The room was Okay, the breakfast was a plus but the bread was old and smell old. The internet was down so we had to wait 2 hours for a room which was really a waste of a room because it took so long to get in it. The internet was down and it should be a better way to help customers who is not paying cash. Over all, we was just trying to get out the rain and get some rest.

I'm checking in for my reservation I feel very unsafe in the parking lot and requested my refund it was denied told me they didn't care if I felt unsafe or not

Nice large rooms and comfortable bed.

A last minute option. Rooms are cleaned as best as they can be. My room had makeup and hair in both beds. We made it work.

Location was great. Price should have not been in the same tier as the hotels around it. This place is old and outdated.

The staff at check in was so friendly!! The rate seemed high, but it was a high demand weekend.

The staff is the exceptional part of this hotel! Always friendly and welcoming. I'd say the property is a bit dated but not bad. Pillows could be bigger and we'd personally prefer a firmer mattress and softer sheets but everything was well stocked and comfortable. Close to lots of dining and shopping options as well. We would stay here again.

There was a musty oldish smell in the hallway on the way to the room, made me wonder what the room was going to be like. But the room was clean and smelled okay.
