Beautiful area, convenient to Epcot and Hollywood Studios with easy to access Skyliner. Also a short walk or skyliner ride to Disneys Riviera Resort. There is a Joffrey’s Coffee right next to the Skyliner which was convenient in the mornings. Easy access to the main building “Old Port Royal” where restaurant and main lobby is. Overall clean and comfortable.

I only added my name on registration so I wasn't able to add any names later which then denied my family early entry to disney. The room holds 4 so why can I add my wife later on. Also the sky track transportation closes early at night so I was stranded.

Location was great. It was close to where my conference was being held, as well as Epcot. Really liked the walking path around the lake.

Small complaint, the refrigerators are not set cold enough and they were not adjustable.

The first room we were placed in had mold. The second room was updated and much better however it was next to a bus stop so we heard air brakes from busses and golf carts going by the room all night. My husband and I barely got any sleep.

I thought for the price it would have been nicer. The door to the room had a crack on the bottom that we watched a bug come in, made us wonder how many we didn’t see. I killed one in the bathroom area.

The air conditioning was the loudest AC I’ve ever heard in my life. Considering I was paying so much money a night I would expect a much better experience. It also did not get the room cold. It was horrible. I would never stay there again.

Requested new bedding, was gone for a day, came back to an untouched room, requested again, they came. Got into bed when the lights were off, smelled something but figured it was a kid. Wrong. The sheets were dirty. Big brown stain on the sheet.

The bathroom was so small you had to walk in the toilet area in order to close the door. The room was not clean..long hair throughout small dead bugs on ceiling no service to room for fresh towels or sweeping. The additional room experience, there's more

Hotel was great . Wish they had outdoor seating in the sun for the market . Also the walls are very thin we were woken up both mornings by a family and baby crying and going in and out of their rooms. The hot tub was always over crowded with children

We spent 7 nights here. After the first night I told front fest we had no hot water and the air conditioning unit was excessively loud all night. The hot water was somewhat repaired, we had warm water the rest of the week but not the ac unit. We had terrible sleep here because of the noise from the ac unit. We had no house keeping the entire stay, only on 2 days we had some towels dropped off and the bin emptied. The room was very small and dark and very dusty. There were cobwebs around the outside edge of the front door, the walkways around the resort had the paint all peeling off and desperately in need of repair. We paid a lot of money to stay here and we’re very disappointed in what we received. I definitely wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend it either. I spoke to front desk on check out and the did refund me a night and a half back for the inconveniences we had and because they never fixed the ac unit.

This Resort is so convenient and spacious. The skyliner makes hoping to Art of Animation with it’s great walking trail and Photo opportunities a breeze. Would look to stay here again.

Caribbean beach resort is a fun, relaxing resort. However you could be in for a lot of walking/hauling stuff around. If your room is away from the parking area you may not only have to walk further/haul stuff further but may also have to haul it all up the stairs. There are no elevators. The skyliner really isnt that far from anywhere on site, maybe around a .25 mile. And bus stops are at each country but stops at each stop before leaving. For the value this was a nice resort. Light Mousekeeping was done every other with a change of bedding on our 4th night.

My kids really enjoy the pools on this property, the marketown is their best option to eat at because of the plenty food options they get there, I like having a general store inside the lobby incase we need anything or just want to buy more disney merchandise. I do not like however the transportation options. I hate riding the bus to magic Kingdom, the skyliner should go to more parks. The rooms at this property are tiny. You get no microwave, the showers are so out of date, the rooms take forever to get cool and they don't give you fans either. The rooms on the second floor are only accessible by stairs and we didn't know so my daughter who can't walk has special need we struggled carrying her up everyday while on our trip. They could'nt accommodate us because the resort was "full". The shampoo and conditioner inside the restroom only has enough for 5 pumps then it's out. Disney is very cheap when it comes to supplying their guests with basic necessities. When I first arrived at this resort it was raining hard, well an employee came up to me and said I couldn't park my vehicle under the car port that I would have to go park then go inside the lobby to check in. I got soaked in water and my daughter did too and of course it was super cold inside the lobby so the whole hour it took to check in my daughter woke up sick the next morning. I hate how they run this resort. For the amount you're paying I suggest stay at deluxe resort or regular resort where you get more options

The amenities boil down to one main pool/restaurant//bar area off of the main lobby, a couple of Motel 6 style pools for the other buildings, bus stops and access to the Skyliner. If you've brought your own car, not a large issue (aside from nightly self-parking fee), but if you're arriving without, you've got a trudge ahead. Upon checking in, we were only given one room key and a map, no credit card was asked for which I thought was odd but hey, it's Disney, they're pretty dialed-in. The next day, we receive a message via room phone (didn't actually ring), that we needed to come to the lobby. It turns out the check-in agent didn't get a card. Not a huge deal but we did have to walk all the way back to the lobby. The food was...food, and a surprising lack of options for it. Something about this service and lack of amenities at this price just rubbed both my wife and I the wrong way. We've stayed at almost every Disney property, have always had a positive experience, however this was disappointing, especially for the price. Even the economy level properties have character, this felt like a random Orlando hotel on a retention pond. Do yourself a favor and go up or down a tier.

Property was pretty. The rooms looked like dingy cheap motel room. Disney also cut back on daily room service. Rooms were a mess daily with wet towels piled up. I was not happy paying all that money and not receiving housekeeping. Not sure why Disney thinks this is acceptable.

Check in had everything messed up. Took 45 minutes to get in. Front desk didn't give us any information. I actually had to ask where are we going. Came back from the park and housekeeper came in even tho do not disturb was on the door and we were taking a nap. Security check they said however no one told us that could happen. Landscaping was rough and hotel ac sounded like a rusty hot mess

We checked into our room and were told it was ready, only to get into the room with garbage bags in the middle of the floor and dirty bed sheets everywhere . But our mood changed from so-so to great when they gave us FREE park hopper passes on a holiday when the park was already sold out. They made sure we were taken care of because of the mistake! A

Access to the Skyliner is excellent. Rooms are comfortable. After pre-paying for five days through Expedia, received an extra $600 charge to my credit card after checkout that still hasn't been explained five days later.

The resort was very clean and comfortable. Excellent transportation to all parks and other disney resorts. Kids loved the small pool near our room and also the large main pool.

Wasn’t aware we would not get maid service. Since we paid over $400 per night this was disappointing. Rooms including mattresses need a facelift. Air conditioner ran noisily all night. Maintenance did come the next day and repair. All staff helpful and friendly as always.

Loved being near the skyliner. The tub /shower did not have a hand held shower. The soap and shampoo placed too high to reach from tub Other than that it was great. Grandson loved the pirate theme !

Great room for the price. The skyline is great for Hollywood and Epcot it was a hike to the bus for the other 2 parks and to the lobby for food and the pool. The food was not so great. We got the pirate themed room and they did a really good job with it

We did the pirate rooms. We loved it. Made our daughter day. 6 min walk to main pool and lobby with a 5 year old. Nice pool by us, but main pool has two slides. Staff was great. The rooms are old and need some updating and outside of the room was very old we had flying ants in our room coming from outside on our beds every night when we returned so wasn’t very happy about that.

We loved the sky liner that was our favorite part very convenient. Surprisingly I thought the bed was comfortable. We stayed in the pirate room all the way in Trinidad The property is just to large for my liking. Especially when staying in Trinidad you have to walk miles to get anywhere and so because of that I won’t be staying here again.

the pool was nice and there were multiple pools. The grab and go market was convenient. Did not like the fact that there was only family style dining in the restaurant though.

When we arrive the woman gave us the wrong room number and wrong directions on how to get to the room when I finally got to the room I paid extra for the pirate room when I walked in the floor was soaking wet the air conditioner was leaking everywhere it had a terrible smell on Expedia it says if you got the pirate room you got a pool view and that’s what I paid extra for the room never had that they said they don’t have any pool pirate view rooms there. We got moved to a different room and they wanted me to pay extra money meanwhile I already paid extra money for the pirate room and I still never got refunded the difference

It’s a huge resort! If not loving to the parks it’s a great home base but overall a bit on the hard to navigate side for us. We had a nice time overall.

Probably due to Covid things shut down early, with no option for a drink after 9pm, and not much else to do in the evening. The room was fine, but for the price I would have expected more nice touches.

We stayed in a pirate room and it was GREAT! The buildings are festive in color but simplistic. However, upon entering the room, we were surprised to see it decorated very appropriately and creatively...and made our kids feel like they were in a special place!!!

I enjoyed the views. I did not like the fact that we had problems with the air conditioning, had problems with the fridge. We also never had no clean towels, because no one ever came in and swapped the old ones with new ones. I enjoyed the views. I did not like the fact that we had problems with the air conditioning, had problems with the fridge. We also never had no clean towels, because no one ever came in and swapped the old ones with new ones. My family loved the pirate themed rooms. They were very nice. Yes, its far from the main lobby but when you go to Disney you kinda expect to walk. My family didnt mind. The pools were great. Ping pong table was nice might want to add a couple more in different areas of the resort. The new Sky line was right there. Great location, good food, very nice staff. We'll be back.

We stayed in the prirate room. It was so much fun and the big pool was so much fun as well.

When we got there, there were a few bugs in the room and our air conditioner leaked and soaked our floor inside. The resort itself is nice but we wouldn’t stay here again.

After switching hotels to Caribbean Beach for our last night, we were hoping for an earlier check in so we could have a lovely resort day. We ended up getting checked in late at 4:30 pm.., even though check in is at 3. Not sure how they can do that to people. When I asked, no response was given. Wall ports fried two of our chargers and maintenance had to fix them. We left early the next morning, so we really didn’t get to enjoy a resort day at all. Food wasn’t great (except for the Cuban). Pins all sold out. Skyliner convenience is awesome and the resort is beautiful.

I didn’t like all the walking since it’s a huge resort, but it is super close to two skyliner stations for easy park access and very clean! So many pools and the main pool is so much fun too. Castmembers are always so kind as usual! Very helpful and they even got us a room closer to the amenities for us when we requested. Overall, great stay!

Second stay @ carribean beach resort however been 4 years prior to the renovation. Sky liner to Epcot was wonderful and save us! Mousekeeping was prompt and provided everything we requested. Food options affordable. Only downfall as reviews stated is the best in pirate ship room are thinner.

The pool was excellent. There were very limited food options.

The rooms themselves were old and needed updating. There were no microwaves and a very small refrigerator. They only clean the room a couple times during the 10 days we were there because of Covid. For the price we prayed I was not impressed. It was nice being near Disney world and that was the only plus.

As much money you spend to stay at a Disney property, you’d expect a decent room. The room was small ( pirate theme) but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was only 2” thick in a hard wooden frame. Wouldn’t stay here again for this price

The resort pool area is really nice and the kids loved the slides. The food is over priced and just so so. The rooms are old and dated for the price. I would only recommend this place if you want perks for transport to the parks and proximity.

Great Disney resort with skylift to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

Staff seemed annoyed to be working. I think they just wanted to be mask police. You could tell they didn’t want to be bothered with anything

We loved our pirate room with lake views as well how close the pool was. The resort is a bit outdated and could use a bit of a facelift but overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly!
