Very comfortable rooms and beds. The staff is extremely friendly. There are great breakfasts available each morning. I have stayed here 4 years in a row when I am in the area to visit family. It is my preferred place!

Everything was fine until checkout. We called and asked for a bit later checkout as we waited for breakfast items to be replenished & they refused & then began pounding on door at 11 threatening a charge as we were bathing up out suitcases.

The faucet to wash hands is located too far away from the bowl. Too much of the water goes to the counter. Access to the toilet and shower very awkward and the door tends to close by itself. There are no drawers or shelf storage space for clothing only hanging.

The breakfast menu was good, although a little short on options for gluten free eaters; but these included fruit and ham and frosty flakes. Room was clean and well appointed. Hot tub was clean and enjoyable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This is by far my favorite place to stay when we visit this part of Denver. The rooms are always so clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable and its location is perfect!

Location was good for where we were going We found shoes in our room that weren’t ours and we also found a toy that had been left behind… the breakfast could have been better. There wasn’t just simple eggs and bacon/sausage like you normally have in the morning. They had a weird keilbasa and egg bagel.

It was ok, the only downside the front desk called at 10:58 and told me I needed to check out. I said I know check out is at 11:00 I’m heading down now. That was annoying, I work at a hotel and we give our patrons a 15 minute grace period to check out.

Staff is amazing. Was hard to keep my husband out of the warm cookies every night. Breakfast was awesome. Nice variety of foods. Always had hot coffee day or night. Room was immaculate. No need to bring shampoo and cream rinse. They have plenty in the showers. Definitely coming back on our next trip!

I was there to be close to the medical center because I had a close relative hospitalized there. The breakfast and location were so helpful to me. Unfortunately, I really didn’t have the opportunity to use any of the special facilities. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Nice room and property!

Our room was spotless. The staff was phenomenal, so very caring and willing to offer help if needed. We had just endured a rather rough experience at an Airbnb. We were extremely early, just wanted to let Lisa at the front desk know our car would be in the parking lot. She was so kind in inviting us in for coffee and to relax in the lounge. All your staff exhibited exemplary customer service!

The property is convenient to Denver, Boulder and not far for a trip to Estes and Fort Collins. This is our second stay at this location and will definitely use it again

Room was very nice and the staff was very friendly.

1) The water in my first room was just tepid, so I had a couple of rather uncomfortable showers. Initially I turned down the offer to change rooms because I was settled in, and they made an attempt to fix the problem, but it didn't result in much hotter water. So I accepted their offer to change rooms and troom hat was done well. 2) My bathroom smelled of mold. I have a pretty sensitive nose for it. Room 226. I could see that there was some water damage to the wallpaper near the floor and that's probably where the source of the smell was from. But the bathroom needs to be stripped, cleaned and sealed around the shower enclosure. Other than that my stay was good.

The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. I forgot my phone charger and when I got back to the hotel that evening I was on 4% battery. Trevor at the front desk let me borrow his personal phone charger without even a thought. His customer service not just myself but the other guests as I watched, was incredible. I used to work in the hotel business and I can tell you he is a quality employee and great person.

Everything at the hotel was clean and well ordered. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The only negative we experienced was very early the 2nd morning of our stay the guests in the room above us stomped and ran back and forth between 5:30-7:00 am. We later learned they were part of a high school wrestling team.

No breafast was plain no texture, or flavor. Parking was great.

The rooms are always clean. I stayed for 3 days and the power went off every day due to high winds. The hotel does not have a generator and guests were in the dark for hours at a time each day. I was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out. A man in the room directly across from me was yelling, ranting and raving, nonstop all night long. He was out of his mind. I didn’t get any sleep that night. I reported it to the front desk that they needed to call the police. I was not the only guest to complain. I have stayed here many times in the past few years as it is close to my son’s house when I visit. This stay was so unpleasant, I think I will have to stay elsewhere next time.

We enjoyed our second stay at this lovely hotel, the staff are so nice and the breakfast is delicious but the staff that runs the breakfast are beyond amazing. We’ll be making this our go to hotel when we visit Lafayette.

We walked into our room, and they had a ozone machine going. We called front desk and were told to get out of room and they would put us in a new room, and they did. Very nice room, but the bed and pillows were horrible! Did not sleep much. Woke up at 530am and left!

This is a nearly new Hampton Inn located in Lafayette, Co, a growing suburban neighborhood between Boulder and Denver. My room was located on the ground floor and was exceptionally large, comfortable, and well-decorated. Large convenient bathroom and shower. Very friendly front desk crew.

The inside of the hotel and all of the staff were excellent, however the landscaping out side the property was not kept up.

We arrived late on may 26, after getting stranded at the airport. The night clerk was a very nice young fella and very helpful and understanding. He even provided us some toohpaste and brushes. Since we didnt have or baggage from the airport. He helpped make our situation less stressful.

. The waffle machine is a hit. . Love the fresh fruit offerings. . Coffee in the lobby full time is terrific. . Cookies in the lobby in the afternoon a great idea! . We liked the gym, pool and jacuzzi, a very nice, clean area. . Nice, easy parking, but and EV charger(s) is needed.

Every staff member we came in contact with was kind, helpful and pleasant. The entire hotel was clean and up to date. Breakfast was good and all items were kept stocked.

The staff was very friendly. We did have one issue that probably wasn't the hotel's fault. Expedia showed this Hampton as having King suites, which they don't. So, we ended up with 2 Queen beds and no separate sitting room. They apologized and it worked out fine.

The hotel and staff are wonderful. The only negative was that a crazy, homeless person was screaming outside our window for 1 1/2 hrs. The first time the police came and told him not to trespass but he returned and continued screaming. The second time the police came they took him away. Apparently this happens about 3x/week especially in the winter because the hospital across the street discharges them and they come over to the hotel. Otherwise the staff and accommodations are excellent.

Very friendly front desk. I had asked online for a room above 1 st floor but was given a first floor room. The bathroom had a most ridiculous sink- you could barely get your hands under the water. The breakfasts were wonderful. The fan blew right onto the bed making it uncomfortable but it was necessary since it was so hot when I was there.

Great, quiet and clean. My one and only “complaint” would be that they did not have orange juice in the breakfast buffet. Wonderful place to stay!

Excellent place

I always enjoy staying at a Hampton Inn, especially when traveling with my family. Everything at this Hampton was up to standard, except for the pool area. I would not normally mind, but when you choose a hotel like a Hampton, and pay extra so your kids can enjoy a swim after a week of camping in the parks, and they are psyched up for that, it is hard to see their disappointment. The pool was so green with algie that could not bring ourselves to get in. The whirlpool was down for maintenance. We complained to the GM but the next morning it was all the same. If you have kids that want to swim, I would look for anther place!

Absolutely loved the level of hospitality as soon as we arrived. The breakfast was great. My kids were able to enjoy the pool, unfortunately the hot tub was not working.

Possibly the most distracted view in this hotel (the pool room roof is right below us), but that’s unique to this room, we’ve been here many times and no other has this problem. Floor boards in the bathroom (room 201) need some minor grout repairs, but otherwise is great.

The his is such an amazing hotel with an amazing staff. The room was large and comfortable. The staff helped me extend my stay and were so accommodating when I confused my check out date due to my mom being in the hospital. They were so kind and helpful and I am grateful to them.

I was terribly disappointed that my 80 year old father reserved this room because my 77 year old mother was hospitalized across the street. They released her to go home and we live 4 hours away so we tried to cancel and the hotel and the hotels.com would not cancel it for a refund. So we were charged full price of 215$ and we never stepped foot on the property.
