Was horrible!! They were remodeling. Have no down stairs rooms only up stairs. They are redoing all the stuff down stairs so everything a mess. All the stuff is where the breakfast is. The main bathrooms are locked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BOOKING WITH THEM

Dining room is dirty bedrooms have a bugs

It was way overpriced considering how old it was and also all the updated materials were all over the entrance No breakfast it was one of the worst motels I have ever stayed in and the prices were outrageous Taking advantage of a grandchild’s graduation and many visitors

However, the staff members were very friendly and welcoming.

This was a classic bait and switch. Photos on the Hotels.com website did not come close to what the actual placed looked like and my wife did not talk to me until about 14 hours after we left this crap hotel. If it is between sleeping in your back seat or this place, take the back seat

The room was ok the pillows were the size of couth through pillows. I told the staff the our intire hallway smalled strong of pot. Nothing was done. It was just as strong when we got back hours later and still the next day. It would kinda followed us in when we came and went. It would go away in our room. Parking was fine. Didn't need the laundry facilities. When we were checking in one of us had to use the restroom. The women's bathroom was padlocked shut. Unavailable completely. There was just stuff piled up everywhere had a hard to get to our room. I would not recommend.

Liked that ot had a microwave and mini fridge. Surprised it had a jacuzzi tub. Liked that we could check in late. Checking in and out was easy. Can hear people next door and cars outside. Smelled like smoke. Also something wad leaking and caused rug to be wet

Main room light switch is on a sensor facing in the hallway so it randomly automatically turns off. Toilet is too low, toilet paper is almost as nice as the paper it comes wrapped in. The TV mount was flimsy and you could take the TV off should you so chose. No elevator.

no breakfast only a snack bar. kind of pricey for what was being offered but all in all was a really nice stay. it looked like they were in the middle of doing renovations so theyre were things scattered about the halls and front entry way but you were still able to walk through safely. one outlet in my room didn't have a face plate covering it and there was cobwebbs in the corners of the room. the bathroom was really small. they also only provided 1 towel 1 wash rag and 1 hand towel even though i booked the room for two people. i was at least expecting 2 of everything. there was also no hand soap in the room so we ended up using a face and body bar soap.

I like the location The staff and up keep on property

The location the staff was very friendly my room was very clean as always and it's one of my favorite hotel

There were multiple electrical issues in the room. Several outlets did not work. The TV turned itself on in the middle of the night. The biggest complaint was the motion sensor light that came on, lighting up the whole room anytime someone went to the bathroom, with no way to turn it off. It was annoying in the extreme, keeping our autistic son awake.

The property was under construction, the 1st room I was assigned had mold in the shower along the wall and ceiling in the bathroom. The second room given had no fire alarms in the room.

Clean rooms

This property appeared to be under renovation. There was lots of partially done projects like paint, plaster doors hinges carpet lights fans. The room itself was clean, but marijuana permeated the air both in the room and in the hallway.

The bathroom sink and shower were dirty, not cleaned well in sometime. The shower head was clogged and water pressure was horrible; more water came out of the spout during shower than out of the shower head.

Bath tub was cracked Nice beds and pillows

BEWARE: They charge $ 100 AFTER they've already charged you for the room. For " in case of damages" even though the card is on file. When go to collect deposit upon leaving, "it takes a few days" Not sure they know how deposits work. And as far as "in case of damages"..the whole room is already dameaged. Microwave didnt work, only fan worked on wall unit so good luck in summer., bathroom fixtures coming out of wall, the whole place smells like unflused toilets. .. Just a very bad decision overall... *note* as I was leaving, another gentleman who was still staying there had a list of complaints and was treated the same way... Spend the 10 bucks more up the street...trust me!
