Staff was welcoming and polite. When we had a problem they took care of us and made us feel like family. Also the free breakfast is why I chose best western.

This property is extremely outdated and rundown. Our room smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. The manager was very nice and tried to accommodate us by giving us a dehumidifier and a spray bottle of room spray, but it was not acceptable for the amount of money we spent on the room. The bathroom shower curtain was dingy. There were orange stains on the bathroom floor. The carpet was old and seemed dirty. The bedding was old. I felt like the picture on the Expedia app did not match the room we had at all.

The property is old and dated. Our room had a very musty smell to it.

My only complaint is about the maintenance of the room. There was a burned out light bulb above the bathroom sink. Easy enough to replace but it never was. The toilet also had trouble flushing. Staff and maintenance both tried using a plunger, but it never completely fixed the problem. In all, I had a great stay while I was here and will recommend it to all who ask.

The breakfast and parking were a plus. Breakfast was a buffet style excellent grits, make your own waffle. No extra charge for parking. 24 hour coffee available.

Everything was great only thing i would think is maybe have a heater for the pool when it's a little cool out, other than that staff, room, location all were great!

The area itself wasn’t bad at all, and the hotel has a cute, cozy feel to it. The only thing I would mention is that the property does seem a bit outdated compared to other Best Westerns I’ve stayed at, and it could benefit from some updates. That being said, everything was clean and well-kept, so I really can’t complain. Overall, it was a good stay, and the excellent service especially from Zoey made it even better :)

We checked in after 9:30 pm, and the lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. She got us extra blankets and pillows for our boys. (They'll share a bed, just not blankets!) Our room was clean, with plenty of towels for our family of four. We lied that they have a curved shower curtain rod! The beds were not comfortable at all, you could feel all the springs. The pillows were fluffy, but went flat quickly. The AC worked, but was quite loud when it kicked on. And you could hear ALL the noises outside the window from the road. We went to breakfast a little after 7 am and they were already out of eggs and sausage. The lady who was refilling the food was using her gloved hand to carry the food from the microwave in the prep area out to the chafing dishes. Not a bowl, just handfuls of food. We checked out after breakfast, so we did not use the pool or any amenities.The girl working the front desk in the morning was not as personable. She was wrapped in a blanket and on her phone when I walked up. It was fine for a one night stay, but definitely not worth the price! Wouldn't chose to stay there again, mainly because of the uncomfortable beds.

Room was clean, staff was extremely friendly. Every staff person we walked by spoke to all in our party. We couldn’t ask for friendlier staff. The only thing we had a problem with is the gas station on backside of lot was extremely loud. The breakfast was good, it would be nice to have bacon some 😘 We will stay there again!!

Staff was so nice. The hotel was clean and overall fine. Construction around the hotel was a nightmare sometimes as there is only the one road to get into the hotel. I have one suggestion. I don't carry cash usually so housekeeping should add a cash app or venmo to their envelopes. I would have given tips if that was an option.

I selected this hotel for it's location to an event I attended. I enjoyed the size of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great, the grits and gravy was hot, not like warm. It was a pleasure staying there.

One observation is that please bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion bc the room we were in didn’t offer those nice options n the shower area! Overall still nice , clean stay!

My only disappointment was that the elevator was down the weekend I stayed and we were in the 3rd floor.

I did not use the property for any services other than to sleep and eat breakfast before spending the entire day with my family.

The woman at the front desk was extremely pleasant. Employees were very helpful with ensuring I received my UPS delivery as soon as it arrived. The room was nice. The only issue was the tv and it was disappointing because there was only one channel and I could not figure out how to get anything other that a channel no one would watch. I had to use my laptop for entertainment while I relaxed. I'm 6'3" and the bathtub was big enough for me to soak. There was no coffee pot in the room but there was breakfast and coffee for guests in the morning. So overall, staff and room were great, TV almost ruined the stay, though. So, here is a photo of the room and here is what I had to do with my computer since tv had only one channel.

Excellent price for the experience. Clean room, building and grounds. A few small maintenance deficiencies but nothing egregious. Bring your own usb wall plug and charging cable. Two thumbs up.

Didnt like the fact that they had to be counted as though we were going to steal them. My family & I were on vacation. We don't have to steal. I gave her what we had and then she gave me more. Made me send them an email ahead of time will all sorts of extra info, when i arrived had given my room to someone else, next to very busy 4 lane road and 2 large gas stations making it super noisy, room was average, poor hot water, and no elevator. Definately not worth anything near the price to stay there.

They said they found remnants of ashes in my room after I departed and charged me for smoking! They didn’t even notify me about it either as they just charged my card. When I questioned on why I wasn’t notified they said it’s because people get upset! Maybe they get upset because they didn’t smoke nor do they smoke. My family didn’t get good sleep as the room next door sounded like a party all night long! My first Best Western experience and will be my last

I didn't get the suite I paid for. The hot water never got hot the whole i was there when i addressed the situation the answer i received was oh we have had complaints about the water being warm it wasn't even warm it was COLD.I couldn't rest the people that was above sound like they was having a party again I addressed the situation and was told we don't have anymore rooms avaliable. The microwave was horrible oh my God and i have always came here with no problems but not no more.

This was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever visited. The staff was excellent. The only drawback was the lack of hot water. The water was warm but not as hot as I’m accustomed to. We stayed at this hotel several times and I will stay again.

The room was clean, there was a oder i think was chemical, possible cleaning fluid.Breakfast had many options although th eggs were powdered and had no flavor. The waffles were good. There were several other option.

In my room I had two ladybugs that I had to kill, and I flushed in the toilet, and when I looked later on that day, two more appeared. When I was getting ready for bed, I pulled back the sheets, and it looked just like blood stains as well as my pillows where stained. I immediately emailed the manager with the pics and She try to accommodate me with another room, but I left because I was disturbed. I did not want to go into the hassle of packing up my things and going to another room. I was on a business trip and I contacted a friend to see if I could stay at their house. They welcome me even though it was last minute

It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. They just made me feel very uncomfortable about my service dog. Asked me what her service was, said they’d have to inspect the room every day, she would have to be removed if found alone in the room, etc. wouldn’t have reserved there if I knew they didn’t want us there.

It was terrible. When we arrived the humidity level was really high. We went to our room, it was dirty, dark, humid and we had a 2 days reservation. But when we open the door we knew we could not stay here. At the lobby they explained that they lost power a couple of days ago. We explained that because of the level of humidity and with our kid who has asthma, it was a security and health issue. We ask for a refund but they refuse. We left. Never again for us.

Only issue I had was trying to fill the tub took to long.. in a hour and a half I only got about 3 inches in the bottom and the water would not get hot. The tub was the only reason we got the room.

Great location, friendly staff, and overall good. The ‘no fan’ in the bathroom (one comes on sporadically) produces a very strong musty smell. Horrible in the bathroom and yucky in the other parts. Asthma was bad. Maybe a problem that was isolated to our room?

Our room smelt damp and musty when we walked in and you could feel the carpet was a little wet, as well the a/c unit was rattling constantly and there was a bright light outside our window, so made for a tough night of sleep. The breakfast service was going to be a half hour late so we were unable to eat before having to leave for a scheduled activity that morning. The staff were so nice, so we really wished we had just asked for a room change as that likely would have made a difference. It is a great location and kind staff, just wish we had a nicer room to actually stay in

Hotel was OK despite bargain basement pricing. Lots of workers and some families that appear to be there long term. Mattresses leave a lot to be desired, there is two positions you can sleep, in the ruts created by the 100s of people before you. Should have been replaced when Obama was in office.

Convenient in pricing, nice free breakfast, fridge in room, great water pressure in shower, clean, quiet, easy parking. The big con was a very mildewy bedroom air conditioning unit! It actually swelled up my tonsils from breathing in that air.

Our room was clean and quiet. The price was significantly better than most other hotels in that area with similar amenities. We would book here again!

beds were comfortable. The only problem was the convenience store that was right behind the hotel and all the noise from loud car exhaust and car horns most of the night. If you want a quite night request a room in the front of the hotel and as far away from the convenience store as possible.

Friendly, courteous, and professional staff! We would’ve given a five for the overall rating however, the bed was pretty hard to the point where we both were aching when we left. That may be a matter of preference. Also, the HVAC system was pretty noisy. Other than that everything else was perfect!

We stayed here to be close to my family, and it was comfortable, clean, and affordable. The staff was kind and very responsive. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and filling. We wished it was a little closer to restaurants (one exit up), but the distance from the traffic of that exit was nice, and this was much more affordable.
