Very friendly and helpful staff and a LOVELY property well located in the historic city center & super nice & spacious rooms! I loved every minute of the authentic charm & the location! Breakfasts were delicious and way more food I could eat. ¡¡GRACIAS POR UNA HERMOSA ESTADÍA!!

Hotel is AWESOME !!!! Wow, it is like a museum with all the nice decor...and the bedroom WOW super lovely, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, staff super friendly, mint candy all around free to grab, a block away from the center of the town this was very convenient. Quiet area, walking distance to local shops and great food options. Staff provided a recommendation to have lunch and we loved it. Will come back to this hotel. You can hear everything, we were next to the lunch area and yes we could hear people talk, which in a way was a bit uncomfortable but does not deter us from coming back.

Clean, comfortable, parking available on site. Restaurant downstairs was great. Good food, friendly staff. Right across from plaza, shops and Italian Coffee Company nearby. Toilet was leaking.

The casona was lovely, they upgraded us to a bigger room when we discovered the room they'd given us didn't have any windows and smelled strongly of disinfectant. There was no parking, not even a place you could pull in, and the only parking lot was 3 blocks away. We arrived tired, at 9pm, and it was a long walk back. We were only staying a night, so had to unpack the bare necessities of we needed at the parking lot then carry it back. The man and woman at reception didn't seem to see any issues with any of this. However, when we discovered the room they'd given us didn't have any windows and smelled strongly of disinfectant, they did move us to another room.

Charming. Large suites. Excellent location. Staff was amazing! Everything was lovely. A couple of improvements would be to have real butter (not margarine) and jam (not little Heinz packets) at breakfast and also cream for the delicious coffee—not coffee mate. It’s the little things that would make this excellent.

The breakfast and the overall service from the hotel was amazing and all the girls there were very attentive and polite. The location was 10/10. everything was perfect.

It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay there again. The staff were wonderful. Just a truly unique hotel with lots of charm and character. No hair dryer or iron. This was a big disappointment and not expected. A hotel of this quality should have these in every room.

if I liked the overall feeling ambience of the property, each room has a particular theme and no two rooms are the same. It didn’t feel like a stuffy hotel. It felt more like a vacation home, a home away from home. I wish they would’ve had more lavender to keep away mosquitoes, or have mosquito repellent, mosquito zappers, or anything to reduce the number of overall mosquitoes.

Excellent!! For any English speaking visitors I highly recommend this place! The location is prime, just a stone's throw from the main Cathedral, Town Square, Museums, and dozens of great places! When my ride wasn't showing up until 3 pm the day of check-out, they were happy to allow me a few extra hours so that I want lugging my bags all over town. Plus, THEY COOK YOUR BREAKFAST FROM SCRATCH! Which was beyond delicious by the way.. Truly an incredible experience. Thank you Casona De Tete!
