The open space was perfect. The layout was perfect, our kids had their own space and we had our own space. The location was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again sometime. I wish it had a balcony off of the living room instead of just windows. No other complaints.

Pablo and Lucca at the front desk are great. They always make the check in process quick and easy.

The property is in need of a remodel. The room I booked had not been properly cleaned and the bed sheets had nit been charged. I found a southwest flyer card in the bed. The tubs were very inconvenient, we traveled with my in-laws and them being older they were unable yo shower due to not being able to get in the jetted tub that was also the shower. The Resort has recently changed names which was much need because it is the farthest thing from a resort. We only stayed 1 night .

Apartments were perfect - well set up kitchen, washer dryer in the room, dishwasher, big fridge and freezer, big microwave, cooker, big bedroom, big bath. Plenty of pans, trays, knives, scissors… very happy with the room and I chose it due to its close proximity to Mousetrap CrossFit where I wanted to train every day without battling traffic The connecting room doors did make the noise unbearable at times. We stayed 11 nights and of those nights the next door room was occupied 4/5 nights and each time we had young kids screaming and wailing til 10.30/11pm and one night a family left their dog in the room from 5pm til 11pm and it wailed and cried the whole time. The connecting doors make every sound next door audible likes it’s in your own room. Every ping of their mobile phone. Every word. Every cry. The hairdryer. The bath jets. Every single sound. This is the only problem with the place otherwise it’s perfect.

The hotel was ok, but the staff at front desk is not very warm and welcoming. The bedrooms don’t have blackouts therefore you cannot sleep in good darkness because of external lights during night and the sun starting the day. But the location is good.

Perfect location. Great space for the amount of people. The property was clean and quiet. The room was a little dated. Our master bathroom guy was leaking. The sofa beds needed better mattresses and more pillows.

The staff was fantastic! They were very helpful and had all the answers to my questions. Great location and parking. Nice looking and clean grounds. We had a conjoining room for a large party. I suspect these aren't cleaned as often. It was dusty and you could tell it needed to be spruced before booked out.

Very outdated room,wall plugins were beyond loose where a charger would fall out of the wall,looks like Termites were in the kitchen with wood chipping and residue on the floor. Outside paint was un clean and mis colored.when the lights were off, you could see the light on under the door to what I’m assuming was the next room over.

I liked that it had 2 bedrooms and a den. We traveled with 2 adult children and they each had their own space. The tub in the primary bathroom was outdated and needed to be climbed into so I wouldn't recommend this for anyone who can't climb into a tub. There was two bathrooms though and one was a step in shower, so technically the people who stay in the primary bedroom could shower in the second bathroom if necessary. Everything was well stocked. We didn't use the kitchen with the exception of the refridgerator and microwave but it came with dish soap and a fully stocked kitchen if needed. Very spacious. The bathrooms were outdated and the room overall didn't live up to my home environment. It was clean and there were no bugs so that is more important to me.

I booked the room I did because it showed a jetted bathtub in the main bedroom description. But when I went to take a bath, the jets did not work. Asked the front desk about it and was told that some rooms had the jet motors taken out, ours was one of them. Also, the main bedrooms window faced the tennis courts and there was only a blind, no curtain so it did not block out much light at night. Other than that, they were older rooms but deceit.

I was disappointed in the room. It did not look anything like the pictures. The room was outdated between the decor and the furniture. The photos I looked at must be from another building on the property. The bed could have been of better comfort.

We were there for a run Disney weekend of runs. The hotel is out dated. We received one towel and our light did not work when we arrive. Maintenance did arrive quickly and fix the problem. A/C was in excellent condition. Hot tub not working by pool when we were there. But our room had jet tub which was perfect.

The booking was different from the usual multi-floor, multi-room hotel. It had a more intimate, villa-like feel that was very cool. It was nice having a small living area rather than just a bedroom. The lighting in the living room area was awful!

The rooms are clean but very old. Need to be remodeled. Also, I did not like the choice of new stations. There was no newsmax or Fox. Just fake news

The room was amazing! I booked a suite with incredible space and a full kitchen. It’s conveniently located near everything in Orlando, and I’ve loved my stay. Plus, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The room had a hydro, which is fantastic! However, there wasn’t a shower curtain, so the bathroom would get wet after everyone took a shower.

The amount of space and the kitchen is good for a big family The place is outdated, on my stay it was not properly cleaned and housekeeping had to come clean during my stay after letting front desk known how unclean it was.

The rooms were spacious. The location was great. Restaurants and coffee shops were within walking distance. 15 minute drive from theme park was nice. Some areas like the master bathroom and hallways were needing repair/ updating.

The pool was wonderful, the hot tub was great after I ask if someone could clean it or if it was ok for me to do it. We did run into a problem on our last night, part of the ceiling in our bathroom collapsed from a leak from the upstairs bathroom. This happened at 1 am, I called the number with my cellphone since the room doesn’t have a phone it, and let them know what had happened. They did give us another room, while getting our stuff to this new room, I hurt my ankle in a hole in the ground, there was poor lighting in the area for the sidewalk and pavement. The hole was near the pavement and the sidewalk.

We loved the spacious rooms, the peaceful atmosphere of the immediate vicinity, and the close proximity to the Disney parks. Though the place was recently updated and clean, there was a window literally just sitting in the track (it must’ve become uninstalled at some point) and there was significant water damage in one of the bathrooms. Overall loved the space though!

They gave us a bigger room when we saw pubic hairs in the tub and the room was dirty. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They tried to make it better for us. It was not a good place to stay if you have standards. It was outdated, dirty, there were bugs….found a roach in the bed. It is not called Legacy…it’s called “The Fold”. The shower had no shower curtain and wasn’t even really a shower. There was some weird room attached to the bathroom that we couldn’t get in to, but looked weird. The neighbors next door were super loud…late at night. My daughter was so scared to stay here. Would NOT recommend.

Great staff but it looks like it hasn’t been updated in ten plus years. Rips in the sofa, the curtain was broken and gave me college flash backs. I would also say that putting us next to a family when it was two people… seems not great.

This hotel was beyond our expectations. Great location near most of the big attractions like disney, seaworld, aquatica etc. Comfortable bed, clean room and it felt safe.

This was the worst experience!!! First hotels.com didn't send this property my payment info, than people at the desk claimed that I booked the cheapest room. but that's not the worst. The worst is that I stayed in the room 802A for one night and it was more than I would want to stay there. There was mold in the bathroom, outdated beds with metal springs, I could hear people next door talking and woke up to loud music "Alleluia" Never again!

Coffee pot did not work very well in the room, finally was able to get it to partially through a light colored coffee 3. trying to get ice was a lengthy process because we had to request it from the front desk and then wait for someone to bring it to us - that took about 10 minutes 4. getting in and out of the shower by climbing, the big steps was a little dangerous, but managed to work. It was definitely scary with wet feet. 5. The remote control in the bedroom did not want to work correctly and it was quite difficult trying to get TV channel changed, and there was no sleep timer for those of us who like to have a little bit of TV to go to sleep to 6. The adjoining rooms had no soundproofing whatsoever so we heard every time their dog scratched or shook his head and his metal tags clanked together, plus they talked long after midnight, so therefore, since the door was right next to our bedroom, we heard everything and of course couldn’t get the TV to work so we couldn’t drown them out with TV 7. The light switch in our room was very difficult to try to turn on and off. Not sure if it was broken halfway or it just was not working correctly. 8. The door to the room did not close automatically and was a little difficult pulling shut so if we were not careful, the door would be left open when leaving or entering(not good for kids) 9. refrigerator did not work. we asked them to fix but never did work

Stayed here in October and it was the most amazing accommodation. The space in the apartment was brilliant and the accommodation super clean with utensils in the kitchen, laundry facilities and plenty of plates, cups and glasses etc. They had really thought of everything and we did not need to ask them for anything as the apartment had literally everything we could need. I could not fault our stay and we really loved it. The whole apartment felt luxurious and was done to a high standard. Parking outside was brilliant for our rental car and the staff really friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our trips out to Universal, Sea World etc and we loved our stay at Legacy resort. Highly recommend it and would most definitely return here if visiting Florida in the future.

We tried to check in at the location we booked and they did not have our reservation on file. We had to drive 20+ minutes to one of their other locations to stay which was out of the way for the activities we had planned. We paid for the location that fit our trip. This was a total inconvenience.

When we arrived to donour check in. There is was not reservation. The hotel was full and thry moved us to another location of the same hotel. They wanted us to pay doble fees, we had to discuss this until they fixed. Terrible hotel service. Won't recommend your time and monry here.

The accommodations were impeccably maintained. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and provided outstanding assistance when I requested an extension of my stay. I anticipate returning for future engagements.

I walked into the back office and asked if anyone was there and sure enough, the clerk was in the back; The front door has no Bell or Chime to let them know someone entered the lobby. That's a safety issue for the night clerk and I told the lady at check out that it should be addressed. The room was clean and comfortable and relatively quiet. I was on the second floor and only had people below me who appeared to sleep during the day and stay outside at night. I like this resort due to it's proximity to the parks and the safety of the area. I will stay again dependent on the current room pricing.

Staff was extremely friendly and comforting, they were amazing! The room is always a great space, the only thing that would need some attention is the bathroom. The shower was room temp at best, which was alittle disappointing that we couldnt take a hot shower after long days out. We always stay at the legacy and recommend staying here because the location is the best and the space of the rooms are ideal, but the bathrooms could use some upgrades

We always stay at the legacy and recommend staying here because the location is the best and the space of the rooms are ideal, but the bathrooms could use some upgrades

The suite is very small and very dated. The air con was very loud and there was a lot of noise outside of the room throughout the night. In the morning we were woken by our neighbours as we could hear everything they were saying as the room were only separated by an adjoining door. We decided that we couldn’t spend 10 more nights there so went to speak to reception about paying to upgrade our room. We were given a key to go and have a look at one of the 3 bedroom suites. I was incredibly disappointed though that we were told we couldn’t pay the difference between what we had booked and the new room and ended up having to pay in full again…..including resort fees. Poor customer service in my opinion as they already had our money. Anyway, we paid the money and we spent the rest of the stay in the new 3 bed suite which was lovely and worked perfectly for us. Spacious, newly refurbed, fully equipment kitchen, en-suite to the master, main bathroom and a washer/dryer facilities. Plenty of towels and pool towels provided. One thing that’s worth noting is that we only got one clean in the time we stayed and if we wanted any more, we would have to pay extra for it but that’s not a game changer for us. I would absolutely stay again but I wouldn’t bother with anything other than the newly refurbished suites.

I love the 2bedroom suite, it’s perfect for my large family. The outlets were very loose. Most of the place was very clean. Pool was lovely. Neighbors were so loud late into the night. Last night around 2am could hear children screaming. Otherwise will book again.

The location of the resort is super convenient and the area is nice. But BYOToilet paper!! Yes, to a hotel, how ridiculous! BTW, at booking it says “housekeeping upon request”, it should say “housekeeping with a fee”, because they won’t do any cleanup whatsoever without a $25 fee. Never staying here ever again.

This place is perfect if you're traveling with your family. Disney Springs is conveniently close, and there are also plenty of shopping centers nearby. The condo exceeded my expectations—it was much bigger than I anticipated and extremely clean. I will definitely stay here again soon!

This property was well worth the price paid. Our unit was recently renovated and pristine. The rooms were spacious and the six of us had plenty of room. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials. I can foresee a repeat visit in our future.

The location was prefect. We were within 20 minutes of all the parks that we visited. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walmart on the same road, which made shopping easy. And the kitchen had everything you’d need to make your own meals too. Very impressive for the price!!

I like this property is convenient for me and my family with all of the restaurants and amenities. I love the rooms and the service that are provided if I have any issues they will try to resolve and I am most appreciated.

The property was very dated. The jacuzzi in my master suite was inoperable. The grounds weren’t maintained very well. The suite was very clean and quiet though.

It was a great trip. The room was bigger and better than i expected. It was a newly updated room. The place was clean, the staff was nice and the pool area was in good conditions. I would definitely come back. I rented a 3 bedroom 2 bath villa. The kitchen was a full sized and you had an ice maker.

There were some GIANT cockroaches (three to be exact) that clearly had snuck inside while doors were open, but I don't fault the resort for that. We will definitely return. Thank you!

The staff and service is fantastic. But, the walls are very hollow you can hear the other people around you. Also, you can easily hear the Nextdoor shower come on in the bedroom area. When I stayed I also founded bed bugs.

We enjoyed our stay! It is a very convenient location if you are in Orlando!

This property uses an app to request everything. After making requests twice within 12 hours, the 1st mysteriously disappeared, no one ever showed up. Called the front desk multiple times with no answer. You literally have to walk in there to get any type of service. Towels, trash bags, etc.

Front desk was closed upon arrival. Began searching for a new hotel when security arrived and was able to assist. Security officer was friendly and helpful. Once we got to our unit we immediately regretting staying here. Unit was in disrepair and dirty. Broken tiles, weird closet behind bathroom with transparent glass giving a view of the bathroom, odd door that leads somewhere that was locked but did not have the ability to lock from inside the unit, bedroom door would not latch, stains on couch, etc. Allergies were also an issue likely due to lack of proper hygiene. Would not recommend unless a last resort.

The unit was stocked well. The unit was very clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 to feel comfortable. There was a TV in every room and bedrooms were all of a nice size and beds were all comfortable. The property felt safe and was well lit at night.

Very clean! The place is simple and clean. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub. It is only about 10 min from the parks. The air conditioner was really noisy and woke us during the night. That is the only thing we noticed that was not really well done. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we return.

This stay was great! The room was even nicer than one I've stayed in at this location before. The young lady who took my call was so friendly and helpful!! She got me set up with a jacuzzi room and totally redeemed this property for me! She also checked me in and was helpful and accommodating. I left something in the room and when I called to inform them, Lucca took my call, retrieved my personal items and held them until we could get back to the property to pick them up. Overall a great experience! I forgot to get the young lady's name that helped me, my apologies.

Great location! This property is exactly the right position for doing whatever you want in Orlando area. Very efficient design, easy for the family and business.

Couldn’t sleep neighbors yelled at their kids all night, pool smaller than cheap trash hotel pool, wouldnt call this resort

One big downside was how noisy the guests above us were. Not like a standard hotel where you do not hear anything. My college kids had a great time!

Hotel was ok. It was extremely outdated. We were there for a week and never had new towels or housekeeping.

Just needs black out curtains for bedroom.

The king bed was hard and lumpy. Pull out couch was horrible extremely and uncomfortable. Shower situation very dangerous and old.( in a jacozy.... Room next door was very loud. Tv wouldn't work the cable wire was pulling from the wall. All outlets are worn out and spark. " my blanket on the bed smelled of cigarette smoke!"

I did not stay here. Property is under renovations but the Three rooms they swapped me in and out of had mold/mildew in the carpet. So I promptly checked in and out of the hotel within 30 -45 minutes. I have been chasing my refund all week. I paid Expedia and they refuse to return my $. They say I need to wait for the hotel to sign off that I didn’t stay. Hotel non responsive all week. Expedia could care less. Hotel gave me run around all week and finally today I spoke with a manager named Adele who states she will return my money. We will see what happens …. She is the only person, along with Anna who originally answered the phone today and transferred me to her, that was professional and caring.

I am not the one to give negative reviews, but when the service was bad, I have to be honest with the situation that was not handled by management. My kids were terrified to stay in the room because there were live and dead roaches! I couldn’t enjoy my stay because of this issue. It was a total waste of money. And to top it off, I had a terrible experience with the front desk. They promised to call a manager, but they never did. Another issue was with the maintenance. They took an hour and a half to open our door, even though the front desk said they would show up within ten minutes after checking in. Stay far away from this place. It’s not what it seems in their photos. The shower was hard to get into if you’re short. Overall, I was incredibly disappointed with this whole experience. It was a terrible birthday stay.

I was never able to stay at this hotel. I paid in advance but the hotel had no record of my reservation. Several team members from hotels.com told me they would cancel the booking and rebook so I could get in my room. Somehow this was not achieved. I spent two and a half hours in this hotel lobby before I booked a hotel through a different vendor, at a different hotel. Mistakes happen but I now understand that if one does happen I can not count on your team to resolve the issue, even with a receipt in hand showing I paid in advance. You have lost my business.

The resort itself is just okay. The staff is usually a skeleton crew and not always that helpful. Not much service available. Suite didn’t have enough soap and it took several calls/visits to get more. Has a heated pool, although didn’t personally check it out. Location to Disney parks is GREAT! Stayed in the 3-bedroom suite, which was very spacious and had a full kitchen and dining area. Had washer/dryer although didn’t use.

Property was old and dated so was the room. The bathroom was very dated and you had to climb up two stairs and drop down into the tub. Someone is going to get hurt getting into that shower.

I was expecting the other Legacy Resort. I stayed there before and was very happy. I paid $260 at this place for a hole in the wall extremely small place. Very disappointed. I won’t be coming back.
