Everything was perfect!

It was all good except we didn’t have housekeeping.

I can’t say enough about this property. Just beautiful. Comfortable beds, convenient busing options, great food options. Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. Bus routes too all the parks was awesome. Nice and quiet at night. Really enjoyed the feel and theme of the resort.

The room was so clean. I loved the privacy curtain between the sinks and the sleeping area. I wish the main building was less of a walk from our room.

Great resort, yes it probably does need to be updated since the decor is a bit worn out but the kids won't even notice. Both my daughters were so happy to be staying in princess Tianas room! I liked that we didn't get a carpeted room since I had read some reviews that they smelled a little. The only reason why this wasn't a 5 star was because we stayed 3 nights so on the 2nd night we should've gotten room service cleaning but that didn't happen. The personnel was cleaning the room next to us when we got back from breakfast so we decided to leave again and were actually home for a few hours to allow for cleaning. That did not happen. Other than that we had so much fun staying there and would definitely go back.

Beautiful property and landscaping. The rooms can be far from the lobby and no option other than walking was offered by the hotel. Also, the hotel only provided housekeeping every other day. This hotel was overpriced for the amenities.

The room was clean, but not quite what I expected from a Disney resort. Housekeeping was provided every other day, which was fine, but overall the room felt fairly basic. There was no room service and fewer amenities than I anticipated for a Disney property. I’d rate the room experience about a 3 out of 5.

Very good hotel but all Disney resorts have been outrageously expensive across the board.

They accommodated my gluten intolerance wonderfully and I was still able to enjoy most of the yummy foods!! Staff was very helpful. Grounds smelled great, were clean, easy to navigate, relaxing at most. Loooved it and we will be back!

I wouldn’t say it was great. It was pretty good. The staff is friendly and helpful when checking in. We spent two nights but didn’t use any amenities. For us it’s all about parking the car and using the Disney provided transportation. The rooms are pretty good, but again, not great. The decor is slightly upgraded and the overall look is the same but beds, towels, blankets, soap and other normal use stuff is no better than your standard hotel. This is supposed to be a resort so that part doesn’t impress me.

Negatives: Not a ton to do if you’re looking for constant entertainment, but if you’re looking to relax, great option. Can always take boat to Disney springs or French Quarter with more to do. Lots of pool options. Wish every pool had an accompanying hot tub. One hot tub option looked a little slimy - didn’t see anyone attempt to go in it while we were there. My wife and I were excited to experience the jazz club at French Quarter, but there was no live music on Tuesday and Wednesday when we were there. For the price at a New Orleans themed restaurant, they should offer entertainment nightly. Main reason I removed a star, would go with four and a half it it was an option. Also, arcade was too well lit - glare on all the games with a few of them having broken controllers/buttons. Also too much light for “movies under the stars” - needed it to be darker to actually see the movie screen. Super nitpicky but I’m bored waiting for my delayed flight home. Still highly recommend if you can’t afford big $ Disney resorts or you are just cheap like me and would rather give excess $ to charities/people in need rather than big corporations.

Beauty everywhere. Staff excellent. Immaculately clean. Boatwright restaurant superior staff and food Nothing. This resort is above reproach. I return every year

The dinner our first night. We mobile ordered which was a huge mistake. It took 45 minutes to get our food and half of it wasn’t good. We should have walked through the line instead.

Absolutely beautiful both inside and out! We will definitely be staying here again!

We had our room on the second floor, no elevator . The room is ok a standard room pretty big size, with 2 full beds and a Murphy bed under the tv. It has few elements that lets you know that you are in Disney, mostly decorative. The major pool is farther away, but they still have a smaller pool just pool, no slides or disney touch , close by. The property was kept clean, but the rooms were not attended just every other day . The lawn is meticulously kept . Plenty of parking. No shopping or restaurant in immediate distance, you have to drive to the check in place for them . I think for the price even do is considered moderate Disney property and for being Disney I expect more .

French Quarter was so much nicer, especially the pool that was so beautiful & colorful. The food court was so much nicer & cleaner too. We would consider staying there instead of Riverside when we return next year.

The property was great and the staff was so accommodating. Kudos to all of the staff. The only issue was that the bed was high and no real comfortable chair in the room. There were two chairs but one person in the party was not able to get in a bed so had to sleep in the chairs and they were not comfortable for them.

Disney Resorts are the best for the magic, proximity, and convenience for transportation! Always have a great time there! The Royal guest room is a must when going to Riverside! The beignets from the French quarter are one of the best I ever tried!! Thanks for the sweet memories!

I love the theming of the hotel and the bus transportation to the theme parks. My room was comfortable. The walls are thin. The person in the next room was doing jumping jacks and it sounded like a pounding.

I was impressed with the layout of the property absolutely beautiful. I liked taking the river boat to other park - need to go back because there is so much ch to see.

I did not feel the room service was a good as I had hoped. For the amount of money, I would have thought that the room would be serviced each day. The cream for coffee was never re-stocked in my room and the sheets were not changed for the whole stay.

There was a really nice fireplace in the lobby however one person arranged all the empty chairs in front of the fireplace and was verbally aggressive about not letting anyone else sit there to enjoy the fireplace. When I mentioned this to 2 Disney staff one of them stated that she could do this. So disappointing!

I was unsure of what days housekeeping would arrive even though we were told every second day and the sheets would be changed every 4th day, we were there for ten days sheets got changed once. Good food court if you don’t feel like going out after a big day at the parks. Buses can get crowded, plus one night we waited over an hour for the bus to pick us up from one of the parks.

Put us in a room less than what we paid for, They tried to tell me I booked a room with only 2 Queen beds , said they were doing me a favor by upgrading me to 2 Queen beds with with a pull down twin Bed. I Have the receipt and a screenshot of my reservation reservation that that States to Queen beds with one pull down twin bed. Seems like someone needs to be educated.

We really enjoyed this resort will come back and stay in the future. Everyone was friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. The gift shop is awesome and the dining both sit down and fast food were wonderful. We had a great experience here. The room was clean and spacious, we had enough room with two teenage boys, me and the hubby.

This is a fantastic, low key resort. Not the craziness of some of the budget Disney resorts and quit epproachable. The grounds are amazing, and the feel of the resort is all about relaxing.

This is my second try here. I do love the feeling this resort gives as a moderate resort. The disappointment that kills me is the loudness of the toilet flushing and the air conditioning units. They are sounding like jet engines at night and gets terribly loud. After complaining to the front desk about it, they did a good job til they didn’t. Apparently on our trip they accidentally corrupter/deleted the reservation and then they allowed some manager named James (UK) to handle it. It was such a gong show overall that we transferred after the first night to art of animation and have been happy here since. I tried contacting Expedia to ask what the process is to get this to work for a refund and go home. The experience has been lacklustre, I wanted just a explanation so I know what to do. But the agent was so gung ho calling it made no sense and I ended up just extending with the hotel directly versus dealing with Expedia. Horrific ordeal during my bday weekend.

I like the theme, the pool, the nice staff. I was surprised in the lack of elevator. The food choices in the cafeteria were the same everyday.

We paid extra for a princess room for a family of four! I guess if the family was dwarfs and only had one pair of clothing.. Waste of money. Definitely a two person room just cause you add an extra bed doesn’t mean it can fit more people. For the price I would of stayed at a better resort next time. Yikes

Only cleaned room 1x and that was our request. Food in the food court was disgusting- burned, under cooked and over priced. While trying to relax in the pool, maintenance men were doing construction work, including putting a new roof on hotel. Will NEVER stay there again!!!

Cute resort with a nice pool. We had some drain issues in our room, but the staff was quick to come in and try to resolve the issue.

The river boat was so cool. The hotel had great food options. The grounds were laid out nicely and had the Disney feel.

This property was a great price. It was even better that it was very comfortable and the property was so pretty and great to walk around in the morning! We will definitely be staying here again!

Port Orleans Riverside was beautiful! Perfect for a birthday weekend with family and friends. We took Disney transportation to dinner, swimming and other activities. Would definitely stay here again!

It felt like we were inmersed in the Princess and a Frog movie, it is a magival and wonderfulnplace, the room was beautiful and the dining and recreation areas were so fun!

Disney world has turned into just another amusement park with hotels. The service has fallen tremendously while the ticket prices and room rates have increased.

Taking boat Disney springs

Just took my family for a lovely 2-night stay at the Disney Port Orleans Riverside resort. It was beautiful and had great amenities, plus the transportation to the Disney parks and Disney Springs was super convenient. The hotel room was very clean, and my 5 year old loved sleeping in the small pull-down Murphy bed. We had specifically requested that fifth sleeper room just so he could sleep in the Murphy bed, and Disney did accommodate us. Another big plus to our stay was that we were able to use our Disney app to do a mobile check-in/check-out without ever having to go to the lobby, and we used our Disney Magic Bands as the room keys. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Excellent resort, would stay here again.

The staff was amiable.

They never made the bed or gave us any clean towels until I called for them. After a couple of Nights of thunderstorms the grounds were a mess and no one was cleaning it up. Guests had to walk around broken tree limbs and debris. Would not recommend this hotel.

Amazing area! Everything was so clean and locations were easy to get to. The staff was so friendly and helpful to all questions.

Big and spacious property. Allowed for the option of some peace and quiet when we got back from the Disney Parks.

Loved the property and amenities were great. The only complaint I have is that the rooms and bathrooms are old and need a good overhaul. Several Disney properties are like this and just have an old smell to them. Everything else was good and the staff was super nice.

Great property, enjoyed our stay a lot. I did not however like being nickled and dimed when I checked out to pay for parking. It is the only place I've ever stayed where they charged me to park as an additional fee and wasn't included in my original room stay. Can't imagine they don't already make enough money that they should have to charge for parking. I could understand if we had had more than one vehicle for the one room, but we did not.

We had a wonderful stay at Port Orleans! It was a perfect place to stay with family. So much to do and very comfortable rooms. It made us feel a part of the Magic!

Bus service to theme park are puncture and convenient. Food is expensive onsite (a bottle of water $3.50)

The boat transportation to Disney Springs was serene and relaxing. The grounds are very clean maintained. The pools are clean and safe. Staff are very nice and helpful.

The property was greatly located with a great transportation system to Disney parks and Disney Springs. The only dislike was the bathroom very small and worse of all was the water pressure was extremely poor while taking a shower. Very clean and food was good.

Overall it was great! We enjoyed our stay.
