It's pretty expensive enough to say breakfast is not included. Moreover, I didn't see it that the booking doesn't include breakfast. Please distinguish more significantly next time Good fare, and fair service

Great hotel, location easily accessible, great garden with restaurant and bar - Swimming pool clean and easy to access but not to public. Overall, Sheraton as always upholds a high standard. I asked the staff to change my email ID so I gained my points on my Marriot account, never received my points

Staff are really nice. Faith at reception was polite n even gave me an upgrade for me being the first time there. Her service was top. Like the beds and pillows comfortability. I think it need a little refurbishing

Location and safety The food was great .but the bathroom standard was 3star standard and not a five star standard and the toilet need to be changed and if the bathroom can be renovated would be perfect.

The breakfast was good The fact that I couldn’t get discounts when I checked in at around 1:00 am on the 18.12.24 and checked out at around 05:00am 18.12.24.

The rooms and building, in general, are aged and tired; this is obvious from the first minute you set foot on the premises. There is definitely no value for the money being asked to pay. If I knew better I would have chosen another hotel.

The club lounge The rug was filthy, the pillows were old. The room was priced 50% above similar hotels. I stayed because of a good experience 3years ago.
