Disney's All-Star Movies Resort

The food court was dismal. Very nice pool. Architecture, room was all very decorative and fit the theme. Overall experience was great

The front desk staff were extremely helpful. Jeff was wonderful. Our shower in our room had elements of mold, and black spot by the water handle. I told the front desk as well.

These resorts have been around a long time and they're still just as charming and whimsical as they were when they opened. We have great memories staying here throughout the years and look forward to making many more. If you're not spending a lot of time at your resort, but still want the Disney magic while at the hotel, this is a great pick. Free parking for resort guests is a huge plus and now extra "resort fees" is awesome too.

This is a great place to stay in disney on a budget. The bus service to the parks is very convenient. This isnt the place to stay if looking for a more luxury experience but it's definitely clean and nice enough if need to save money for your trip. I would not count on the food court for good food options though.

During the check in, they advised to Download the Magic Experience app - super helpful!

The pool area was always clean and had multiple life guards on duty at all times. The grounds workers started early in the mornings, but you wouldn't know because they were quiet and respectful. The only thing that needs to be known is, if traveling with multiple family members requiring multiple rooms, make sure you note that at booking so everyone is booked in the same building and not at different buildings within the same resort. ALSO, there is NO difference in the rooms except for location. I had booked a standard room and my son and his family booked the deluxe. I was on the second floor overlooking the playground and they were on the first floor near the pool. The rooms were exactly the same on the inside, NO DIFFERENCES. So unless you have to be by the pool, don't spend the extra money. Oh and they don't tell you this but if you walk in the room and only see one bed, move the chairs by the table, grab the two silver handles on the "wall" and pull down. The other bed is located there!

From the moment we arrived until we left, we were thrilled with the resort itself and the staff. They held our bags for us before check-in time while we went to Disney Springs, and when we returned, the bags were in our room already! The room was clean and functional. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice pool and food court. Everything we needed was at the resort. Great stay! We will be back!

The room was very clean and it was usual of what to expect at Disney. The rooms were refurbished a few years ago and surprisingly already looking slightly tired but they are fully clean! Easy to park and bed was very comfortable!

AC would reset at night after you manually set it making room stuffy. Had to get up multiple times during the night to reset to cool. Pool is big, but not too kid friendly, better to go to a water park. There is no fridge in room so if you need to store anything like milk, it will go bad. Fridge temp averages 45 to 47 degrees. Our room bathroom door did not lock so it made it a challenge to chase kids out of it. Laundry room is convenient and inexpensively. Food idea if you have kids is Golden Corral. You will save money and kids have a different choice each visit. Rental vehicle will save you time, but if you want to save money then take the shuttles to parks. There is a McDonalds near the resort that you can visit for breakfast each morning. It's inexpensive, convenient, kid friendly and clean. Get the app if you plan on going each day.

We enjoyed a quick one night stay. Automated check-in worked like a charm. We enjoyed the pool, cafeteria, early entry and transportation features. Young grandchildren loved the exterior of the property! Rooms are basic but very clean and quiet.

Didn’t use the pool (we were there during a serious cold spell) but it looked nice). Free transportation to the parks and Disney Springs so you have the option to just leave your car in the parking lot for your whole stay (or don’t need a rental if you come by air). There is a food court instead of a restaurant, but the quality is actually quite good, with a variety of options.

I ordered a pizza which was $12 which was ice cold when I told the person it’s cold she told me welcome to Disney. I was traveling with little kids and they wouldn’t even help us get a cart to bring our luggage. Every time I expect directions, they pointed and said go over there and went back to work. The food is over priced and mediocre. I was taking the shuttle to Epcot there was one family online. I was running with three little kids to catch the bus and they said I can just go in front of them being I had to put a stroller down. The bus driver told me go back in line and then come back again. There is nobody there. She saw me struggling to put shoulder stroller down. I had a two year-old kid. She was screaming at me in a very nasty way in front of my kids. I ignored her and kept walking to sit down. I went to grab a drink at the bar while my kids was in the pool. I came back with the drinks and the lifeguard told me to go drink by the bushes. Why have a bar in the pool and then make people uncomfortable to drink. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this property . I work hard for my money and I don’t want to be treated this way. I do not recommend this for a single mother for children.

Yes! The sheets for the bed were cheap and terrible! Not even a real blanket just 3 sheets layered. Was so uncomfortable

It was a bit tight for a family of 4. No water but there is a coffee machine. The drawers had an odor so we kept our clothes in the luggage.

When I asked for my room to be refreshed I was told rooms only cleaned every other day that they would place my request but could not guarantee a cleaning. Turnoff . If a customer requests room to be refreshed I believe customer should be accommodated. Especially when you have kids staying with you in room. These hotel prices went up yet service went down.

The hotel property was huge and fenced in with a security gate to go through. No skeezy people wandering around, the walls are almost soundproof. With large families next door , it’s quiet and very clean, there were transportation buses every 20 minutes or so that left us closer to the entrances than parking in the lot. Definitely worth a bit more a night.

Even though it was one of the cheaper options, everything was very nice and clean and suited our needs perfectly. I do wish that the room was a bit bigger. I really liked that we didn't have to worry about transportation between parks and it was easy to use. The Mickey shaped waffles were pretty cool! And all the staff were super nice.

Nice hotel, close to the theme parks. The theme parks bus is free but you have to pay $15 a day for the parking at the hotel. Lobby staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. Hotel is not new but looks ok. The room was very clean, a little small but fine for two adults. And breakfast is not included. We'll stay again!

Rooms are not cleaned daily. No sound proofing - you can hear your neighbors use the bathroom even! Doors slam all night long. The restaurant is like a school cafeteria. Taxis are super expensive because there’s nothing close to the resort.

Worst experience. Paid for teo nights. They wouldn't give me my room and wanted me to pay again for the same room, the same night I had a reservation and they had technical issues twice while I was there. Leaving me and my children without a room even though they had empty rooms. We left. All rooms open to the outside=unsafe. Management was rude and condescending.

Had someone help with linking bands and credit card. Couldn’t get in the room and bands wouldn’t work. Had to Gonna k twice to the front lobby. Just frustrating. A lot of teenage kids working there. We are dvc members and usually have more professional service.

So three of us had to sleep in one bed Very awkward. Uncomfortable. Staff was nice but we werent given what we paid for. No refund or anything.

Overall stay was great. Had to call a few times for in room service as far as towels and necessities. During our entire stay they never came to refresh the linens on the bed. Kids were happy with the activities the pool and food even though the food is expensive

We stayed at this resort for five days. Extremely kid friendly compare to other resorts. The rooms were a little small but that won’t stop us from coming back next year.

Great hotel

They have so many activities to do on property that are so much fun for everyone! There’s a movie they play outside by the pools at night that everyone gathers around for and lays out blankets to watch, a great way to end an evening with the family. It’s also extremely convenient to have access to the Disney busses. Hotels in the area usually only provide two time options for transport to the parks but when you stay on property a bus comes around every few minutes to take you anywhere. My only complaint is that they don’t have complimentary items at the front desk that you may have forgotten to pack, but they have a store right next to check in that you can buy what you need.

Everyone was friendly and the room was clean. They even had cast members playing music and dancing in the morning on the way to the bus. Super uplifting!

There is a coffee maker with an envelope of coffee but there is no cup, or anything to prepare it, it is the only thing that I found strange. The beautiful pool, the exquisite breakfast…. beautiful hotel!!!!!!!!!!

Mobile check-in was great, although you still have to wait in line for a key card to park on property and enter the parks if you bought tictets. The room/resort felt very clean and the food service in the main building was great. Reasonable prices and all staff was super friendly. The parks were minutes away, it was so nice staying in the “Disney Bubble”. We were there for a cheer comp, a few weeks ago I was there for another kid sporting event and did not stay on Disney property. I was opt for this vs. a non Disney hotel next time. It made the weekend so much more enjoyable!

The characters around all star movies were very nice. Although it has been remodeled only the inside of the rooms have been the polroperty itself coyld use a facelift and just because its a value reort doesnt mean you have to make it the least of the least Disney could do some things better. As someone said if you are there to just shower and sleep its ok for that simce we sre at the parks but I would want a litlle better

Excellent place to enjoy the Disney Magic! Easy access to transportation and staff went above and beyond with park reservations and basically anything we had questions about. Loved our trip!

Our stay at the resort was very nice up until we got locked out of our room. We went to the front desk & the girl behind the desk made us feel like we were an annoyance and unimportant and she was busy checking guests into their rooms and didnt really have time for us since we were just trying to get back into our room to get our things to check out. Having to wait around made us really late in getting to Hollywood Studios, which didn't make us very happy as we didn't have time to do all the things we wanted to do. The problem ened up being that the battery died in the door's electronic key box, but one would think that Disney could afford to have more than one person with a key to open a door. What would they do in the event if more than one door's electronic box should fail to work?

The girl that checked us in, was extremely nice. She did not charge me for parking since we were only staying one night 😍
