The sliding barn style door for the bathroom wasn’t able to be opened from inside the bathroom when fully shut. We got stuck inside and had to be rescued. Thankfully I was not traveling alone and someone was in the room to get me out. The elevator had a delay in the door opening. One of the hotel staff was in the elevator with us and said it happens all the time. That occasionally they get stuck in it for several minutes until it decides to open. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The staff was top notch and it was East to check in and out and had a good of breakfast

We arrived about 1:45 pm (check-in at 3) and we were told that we would have to pay $50 for early check-in which is ridiculous!! We sat in lobby until check in at 3.

The only thing I did not like that, you have to plan to go to last anyone to get in your room

The area was so nice My bed had stains on the sheets and I was so tired I just slept in the chair and didn’t bother anyone

-She did not apologize or show any empathy -She said her manager was not there -She denied any help with a refund since I paid to sleep in a hotel that I could not sleep! -The manager has not called me back -They "can't find" my name or reservation number -They won't refund because it was through Expedia Do not go to this terrible business.
