The food was great, both breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed the bar services as a group. The rooms were beautiful, as was the view. I did not get my da nata when I checked out and my friends did.

The property was wonderful! Beautifully maintained and immaculate. Breakfast buffet was awesome with so much variety and quality items. The rooms are spacious and as advertised. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Nice to be outside the city and so close to the beach and beach boardwalks. Would be nice to have some additional options for dinner rather than the buffet and the limited selection in the small snack bar. Buffet was 47 Euros per person which was quite a bit if you were wanting a light meal.

Nothing, everything was fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay at Iberostar Lagos! The food was excellent — the buffet was as good as it gets, with plenty of variety and great gluten-free options. The facilities were beautiful and well-maintained — the pool, lobby, and bars are absolutely stunning. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the water stations on each floor, good parking, and the friendly, welcoming staff. The location is also great — close to the beaches and easy to get around. That said, there are a few things that could be improved. The condition of our room wasn’t quite up to the same standard as the rest of the resort — there were some stains on the floor, and it had a bit of an odor that could use attention. We also did the half-board option and felt it was a little disappointing that basic drinks like pop, tea, coffee, and even water weren’t included. It would’ve been nice to pay a bit extra upfront and have those beverages covered instead of being charged for every drink.

Wonderful staff, location, and will definitely be back again!

Clean, open spacious, quiet I think the dinner buffet is overpriced.

nothing I can think of tbh

couch for kids was uncomfortable

The lobby and common areas were beautiful. The weight staff at the pool bar. The pools were too cold. The quality of the food and cocktails were terrible. The bathrooms in the room have no privacy. Finding your way around the building was difficult. They need signs pointing to where the elevators are. I feel like this hotel is highly overpriced.

The property was close to the ocean and had a really nice ocean view. The staff were friendly and willing to help. Had to request to use the iron which took long. No one helped with our luggage upon arrival which was also inconvenient as the uber driver assisted us.

No AC on common areas, restaurant, lobby, corridors... Staff not well trained and poorly in english and in portuguese!

Great location Breakfast buffet was good Lunch and dinner sub par Initially given a room on ground floor. It was moldy, dark and musty. I had terrible allergies in that room. I ended up getting very ill. I paid for a room upgrade which I regret paying for. The room should have been compensated for me. I had double booked a room, one of booking.com and one in person. I didn’t realize bookiing, com actually had the room booked. I thought I had cancelled it. The hotel charged me for twice for the first night because they didn’t say I cancelled in time, but I had called several times to try and resolve the trouble bookiing days prior to my arrival. I called a week ahead as soon as I got the reminder notification from booking.com. Overall I overpaid for this property and experience and was ill for the Holliday due to the filthy snd Moldy room. Despite emailing the hotel and engaging with them, they didn’t reply to my final email and ultimately was not refunded for the night that I was double charged. Not happy about that. Will not be back or recommend to my friends or family. My friends and I paid over 6 thousand dollars for our stay.

Iberostar is in a great location in Lagos, the hotel itself is very well maintained and the rooms were very comfortable (we stayed in pool view room) Ana and Edson made checking in very easy and even though we arrived at 10am for a 1500 check in we were very much looked after. Complimentary breakfast and full use of the pool facilities for the day. Karan by the pool bar was fantastic and he really brought brightness to our day. Each and every one of the star camp members Sophia, Katrina and Noemi really care about the kids and made the in house entertainment fun and enjoyable. The food was amazing fresh lots of choice throughly enjoyed, I also really like how the hotel has a focus on sustainability with water filters and can refill daily at your own leisure. Beautiful beach across the road and a lovely walk/ run along the boardwalk in Lagos (20-25min walk) our 5 year old did with us on a several occasions. We will definitely be back and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lagos The Spa jacuzzi was cold / steam room was average. Very minor things on the grand scheme of things
