Reviews
Guests generally enjoy the hotel's proximity to Disney Springs, the pool area, and the friendly staff. However, there are frequent complaints about hidden fees, noise, and cleanliness issues in the rooms.
- Convenient location near Disney Springs
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Hidden fees for parking and amenities
- Noise issues from other guests and hotel activities

Ese hotel es magnífico para vacacionar muy buen servicio limpieza y muy cerca de los parques

The pool hours were great .. only one thing is one soda was $8 smh more expensive than the parks .. that was terrible other than it was a good experience

Everything you need for a convenient getaway

Great location with early access to Disney. Facility is in very good condition. Everything is clean. Prices at the pool restaurant/bar, and the fast restaurant in the basement, are as absurd as at Disney.

Staff was super nice and cleaning staff was very professional.

It was such a delight to stay here! From the staff, environment and overall expiernce! Excited to stay here again in the future!

The pool area needed some staff clean up and the pool logo on area needed to be cleaned. My room, the bathroom shower door was broken and not to clean. The chair in the room smelled really bad. Otherwise the stay was great!

Great location and amenities. Rooms and bathrooms need updating. Shower was very hard to regulate in the temperature and we had a wet spot in our carpet from a leaky ac unit.

The buena vista palace is an amazing property to stay at, from the lazy river to the exceptionally clean rooms, I would highly recommend it.

Great hotel, the bathroom was a bit dated and could do with a renovation but the location and proximity to DS more than makes up for it. Love the fact that we could get Starbucks drinks as well!
- 4/5
The hotel is nice and easily walkable to Disney Springs. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food at the restaurants were all good and Letter Press was excellent! The lazy river was fun and made for a relaxing day. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool area. No one was cleaning up. We spent the day at the pool on two different days - starting in the morning there was still cups, dishes and trash on the tables, chairs, ground and in the lazy river island that no one cleaned. As we there there all day, we know that the same debris was there all day. It seems that they had more people trying to sell vacation time shares then taking care of the pool area. It was also hard to use the bus system since we were told that we needed to make reservations a few days in advance. We ended up ubering to and from the parks or taking a bus from disney springs and then taking a bus or monorail to the park. We still enjoyed our stay but would think about other properties.

Once we started getting ready for bed, we realized the sink was not draining properly and the water was completely backed up. We complained that night and were told there was nothing they could do. The next morning I complained again, and they said the room would be re-cleaned while we were out. When we returned that evening, the room supposedly had been “cleaned,” yet the exact same hairs were still on the soap holder, making it obvious the bathroom had not been properly cleaned at all. On top of that, the sink had now started leaking water all over the bathroom floor. We went back to the front desk for help and were told maintenance would come fix it. Maintenance came into the room and started pumping the sink and toilet, then poured an extremely strong chlorine chemical down the pipes while my wife and daughter were still inside the room. My wife is severely asthmatic, and the chemical smell was overwhelming and dangerous. Manager Branden was completely unhelpful and lacked any empathy for the situation. Instead of focusing on the safety and condition of the room, he actually told me, “Look at the time you’re telling me this, I won’t be able to rent that room to anyone

The pool is dirty, inflatables for lazy river discolored and flattened on the botom of the pool. No kids pool, just splash zone that takes ypu to the lazy river yet no inflatables for kids. Breakfast buffect ok bit bot worth the price. What shocked me the most is that i ordered a door dash diapers delivery and specified to be left at front desk however they allowed the dasher to go to my room at almost 11pm. Didnt feel safe at all. The only pros is that you can walk to disney springs (abt 15 min walk)
- 5/5
....Everything was good, I had an excellent experience
- 4/5
The only drawback was the night we arrived, I asked for an extra blanket that took over an hour to get it. When you check in they send you a text and anything you need, you request it via text. Apparently, the employee had called out that night and they said that my text message was not transferred to the employee taking over. This also happened right around the time the shift change was happening. We called the front desk and they contacted room service that took care of it. They were very apologetic and gave me a room credit for the inconvenience. We ate breakfast at the restaurant twice and the service staff were very nice and the food was fresh. We Just needed a clean room to shower & sleep, as we were at the parks all day.
- 3/5
Hotel was dated. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Things turned out ok after a rocky start. We were checked into a dirty room not once but twice!! After a long morning of travel we were pleasantly surprised that we were able to check in early. We were given our room 455 and headed there only to find out when we opened the door it had not been cleaned and left as is when last guest left. There were no other rooms at that time (we did mention 450 was being cleaned when we walked by) so we stashed our luggage with hotel planning to catch the 1135a shuttle to Hollywood Studios to meet up with family & friends. At about 5p I called the hotel to confirm we were checked in and didn’t need to head back earlier than we planned. I was told we were all set looked like we were in 455 then he said oh no 450. We arrived back at the hotel after 10p exhausted and went to desk to get key cards for room. 450 was given away so we were back in 455. Trekked back up all our stuff and opened the door to the exact seen from that morning. Still dirty. I left my husband and went to deal with it. Front desk found us another room and went with us to confirm all was good and offered free breakfast while we were there, (unfortunately no guidance as to where that was). My husband wanted room comped at least the first night. Manager told front desk person with us, due to being 3rd party reservation they couldn’t do anything. (Give me a break) We realized 2nd day breakfast was sit down and that didn’t work so we never were able to take advantage.

Excellent place to stay
- 4/5
Close walk to Disney springs and lazy river in hotel grounds Food in restaurants
- 5/5
Was just magnificent. Downside is the staff locked us out
- 5/5
Bar service very slow, long lines, bartender took care of seated people before long lines waiting before they sat down..That was real bummer.
- 2/5
The hotel was not as described and pictures were not accurate at all. The pool was gross/dirty and full of children and drunk adults. The rooms walls were thin and we could hear the people next to us just talking in regular voices and using the bathroom. The bathrooms are tiny and is in need of renovation. The tiles are gross and outdated. The waitstaff at the hotel restaurant were not attentive and we had talk to the manager 3 times. There is also no shuttle to and from the airport. There were so many issues. We had to also change rooms because when we went to the first room, it had not been cleaned, food and covers and all kinds of things all over the place. I reserved two separate rooms and for the price we paid, the hotel should be a lot nicer. We will be we stay here again and suggest others to look elsewhere
- 3/5
The hotel is nice but they do have a $250 deposit and $38.00 a day for parking. The parking is so far so you pay all that and have to walk 2 parking lots down to get your car.
- 5/5
Definitely the most fun we have had in a while absolutely love the lazy river and the feel of the entire resort. The view from the 23rd floor was amazing especially seeing the fireworks at night would definitely recommend and most certainly will be staying again.

The security, front desk, concierge and engineering staff we interacted with during our stay were extremely helpful and definitely a big positive for this hotel. The public areas (i.e., lobby, restaurant area, and pool area) were extremely clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were quite the opposite, there was dust, spider webs, and the bathrooms are extremely old and need renovating. Our duvet was dirty and we did message during our stay to mention that the room was okay but not cleanly but we did not hear back. It is an extremely big property though so we did understand that sometimes messages can go unnoticed. We also had one major concern that we unfortunately did not have time to bring up with anyone on property as we left in a hurry. We noticed a housekeeper on our floor mixing all the dirty towels with the clean towels in their cart. Overall, the property offers a lot of amenities and is worth the value paid but the cleanliness really was off putting and would be our only reason to not return back. The proximity to disney springs and the free shuttles to the parks was also a major plus!
- 4/5
Not 5 star, but about what you’d expect for very nice 4 star. Very nice staff!!

The check in process was super easy! The person checking us in was super helpful! The lazy river is amazing!

Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace - Disney Springs Area is a great alternative to staying in a Disney resort. The accommodations are very comfortable with enough Disney touches to make this seem like a Disney property. The Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is more affordable than a Disney value level resort.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The amenities are wonderful. Close to Disney Springs.

The Waite staff at buffet breakfast needs to pay more attention to clients. Only the two Hispanic waiters regularly checked on customers and did a great job. The rest of the wait staff generally ignored customers
- 5/5
Just a fantastic experience! What says this part is the food they offer, prices are great and the quality is fantastic in this hotel and helps out a lot so you don’t have to rely on park prices and food. The shuttles are great and very on time. You have a lot of options, great pools, just a wonderful experience.
- 4/5
The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, the pool area was awesome, and the view from our room was nice
- 4/5
The hotel was great but we found a cockroach next to the sofa, and we were with out baby and walking to the parking lot was a nightmare because they only had stairs not a ramp to go with the stroller or an elevator to help us go down, they were elevators but way far from main entrance
- 5/5
The location is excellent. Clean hotel Parking costs extra

Great all around
- 5/5
Pool and The lazy River is beautiful. Resort is well maintained and clean
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 3/5
The good...the resort is close to Disney Springs, just a short walk. The negative....loud music playing at the pool (contemporary pop) all day could be clearly heard in our room on the 5th floor all day long. Napping was impossible. Staff at the pool did nothing about kids running through the center island of plants in the lazy river and dragging dirt and bark into the pool as well as jumping on people. Early morning staff using gas powered lawn equipment to trim and leaf blow the pool area at 7am. Nice alarm..not. How about proving your staff electrical equipment that is more quiet? 4x4 tiles outside hotel door made excessive noise ALL night and day when people would pass by the room with luggage.

For the most part we enjoyed our stay. However there was a significant amount of hair in the pool, which made swimming very uncomfortable. Once I alerted the staff it took about 5 hours for them to get the pool area half way decent. Lot of trash was left around the pool from previous nights. I had to take multiple pictures to the staff before the hair was take. Care of. At one point I felt the staff was annoyed with me but the hair was just so overwhelming. For 1600 it was a little disappointing. In the future we will definitely stay at the Dolphin, and Swan.

Breakfast was ok. They had a Starbucks . Little pricey but fine

We went for my birthday to enjoy the pool area. I LOVE lazy rivers and this was a big disappointment. It is long which is great, but it needs a lot of TLC. There was no shooting water from the spouts on the walls so it was very basic. The pool area needs remodeling and so does the hotel. We stayed in a room on the sixth floor that was open to the lobby. It was VERY noisy even being on the 6th floor!!!! If we ever stayed again it would be after they remodeled and in the other building.
- 4/5
Clean. Helpful staff. Parking for The Island is very scarce and far from building. For $38 a night, that’s a shame. Don’t charge for parking.
- 5/5
The lazy river is amazing Parking is far away
- 4/5
Liked the location since we stayed there to walk to Disney Springs Our room wasn't ready so they gave us a different room. The shower was all rusty and needs improvement. Bathing suit liner was on the elevator door on 16th floor. Cleaning staff saw it and left it.

For $400 a night, this is insane. Our friend was is staying all week had German cockroaches crawling around in her bathroom. We caught one to show management.
- 3/5
Many of the rooms are quasi updated where many rooms may have new furniture but the overall condition of all of the rooms need to be renovated. Many of the caulking and walls have mildew and have found tiny ants at places. Some of the more hidden areas behind the dresser, under the beds or behind the chairs have not been cleaned for months, or maybe years. Inconsistent with the staffing where some are friendly and some are having god status.

Beyond theft, this lack of security is especially alarming for families. With so many kids running around and no monitoring, it feels completely unsafe. If something more serious were to happen, there would be no way to identify or hold anyone accountable. To make matters worse, the pricing is outrageous. A single glass of rosé wine at the pool bar costs $34, which is simply unreasonable and feels like exploitation rather than hospitality. The hotel itself is outdated and poorly maintained, and combined with zero security and excessive pricing, the overall experience is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone expecting a safe and enjoyable stay. I will definitely not be returning.
- 1/5
It’s loud , the live band went on all night.
- 5/5
The accommodations and staff are always the best. I recommend this hotel. Make sure to take advantage of of all the resort amenities, some you are required to ask for. We like the hamburger and grill cheese for a quick bite from restaurant on site. The bar in the lobby was nice and had live music that was good. Beautiful pool area.

The staff was friendly and very efficient. The room and property were very clean and well maintained. Most of the bartenders were friendly. The pool bar was especially friendly and provided good light meals. Justin was great and went the extra mile when delivering the food.
- 5/5
Clean room. Nice balcony. There is a cheerleading facility on property that affects parking. Parking is a distance so load and unload from the front door then go park. The parking gates were broken and open so it kind of felt like you should not had to pay to park if people could access parking without paying. Overall nice place to stay.
- 5/5

Located walking distance to Disney Springs. Lots of options to vist the parks with prebooking shuttles . Had lunch at the restaurant and was really good. The pool and facilities were top class and would highly recommend this hotel for guest services Additional charge for parking.
- 2/5
As a longtime Hilton Honors member, I expect a clean, modern room, especially for the price I paid for this one night. That did not happen. Upon checkout, I was curious if the female clerk would ask about my stay, so that I could share my concerns. Since she did not care enough to ask anything about our experience, I did not voice my concerns. We will never be back. Bottom line: this Hilton property is overpriced, with outdated, small bathrooms. The cleaning processes are poor and the staff apathetic. There are many better properties in LBV. Stay elsewhere!
- 5/5
We loved this place so much to celebrate a long weekend away. The pool and bar was amazing, and we loved to go to the breakfast buffet before we headed to the parks for the day or the pool. The transporation was amazing. the shuttle was easy to book and use, and the walk way to disney springs was the best part. Will be going back for sure.
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
Hotel was very scenery as well. Only issue I had was the shower was not enough pressure as well as I chose a king size room but had to get a queen instead . They gave me breakfast to be included for the inconvenience, but didn’t have anything I wanted there . Also , would recommend they list you have to pay for parking as well so there isn’t any surprises once you get to the hotel .
- 4/5
Clean room . Loveddd the pool & bar/food area. The shop that sales food breakfast lunch & dinner is good - a little pricey but go be expected . Would definitely stay again . Short walk to Disney springs & shuttles to all parks

- 5/5
The staff were so helpful and nice! The rooms were very clean!
- 4/5
It is a great hotel. There was a group of cheerleaders that took over the pool bar area and were underage which was super annoying.
- 5/5
The room was clean but you can tell they need a bit of remodeling, the hotel itself outside the rooms is well kept and all smells good. Got a “pool view” but it was really just facing the pool because we were on the first floor and you couldn’t see past the bushes but we weren’t there for that so it was fine. It was great having the first floor though and so close to a pool if we had used it. Overall recommend, especially if you’re gonna spend some time at the hotel… also walked to Disney springs and that was a nice option.

The pool area and lazy river are an amazing highlight to this hotel.

Amazing pool, and beach club, super close to Disney. Comfortable beds. Clean. You could tell its a little older. It could benefit from a refurbishment, but the. I am sure the price would go up.

I love this hotel! So far twice now I have stayed here at spring break time. I love how friendly everyone is. The most convenient to Disney springs. I chose firework view last year and this time poolside balcony. Both are awesome options! The breakfast is sooooo good. One of the big reasons I came back! The nachos are shades are mouthwatering. And the bartenders make incredible drinks!! Will be coming back for the third time next March.

- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay , room was great , close to elevator so a bit loud . Loved private deck , lazy river . Chairs weren’t easy and there were no towels for a bit . Busy time so we understood

This is a great property. It has great amenities, friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. The pools were fun. The walking distance to Disney Springs made visits easy and convenient. We will definitely go back.
- 5/5
Amazing staff! Amazing pool , game room etc . Convenient shuttles!
- 4.5/5
The amenities were great, lazy river was excellent along with the views from our hotel. Nate was the sweetest along with another boy whose name I did not catch from the valet service. Some of the guys I felt were kinda unfriendly working valet. I brush it off, figure they’re just young and learning.
- 5/5
Cute hotel with everything you need!
- 3/5
This hotel is very basic. Nothing special. Scratchy, rough towels and toilet paper. Clean but would not stay here again. Our room was a 10 minute walk each day and after walking all day at the parks, this was the last thing we wanted to do. Very rude concierge staff. Spend a little extra, you get what you pay for.
- 4/5
Why a 4 instead of a 5? Staffing. The staff that was there was good, but there wasn’t nearly enough of it. There was only 2 waiters available for the entire pool area. So they mainly concentrate on the one small area that were basically just adults. It would’ve been nice not to have to go up to the pool bar and order all your food and drinks and wait there for it to be ready. Breakfast was really good. However, we didn’t get coffee till halfway through our breakfast because there wasn’t enough wait staff really even though it was a buffet.
- 5/5
Love this hotel and its location
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were nice.
- 5/5
Lazy river was awesome generally great vibes for our whole stay
- 2.5/5
It is located near the parks. The breakfast area, the food and the attention at that time are excellent The cleanliness of the room is not optimal, the toilet paper is very ordinary. It's not a good place to have dinner, the food is not tasty, the staff doesn't provide good attention.
- 4.5/5
In room not enough hoax in the bathroom and not enough drawers, for a clothing
- 5/5
Will stay here again
- 5/5
This was an amazing hotel and will be returning in the future with my family. Very family oriented. Walking distance to Disney springs and the pool area was incredible. Lots of fun for the entire family.
- 4/5
Overall, my stay was decent. My shower was not cleaned as throughly as possible — there was still hair hanging from the walls. I requested more body wash twice and was waiting for about 30 minutes before I had to find a housekeeper and ask for some. The pool area was very nice and my bed was very comfortable. Would recommend for a quick getaway.

Nice
- 3/5
Location was good- close to Disney springs. But it was big and loud with no atmosphere and the snack bar had not great choices at very high prices. My room was bigger than average, the shower was good, the view was awful. I had a broken desk chair that I reported the first day and nothing was done. No one on staff was anything more than the required amount of cordial. The buses to Disney properties were once every hour and you needed to reserve them- or it was recommended. The drop off and pick up spots were not made totally clear. All in all just ok
- 5/5
Very nice pool, staff is very helpful, nicer rooms. A great hotel.
- 2/5
The pool was nice. The lazy river was a hit with both kids and adults alike. The rooms are very dated. Torn carpet. Older feeling mattress. Staff was very nice though.

Banging noise at the elevators all night prevented restful sleep

Very dated and dirty. We stayed here about 5 years ago and it was wonderful. This time it was run down and staff was very rude.

We love this hotel for short stay. Disney Spring is across the street. The pool is a fun option for the little ones. The breakfast bar has many options for, again, a quick on the go day. The rooms are cleaned and staff is nice. The balcony view is also nice. Avoid higher floors if you go with children. The price is affordable for a hotel in Disney. We enjoy it as a family .

Police were here constantly. There was a very bad couple on the 22nd floor, screaming and shouting. The staff at reception didn’t care or help. In fact it annoyed them that I complained, the room was meant to be made up everyday but i had to complain everyday

Everything was perfect about our stay!

The room was dirty.
- 4/5
Great hire, the staff and amenities were amazing
- 1/5
The front desk offered free parking, breakfast, and eventually only $50 compensation for not honoring the room we paid for. That is completely inadequate given the inconvenience and disrupted sleep. A “view upgrade” does not replace the basic amenity we booked: a proper bed. We paid $282 and did not receive what we reserved. Customer service showed little effort to make this right beyond minimal gestures. Very disappointed with how this was handled. I would not stay here again and would not recommend if you want assurance you’ll actually receive the room you book.

Nice place. Clean room. Good location. Not much instruction from staff about parking. Checked out turned in key at desk. Unaware that I needed it to leave the parking lot. Also the breakfast buffet was horrible don't waste your money. I never thought breakfast food could be so bad.

when they play music in the bar area your is very loud, but i am sure some people will love that with a bar drinking atmosphere, but if you are trying to sleep it isn’t desirable. also the hotel is pet friendly. we didn’t encounter any barking dogs, thankfully, but other hotels we’ve stayed at had this problem, and specially when pet owners go out for the night and leave the pet alone. again, we didn’t have it on this stat at this hotel. but if you are sensitive to pet annoyances this may steer you away from here.

I asked for some dish soap to wash my daughter‘s bottles an was told bc I didn’t book a room that has a kitchen I wasn’t able to get any. I had my bfs sister ask for some an she didn’t book a room with a kitchen either an she got it but told the front desk people that she needed the dish soap for her kids bottles when she didn’t have any kids around my daughter‘s age she got it for me. I didn’t even know I could book a room with a kitchen that wasn’t an option for me other then that my stay was great

I HAVE NEVER BEEN AT A PLACE WHERE I GOT ZERO SLEEP FROM SO MUCH NOISE. the walls and doors are terribly built. the entire night you hear doors slamming, people screaming.
- 2/5
First room had mold and mildew in bathroom all over floor and walls. Loud squeaky pipes when rooms next door would turn on water. Requested to move rooms and got put in a room that smelled like an ashtray. Went back down stairs asked to be moved again but no rooms like the one I booked were available so they down graded me to a room that was basically the furthest point from the office with a view of a tree. All in all not a good experience.

They charge $125 per night for incidentals. Outrageous amount. Most hotels we have stayed might charge $200 for the entire week stay. This amount greatly reduced the amount we hand budgeted for other items for are trip limiting the amount we could spend. The hotel offered to put the money back on our account but it took three trips to the front desk and multiple hours waiting in the lobby on our vacation to get them to actually release the funds.
- 5/5
Had a great view. Property does need some TLC and the floors could be cleaner but understand they have alot of traffic. Around the pool some of the chairs are in need of repair. Love the big lounge chairs but the cushions are dirty and in need of upgrade. Also in the morning the way they do the breakfast in the cafe is way too long of a wait and not well organized. Also the music at the pool is to techo disco would like more island music and the speakers are blown so the sound is fuzzy.
- 5/5
I have stayed here for the past 3 Christmases and have always loved it. Love the bar by the pool. And you can not only get drinks but food too. The water in the pool is so warm. And my favorite thing of all is the lazy river

Overall the staff, the lazy river, the pool area and the breakfast buffet with the made to order eggs. Walking distance to Disney Springs. All of it was great.

The location is great for walking over to Disney Springs. Friendly staff, bar open late, pool open late, however they were short staffed at Valet so it set us back when leaving in the a.m. for Disney.
- 1/5
The room itself was by far the worst Hilton room I’ve ever stayed in—it felt more like a motel. Additionally, the room was very cold, and despite notifying staff, the issue was never resolved. We tried not to let this experience ruin our family trip, but it was disappointing and not what we expect from Hilton, especially as Diamond members.

You said: Write a message to upload on a hotel reservation platform saying that the hotel was not in very good condition, the rooms were old, the extensible couch was awful, the bathroom could only be accessed through the bedroom and the door would have an awful squick, the toilet cloged, there were dirty socks under the bed and dead coacriach in the bathroom. While the staff was very nice and responded immediately to our requests especially to send someone to repair the toilet. I would not recommend this hotel and it is definitely not a 4 star hotel ChatGPT said: Here’s a clear, polite but firm review you can post on a hotel reservation platform: Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The overall condition of the property is far from what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The rooms are old and poorly maintained. The extensible couch was extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom could only be accessed through the bedroom. On top of that, the bathroom door made a very loud, unpleasant squeaking noise. The toilet also clogged during our stay. Cleanliness was another major issue — we even found dirty socks under the bed and a dead cockroach in the bathroom, which was unacceptable. On a positive note, the staff members were very nice and responded quickly to our requests, especially when we asked for help with the toilet. However, despite their kindness, the overall experience was not good, and I would not recommend this hotel. It is definitely not a

The hotel was clean and very near Disney Springs so it was very convenient to go there. The staff was okay except when I inquired ( in the concierge in the lobby the day before and the front desk where I checked out) where to wait for the shuttle to pick us up for the airport, I was told to wait in the lobby and missed the shuttle when it was waiting in the ground floor. I have to get a taxi and had additional payment so that I could not miss my flight.

Rooms could be cleaner. We had really tiny bugs all over our bathroom everyday that were crawling on the floors and sink.

My Only complaint is About the parking fee. It is expensive and on the side of the property, to far from the Lobby.Plus another $10 Dollars Daily if the customer wants Valet.

Had a terrible stay. I wish I could upload the video I took of power drills going off in the room next to us at 9am. Noise started at 6 in the hall, it looked like they were changing out tvs in the room next to us and decided to do it in the morning for some strange reason. Got terrible sleep. Oh, also our tv was messed up (assuming related to the tv replacements) and had to get a repair man in and the shower soap was completely out. Good view of the fireworks at Epcot was the only saving grace.

The restaurant was very good. Good food choices and well prepared. The wait staff were attentive and friendly.
- 2/5
We arrived 2 hours after the 4:00 pm check in and our room with fireworks view wasn’t ready. Put in standard room with $50 comp. Self parking was a nightmare. Everything was drab and threadbare (rug especially) and little spots of dirt in bathroom. This was, after fees, $450 for one night. Needs major refurbishing! Won’t stay again.
- 5/5
My family and I had a great stay at the Hilton buena vista palace. The staff were friendly and room and amenities were very clean. It’s really close to Disney springs and plenty to do in the area, would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Great hotel , but resort fee and parking is very expensive. Great location for Disney Springs.
- 5/5
Breakfast was expensive, $30 for the buffet, and was not included as complimentary with the room.
- 3/5
Was close to Disney.
- 5/5
I have been to this hotel a few times and it’s always consistently enjoyable. We love the pool, the rooms, views, and convenience of Disney springs walking. Not to mention the cafe on the first floor. This is my favorite hotel out of the springs area.
- 4/5

I didn’t had the chance to stay much in the hotel We were out most of the time. So, I really don’t have much to say but, location wise is great! We were able to walk to Disney springs which is a good break from park hopping. Checking in and out was a breeze!

Excellent location very close to Disney Springs, very attentive service staff, clean and well-equipped rooms
- 3/5
The room was VERY warm when I got in. I turned down the air but it only improved it a little. I did contact services and they offered to send a man in to check on it but it was late, I was already in my nightgown and didn't want a strange man coming in so late at night. My bad. There were a few tiny ants by the sink in the bathroom. I've stayed at Hiltons before without ever a problem but this room was very disappointing. It really needed updating.
- 5/5
We did a last minute booking. The front desk staff were amazing. The hotel is very clean and everyone was helpful. The room was nice and clean and we had a great view of the Disney parks for fireworks. This was our first time staying at this property and we will definitely be back.
- 5/5
The restaurants and fast options for food were excellent quite a variety. I loved the pool and the lazy river area. They also had family play in games for children. I would highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean, Main restaurant was wonderful food and staff, pool bar was great Miguel was very helpful
- 4/5
The hotel room looks a bit dated, especially with the bathroom exhaust fan being quite loud. However, the overall stay experience was very good.
- 5/5
Room was ready for us Love the amenities!! For sure we will stay here for the next family trip
- 4/5
Our fireworks view balcony King room had a musty smell to it, the bathroom light was broken, and the vents were really dusty. The hotel staff addressed these issues the best they could once we brought it to their attention the next day. The beds are very firm though and we did not sleep well. The lobby stays very lively very late into the night and all of the doors face an open area that goes straight down to the lobby so all of the noise echoes up. We could hear people in the Next Room over and outside our door and in the lobby until one or two in the morning. The amenities and location of this hotel are very convenient but unfortunately overall we did not find the room a comfortable place to relax.
- 5/5
Everything was spectacular!
- 3/5
My favorite thing about this hotel was the lazy river. Very overpriced for other things. They had an area for food and drink purchase that was extremely. The parking was very far from hotel especially after a long park day. You can valet which was $70 per day. The hotel needs updated as well. Had a stand up shower and preferred a tub due to little kiddos. Staff were friendly for the most part.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly while checking in. The market had a nice selection of breakfast items and the Starbucks coffee was good.
- 3/5
Breakfast buffet was very good; valet service was very prompt. My room was a little tired/worn and hotel is loud given the layout of the rooms (open corridors multiple stories high). I had to call maintenance for my toilet not flushing 2 times and my dead bolt was also broken and had to be fixed. All service calls were handled very quickly so that was great. Room service could be better - more options. Pool was a highlight - very nice and clean and pool lunch spot was excellent. Food and service.
- 2/5
I’ve stayed at several Hilton properties before and usually have a great experience, but this location fell short. When we booked, the room was listed as having a resort view but our view ended up being just trees. Definitely not what was advertised. Check in also felt a bit inconsistent. While I was checking in, I noticed another front desk employee offering water to other arriving guests, but I wasn’t offered anything. I’m not sure if it had to do with the type of room we booked, but it made the check in experience feel less welcoming. Finding our room was another frustration. The directions were given quickly, but the layout was confusing. It took us about 30 minutes to locate the room, and we eventually realized we had to walk outside toward the pool and enter a completely different building. This should have been explained more clearly. The room itself was fine, just not up to the standard I’ve experienced at other Hilton properties. Overall, it wasn’t the best stay, and I most likely wouldn’t choose this location again.

how close it was to everything only downside was the valet and some issues with our room but it was still a very nice property.

- 5/5
Room was very clean. Staff was helpful. Pool was excellent.
- 5/5
Staff and hotel cleanliness and view of Disney springs
- 4/5
The only other minor issue was when we went to the room, which was lovely and spacious (on the 6th floor away from the elevator), upon entering the room it stank of cigarette smoke. Not sure where it came from. Otherwise, everything was great.
- 3/5
The pictures from the rooms are way too far from reality. Rooms are in good conditions but are old, really old. Not much clean neither. Perssonel was kind, nothing special.
- 2/5
The room had a musty, moldy, awful smell to it. The sliding glass door to the balcony could not be open. The towels were clean, but bathroom look dingy. The room should have been better maintained for the cost per night!!The only good thing was the friendly staff. Will NOT return to this hotel.
- 3/5
This property needs a major renovation as it is very old. The bathroom had hair all over it when I checked in and the hallway had trash throughout.
- 3/5
Hotel proximity to Disney Springs is hard to beat, not a brand new hotel but staff is very friendly
- 3/5

- 5/5
Plus Disney Springs area is great and shuttle bus to Disney World was easy. Highly recommend.
- 2/5
We expected a much nicer stay from a Hilton hotel. We booked a room with a Disney Springs view which cost more than the Fireworks view. When we checked in the lady handed us our keys and I asked if this is the Disney Springs view, she said no I gave you a free upgrade to the fireworks view. We asked her to change it to what we booked, it didn’t leave us with a good feeling and she wasn’t very friendly from the start. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. The room was fair, some ash or dirt on the bed. We had a hard time locating a working outlet for the phone charger. The one next to the night stand didn’t work. I found an extension cord behind the bed and used that. The towels were like card board and the shower was very narrow. The prices in the grab and go restaurant was ridiculous, do they really need to charge $8 for one cookie? We almost booked the place for three nights and were very happy that we didn’t and left after one night.
- 3/5
No hot water the afternoon of check in… shower Luke warm at best… next day early a.m. it was hot…staff excellent, very friendly!
- 5/5
We originally went for a room without a view, however they surprised us with an upgrade to a room on the 11th floor with a view of the pool/lazy river and all of Disney Springs. I HIGHLY recommend spending the extra money and booking a room with a view! It makes your entire trip feel unreal and it’s quite fun to see the Rainforest Cafe volcano erupt from the balcony. The view at night was definitely our favorite part! This hotel offers many options for dining, including convenient room service from 7am-11am and 4pm-11pm. Their breakfast buffet is a surcharge but it’s worth it. They have included an option to create your own omelet, where a chef will cook it in front of you, with PLENTY of options for toppings (including tofu)! The hotel has a pathway that leads you right to Disney Springs! It also offers shuttle buses to the Disney Theme Parks (however we did not utilize those on this trip). This hotel has really made our trip even more enjoyable!
- 4/5
Room was quite humid and the shower didn’t appear to me cleaned when we arrived. However, the room smelt clean and the hotel location was great.
- 5/5
It was nice as always
- 5/5
Every staff member I encountered from check in to valet at the end was fantastic. I don’t understand all the negative reviews on here. The room was spacious and very clean. We had a fireworks balcony view which was great. The bed was very comfortable as well. Pool was nice with the two sides and plenty of seating. The shades bar made great drinks with fast, friendly service as well. Of course, the ability to walk to Disney springs was nice as well! I would definitely stay here again. Only thing I didn’t care for was they had Hilton guest ambassadors in the lobby on Sunday. They had a great offer but it also required to sit through a presentation to become a grand vacations club member. The lady was friendly and didn’t mind that I declined the offer but I would have preferred to not be stopped and talked to for 5 minutes. But that doesn’t change that I would stay here again, I might just pretend to be on the phone when passing them LOL
- 5/5
Walkable to Disney Springs! Lots of food choices.
- 5/5
Loved the lazy river.
- 5/5
Great dining staff, property was super clean. Could use housekeeping a bit more but other than that 10/10.
- 5/5
Super clean and friendly staff
- 3/5
This hotel is badly in need of updating. There were only a couple charging receptacles in the room and only one worked. So I tried my plugin charging accessory and the contacts in the wall receptacle were so loose that the plug would fall out. There were areas in the room that didn’t look like they had been cleaned or dusted for years. The shower head didn’t spray properly and the bathroom sink took forever to drain. They left us one roll of the cheapest possible toilet paper. It had a good location close to Disney Springs but I would not stay there again.

Great location right across from Disney Springs—super convenient for dining and shopping, plus free shuttles to the parks. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, though some areas feel a bit dated. The pool with a lazy river is a highlight for families. Extra fees (parking/resort) add up, but overall it’s a solid choice if you want to stay close to Disney.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very polite and profession. They were very helpful. The breakfast is amazing. Everyone was so frien
- 3/5
We’ve stayed here multiple times. We like the pool/lazy river, and location to downtown disney. We arrived at 11pm, used the virtual check in, room wasn’t ready so we went by the pool. We had dinner reservations at 6. About 330 it downpoured which we is not the hotel or staffs fault, so we sat in the lobby. The only inconvenience was although check in was 4PM, the room wasn’t ready until 530. So we had to get changed for dinner in the bathrooms. Maybe some communication from the staff, we asked the front desk twice for an update. Even if it’s “we’re short staffed with housekeeping” and an estimated time would help. The lazy river needed to be cleaned. The other main thing to keep in mind about this property is there is no easy way to get to your parked car. The self parking has no direct path. So your choices are to walk through the convention center portion, then across another parking lot and around a duck pound or down the main vehicle driveway ramp from the entrance and around the duck pound thing. This is super fun when its pouring rain btw and the parking lot is flooded and with squishy shoes and socks. There are some spots where they could make a more direct line of access across the duck pound thing by building more little bridges versus the one spot to cross or walk around. Just keep that in mind, that access to the car isn’t great. Or even better offer a golf cart shuttle or especially when its down pouring. But they do offer valet as well.

- 3/5
Rooms were dirty. I didn’t feel like it was a Hilton. They charge parking $30+ per day and then also add some random fees to parking. Won’t stay again.
- 3/5
They put us in the wrong room. I booked a “Resort View” and my view way the Driveway entrance. The room also leaked at the front door and the balcony door carpet was wet on arrival. Staff was a mixed bag of nice and unhappy. The pool and restaurant were amazing. The distance to the Springs was great as well.
- 5/5
We always stay here when we go to Disney. Conveniently across from Disney springs so plenty of dining options.
- 4/5
Family friendly close distance to Disney spring and transportation to Disney parks. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
This hotel is excellent! The room was very clean & the bed was comfy. We had a nice view of the pool area from our balcony. The pool was relaxing but even better than that they had a lazy river. They also had a nice walkway to Disney Springs! We will definitely go here again.

It was my first time at this hotel and I will be there again the place is excellent
- 5/5
Reasonable breakfast options
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 3/5
Service was great, rooms are very small. Bathroom can't fit more than one person at a time. Full size mirror on back of closet door. Shower extremely small. Didn't feel that it was worth $500 for 2 nights.
- 5/5
I love staying on site at Disney however this was a great alternative option. We loved how close it was to Disney Springs.
- 3/5
The water for the shower never got hot. Also my daughter has eczema so they wouldn’t allow her in a pool unless we had a waterproof band aid . The scene was nice. Also there’s a $40 resort fee daily so if you think you paid everything on Expedia be prepared for that.
- 4/5
Good location
- 5/5
Plenty of food options close by, the friendliness of staff was great
- 5/5
Excellent customer service. Thank you so much.
- 5/5
Staff was very pleasant, professional and kind! My stay was wonderful!
- 3/5
room not really clean !! also one of the room bathroom has crack. also property inside super old old.
- 5/5
Great pool, convenient shuttles to the theme parks, and excellent overall service. This hotel made our Orlando trip stress-free and super enjoyable, especially with the easy transportation to attractions. We booked through Expedia and were very happy with our choice. Highly recommend and would love to come back here soon.

this was my daughter and I’s first time at the property and I must say it was excellent. The staff and Service is second to none. The location is great my daughter and I spent one day between the hotel and downtown Disney ( 3 min walk across st) and it couldn’t have been any easier along with a seven minute drive to the Magic Kingdom. The pool area is great. They had a separate lazy river in which my daughter and I spent half the afternoon in. The grounds are beautiful and manicure great for pictures, and the views from the balconies are amazing. During our late afternoon break from the magic Kingdom, we went downstairs and had dinner in the hotel restaurant and even that was great. The food and our server Darril were excellent. Overall, we had a great experience and the price was affordable as well. Can’t go wrong! John and Ava

Great location and staff. Have stayed before and it was wonderful. This time however our room door was extremely difficult to close.
- 5/5
The food was delicious and bed very comfortable.
- 2/5
No identification of resort fee per night. No trash can in hotel rooms…just kind of subpar experience.
- 5/5
We love the Hilton Buena Vista Palace and have stayed here several times. It is our go to hotel when we want to explore Disney Springs prior to cruising!
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 5/5
The rooms are spacious for handicapped access one bedroom suite. The lazy river and pool are welcoming. It is very family friendly. There are a few restaurants and laundry (washers & dryers) on the property in main building, 2nd floor. Employees are friendly and inviting. Around a great hotel to stay at within walking distance to "Disney Springs" for shopping and restaurants. Very pet friendly for dogs (small fee for dogs, excluding service dogs). Service dogs are free. Their is transportation to the disney areas, for those who have park passes, not reqired to stay here.
- 4/5
Short walk to Disney Springs! Can get a little crowded when multiple conventions are happening at the resort.
- 5/5
Pool atmosphere with lazy river and bar staff
- 5/5
This place always amazes me. The plethora of offerings around the hotel makes the location completely perfect for a date weekend, family time, shopping, and dining etc... I have been coming here for over 13 years. I will keep coming back.
- 5/5
Was amazing resort and great pool area. So close yo disney springs
- 5/5
Everything was perfectly fine. Pool area is beautiful , with a lazy river for the entire family. Rooms are big. They have balcony . Disney Spring is just a cross de street.
- 4/5
Resort fees and parking fee is a little steep but over all a nice hotel clean rooms and the fireworks view are worth it .
- 5/5
An awesome time celebrating my husband 75th birthday! Great service amazing food, a fun pool and lazy river. Clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed our visit very much! Close to downtown Disney we could walk to our dinner reservation for the birthday celebration!
- 5/5
Great location, very good service in the hotel, the service at valet parking is excellent.
- 2/5
There was damp odour in the room, smoking in the pool area.
- 5/5
All the above wonderful, beautiful friendly place
- 2/5
Waking up to dog barking non stop for 3 hours. They should have a floor for designed for dogs owner. Not everyone likes dogs and enjoy barking early in the morning.
- 5/5
The hotel is very close to Disney Springs. We used the shuttle to the Disney park and this was very convenient.
- 3/5
Had to move from room because it was very noisy.
- 4/5
The property was great, but the service explaianing the daily charges pulled off credit card were not acceptable. I was charged for breakfast which was charged for during booking. When asked about charges, was not given an explanation. Found out at the end of stay Only complaint was neighboring room slammed door day and night and did not allow for a decent nights sleep. Kids were running through hallway all night. For the price would have expected a little more peace and quiet diring the night.
- 5/5
The facilities are convenient, mostly geared towards the pool crowd though. The property is on an excelent location a short walk to Disney Springs so we focused on that. We had an issue of an amenity for a special ocassion, the concierge was not sure on how to manage but the front desk took care of it beatifuly and made sure we were happy. Greatly appreciated.
- 5/5
Excellent customer care and amenities.
- 5/5
It was far beyond expectation.
- 1/5
Beautiful hotel but for nosey. The staff was great and they said they will refund my stay just waiting on Expedia
- 2/5
Está un poco vieja las habitaciones el aire le adicionan ventilador de techo,y no huele bien las alfombras cobran Fee por cada día de estancia adicional a lo que uno paga

Great stay! Rooms were neat and clean. Loved the variety of different restaurants. Loved valet! Everyone was very helpful! Housekeeping was friendly

Nature
- 3/5
Walking distance to disney springs is a nice perk. Rooms are not good. You hear everything from other rooms. Alarm clocks, snoring, etc. Wouldn’t stay here if it was longer than 1 or 2 nights.
- 3/5
A bit outdated. It needs a renovation. Location is great, but for the price I paid for this hotel, it is not worth it.
- 5/5
Love it
- 5/5
Our stay was wonderful! Tara at the front desk is so kind and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful, staff and the bus service to the disney parks were excellent.
- 5/5
Great Place!! There’s a lot to see and do in the property and you can actually enjoy a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs.!
- 5/5
Was able to walk to Disney springs
- 5/5
Amazing stay! Spotless room, comfy bed, and stunning views. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Perfect location, close to everything. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
We had a problem in our room but they were very quick to fix the issue.
- 5/5
I loved everything about this property. The staff were friendly, the food was great and my family enjoyed the pool, arcades and games. Will definitely be back!
- 4/5
Everything was good but rooms are out dated and only 1 outlet worked in the whole suite
- 5/5
Everything from the digital key to the room location the upkeep of the grounds and the area!
- 5/5
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the hilton. Can't wait to be able to go back again.
- 5/5
Fun and lively or quiet and relaxing! This hotel has it all
- 5/5
Loved the pools and very family friendly. Close, walking distance from disney springs.
- 5/5
The amenities are amazing. Super clean, friendly staff and very accommodating.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the location & the pool.
- 5/5
Would have liked a shuttle
- 3/5
This hotel is very quaint. Only thing I would have liked to see is a cleaner pool. There were several ducks floating in the pool, it wasn't being cleaned and kids were running around chasing them. It wasn't always a pleasant and calming environment. Other than that, it was nice to be in a hotel as close to a Disney hotel as you could get.
- 3/5
No extra outlets to plug-in phones and devices to charge. Rooms right on top of each other with little to no privacy, you can hear your neighbors talk and constantly hearing doors slam. You can also hear when the neighbors flush their toilet. HVAC system is loud when turning on and off. Not a very welcoming hotel. Valet services were rude and pushy, particularly the teenagers and guys in their early twenties working there. You’re not aloud to load and unload yourself, bellhop must be with the luggage cart at all times. Parking lot is full of people coming in for conventions so you have to walk a few minutes just to get inside the hotel if you can’t get a spot in the first lot. Rooms were in rough shape, trim and walls were cracked and needed work. Carpet needs replaced with something other than carpet(vinyl/hardwood?). Only thing I liked was the lazy river that I barely got to use because of Florida weather (thunderstorm within 2 miles even if it’s going to miss you means pool is closed) which pop up storms happen almost everyday. Room service delivery wasn’t bad, neither was the food, wait time was around 45 minutes when I ordered at 9:00PM. This was a poor choice for a honeymoon. No benefits for honeymooners or good Disney benefits. One good thing was how close Disney Springs was. It is not a short walk as advertised, but it is a very short drive and a doable walk. I would not come back to this hotel and I am a huge Hilton fan. This was my least favorite hotel experience.

The resort is close to Disney Springs which makes it very walkable. The food options onsite are varied which is good.
- 4/5
Very good experience. The only issue was the doors in the rooms slam so hard . Literally sounds like a gunshot and wakes you up several times night and day . Also thin walls. We could hear everything .
- 5/5
Free shuttle to all Disney parks. Great pool and lazy river. good service at pool bar, restaurant and citrus Starbucks cafe. Room servicing poor. We opted for every other day and still they missed a day. We ran out of body wash, toilet paper and towels. All said we had a great time and would definitely return.
- 2/5
Location is ideal for a visit to Disney Springs or parks and in walking distance from many. Ice restaurants. The room itself however was very disappointing. It has not seen a decent cleaning or even general maintenance in some time. The bathroom was disgusting and had what appeared to be fecal matter on the walls. Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Very low water pressure in the shower. The room was absolutely freezing when we checked in. Had to shut it off. When we returned 4 hours later, it was still too cold.
- 4/5
Nice hotel.
- 3/5
Come for the pool area, hotel rooms are average if not below average. Food area is WAY overpriced and so is the gift shop. Gift shop is only cash also.
- 5/5
Easy check in
