Everything was really nice..loved the stay, the customer service! Only thing is A microwave in the room would be great to be able to eat left overs. Besides this I had an excellent experience!

Every thing was perfect. We had a problem with the air conditioning and they respond immediately, gave us another room with an upgraded view and gave us a boucher for a 4 party lunch. The room was clean, the amenities at the pool for the kids were very nice, the access to all parks and hotels of Disney were easy from our hotel. Very nice vacations and memories with my kids. Recommended 100%

It was just me and my wife and had a wonderful time. Ps use Mears transportation From airport to Resort and back to airport. Worked out perfect!

Nice room and pool

I love Walt Disney world I’ve visited 3 times in my lifetime and always stayed at a value resort. This time I stayed at Disney Animation and we had a room in little mermaid building I did not like that we had to walk so very far to get to the main building where the food court, the front desk, the arcade and shopping and they offer no kind of shuttle service the walk from our room to the main building was 30 minutes. Disney can do better

Fabulously colorful and fun to stay at. Skyliner (cable car) to Hollywood Studios and Epcot!, which itself was a lot of fun. 3 pools for kids. It was the best decision to stay there for a great Disney and Disney Parks experience.

This was the trip of a lifetime--not only because we visited the Disney World theme parks, but when we got back to the hotel, the pool was open until 11PM and there were always activities for the kids to do throughout the day. We had "pool parties" with music and pool games, we enjoyed a movie "under the stars," and more! There are three pools and my kids wanted to swim in all of them. Our favorite is the "Nemo pool" because of the bar and snacks. Disney's Sky-liner is on the property. The Sky-liner takes you to Epcot or Hollywood Studios. Buses are readily available for Disney Springs, Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom. I highly recommend this resort ! 5/5

I loved the resort! I was disappointed with frontier airline but other than that everything was great.

The property was great. We could of stayed there the whole day my kid was so content with it. I wish the beds were more comfortable. They aren't bad, just aren't great either and after everything we did a nicer bed would of been the perfect place to come back too! Would stay again though

The finding Nemo suite was conveniently located next to the skyline, which made traveling between resorts and theme parks easier. Great hotel if you have a toddler like I do.

Loved this hotel! Stayed with two kids and we got adjoining rooms with family, our kids absolutely loved it.

Very clean and big room

For being the happiest place on earth a lot of the workers are not as friendly especially in the food court . We notified them about our broken door lock they came to fix but we also asked about the tub water being like warm and they never came to fix it . Very small and outdated .

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The Cars suite was perfect for us, enough space and very clean.

The room was very clean and highly themed. Staff at check in was helpful and efficient. I needed extra towels and a fan nd it was quickly brought on Christmas Day.

Room was large but once the beds were down, there was no room for the extra chairs and we were tripping over them. Cold, weak showers - never got hot even though it was turned all the way to hot. Quick service area was very crowded. Pool was crazy cold.

The hotel itself was so accommodating. They ended up pixie dusting us to a lion King suite it was so special and so amazing and I will always stay at Disney going forward.

My only criticism is that the pool wasn’t heated. We swam, but it was bracing.

We were leaving on a Disney cruise ship that morning, and checked out at exactly 11am. We had kids in the room and they woke them several times. It was very inconvenient and we felt very rushed to leave when we were not late for check out. Check out was at 11am.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and very nice. The on site restaurant had a number options. Since this resort is aimed at children we expected it to be quite noisy but it really wasn't. We would stay there again.

The lady that checked us in was not friendly at all. She didn't provide us with clear directions in how to get to our rooms. ( the hotel has several buildings). We had to walk a lot and figure it out on our own where our room was located.The rooms are extremely small. The bathroom door hits your needs and the room door is inches away from hitting the bed. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. I will not be returning.

Best Value resort on Disney property! Super clean, outstanding customer service. Lots of amenities. Huge heated pool and they even had a summer movie night out at the Big pool. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Everything was great, except for the carpets in the hallway, they are so dirty and stink with a mildew smell from pools. && for 600$ a night. I’d rather not smell mold my whole 5 day trip!

The biggest problem was the housekeeping service. They never changed our sheets the whole week we were there. They only took the trash twice. They never cleaned the floor, and there were crumbs everywhere by the end of the week. The beds were comfy but the pillows were like rocks. There was no support of comfort in the pillows. This made it very hard to get a good nights rest.

I was promised housekeeping service when I checked in but my room was never serviced the entire time I was there. No new towels, trash emptied, or beds made.

The fact that we could get the air transportation was good. They did not clean my room after the first night, and the noise on the corridors was horrible. Too much for two days above $1000 in my room.

The other pool is located by the Little Mermaid buildings. The pool is medium size, more quieter, and less crowded. My room was right in front of the pool and didn't hear noises. I got to the resort around 8:00 A.M. I didn't think I was going to be given a room so early since check in is at 3:00 P.M. The CM worked her magic and I was given a room. The room looked very cute (Little Mermaid theme) and clean. There was a mini refrigerator. I requested a microwave. By the time I arrived at the room, the microwave was already delivered and set up. The CM did mention that the room gets cleaned every other day. When the room gets cleaned, the bed(s) is NOT made. You have to make your own bed. I don't understand why the bed(s) is not made. The Skyliner takes guests to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The shuttle takes guests to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom.

Waste of money and terrible set up. If your in a car building you have to walk a nice distance for anything. Such an inconvenience. Will not be going back at all.

Loved the pool and splash pad and the aerial ride to Hollywood Studios. The cafeteria food is just OK and wildly overpriced like all the food and beverages at Disney. The wait times for the rides at Magic Kingdom were reasonable but Hollywood Studios mismanaged theirs with 2 hour wait times because half of some of the rides were “under maintenance.” And the people with lightning passes just walked by the hundreds in line. Walt Disney would have disapproved of that policy and the employees we talked with did also. Overall, we- especially the 10 and 8 year old- enjoyed this vacation.

The looks of the building is unique and the sorroundings is very clean and eco friendly. The staff are amazing very welcoming and helpful.

Was a dream that came true :)

First off I didn’t get my room cleaned when I was out from 7am to 4pm. This makes me question how they clean or manage the staff. Secondly, doors are extremely loud so you can hear them closing everywhere. Noises from other rooms distracting. Food choices are terrible there. Although they have cute decorations it’s basically a multilevel motel with no real resort feel for the price. Never mind you can’t get away from Disney food prices and everything is sooooo far away.

The people who interacted with the children were very skilled. They connected with a variety of ages with skill and understanding.

I enjoyed the convenience of walking around to shop and to eat at familiar places. The hotel atmosphere was friendly and they were very helpful.

People were responsive. Hotel was immaculate and cleanly.

The pools were closed because it was too cold but we will be back to enjoy them

Rooms are adorable and clean. The staff was very friendly. The sky tram made it so easy to get to the parks. We will definitely stay here again.

Employees are great but the Mermaid rooms are small with uncomfortable mattresses.

Glad to have access to multiple forms of transportation to/from the parks. Made much easier transportation with 2 little ones and not having to take stroller down and fold when boarding Skyliner, etc. Worth the extra money to have more space in a room and the ease of access to transportation.

The resort seems dated. We stayed in the lion king section. Family suite was spacious however bedding for the Murphy bed was a blanket about as thick as a sheet and pull out couch had no bedding at all. Confirmation stated housekeeping every two days but didn’t happen. I had to call to the front desk on the third say and was told only restock of towels and trash removal would be provided “due to covid”. Felt on our own during our stay. Front desk was always crowded with guests. Too many people in the dining area everything was rushed there. My magic band deactivated on my last day but check out wasn’t until 11:00. I couldn’t pay for my breakfast and had to leave the food to go back to my room for my debit card 😡

Love using the Skyliner instead of buses!

Only complaint is not enough staff at the front desk. A long line at the front desk for check in and check out, etc.

Great stay, spacious themed room with microwave and mini fridge. Great location with convenient free transportation to the parks. Only issue is there was a leak in the ceiling and we had to be moved to another room across the hall.

Of Animation for 16 total. We had party members checking in at different times which was confusing but they were able to cheerfully rectify all problems and even gave us all rooms next to each other. The Chef went out of his way to help with a grandson’s special dietary needs. One morning they had run out of the mix he needed for his Mickey Mouse waffles. They apologized repeatedly and gave us two boxes of cookies and almond milk for the inconvenience. Every staff member went out of their way to be helpful! One very kind staff member saw me taking a very heavy bag to our RV when leaving. He offered and carry the bag for me.

The overall themes of the property was awesome. The Cars theme was spot on and we spent most of the day in there!

The Disney difference in excellence!

My family came to Disneyworld for the first time and chose this resort because it looked fun. We were accidently placed in a room with only one bed for the 3 of us, so they gave us a free upgrade to a beautiful suite. Every detail in the Cars area is spot-on, and my 17 year daughter old daughter actually cried because she loved it so much. The beds were comfortable and when we needed anything, the staff was incredible. We had such a fun time just being in the hotel that we almost wanted to stay there and not go into the parks! We highly recommend this hotel.

I really like the Skyliner to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. I like the refillable drink mugs and the availability of other transportation options. I like the colorful decorations and helpful staff.

You can never go wrong with a Disney property, a little more expensive but worth the extra money. Top quality. I highly recommend.

Disappointed. The property is beautiful! However, the room was not cleaned for a 2 night stay & we were not advised.

Our AC did not work and we didn't realize it until it was 9 pm, they sent someone up immediately unfortunately after an hour he still couldn't get it going. I then requested a new room which we moved to at 11 PM. total bummer, but they did what they could and made it better. The rest of the stay was great.

Stayed at the little mermaid and the rooms are very far from main areas. I don’t mind walking but it was far and inconvenient from everything especially after a day at the parks. Also, the bathtub had hair in it and when I lifted the blanket, the sheets were dirty (looked like a giant booger). They offered to come and replace bedsheets but it late and my kids were falling asleep so I told them I would change it myself if they bring new ones.
