In the description for the parking that you pay $20 a day for it’s says secure covered parking. It is a parking deck but it is not secure at all the gate is open all day and night anyone can come in an out no attendant checking vehicles to make sure you have an actual room reserved at hotel. Our room was very clean but the carpet on first floor going to the elevators is very dirty needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. At check in a check out the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is our go to spot when we come up to visit Disney and surrounding areas. The hotel is in a convenient location, safe parking minus the parking fee, rooms are spacious and clean, friendly staff. Definitely recommend this property to others.

The “kids” 30 and 16 enjoyed the local restaurants, Miller’s Ale House, as well as Dunkin Donuts and 7-eleven. There is a new steakhouse being built next door, Delmonico’s looks to be nice higher end restaurant. Wife and I, as well as our 30 year old throughly enjoyed the complimentary coffee machine in the lobby, makes a good cup of coffee in a minute. We spent the afternoons and evenings at the Disney Parks and enjoyed the room and amenities during the mornings. Housekeeping is not daily as this is an extended stay property, but we usually refuse service at hotels as we are private and pretty clean ourselves, we are former hospitality workers services are available upon request. We will return in the near future as this property sits in the ideal location for everything we enjoy during our stay.

Each time we try to add a bit of fun to the day. This time was Disney Days and the hotel was a great alternative to staying on property.

The only thing that I don’t like is they charge me for Destination fee when i checking in, is there anyone can explain about what destination fee for? Because the frontdesk she just handed the receipt to me without explanation, and I’ve been asking her why they charge me too much since day 1 I understand the parking fee all that but destination fee I never heard that in my tire life when I check in Hotel…

After a terrible experience at another hotel and booking this one last minute I can say this will be the hotel I stay at anytime I’m in Orlando. The room was clean with very comfortable beds. The room has a full refrigerator, microwave and a stove. It was convenient to all the places we needed to go. There are a lot of dining options in the area. This hotel is also about 2 blocks from Disney if that’s on your itinerary.

Not as nice as our original stay in 2022. Property was still clean but there was an issue with the air conditioner not working properly. No room was available to switch to. Plus the free laundry service was a let down. 5 washing machines but 4 of them were out of order. Be sure to pack extra clothes if you stay here. Maintenance seems to be lacking here now

Conveniently located near Disney Springs and I-4 access. Plenty of attractions and dining in the area. Close enough to walk to Disney Springs if you desire.

The spacoius room was clean and cozy. We had a quiet stay from 5/7 to 5/11/26. We were on the 7th floor and fortunately, there wasn't much of a wait for the elevators. I can't remember the guy who checked us in, but he was more than helpful.

The room 624 was ok. The tub the first night left us with water standing at our ankles. Was fixed after we reported. The tub also needs to be refinished has horrible staining and peeling that was attempted to be covered with a rubber mat. We had an iron no ironing board. The pool was nice but no towels. The coffee machine was out of decaf and the door next to parking garage did not work well with key cards. The parking was great but should be more prominent that it cost $20 a night. Was a great location to all the parks and food options.

This is my second time staying at the property and it was great. Love the location and the price. The rooms are clean and spacious. Love having a full fridge and kitchenette. The fact it has a covered garage is a plus. The staff is warm and welcoming. This is my top choice to stay for quick Disney getaways that are cost effective.

My fiance and I stayed here for a night during one of the busiest weekends of the year (Rolling Loud, multiple cheer competitions, and graduation weekend). This hotel was close to attractions, clean, and very quiet. The kitchen included in the room was also very helpful

On the "clean" bath towel was a mans dirty foot print, the shower had a mat thrown in covering the damaged floor, the fan in the bathroom didn't work, the towel rack was falling off the wall. Room itself was very dusty, carpets were work, counters were sticky. Room had a musty smell. As remote workers internet is very important but speed was so bad we couldn't even load our email. Read carfully as there is no breakfast included and parking is a fee. Elevator made scary sounds and a sign saying not to jump otherwise it may break and you get charged for that. The towels and bedding had stains. On a positive note the water was hot, the AC went to 60 and there are lots of outlets. All in all spend an extra $30 and to go a Marriott.

Staff was not very friendly. First set of keys did not work on the outside door and being told that we had to park in the garage.

Air conditioning doesn’t work unless you are in the room. Motion needed so she you get back from the parks the room isnt at the temperature you set it at. They lock the thermostat at 68 so even if you want it colder it won’t go. Controlling something that supposed to be included is super cheap of them

Was given the wrong room when checking in. When I went to inquire about it the receptionist informed me they didn’t have the room we had reserved so we ended up with something different, which ok but should have been informed at check in. Parking was $20 a night and was charged $65.10 for the 2 nights.

We checked in for 1 night and the accommodations were perfect for us. The room was super spacious and love that there is a fully equipped kitchenette! We will definitely stay again! Super close to Disney parks as well.

Clean, nice staff. Prompt maintenance for any issues. We were comfortable in our suite. Only 10 minutes away from all the Disney parks and discovery cove.

The property is ok if you just gonna go to sleep, but the rooms smells like dogs. The days I stay it was a lot dogs staying too and it smell like wet dog inside the hotel and the room. Also I realized it was a lot flies in the lobby area and by the parking lot, which I couldn't understand why because the garbage was not closed. The beds and pillows are not comfortable either and you can tell the property is kind of old.

The beds are so comfortable, it’s like sleeping on a cloud, the A/Cs cool the room very well as there are two units, one for the bedroom, one for the living room kitchen. Complimentary coffee machine is a nice feature, usually makes are great cup of coffee, and getting some late night snacks at the cupboard in the lobby is convenient. We usually make a trip to a local grocery store, Publix, Winn Dixie, aldi’s are all close by. Get some basic meals and snacks for the room. We will continue to stay here as it truly makes us feel welcome. Coming from two people that have worked in the hospitality industry for decades, you all have done a great job at maintaining your building and providing a great service/product

Close location to Disney and proximity to everything else. We recently returned from a wonderful family trip, visiting multiple parks and enjoying a full week of activities. Unfortunately, our hotel experience did not meet expectations. This was our second stay at this property (previously in 2022), and based on that positive experience, we chose to book again. However, several changes and issues made this stay disappointing. At check-in, we were informed that the shuttle service to the Disney parks had changed as of March 1, 2026. It is no longer continuous and now operates on a single drop-off time (10:25 AM) and pickup time (10:30 PM). Our stay began April 11, and although we booked well in advance, we were not notified of this change. We were also charged a nightly “destination fee” ($10 + tax) for amenities and premium WiFi. As IHG members, WiFi is already included, and the property does not offer amenities beyond what is typical (e.g., a standard pool). The hotel policies still list WiFi as free. Parking was an additional $20 per night. The room itself had several issues. The shower had very low water pressure, a small shower head, and the water had an unusual odor. This made it difficult to clean up after long days at the beach or parks. The room was stocked with only three towels for a family of four, and there was minimal toilet paper upon arrival, requiring an immediate request for additional supplies. One of the queen beds was positioned extremely close to the wall, requiring one person to climb in from the foot of the bed. Housekeeping was also lacking. Over our six-night stay, trash was not collected, and we had to manage it ourselves. There was no room service and no breakfast offered. While the hotel staff were friendly, the property, policies, and overall value did not align with expectations—especially given the added fees and reduced amenities. We will likely choose a Disney resort hotel for future visits.

I had a suite on the 7th floor. It was clean, spacious and one of the best beds I have ever slept in. Very quiet with a beautiful view. The room was also very nice. So close to Disney and Disney Springs.

I asked 2 different staff members on several occasions for a room refresh. This also did not happen, even after scheduling a day prior like they said. There were 4 of us staying for 6 days. We ran out of towels, did not have clean sheets, nor did we get any when requested, and ran out of toilet paper before our stay ended. Towels were given when we asked staff in the hallway that were cleaning other rooms. Our last night there, we did have a single cockroach in our room..did not noticed any others. Staff was super friendly the whole time, just didn’t follow through with much of anything. If you are planning on cooking in the suite, think about bringing your own frying pan and silverware. The large cutting knife was very dull, the frying pan could not be cleaned after making eggs, (used a scrub pad and soaked the pan overnight) and still couldn’t get it clean, the spoons are more of a serving spoon, rather than one you can eat with…it was so big. Only two forks and two spoons are supplied. The room itself is pretty spacious, but very outdated.

I noticed a gas smell noticed by others at the pool. Maintenance says it comes from boilers. I say you aren’t supposed to smell gas. I’m told if I call the fire department and they get fined 500$. They will charge me the 500$ fee. When I bulk. Management tells me I’m welcome to leave. Front desk girl says I threatened to sue which. What? I never did and I’m told to leave the hotel after I complained about a dead bird in the pool area which I mentioned for two days then gave up. It was still there the day I left. I stopped using the pool which has the hardest worst chairs ever. The manager is a child whose solution to everything is to ask you to leave. Her only power.

It was really close to Disney and easy to navigate. I also liked that my car was in a parking garage. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The shuttle to and from the Disney parks doesn’t have enough pick up and drop off times. The parks open at 9 and having to wait til 10:25 to get picked up and taken to Epcot is not convenient. Also there was only one pick up time that’s late in the evening. My husband I ended up driving ourselves to the park due to this when part of the reason I booked the hotel was because of the shuttle advertisement. But really it’s lackluster.

Room was musty in smell and the table was falling off the wall. They added a screw to the table and an air freshener. Neither lasted more than overnight. We left early. Not very clean.

The bathroom had a cigarette smell, which was a little frustrating, but the staff was very apologetic and were able to change out the shower curtain which helped some. Would definitely stay there again for location, room size and cost.

Property is rundown. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, faucet in the tub/shower was mobile- had to be cautious turning the shower on. I was aware the property was pet friendly and I am a pet owner, but the room smelled horrible. I even went to the front desk and borrowed a mop and bleach to be able to feel I was clean after a shower. The entire place needs a make over! We were under the impression we could use a shuttle service for parks in the area only to learn you had limited hours and to limited parks. Not the most magical vacation to say the least. We both feel sick from the air quality in that place!

We had emergency need to stay. When i expressed vehicle issues preventing us to return home. The rep at the desk went the extra mile to help seeing there circumstances. It was really appreciated.

My room didn't feel clean when we entered. Super dusty shelves in the bathroom and the walls and doors looked like they had spills on them. I clean everything when we arrive anyway so I didn't report it. They pump a very strong scent into the lobby and halls so if you're sensitive to that, be aware. The transportation was complicated and honestly, didn't align with our plans which was the biggest let down because it forced us to Uber every where which was a huge expense. When I tried to figure it out with one of the desk staff she claimed she was new and didn't know much about it. They also charged me $5 to accept an Amazon package that only cost me $7 to purchase so that was annoying. The front desk staff were more than friendly and none of what was wrong was remotely their fault so they do deserve a kudos. However, I would probably not stay here again.

New and clean building. When we arrived the staff kind of threatened saying that we have to pay for their parking lot, even though there are several parking lot free and very close nearby. If you stay more than one night, they usually do not clean your room, you have to schedule it, and they are not available to clean it the majority of the days. Also the staff are not receptive at all. Also I am still awaiting for the refund of the safety deposit, they said they will send it. It is more than a week and nothing, I will have to call them to solve this. Think 2x about coming to this hotel. Very expensive too.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The building itself is a bit dated and in a heavy construction area but it was very clean, large and spacious and about a 5-10 min drive to all the outlets, Disney etc. so very convenient.

The room size was good. There were a few things I did not like from the beginning of the stay, at check in I was informed of a $20 a night parking fee, so that was an additional $40 on the bill I did not budget for. I asked for an extra pillow and blanket to use the fold out couch as a bed, I did not receive it until the next day after asking again, we had a pillow delivered to the room. I worked in hospitality for many years, I notice things that others might not see. There was a rip in the bed sheet, also holes in the single towel hung in the bathroom. The room was clean enough, but i was grossed out by the stains on both couches and even the lamp shade. I noticed the cabinet handles in the kitchen had smudges all over so I wiped them clean myself. The top of the microwave was filthy. The level of cleanliness was below what I expected for the price paid. I wont be returning.

We have stayed there multiple times in the past year and love it! The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet- despite being close to a major road. Having a full sized fridge and kitchenette is great for longer stays. There are also quite a few restaurants/food options close by. Staff is friendly and helpful. The pool area is kinda small and it’s between buildings so doesn’t get sun the whole day. That’s not really our priority when we go there, but worth mentioning. We are already planning our next stay!

Property was clean and well stocked. Not a fan of having to pay to park but that’s the world we live in. My biggest and only complaint is no breakfast. I can’t believe for the price per night there is no breakfast, there is an option to buy stuff which I did for 11 more dollars for my daughter.

When I got to the property I had to wait over an hour because they couldn’t find my reservation. After the manager came and took an additional 30 minutes she claimed that Expedia didn’t send over the reservation to their system when I intentionally booked the reservation and were not able to find it. The manager then told me that they were completely sold out and couldn’t provide me with a room.

They do not mention housekeeping is every 7 days so you have to go diwn for fresh towels because none of the phones work- both in the hotel room or if you try calling from your cell phone. They charge for parking and a resort fee but gave no amenities. The shower does not work and the fixtures are not secured. I tried to iron a shirt packed in luggage and the ironing board was broken. Save your money and book at a better maintained property.

We were so disappointed the place felt really old trying to be new. We needed towels, asked the maid service that was in the hall with towels and she said oh you have to go downstairs and get your own towels. Basically anything we needed we had to go downstairs and ask for it. We ran out of toilet paper out of the towels. They never even cleaned the room. We were there five nights we had to throw dirty towels and trash in the hall. We had one large spoon and 1 teaspoon that was all the spoons we had I could go on and on, but I think you get the point.

This was an absolutely terrible stay and one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The photos online are completely misleading—the room looked nothing like what was advertised, which already set the tone for everything that followed. The service was just as bad. The front desk was almost never staffed, and when someone finally showed up, they had a nasty attitude and were zero help. It felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. The room itself was unacceptable. It clearly hasn’t been maintained properly. The tub drain was broken, the window was fogged up so badly you could barely see out of it, and there were no complimentary toiletries at all—something that should be standard. What really pushed this experience over the edge was the false advertising. The website claims there’s breakfast—there is NOT. The mini café? Completely empty. Nothing stocked, nothing available. And housekeeping? Don’t expect it. You have to schedule it, which is already ridiculous, but to make matters worse, there were no available appointments during my entire 3-day stay. Literally had to go buy cleaning supplies from a nearby store and clean the room myself. That is beyond unacceptable.To make matters even worse, the door connecting to the garage was NEVER locked. That is a major safety concern and completely unacceptable for any property, regardless of price. Guests should never have to question their safety. This hotel is poorly managed and misleading.

The location is great just outside the Disney bubble but close enough it didn't make a difference as far as the distance to Disney Springs. Also, close to local shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean witha kitchenette and full sized fridge, the staff is friendly. They have a "cupboard" with snacks to purchase and complimentary coffee. The pool area is small but nice. There is a parking garage with ample spaces and buses to select parks. Would highly recommend this property and stay here again.

Check in was easy, but then I had to walk back out to my car. I was told to park in the parking garage which is VERY dark. The lights only turn on when you are under them. There were also people hanging out in there. I unloaded my car and entered an elevator (ALONE) that was dark, smelled of cigarettes and hot. This takes you to the first floor of garage and a path leads to the back of hotel that is also dark. The door was open, no need to use the keypad, just anyone could walk in. Then you had to walk down a long hallway that led to an elevator. The inside of the hotel was clean. I went to my room, which was very spacious with a small kitchen and sitting area. However the floors were not very clean. The rest of the weekend went without a hitch, but I have to say that I never felt safe. Every time I had to walk out the back of the hotel door (which was never locked) and into that dark parking garage was like sprinting to my car. I do not think that I will ever stay here again because I didn't feel safe.

Hotel room was clean and located where we needed it for the purposes of our trip. Plenty of food and shopping nearby. We had 2 complaints, One it was difficult to figure out the TV channels from the on screen menus. A list of channels on the room would be nice. Secondly, the laundry room was a disaster. Only 1 or 2 of the washing machines worked and only 3 driers worked and by the end of the week the room was totally closed. This was problematic since I needed to wash a uniform every evening and we had to wash it in the sink and use a hair drier to dry it on multiple locations

I felt safe and enjoyed the quiet nature of the hallways. The room was quite comfortable.

Another minor issue was that the bathtub plug was broken and didn't work properly to stop water from going down the drain. It was frustrating having to put a washcloth or my foot on it to stop the bleeding so I could soak after a marathon race. Another issue I saw was that the "stove" burner dial was completely broken off. I didn't use the burners, but I did notice this. It didn't seem to be preventing them from working; it was just another thing that annoyed me about food. Also, they had an ice machine and a refrigerator in the suite, but no ice cube trays or ice buckets to get said ice... very odd, and again, annoying. The staff were ok, but I would have appreciated it if the guy checking me in had been a bit clearer and gone over the hotel's amenities and expectations. None of that was communicated when I checked in, and it would have helped me before I got into my room had I known I would need to get groceries or order food.

The room was huge, clean, an exceeded what I expected. Would come back and stay again for a longer period of time. Also, the staff was wonderful. No safe in room, which I didn’t like. I would have had to pay to rent one at the front desk. Also, you had to pay to park but it was a parking garage. Right around the corner from Walt Disney World.

Front desk staff very friendly and professional. Loved the full sized refrigerator and completely stocked kitchen accessories. Had an issue with the coffeemaker in our room, called the front desk and a new one was brought up within 5 minutes. Also asked for a couple of extra pods and they were delivered within minutes! Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. This is a pet friendly hotel, but didn't have any issues with barking. Will definitely stay here again.

Place is a renovate job. Old fixturing still apparent. Spilled crud on my room door. One ice machine for the whole place and no ice buckets. Broken phone kept buzzing in the night and as soon as ac went off humidity would come back, had to set it at 64 to keep it running. People were nice and it was clean enough for sure. Walls kind of thin and generally don’t get that feeling of clean comfort and quality you’d expect in a 9.0. Also strange cleaner smell in lobby. Was in a convenient location. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 20-40 for a great night’s sleep where all the details are seen to. The receptionist told me that this is a place mostly construction workers. Stay when they’re working on jobs from out of town and it felt like that not a vacationer’s or leisure traveler’s spot.

Stayed one night after a day at Disney- the room was clean but had an odd smell initially. I loved the kitchen, although besides the fridge, no need to use it for just one night. The beds were comfy. The walls in the room were dirty. The towels and wash cloths were dirty and just thrown in the bathroom not placed nicely. The room smelled and felt musty. The beds were horrendous. Sloped in the middle which made it 10 times more uncomfortable. The pillows smelled old. It was cheap so you literally get what you paid for. The best thing about the hotel was the location. It was 6 minutes from Disney springs and 14 minutes away from Disney. And when I checked out Jen was at the front desk she was amazing. Definitely went above and beyond when I wasn’t even expecting anything. So thank you.

The so-called amenities do not match what is advertised. • The washer and dryer, which were listed as perks, were mostly out of order. • The “heated” swimming pool was consistently cold. • The pool deck receives direct sunlight for only about one hour a day, which hardly qualifies as a resort-style experience. Despite this, I was charged an additional “resort fee.” Calling this property a resort is misleading at best. To make matters worse, rooms are not cleaned daily—housekeeping is provided only once per week. When I raised concerns about the resort fee, I was then pressured and gaslighted into signing a contract for future stays, at a nightly rate higher (in Canadian dollars) than what is publicly available on major travel sites, which felt completely inappropriate. Overall, this stay felt overpriced, poorly managed, and misrepresented. Ileana Chris At the front desk are the only reasons I’m giving this place 2 stars.

The bathroom in the room was in poor condition, the towels were very old and worn, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The hallway had a very unpleasant smell, especially in the carpeted areas, which made the environment feel dirty and poorly maintained. The gym exists, but out of three treadmills only one was working. There were also no towels available in the gym. This is supposed to be a newer hotel, so it was surprising to see so many maintenance and quality issues. On top of that, I booked through Hotels.com and the total shown was 140 dollars, but I was charged an additional 20 dollars per day for parking, which was not clearly disclosed in advance. Overall, not a good experience and not what I expected. I would not stay here again.

The property appeared clean overall, the beds were comfortable, and the staff at check-in were very friendly and welcoming. I was texted during the stay asking how things were going, but when I requested additional towels there was no response. The room was not serviced during the stay, which seemed common based on towels and trash bags left in the hallways. The bathroom vent either was not working or was very weak, as steam built up heavily during showers.

The receptionist was not so professional. The room was not so clean as shown in the website.

The front desk attendant name Chris was the worst Ive ever encountered a. t a hotel . I checked in on December 23 and after a long day at Magic Kingdom I checked out December 24 between 11:00 -11:30 pm. I checked into another hotel. My daughter asked Chris for towels a little after we checked in. He made her wait while he passed out towels to 2 other families in her face and laughed. I went to approach him about the issue he picked up his coffee and phone and went into an office left us standing there. He came back out the office on the phone lying on me saying I was threatening him and pointing my finger at him, when he realized my daughter started recording him he asked her are you recording me and changed his story. Tell whoever I wasn’t threatening him. All I said was call the police I want my money back and God will deal with a person like you for lying on me. I begged for my money back he went all around about the boss and general managerMy sheet on my bed was dirty he gave me the sheet to change. I told him I don’t do housekeeping for a living . We waited 20 minutes to check in because of him doing a lot of unnecessary talking asking personal business. My daughters and I slept in one bed together. Chris is a racist. This hotel is old. Room smelt like sewage the next morning coming from the bathroom. I failed my family by choosing this hotel. I redeemed myself I wasn’t gone let Chris with his ignorant, lying ,nasty horrible attitude ruin my kids Christmas vacation.

Great location. Staff was polite. We were missing some kitchen supplies. They accomodate for it quickly. An unpleasant surprise was the expensive parking that was not obvious to us when we booked the hotel.

The room was super clean, equipped with fridge, stove and microwave. The staff was also very nice. Covered parking lot. I didn't even mind paying for it since it was covered. However, the only thing I did not like was being asked to do a time share and that was not the wording used. We booked that hotel because we had a weekend event and it was near the shuttle stop to the event. A time share was not a part of that event or in the schedule. I already said we were busy and then was asked the next morning if we were going. Still no.

Needed a quick overnight stay for a family of 8. The two bedroom suite was a wonderful accomodation. We all rested very comfotably before traveling on the road early in the morning!

Room was clean when we arrived. Room had that chemical cleaner smell. A diffuser would take care of that. If you want room service to clean your room you have to schedule it a day in advance, found that out later in my stay. Other than that, the room was nice, location was great. Would have given it 4 stars but for the fact when we asked for someone to come clean the room, they couldn't accommodate our request.

Stayed here many times, it is our home away from home. Staff is friendly and the property is maintained well. Nothing fancy, no restaurant on site, but plenty of places within walking distance. We usually get a one bedroom king suite, room is spacious with a kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. Great hotel for visiting the theme parks. Already planning on another stay next month

I had a few issues with my stay. Firstly, I didn’t like that appeared as though the room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was some liquid stain on the wall next to the bed, the shower hear was dirty and to make matters worse I went to front desk to put in for the room to be cleaned and was informed that there needs to be 24 hours notice to have the room clean and I went there in a Saturday afternoon to the front desk to make this request. Whiles at the front desk I was further advised that cleaning isn’t done on a Sunday for persons already in the room. I was really disappointed in the brand moreover the room not being properly cleaned.

For the price it definitely exceeded my expectations. It was close to everything I really don’t have any issues with the property.

Upon inspection we found water damage around the window,mold on ceiling in shower and more water damage also in the bathroom that was from the ceiling to halfway down the wall. Front desk called to check if all was good and I told them about it at that time. Was told they would make a note for their manager. We should have insisted for a room change but after driving for 14 hours we just wanted to lay down and sleep. Daughter woke up not feeling well stuffy runny nose, sneezing and chest tightness.Had to use her rescue inhaler and do a breathing treatment on the road. Yes we travel with those things she has asthma. Wonder could it be coincidence or the room as she was in the bed closest to the ac. Needless to say we will not be staying here ever again.

This is an older but well maintained and clean property. the staff was friendly and helpful. Grocery and restaurants with in walking distance or very short car ride. Most Disney attractions 15 minute car ride. Will stay here again.

Bed linens on both beds had holes in them, mold on the AC unit vent. Property was extremely convenient to Disney Springs, Disney Parks, Universal parks and a multitude of shopping options. Kitchen area was nice. Staff was polite. Worth it if you have a family/group & are willing to overlook potentially getting tattered linens & possibly cleaning a bit when you get in.

We usually stay onsite at Disney but for quick trip this was perfect. We just took Ubers and they were easy and plentiful

Room was clean. Staff were not that great. Eapecially the night shift manager who gave me an attitude when I was trying to get an extra stay

With the property being pet friendly I would like to suggest deep cleaning the carpets in the rooms and adding smart tvs this hotel is to nice not to have smart tvs.

They mentioned that we would to pay for parking until when we were booking for the hotel until when we get there, and the fact that we have to pay an extra $40 for 2 days is outrageous not even a valet service and mentioned breakfast, that’s completely ridiculous, I’m very disappointed, I will not coming back.

Clean, easy, great experience overall. Has everything you could want and more for a quick or lengthy stay.

Love staying here! It feels like an apartment rather than an ordinary hotel room. It’s also close and convenient to all the Disney parks along with Disney springs so lots of dining options nearby.

Sad to say, this was my last time at this resort. It's unfortunate for my husband and I because we enjoy the convenience of being close to the Disney parks and the room rates are at an incredibly reasonable price. I will be parting ways with Candlewood Suites for now at least.

I would definitely stay at this property again. This room was lovely, and clean with plenty of space everything about it was wonderful.

Where to start, 1st I was charged extra once I got to the hotel $30/day for parking and $10/day for "convenience fee" which supposed was for pool/laundry and my stay was for 6days so I dished out an extra $280 with taxes for a hotel that was already payed for. 2nd the lady at the front desk had the worst attitude. 3rd they wouldn't clean or brink toiletries because it was an extended stay hotel, first I have heard of this. 4th their dryer melted my wife's bra, I reported it the night it melted so that no one else would use and they didn't even tag it out off service the next morning. Horrible experience

The amount of money that I paid to stay there should have covered the rodent problem!! I have a ten minute video of this rat climbing in a vehicle bumper and running around the parking garage!

Staff was rude, housekeeping and staff would just walk in without any knocking before entering, there was a roach problem, dirty with past guests things in the room. I am now sick from mold in the ac units. They tried not to compensate so now I will dispute with my bank.

Halls are not the cleanest. Still good for the location and spacious suites.

The first room we were assigned to did not have a/c. We were quickly placed in another room where the a/c was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Tbh Candlewood is exceptional, however due to their negligence of not having safety mats in their bath tubs, I had a slip and fall accident that has left me in pain for my entire vacation and a hefty medical bill that continues. I am very disappointed that no one, not even the manager has sought to check in with me after the acc to find out how I am doing. The accident occurred l, they change my room and life goes on. It is an ongoing investigation so it will be very interesting to see how this turns out, because I have and still is in so much pain since that fall. I also noted that I fell and the housekeeper had a huge smirk/grin on her face when the accident was reported and the manager had called her to the room, even though I was obviously shaken. Like everyone had zero concern and that is my disappointment. Outside of my personal accident the facility is actually great.

Decent hotel for the price. It was clean, although, it did smell alittle moldy. I needed a skillet for making eggs for breakfast and the front desk employee found me one quickly. The kitchenette in the room had basic glasses, plates, silverware, but only 1 pot. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a decent size. The hotel did not have free breakfast, but had some items available for purchase. The one thing that I didnt like was the 20.00 parking per night. You parked in a garage and it seemed to me that you could park for free in the garage. You did not habe to get a ticket to enter and there wasnt anything stating that you had to pay. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Tips for a Better Stay: Make use of the on-site free laundry facilities — perfect for longer stays. Take advantage of the lending locker for board games, small appliances, and more. Book early if you’re visiting during peak season to get the best rates. Request a higher-floor room for a quieter experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando — we will definitely be coming back!

Love the room and the parking

Great food options nearby. Close to Disney and outlets. Great gym and laundry access. Lleana is a superstar as is the rest of the front office staff. You will enjoy your stay here. Just give it a try and see for yourself.

We checked in they do not explain what incidentals are going to be charged and also our room smelled did not have milk downstairs didn’t want to go get it and told me I could door dash it . It also they put hold on my card and 3 weeks later still haven’t taken it off hold. Now have to go through my card and fight charges. I will never stay at candle wood again and the people on the phone are very rude. And weee not on the same page as far as how much money was going back in my card. Every person that I have talked to has had a different amount. And 3 weeks later still have a pending charge.
