Room is clean and nice decoration. After booking, I got contact from the hotel via WhatsApp asking for payment in advance by wire transfer?? What the hack? I refused and pay when check-in. They cannot accept my credit card (MasterCard).

Clean, spotless furniture and comfortable room. Bathtub was the main reason I chose this place to stay and I must say I am so happy that I chose this. THe staff members were so considerate and helpful specially Ghulam Hussain, Shazaib and Waseem, helped me with small little things. Mister Badar, Haider and shuja managed my luggage and gave me extra hours to stay when my flight got delayed Honestly, there isn’t a single thing I disliked. Everything was excellent

It was clean and the staff was good they also let us checkout a bit late upon request as our flight was delayed. Shahzaib, waseem and haider were of great help. Breakfast was good too The lightening in the room and washroom needs improvement it was a bit too dark for me.

The hitel is very clean, nice decor and room size and finish is excellent. The hotel staff especially are super friendly, very helpful and professional. Especially the receptionist Haider Ali and the housekeeping team shazaib, waseem who were very very friendly and professional….and the team lead: Ghulam Hussain was always greeting with a smile and making sure our stay is comfortable and that the room cleanliness is in top shape! Overall everything was good , dont have much negative to say.

Definitely need bigger bathroom with more lights. Hot water is extremely hot, I couldn't adjust the tempertaure Bathroom doesn't have any place to put your staff like makeup and shaving kit. Very bad lighting in the bathroom very hard to see your face in the mirror.

The hotel is very stylish❤️All of staffs are extremely helpful with smiling ☺️ especially the manager Badar as well as the hotel Owner? The toilet paper roll holder was missing, but it’s understandable because they just opened recently. Toilet water was leaking all the time?even the technician staff came to fix it, but not last longer….. Toilet bidet automatically came off quite often.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Mr Ghulam who was very courteous and helpful. The interior is amazing, very clean and well kept. The room was soundproof and spacious. In the breakfast, the tea and coffee were below average. Rest was very good.
