The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely amazing. I had forgotten my phone charger so he let me borrow his until I could get my phone charged at 100%.

Friendly staff, clean room but smelled strongly of garlic. I guess I would prefer that to overly-scented deodorizer/cleaner! Rooms have been updated but starting to show some wear and tear for sure. Bathroom door had to be shoved closed and was pretty loud. Overall I would stay here again.

Pool was cold and water was a green color. Breakfast was decent but, had to wait for it to be refilled.

Although the rooms were beautiful and clean, they had a moist wet feeling, but will give understanding due to an indoor pool. Indoor pool lighting and aesthetic is not appealing. Windows that creates the glass affect with the pool needs to be service. Front desk customer service was excellent at all times. Laundry attendant, offered towels by knocking on the door They only had two big towels, incomplete but will give understanding because Sunday is a checkout day. ( mines was Monday) I’ve purchased two rooms the second room that I personally did not stay in received after midnight prank calls, multiple times creating an uncomfortable feeling, but not enough to be fearful. Please invest in coffee cup sleeves cups, get extremely too hot to hold can be a possible hazard issue for any adult and especially minors If Wi-Fi is offered free will every booking it should be listed in every room - password Beds & all linen, including pillows, was extremely comfortable and clean

Gym was full of non functioning equipment. Poor airconditioning. Laundry takes coins but there is coins exchange available from front desk. People are vaping in the common area.

Traveled across the country and stopped in for a night to get some well needed rest. The woman at the front desk was so kind & made checking in a breeze. The room was beautiful & well kept. I felt safe as a woman traveling solo. Right next to good places to eat. I would recommend staying here to anyone. Prices were also great.

I have been traveling for two weeks across US with my family. We have one of the best stays to spend the nigh. Great service, clean, we loved the room and the breakfast was really good. Excellent place to stop!

i spent 120 on a room and got denied because i’m not 21, I’m 20 and immediately the lady at the front desk (Kellie) was super rude and told me i had to leave and i wasn’t allowed to get a room. I switched the reservation to someone who is 21 and i still got denied and kicked out because it’s against policy to switch it, but i looked it up and it was allowed and booking.com said it was allowed too because they had to go through the hotel to register it again and they accepted it but when i get there i’m still not allowed in, even with someone 21+. i tried to get my money back and explained the whole situation to booking.com and the hotel but was still told i have to pay to get my money back, i don’t even have the money to begin with i needed a room to sleep in and spent all my money on it just to basically get stabbed in the back by booking.com and the hotel, i just want my money back and to move on from this whole situation that took money from me and a place to sleep

This was an exceptional stay for the price. Very clean and updated rooms. The staff members were very friendly and personable. We have no complaints and would book again if we are ever in the area.

Room smelt like pee. No hot water from the sink. Hair everywhere. Kilt 3 spiders and a mosquito lol overall the cleaning could have been better

Stayed in a King Suite with 3 adults and a dog. Plenty of room. The eggs at breakfast tasted like powdered eggs, but everything else was good. Coffee was WAY too hot. Needed to double cup or you couldn't hold it. Property was sandwiched between the interstate (our room was on that side, so traffic noise throughout the night) and a Meijer which made getting snacks, light lunch ingredients easy.
