It was clean They have no good food, no good wifi, no Netflix you only get basic TV unless you want to pay for the highest rooms, the security guard is rude, the hall ways are hot and you have to walk up lots of flights of stairs to get to your room, there is hardly any parking and its hard to locate because of the way they put it deep on a small side street.. they need a pool have the area but didnt put it .

I like the hotel. It's clean and tidy. The reception guys and the room attendants are nice. The gate men are good too. The oha soup I ordered was terrible. Very tick and tasteless. I didn't eat it and requested for egusi soup but they still charged me both the oha that I didn't eat and the egusi soup. The gari was horrible. The gari was done as if it was a dog or so that will eat it. I felt robbed of 10k when I still paid for oha soup that I didn't eat at all. That's my 3rd time of lodging at the hotel but still got robbed like that. Not good ?

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Capitol to prepare for my wedding, and I must say, it was one of the best decisions I made. I landed from London on the 30th of March and left yesterday, the 7th of April – and every single day here has been exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff were truly amazing – attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special shout-out to OPEYEMI, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort – truly an incredible person with a heart for service! I stayed in Room 405, Valley View, and it was simply perfect. Spacious, spotless, and tastefully designed, with a view that makes you pause and appreciate the moment. The housekeeping team was top-notch, maintaining high standards and ensuring the room always felt fresh and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and well thought out – with a nice variety to choose from and a kitchen staff that genuinely cared. They even checked up on me to ensure every meal was served right and satisfying. The front desk team was professional and well-trained, always courteous and efficient. I also appreciated the regular evening check-ins from the Hotel Manager, a thoughtful touch that shows how much the management values guest experience. Security was another big win for me. The hotel is located within a secured estate, and it also has its own dedicated security team. I felt completely safe at all times, which allowed me to truly relax and focus on the wedding prep. Oh, and let’s not forget the super-fast WiFi – a must-have these days, and they nailed it! Hotel Capitol is not just a place to stay – it's a place to feel cared for. From the staff to the facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines comfort, security, quality service, and a personal touch, Hotel Capitol is it. Thank you for being a part of this beautiful chapter in my life.

Proximity to my meeting locations Very difficult to locate. Access road from the main road is so tiny. Sign post isn’t visible enough. Didn’t get a towel for over 6hrs even after calling twice. Complimentary was not given for 2days, on the last day they brought one at about 6pm after I called to request for water.

The location of the hotel is really bad with an awful ambiance in the common areas. The breakfast wasn't ready until 11.00 am. This hotel is more priced than the value. I'll never stay in the hotel again.
