important to me and when I reserved the room, I did so because it said breakfast was available. However, when I checked-in, I was told the breakfast was $15/person. Not cool to charge that much. Also, the room did not have any water bottles inside nor any lotion or hair dryer. It just lacked a lot.

The room was simple, but very clean and organized. The outdoor pool is amazing. The breakfast is nothing crazy but it’s worth while. Overall it was a good experience.

This hotel property was nice, and the staff was friendly. The room was very clean, and overall the stay was pleasant. However, the only issue I experienced was the lack of consistent hot running water. The maintenance staff was unable to determine the cause of the problem, and we had to repeatedly contact the front desk to have the water temperature adjusted. Given that the issue could not be resolved during our stay, I would have appreciated being moved to a different room.

The room still had somebody else’s hair all over it. The toilet was dirty and our last day took out. We had two roaches that we found. We had issues with the door closing, and how to use our card every time we close the door will not be staying here again.

My wife and I have stayed there many times. Nice clean hotel, well maintained and very close to Disney World. They charge $10 a day for parking, which stinks, but then again, most of the local hotels charge for parking near Disney World these days. The Rosen Inn usually has very good rates.

The hotel itself was pretty decent and was cleaned regularly, the pools and the deck seemed to have proper upkeep. My complaint is the room we were staying in smelled stale, like old dust, also the shower drain seemed to be partially clogged.

Room was clean, staff always so pleasant. Outdoor pool is a fantastic perk, as it’s never too busy, lots of towels and chairs for lounging.

Very welcoming and informative upon check in.. the rest of our stay was very relaxing and also convenient being close to everything you need.

The place was sufficient. Do not pay extra for breakfast thinking it will be the buffet breakfast. It was just a cheesy grab and go (fruit, drink and a bread item). Also I did not appreciate the housekeeping knocking on my door twice when I was not ready to check out until closer to 11 am.

The really only problem I had with the room is that all the charging ports did not work and you could not use your own due to them being blocked. I had to charge everything on the bathroom counter top which was dangerous and not safe.

From the entrance to the exit of the property it was an amazing stay and experience. The staff no words they were super helpful, great demeanor, and prompt. The rooms super clean, everything working good, the room service amazing kept everything clean. Loved the stay. The pool area had all amenities stacked with pool towels and the pool impeccable. The parking great was a be le to park close and was able to see my car at all times. Everything close didn't have to drive long distance to get to places. My family also loved the time spent. looking forward to staying there again soon.🙏♥️♥️♥️💯💯💯💯

Bathroom as well as bedroom did not smell nice for the duration of stay and the carpet in the room needs to be changed. It literally had a repulsive smell but we were out for most of the time which made it bearable.

Staff was fine, if not highly trained. Bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were a joke! It was one of the worst nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel. They use children's size pillows which made it extremely hard to get comfortable!

The restaurant is very slow. The rooms are a bit dated. But would still stay again. When we arrived the guy at the front desk was going to put us, two females, first floor furthest from the lobby in building two. When I said something about safety etc he quickly changed us. Overall stay was okay. It is not walking distance to Vineland like it says on website but it is a quick uber ride.

This was my second time stay at this hotel and loved it. The front desk were super friendly and nice. We stayed on the right side of the building for this visit and the room was amazing. The pillows were good and the mattress was comfy and great. It’s a great location for the Disney parks and if you have a convention to go too it’s not far from Orange County convention.

The room did not look anything like the pictures on the website. We had what looked like body fluid on the desk seat, blood and mold on the mattresses. Over all the room was not good.

Picked this hotel because the Rosen Hotels have a good reputation from their upper end to lower end. I also chose this hotel because they had splash pad advertised along side of one of the two pools. For the most part it was okay for a budget hotel. The bed comfortable but small, I shared with a 5 yr old, 2 adults it would be too small. I did not bring my pup but it is animal friendly. Some key factors that left diassapiontment, the splash pad was closed because it was broken down, I feel this should be something mentioned on their site or updated with 3rd party booking. Also, hotels.com mention free breakfast, it is not free! 5 and understand is with paying adult, children 10 amd under are $10. The buffet was really good i do have to say and should have something for everyone in your parties likes. If you leave hungry not liking anything, then I would say the problem is you and your too picky lol. The next dissapoiment, we arrived late so I showered in tje morning. The drain was not draining, I opened it up and there was good and gobs of hair and plastic paper I had to clean out it was gross, so the cleaning staff was not cleaning drains in between room change outs. My phone did npt work in mybriom and shower knob fell off and i had to haause of this the hotel did compensate me complimentary breakfast rest of my stay. The next issue was that kids had chips and had crumbs and when they came to clean next morning did not bother to vacuum. I couldnt find ice machine,

the person who check me in was in a bad mood or something, the room seemed like it was just quickly set up not all the way clean, look like someone was just there, I came in there at midnight and tired didn't complain because I think the mood of the guy in the front desk and me being tired bad combination, I don't think we will ever comeback there, thanks but no thanks

Convenient location Housekeeping didn't refill bottles in the bathroom, bugs in bathroom, long line for customer service in morning, housekeeping didn't turn off alarm from previous guest, loud noise from parking lot in my 1st-floor room. Booking.com sent far too many emails as they are processing my refund.

Location Roach on the floor ,my daughter has bed bug bites all over her left leg ,splash pad was down the whole time n still is ( from what I was just told) we were there 8 days & the pool is gross,never cleaned nor filled& hairballs in it. I called the desk n nobody cleaned it.

Water pressure was horrible. Fire alarm went off multiple times, twice while our baby napped and the front office wasn't even aware of it until we called. Even though location to parks was good, the location of resort was next to a restaurant that had karaoke going on until about 3am, & the scream singing resonated throughout the halls!! For that reason alone, we won't be staying there again.

Beds were small, but comfy. Bathrooms were clean. Staff had a attitude when asking for new sheets/comforter because my daughter accidentally spilled something on it. The bar downstairs was a JOKE. The lady waitress was rude, had no idea about the menu, incorrectly charged us and had an attitude when saying something. Probably won't be back. Location was good.

2nd time staying here within 2 months. Great staff, convenience to Disney Springs, Disney Parks. Great staff that communicates well, makes accommodations seamless and clean property, pools, wish the splash pad was on though. Overall, great place to stay especially with kids! No resort fees/No deposits!!! Wished the kitchen stayed open longer than 10pm. Will be staying once again!!!

I will definitely try them again because one thing I did like about my last two stays at the same location is that on the sheets they were so clean. You cannot smell another person on them and that’s very unusual even at higher end hotels.

The shower was nice. Breakfast was terrible! I've seen continental breakfast that have been better than that! We paid for the buffet, walked through the line and the food was old, cold, and completely unappealing. We didn't eat a bite and left. Also our room said that it faced a lake, which sounds fabulous BUT it's facing a very busy highway so all you hear all night are the cars and trucks speeding by, also I wouldn't really call it a lake, maybe a "small pond" would describe it better.

Ideal location. Easy to get an Uber/Lyft to the parks. Breakfast not great. Pool was fab. They were upgrading the splash pad so little boy was unable to use which was a shame. Good laundry facilities. Free ice machine. Rooms outdated but clean which is the most important thing to us.

This is our 2nd time staying here because of the location, price and cleanliness. It has a restaurant/bar, small convenience store and pool. Rooms are comfortable and stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, safe, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. What more could you ask for!

Location to everything was great. This property is directly behind a very busy road. Lots of traffic and loud bikes and horns all throughout night Some mold on bathroom tile. Shower pressure was terrible. Difficultly with doors getting stuck, took about 10 tries per swipe to get into room. Pushy/ attitude guy sales rep right at front desk to give you “welcome packet” aka some sort of time share/package to pay into.

I like the hotel itself.It's got a lot of space.It has a lot of spaces where you can just sit and rest and chill.And that's a nice thing.Your restaurants are nice and easy.It's not too much, there's not too much going on.It's not too much overstimulation.It's a good spot if you're gonna go to the parks.If you just need a place to be that has a little bit of bells and whistles, the staff is friendly.The beds are comfy.The bathtub is big.The water pressure is strong.The property is clean and I enjoyed it entirely The fact that it's right beside the highway is a little bit of a deterrent or could be for those folks who are not used to it.But after a while, it turns into white noise.

The check in process was super quick and directions to my room and parking were easy to follow. The hotel had an nice flow to it that made finding amenities like the ice machine, laundry room, bar, etc..., easy to find.

Staff was very nice. Paid 387 for 3 nights. Didn’t even get soap for my bathroom no lotion or anything just the room. Basically saying it’s not worth the price. Doesn’t come with breakfast you have to pay about 19 dollars after taxes to eat every morning.

Upon arrival we were nicel greeted by the person at the front gate. Check-in and front desk staff was friendly. Room was as expected and satisfying.

My first room was disgustingly dirty with hair all over the washroom, the carpet was filthy and smelled like mold. Then to my surprise I looked up and the whole ceiling had black mold. I went to front desk where they moved me to another room without carpet and gave me a dinner voucher, which I didn’t use. Than the next day I had cockroaches run over me in my new room. Which made me feel even dirtier than the first room. Went to front desk where they didn’t seem to worried, even security just said oh no big deal they just come from the water. I stated it is a big deal they are gross and invasive creatures. I checked out of this hotel that day and shockingly they only refunded me the days I didn’t stay. When they should have refunded my whole stay for inconvenience of moving from room to room to new hotel. I lost some belongings in these moves as well. As being in this hotel was giving me the creeps of what’s next. I don’t recommend this hotel as it’s one thing after another. The outside is well kept and is about the only thing this hotel has going for it. We switched to the Wyndham on idrive and this hotel for roughly same price is 100% better. Also if your looking for shuttles to Disney parks good luck. They accommodate more for universal then the Disney parks and their shuttle is a black old school bus that is broken and shouldn’t be on the road. I hurt my back when we went over a speed bump. Took that once and Lyft the rest.

It was super close to all of the parks we went to. There were restaurants and breakfast places nearby that were not expensive. The traffic noise was really bad. When booking try to get a room that is not on the highway side. The traffic noise was terrible. Book a room on the side of the hotel that does not face the interstate.

First, I want to say that we had a late check in that went very smooth. Our last hotel gave our reservation away. There were no hidden fees just checked-in, got keys, information and on our way. The location was close to everything. About a 12–15-minute ride to the Disney attractions. The shuttle let at 9:30 am in the morning. Coming back was a challenge but nothing major. The room was spacious enough for our group and comfortable. Fresh towels daily. There were two restaurants on site, but we only went to one. The food was good. We didn't get breakfast because we did not have time. We liked the small store on site for last minute snacks, drinks etc... The internet did not work well. The room was little older. The commodities were limited. Like bodywash dispenser came off the wall in the shower and was never refilled and hand soap dispenser came off the wall. I will say that we were provided a bar hand soap. The water pressure was not strong but that is a personal preference. After a long day at the parks, it was still refreshing. Beware of the free gift desk!! It's an invitation to a timeshare presentation. That we actually bought :)

The property was nice, 20 mins drive from disneyland and 9 min drive from outlet mall shops. There was a shop inhouse to buy food and souviners There was no kettle or cups in the room though there was a microwave.

The location was close to everything. About a 12–15-minute ride to the Disney attractions. The shuttle let at 9:30 am in the morning. Coming back was a challenge but nothing major. The room was spacious enough for our group and comfortable. Fresh towels daily. There were two restaurants on site, but we only went to one. The food was good. We didn't get breakfast because we did not have time. We liked the small store on site for last minute snacks, drinks etc... The internet did not work well. The room was little older. The commodities were limited. Like bodywash dispenser came off the wall in the shower and was never refilled and hand soap dispenser came off the wall. I will say that we were provided a bar hand soap. The water pressure was not strong but that is a personal preference. After a long day at the parks, it was still refreshing. Beware of the free gift desk!! It's an invitation to a timeshare presentation. That we actually bought :)

Information was wrong on the hotel amenities, theres no shuttle available for the Mall, it says that there is one and the staff first tells you that theres only one but at 10 AM and next day the staff told me that theres none. I reserved here because there was this amenity

On this trip, the WiFi was completely non-functional (remember, I came here for a work-trip!) and I ended up having to use my phone as a hot-spot. The security latch on the door was also broken. Being a female traveling alone, this was not OK with me. I slept with a chair wedged in front of the door. I don’t expect anything fancy, But if you’re going to advertise room-amenities (like wifi, electric outlets at the desk, toiletries, and a security latch on the door), then I at least expect them to work.

The check in process was easy and the staff super friendly! The rooms are a bit out dated however they feel a bit grungy but the rooms were clean. I know a contradiction to my statement. The rooms weren’t really sound proof so you could hear especially when house keeping was going around banging on doors at 7 in the morning when people are still asleep. On our last day of checkout which is 11 am we were rudely woken up by house keeping. I feel like there should be a system in place where they know when customers have checked out and maybe start knocking on doors around 8 in the morning versus 7 in the morning. Overall everything was good. Wish they had shuttles throughout the day instead once a day to go from the parks or Disney springs. If you miss the shuttle you either have to drive or get an uber which isn’t a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again.

I have used this hotel a couple times now and will continue in the future. Price is right and the location is clean. I didn't see anyone that stayed there long term roaming around. The room is clean and has a microwave and fridge. The boardwalk buffet was pretty good. A variety is offered. The staff Jill and Shay were so friendly and helpful.. one thing to know is there is a 15% surcharge on anything purchased from the bar or buffet.

We've stayed here for several years. They know charge $10 per day for parking. There is no complimentary breakfast. And they clean tgr room every 4 days. We were staying 4 nights... They will give you new towels every day. And collect trash. We took out our own trash by the 3rd day. The one very nice thing was they allowed us to check in almost 4 hours early. There are 4 buildings 2 are older/not updated. 2 are newer. Seems if you use a bundle plan like Expedia, you get an old room. The room was ok considering all you need is a place to sleep and a shower.

The rooms were old and dingy. The first room we stayed in smelled musty and there were ants everywhere. When I went to bed I noticed a light coming from the floor. I put the light on and there was a giant whole under the door. We were staying on the ground level and I was afraid a critter and bugs would get in. I w the front desk and they were happy to give me a new room. The new room still smelled musty and there were still ants everywhere. But at least there was no whole under the door in this room. After reading the comments I thought this was going to be a good hotel but I would not stay here again. People rated it 4/5 stars I’m guessing those ratings may have been from a time the hotel was newer.

Our room was nice the plug-in behind the bedside table was coming out of the wall and did not work very well, and the door was really hard to open, and it was difficult to shut due to whatever locking system they have. It’s a nice property. I love how safe and secure it feels. Everybody was really nice and helpful and the front desk was excellent. I appreciate them. I did book your Expedia and it did ask me if I wanted the breakfast option which I said yes to, but whenever I checked in, the lady said that I only got the grab and go and it is only like the equivalent of a really really basic continental breakfast just cereal a fruit and a drink so just be aware of that if you choose the breakfast option you are not getting the Mickey Mouse pancakes unless you upgrade it

Staff was rude, housekeepers held up the ekevatirs at check out time. Took up thevhall way whilectrying to get to tge elevator to leave. Tge parking fee apparently is huden because when i reserved it was not on the main page, I would have NEVER continued with the reservation. The pool was the best thing of our stay

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista. The room assigned to me by the front desk was on the third floor, very far from the main area, and it had constant noise from the highway. The carpet was very dusty, old, and dirty. The bathtub had standing water and was leaking, with water not draining properly as if it was clogged. The refrigerator was not turned on. I was not informed about the $10 daily parking fee, which was unexpected. On the second day, the elevator stopped working, and that night I had to take the stairs because I was not willing to wait for it. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I do not plan to return to this hotel. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service.

Property was clean and we really liked having security guards at the entrance of the property. Staff were nice and helpful. They had good hot coffee in the main entrance where you check in. We stayed 1 night as a layover but we really enjoyed the property

It was my mother's first ever vacation and she had the best time. The pool was clean and well kept. Plenty of staff on site to make it a memorable time, the resort itself really impressed us. I will be a return guest in the future.

When arrived the vanity light flickered we called and they sent someone to fix it while we were away. It worked ok for a few minutes then went back to flickering. Th shower handle had to be turned all the way hot to even get a luke warm shower in the evening. The bathtub was so slippery my husband I almost fell then he put the bath mat down and the floor was slippery even with the bath mat he almost fell. The breakfast price was so high we didnt even try. The entry door to our room stuck so hard that we had to use our room key at least 3 times to get out. We won't be booking here again.

This place was great for the one night we stayed. I did choose this location because of the theme shuttle but beware that the pick up and drop off hours are limited. We chose to take an Uber back-and-forth and it was about 6 to 7 dollars each trip. The room was clean and the pools looked nice! Unfortunately, we did not have time to use them. Will consider staying here again on another trip. The room has a fridge and microwave, bonus for us to warm up our leftovers. The staff was extremely helpful and we were allowed to check in a little bit earlier and stay a little bit later for no extra charge.

Increased prices and reduced service: I’ve stayed here a few times and it was always good. Last time we were there, they were renovating a building so we were excited to see the property completed this visit. It’s not completed. They only renovated one building. AC didn’t work, gum on the carpet, broken bathroom door, started charging for parking, and now only clean the rooms every 4 days. We always felt this location was reliable but that’s not the case anymore.

Following a flight cancellation, I anxiously scoured the internet to find a place to stay in relatively close proximity to Orlando international Airport. Rosen Inn Buena Vista caught my eye. Based on the online looks, I immediately booked up for the night. On arrival, I instantly realized that the reality bore no resemblance of the website image. Rosen Inn Buena Vista looks dated, from the check-in to the rooms. Although I paid for the room ahead of my arrival, at check-in, the attendant demanded that I hand over my credit card so he could put a $50 hold on it just in case. When I told the check-in attendant that I do not want my credit card details to be on file, he threatened to cancel the reservation if I did not surrender my credit card. Reluctantly, I acquiesced as it was late and I had just paid $98 to Lyft to get there; I didn’t have my car otherwise I would tell him to do just that. I would not recommend Rosen Inn Buena Vista because of the above mentioned reasons; the customer service also lacked courtesy.

We love the rosen inn lake buena vista! I have stayed here so many times. Beds are comfy. Rooms are clean. AC works well. Buildings 3 and 4 are very quiet even on the highway side. Check in is pretty fast. There is a $10/night parking and a $50 incidentals hold. Shampoo and conditioner are provided. Within 15 minutes to the Disney parks. Area is very safe and close to shops and restaurants and close to the highway. I have never eaten at the restaurant but they do have one. It is also a good neighbor hotel so they have shuttles, just make sure to get the list when you check in. Can't recommend this place enough! We always check in late at night and its the same employees so i like the loyalty. We will be back in 2 months. Can't wait.

I had a good stay at the Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista. The room was nice and had plenty of storage space for clothes, which was very convenient. However, I did have some trouble sleeping because the traffic noise from cars and trucks was very loud in my room. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to request a room away from the main road.

The Room was tidy and comfortable. Was only there for 2 nights. It had horrible lighting everywhere. Even in the bath area. I couldn’t see well to do my makeup. One of the lamp outlets didn’t work.

The room seemed clean but worn- worn spots on the leatherette chair, electric plug/sockets didn't work, shower ran out of hot water, and there was a weird smell in the riom so we had to run the air conditioner on high. Of course, the smell could have been due to the fact that someone in the room next door was smoking pot and cigarettes. They dod bring a new bottle of body wash and leave it on the table by the door- the one affixed in the shower was empty.

We stayed for a night. The rooms are showing their age, but they’re clean. We were fortunate to book this hotel before they started charging for parking, and they honoured our reservation.

overall was a okay experience. The staff, for the most part was polite, except when we went to bar and Grill, we asked a simple question, and she seemed short and not the most polite when replying. Also, on our second to last day, staff decided to do some maintenance in our surrounding rooms (we were corner room). We heard banging starting around 7:15/7:30 that morning and when we went to check it out, saw they have moved all the dressers & beds out of those 2 rooms while doing some hammering. Rather not have to wake up that early from continuous banging so was hard to stay asleep for the both of us. The shuttle information desk gave us a bit of misinformation causing us after our activity to walk around the shuttle pickups for about 25 minutes. Eventually there was a kind Uber guy there whom offered to take us back! shuttle information wasn’t too organized unfortunately. Food in the breakfast buffet was super good and we enjoyed the pool though!

La chambre initiale 2149 sentait très fort la moisissure, après une plainte on nous a changé de chambre pour la 1210. Cette chambre était parfait, seul la pompe pour le savon pour le corps n’avait pas été rempli lors du ménage précédent notre arrivée. On nous a également offert le petit déjeuner pour compenser le désagrément.

Room was dirty, the bathroom has hair in the shower, the shower curtain was dirty and the rug smelled in the room and needed to be cleaned. The mini fridge was broken, I called front desk and they told me maintenance wasn’t available to help. I lost a lot of food needed due to dietary needs.

The room was clean but the carpeting is stiff. I purchased the breakfast and fully expected it to be for 1 buffet meal as it had been in the past. Instead I was meet with a " grab and go" option that was worse than a limited continental breakfast. I was given the option to pay and additional $10-$13 for the breakfast buffet each day which seemed so odd since I had already paid $15 for what I thought was one singular breakfast. In reality I bought myself a sub par dry snack instead of a meal for each day of my stay. Confused yet? I was. The road noise from the street was intense and i could see into many empty and disarrayed rooms on the way to mine in the furthest corner.

The resort has that 'older feel', outdoor facing doors. Amazing staff. Very polite. Clean property. Seems mostly Haitain housekeepers who speak English. We will return. Nice comfy bed. Decent sheets. Didnt eat there. Nice fridge, microwave combo in room. We were able to chill leftovers, cool our water and soda. Easy parking. Lot filled up at night but by 830 am, its empty! Its not swank or upscale but its clean and well ran. Easy checkin!

Stayed here for a weekend at Disney. Room was clean, staff were very helpful and pleasant. Appreciated the amenities, such as laundry room, sundry shop and restaurants. Was easily walkable to neighboring restaurants and shopping. Great value stay, will stay here again when we’re back in Orlando.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. There was hair in the tub, the shower curtain was dirty and the mini fridge did not work causing me to lose food. The charging hub also didn’t work for usb cords. I called down to tell them about some concerns and they told me maintenance was not available. The next day the fridge still didn’t work and caused my food to spoil. I spent 2 nights and wouldn’t not go back.

If there was a zero rating that would be my choice. Room air smelled stale upon arrival. After a long day of walking at the parks and battling the low temperatures, one appreciates a decent shower and a nice rest. None was possible. We couldn't take a bath because the water was coming straight cold. First time ever in all our visits to Orlando resorts in 20 years. The beds and pillows were horribly firm and there was no noise insulation in the room. We could hear every car passing by the highway. Resuming... it was a very long and restless night.

The hotel is conveniently located to Disney Springs for overall Disneyworld access. The staff was friendly and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The only request would be for the hotel to phase out carpeting in the room.

The bathroom smelled like sewer gas our entire stay. It was so bad that we had to keep the bathroom door shut and fan on at all times. On our last night, we had someone try to kick our door in and had to call security. Will not stay here again.

I was unhappy about the hidden fees when checking in; parking fees and additional deposits. The room was musty and the beds were uncomfortable. Plumbing was also an issue, as the toilets didn’t flush well dnd the tub was clogged and drained very slowly. Additionally, I could smell marijuana in the building coming from the staff. Overall, I was not very happy about my stay.

It was just okay. Hotel was fine but the room wasn’t super clean, like a hotel room should be. There were sticky cup marks on the dressers and desk area like they were never wiped down. The shower had hairs on the wall and ceiling of the shower. There were also dust bunnies around the bottoms of the bed and in corners of the room. It was pretty cold outside in the 60’s and the room still felt humid, even with the air conditioner on. We’re Floridians so we’re used to humidity but it still felt excessive in the room. For the money, it was just fine.

Booking might be tricky- when booked it, it was advertised as free parking and breakfast included. When arrived, was asked to pay $50 for parking and breakfast not included but available to purchase. b. The room smells unfavorably due to old carpet

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years, this was my last stay there. The room was not as clean as I am used to. Water was lukewarm and TV broken. I did not like the way I was treated after asking for a fix. I do not enjoy being treated like a child and the eye roll from the hotel reception was not necessary. My first stay at Rosen was in 2016 and I am very disappointed that the old fashioned way of customer service is sadly gone.

The rooms were clean and sockets & appliances were working as expected. The best part was it is close to theme parks.

First room was disgusting. literally got sick from the mildew and mold smell. transferred to another room at 5 am. Room wasn't clean either. Wont be back. They should be shut down for the mildew in the rooms

Food was not very good. Order something an item by name on the menu, and the staff didn't know what I was asking for, then referred to them as "The Cheese things". They weren't good, and the cheese was all at the bottom. It smelled in the kitchen and because of that I was nervous to order anything else than something basic. I choose to avoid the ranch sauce simply because of the smell. Some lady kept yelling to the kitchen about canned pineapple and it just seemed weird. The views were great, location convenience was good, front desk staff was nice and friendly. Only 1 gate keeper at the parking lot actually asked for my information, the rest just let my company drive in. Theme park transportation is not to all parks as noted.

This is our first time to stay at Rosen Inn. The room was very clean and everyone was very nice. Walking distance to some restaurants also. We love it and decided to stay again after our cruise.

The sheets were dirty and I found two insects crawling on the bed, which I reported to the office.

The room was clean, the desk chair was dirty. Overall everything was good, the hotel looks nice, the room had everything you need. It has restaurant pools and arcade room. I love the fact that it has a gate to get in and out. We will stay again at this hotel in a near future.

Closest elevator to room was broken, the desk where you’re told to go after check in has rude staff. They were pressuring me into purchasing a package and insulted my finances when I didn’t cave in.

Breakfast buffet was good. Was not free as stated but worth the money. The beds were absolutely NOT queen sized. Was not comfortable sleeping as a couple. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. The time schedule for the provided transportation to any of the parks was very inconvenient. Drop off/pick up with nothing in between.

Room was spacious and clean and check-in was a breeze! I basically just slept and showered here so I can’t speak to the amenities of the resort but it did feel safe with the gated entrance. My only complaint was the room smelled musty and felt damp. I know animals are allowed at the hotel so I’m not sure if the smell may have been from dogs staying in the room prior to me but this mustiness/smell even made the sheets feel damp.

Comfortable room, AC effecient and very friendly staff but facing the highway you could hear the traffic. However if going to parks you will be so tired you will sleep right through.

I loved staying here! The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, and I loved having dining and shopping options on site.

The location is 5/5 for staying off Disney property. The staff was pleasant. The pillows come in 3 different levels of soft or firm which is nice. My 3 rating comes from the cleanliness of my bathroom. There was little hairs still in the bathtub and used acne patches stuck to the walls which tells me they weren’t throughly cleaned.

Been coming to this hotel for the past 10 years . Never had a bad experience .

Rooms could use serious updating. Check in staff very accommodating. Gate security always with a smile. The $10 a day parking is terrible. For a place like this it should be complimentary. Guest may choose this particular Rosen because of the lower rates and the extra $10 should be mentioned on the online advertising.

The issue I had was if you arrive before the 4pm check in time (we arrived at 3pm)….it is an early checkin fee of $50.00. Also the front desk staff is not very friendly. When I dropped off the keys at checkout…there was no one else there and the woman behind the desk just looked at me and said nothing….maybe a thank you or have a nice day would be nice. I have stayed here before but I think this will be my last stay.

I had to change rooms yhe carpet was bad they need to chnge there carpet to all rooms. And they are charging for parking now witch they didnt have that on there site i want be dtaying there no longer

Front desk at check in was great, friendly and quickly answered all questions. Went to the bar for drinks and bartender was not the most pleasant experience. I don’t understand a bar that has multiple TV’s and not one had any sports on on a Saturday evening

For the price, this was a good stay. We were on the back side of the property and the traffic noise was LOUD. Otherwise, can’t complain.

We booked a room with double beds and ended up with 1 king size bed. Could not slleep do to the constant highway noise.

The room was very clean and the staff were very courteous.

The room was disgusting. I booked a non-smoking room. The room I got smelled like cigarettes, there was an ash tray, and hold burnt into the blankets. When I went to use the microwave, there was a FULL THANKSGIVING DINNER SITTING INSIDE from whoever previously had the room more than a week prior. The shower doesn’t get hot. Terrible lighting. Sheets smelled bad. Elevator stopped working. The area is terrible. Avoid this place like the plague.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the carpet was super old and gross, and the bathroom area was tiny. The AC units leaked everywhere outside of the rooms which wasn’t a huge deal, but just not something I’m used to seeing. I also could not find the stairs. Maybe I missed the signs but I didn’t see them anywhere. The one perk was the decent sized mini fridge it had. Of course, this is a get what you pay for situation so I’m not mad considering that we paid $65 for the night. Can’t complain at that price.
