Everything was great with the exception of not having an elevator. Awesome the breakfast was very limited. Serve the same thing every day, unlike most hotels that switch the meat up and the eggs.

They did not have door stoppers, so the door knob went into the wall. The bathroom doors did not lock. The air conditioning was ah. The breakfast was literally just sausage, eggs and dry biscuits.

It was a very clean and nice place. The remodel is really good. I never tried the breakfast bar so can’t comment on it. Everyone was friendly. The beds were horrible. They need to do something with the mattress they have. Very uncomfortable you would like leave a hole where your body was at. Felt like you were sleeping on rods

The room was nice and bed was comfy. The fan in the room sounded like a plane taking off. We didn't get good cleaning as one day nothing, next day towels only didn't empty garbage. One day I had to go looking for a clean towel. The room cleaning let the score down otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

As far as our room... there was a strong musty odor from the moment we arrived. There was a dehumidifier in the room so I imagine that at some point the carpet had flooded or something of that sort. The room itself was clean but the odor was rough. We found that other rooms on that lower level side also had dehumidifiers so again I believe there may have been a flood at some point. I did try to utilize a Scentsy wax warmer to make things better but it could not mask the musty smell. Overall I could possibly stay on property again after I had inspected the room first.

The staff was very friendly and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and as a person with a bad back, this is very important to me. The Breakfast Buffet was very good and the facility is adapted well to serve a Buffet there. The facilities were maybe a little older but very well maintained and clean.

The only good thing about the property was it did have some modern updates. The lamps were nice and bright. 1. The pool is outside and is always closed. 2. Breakfast is a joke. There are next to no options. The hot food is cold, and the cold food is warm. 3. There is no elevator. Hauling luggage up the stairs is not fun. 4. Our bathroom was dirty. There were several hairs in the shower.

They told me at the front desk they have to past inspections, so that says a lot. The breakfast was not the best. It didn’t taste fresh. So ended up having to go out in the mornings to eat breakfast.

There is no elevator. Stairs are in the back, a little creepy.

Our stay lasted less than 10 minutes. Several freshly patched holes in our room and some unpatched holes in the bathroom made me realize this wasn't a safe hotel for my family. Not to mention the clientele in the lobby made me realize what this hotel is really used for.

The only thing I found was the shower floor, was a little unstable for a handicap room. I have issues with my feet and found it hard to stay balanced while taking my shower. We was in room 120, it seemed like the framed that comes on the shower when being install may have deteriated over time.

I had left a power strip with three charging cords for my Fitbit, phone and tablet. I was very relieved that it had been turned in to the office and I was able to pick it up a week later on my return trip. Thank you for your honesty!

Rooms were clean and updated. Easy on/off the highway. Price was very reasonable. We did not use any amenities since we used it only as a place to sleep between travel days, so I have no feedback on things we didn’t like.

Breakfast was the pits. Sausage not done eggs put in warmer to cook no regular creamer, only one sore bought container. Site bought bottle of syrup one sugar free one regular.( just say no breakfast at this site) The guy who put breakfast out was also the the person at the registration desk. Young guy college student who also swept and cleaned.

I didn’t like that, despite prepaying for my room, I was charged a $50 deposit that was later refunded. It just makes me feel a lack of trust when hotels feel a need to do this. Breakfast was only ok. No butter (or jam) for the toast and waffles turned out kinda soggy.

The hotel was clean and had excellent access to the Interstate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room did not have a shower curtain in it, but housekeeping was able to bring us one very quickly. Nothing I can think of

We had a nice stay. Everything was clean and breakfast was hot and fresh. We could hear highway traffic but were fine with a sound machine.

Very clean gives high end hotel for a great affordable price.

Included breakfast which was not bad. It was a little light on food by the time we got down to breakfast but the staff person made sure to get out more food which was nicce. No elevator in the hotel and with a 4 people in my family, we had to carry lots of luggage up and down stairs. That was not known at the time of booking.

CLEAN GOOD AREA

You could tell this was a nice hotel once upon a time that either got new bad management or ownership. When I checked into the hotel. I was made aware that there was no hot water and that I could cancel my reservation after a 5 hour drive to get there. We live in the world of over abundance of information and micro management. They couldn't notify by phone, email, or text a head of time of the situation. Then put me in a room across from the closed to the public work out room. That construction workers used to work out of. At 8 am I have saws and hammers blaring waking me up and no hot water. This is the worst travel experience in a while and travel on average twice a month.

Great value and location. Very friendly staff. Hot complementary breakfast. Bed was not as comfortable as I would've liked. The hot water heater broke so we coukd not shower but the staff was very apologetic and took 50% off of our stay.

Had reserved a room for 2 day when I checked in they gave me the wrong keys to the room I was assigned to. The next day went to an event the hotel staff went into my room and packed up all of my belongings and put them in a trash bag and gave my room to someone else. I will never rent from this hotel again.

Room was clean and the bed and pillows were good. There were some huge holes in the parking lot. They are the size of mortar craters. The place needs a facelift.

This hotel has a very strong odor of vanilla. Something that is unbearable. Stall less friendly!! We were there for maybe 45 minutes and we couldn't take the smell it was giving my wife a headache. We decided we couldn't stay. They refused a full refund they said they could only refund us for one night and that it would take days to process. We hadn't even been in the room an hour but they could only process a refund for one night? Mind you we're 3 states away and needed the funds for another hotel room: We just said alright and moved on. The room wasn't clean either. There was dog hair all along the bottom of the wall. The wall was falling apart in the bathroom and the bathroom stank and there was a used cup on the floor by the door. For 200$ you'd think it'd be in shape. These people are just money hungry at the expense of travelers who aren't familiar. Horrible experience. Do not give these people your money you will be very unhappy.

The room was clean an friendly staff. The only thing I didn’t like is I travel with my pet. You pay a 30 dollar pet fee when you check in (none refundable). I don’t understand why they have additional charges for pets if they’re no damages to room. I also had to give them additional $100. deposit (which I got back) even though I had gotten charged for the room already. They said it was for a security deposit if room was damaged.

Check in was fine, even though i pre checked in day before, they still needed my ID and credit card. Room was fine. Standard 2 bed. Sheets are a bit rough and scratchy for us. Water pressure in the shower is excellent, almost makes up for the not so great bed. Its a standard hotel room and you get what you pay for. You have to get your ice bucket from the front desk, was not in the room. Staff is friendly.

The hotel was clean. I was leaving my room the next morning. I passed at least 4 employees. Not one said, "Good morning!" I have never seen that before. Every stay at hotels across America, rhe employees always speak and say to "Have a good day!!"

The TV did not work. The gentleman that was there in the morning was nice but smoked right outside the front door so if you went in the door you had to walk through the smoke. When we spoke to him after he got the breakfast out he smelt like an ashtray. He was very nice but i couldn't stand the smell. The bed was comfortable but the couchbed w was very dirty. The soap advertised in the shower as dove however it was not.

Self declared pet friendly, but never mentioned there was a $30.00 unreturnable fee. Plus a $100.00 deposit. So our free Expedia Key reward room cost $130.00. Also poor air conditioning as well as missing tiles in the bathroom.

Would not recommend. Like beyond would'nt recommend. Your car or hell, a truck stop would be better by miles. First things first, the front desk employee Brian is a problem, but we'll circle back to that in a minute. My family and I we're gonna stay here for one night before continuing our roadtrip hoping for a quiet and clean stay. Nope. Here you'll find a 2 story hotel with no elevator so good luck with your bags. Upon entering your room you'll find the dampest room you've ever seen or smelled for that matter. The carpet is soaked, the beds, guess what? Nice and wet with stains. After voicing the issue with Brian (told you we'd circle back) he looked at me and told me thats not possible and "He's never had a complaint for that." Funny they exist on here. But he eventually said we could move rooms. I stupidly hoped it would be better....it wasn't. I told him in the room it was still wet to which he tried to argue "its just cold from the a/c." The a/c wasn't running in the room and the dehumidifier they tried to hide in there was full. So, sure Brian, im sure those sheets are just cold. He continued to protest and fight over it like we were stupid. The equivalent being telling a guest their steak is cooked mid-rare when its blatantly burned. Its the sheer audacity to be that wrong and caught but fight to be right. After asking multiple times for a redund and him deflecting, we left and now have to try to get a refund.

It was close to my job, the bed was comfortable and it had a great shower.

Breakfast was yuk, coffee was watered down, orange juice watered down, apple juice watered down. charged $1.50 for bottled water. Snacks that were at the most $1.00 were $2 up. Bathroom floor appeared clean but when wiped with a paper towel because of my water spill, the paper towel was filthy!! So clearly it wasn’t being mopped. The air conditioning was set at 75… hot then cold. Room had stuffy odor. Treadmill didn’t work or if it did, it was obsolete and not easy to work. The pool was clean and nice. The bed was clean and comfortable The staff was nice.

The property has been updated. Very clean and always smelled good. After reading a lot of the reviews beforehand I was a little worried. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The pool was nice and cold and our boys had a good time. Very convenient location, restaurants are not to far away and you are right off the interstate.

The room was so humid, the sheets were damp, the bathroom floor slippery and even the new soap in the little box was wet upon opening. The A/C system must be worn out. We were shown 2-3 other rooms, but they were all damp.

This hotel has stairs and no elevator. I wish I knew this before I booked. The hotel staff was great however with my back issues the stairs were an issue. I also was charged for a late check out and I had to call hotels.com twice. I also had to talk to the hotel twice about it as well. The 2nd night our door key stopped working but luckily my husband was able to do the stairs again to have them fixed. This was our anniversary trip. I wished I stayed somewhere else. It was clean and they were nice but the none elevator situation should be on the website.

We just need a one night stay and it was just right for our time there.

Got checked in. The AC nor the TV worked & room was on the first floor. Got moved to a 2nd story room, no elevator. Numerous non English speaking construction workers staying there and at hotel next door. Felt unsafe. DId not leave my room again until I checked out in the morning and skipped breakfast altogether. Staff was nice but garbage under the nightstand and used pacifier under the bed. I still left a tip for the maid though.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! My stay was fine. The beds are extra firm but overall it was an acceptable stay. When I checked in I was told they would charge my card $50 for an incidental fee that would be refunded before I left. They didn't say it would be $50 per night. Apparently they've never heard of authorizing a charge without actually charging the card. I've stayed at my fair share of hotels, this was the first time I've seen this. When I checked out the receipt said I was refunded the $50 dollars. A week later I see on my credit card there was a charge for $151.26 and no credit. I know credits take longer to show up. A month later still no credit. The hotel won't help me so I contact Hotels.com and the hotel lies and says they never charged my card. I'm currently disputing it with my bank because hotels.com said my credit card statement was not enough evidence. Don't stay here! Maybe don't use hotels.com either.

This hotel had friendly personnel who made us feel welcomed at check in. The room was comfortable enough. We did have one small problem. The toilet wouldn’t flush and when I called to tell the front desk, they told me to come down and they gave me a plunger. Breakfast was about average.

The person who checked us in was very friendly. The only thing I would ask is that an extra blanket be provided for persons who like to be warm to sleep. There was only a sheet and a very light covering for the bed.

We needed a pet friendly place to stay and this hotel fit that requirement beautifully. Our lil' pup enjoyed the stay too! It was clean, with a great location, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast that was included. We will definitely stay here whenever we return to the Nashville area.

The shower was really slow and the water was coming out of the tub and wet the entrance of the carpet. They didn't clean it up which caused it to smell funky when we returned.

We asked for a late check out, which was accepted. The cleaning crew opened the door, despite the do not disturb sign, and walked in on our 16 year old still sleeping. They told him check out was at 11 and he said he’ll need to wait for us to return from an errand. They told him to go wait in the lobby. This is never acceptable! The facility was clean and seemed safe. The breakfast was subpar with little variety and stale food.

I booked for 11 days through Expedia and paid at the hotel (which I recommend). I had to check out 2 days early and the manager was kind enough to adjust my bill without having to go through Expedia.

The employee was very kind and helpful. The lobby was very clean. The snack area was organized as well.

Dirty and rude

My room and the common areas were clean and comfortable. I just needed a place to sleep for one night and so I picked the cheapest motel I could find. This motel felt a lot more expensive than it was.

No elevator… no air conditioning used in the facility except the rooms… and it’s a damp room with absolutely filthy carpet! And curtains? If you like half hung curtains with blood stains this is the place for you!
