They are just idiots you will book your room but when you reached there they will say they don’t have room never ever go to this hotel suggestion for all

In breakfast there was only one egg with two slices and tea was terrible when I asked for two eggs staff said we are told one egg per room Location was ok near to my office but there was no heating in the room and it was very cold and they didn’t provide any external heaters they had no Wi-Fi available at all As said on booking. Com they had high speed Wi-Fi sadly they have none and no heaters in this cold weather they should mention everything this was a blunt lie also for breakfast atleast two eggs with pan cakes or fruits should serve they had no soaps or shampoo the first day nor they had towels then later they provided little pouches of soap not international standard at all . I got sick due to coldness in the room .

The location was nice. Restaurants like DERRA and shopping stores like Outfitters and MINISO were at walking distance. The room size was spacious and lightings were okay. Those who are looking for a reasonable and economical hotel in a good location can consider this. Our room was on the second floor and there were no lifts available. The decor was a bit old, and it would be better to replace it with a classier style. The bathroom wasn't good. The basin pipe was leaking and the water was spreading all over the floor. There was no exhaust fan available and the exhaust opening was closed with a carton. There wasn't any hot water in the bathroom. Cleanliness was a bit poor, and our dustbin had lots of ants formed on it, but it was cleaned by our request. Please improve this.

Staff was friendly and location was close to my work but no hot water is a big thing in winter weather Hotel had no hot water facility and no heater in winter it’s crazy also they don’t have iron

He charged 5500 though I canceled the booking just after 30 minutes. The room charges were 4300 initially and upon cancellation he told that the rates had increased so he charged more. The cancellation was done free but he didn't refund the money kept whole day payment of 5500 though the room key was returned after 30 minutes, as we didn't like it. Very unprofessional behavior, if they wanted to keep the payment they could 50% but changing full and that too on high rate was worst customer service experience.

Nothing Kindly think twice before booking, see the property and don't go for images. I did not stay and cancelled my booking after checking the room and hotel. Shady, dirty, improperly managed, broken items.

Nothing They haven't provided any blanket, it was soo cold inside.

Nothing was good honestly - however the staff at the reception tried hard to to speak kindly to ensure the ratings at the website are not impacted. Everything was off at my stay 1. Fans, windows were full of dust 2. Bathroom was not clean and Muslim shower was leaking 3. The entire place outside the room was upside-down, some renovation was going probably 4. There were birds below the staircase 5. Sofa was in a bad condition 6. Cupboard from inside was full of dust 7. They didn't have comforters so upon request sent a bedsheet with stains 8. The staff asked for money (as tip) after giving FREE breakfast 9. The biggest problem was the door didn't have a lock key - it was supposed to be locked by a basic lock on the door which could have opened easily. I would never recommend anyone to consider staying here !!

They make up with attitude what they lack in facilities

I didn’t stay there for long time but I was impressed from the behavior of the staff
