We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly, and the location was great and convenient. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but everything else was excellent and made our trip very enjoyable. There honestly wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything went smoothly, and we had a really pleasant experience overall. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Check-in was a breeze. Free breakfast. So I realized why the discounted rate at this hotel with Booking.com. Fridge inside room still had food from previous guest - which means it wasn't cleaned. I told housekeeper about it who was cleaning next door and we left for dinner. When we came back, the food from previous guest was still there which meant, there was no action at all after I personally told the housekeeper. I called housekeeping to request for an extra pillow, there were 4 of us and only one pillow was there with the extra linens provided to use with the sofa bed but nobody picked up the phone. So I called the front desk for same request. Midnight came until morning and nobody came to deliver a pillow. Front desk staff should have told me if I can just go down to get it myself. Or maybe they ran out of pillows? Either way, they should have informed me! The hook behind bathroom door for my change of clothes was also wobbly.

Room did not look like pics at all. Room was dirty, AC was blowing out large chunks of dust/dirt which covered the nearby bed. Room was very run down, dated, and cheap. Walls were very thin, sound from neighbors carried. Room above was very loud just from occupants walking around. Stay somewhere else.

Room 201 is spacious with 2 king beds, fixtures are outdated though.

Breakfast was much nicer than im use too

The location was perfect for a relaxing little getaway—quiet, convenient, and easy to enjoy. The overall stay was comfortable and met expectations for a short escape. We didn’t have breakfast during our stay, so can’t speak to that part. Honestly, everything was great and met our expectations. We didn’t run into any issues during our stay. Overall, there wasn’t anything that stood out as needing improvement. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

The room itself was clean but there was a leak in the ceiling that let water through when it rained. They also didn’t have a crib.

The room itself had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bathroom showed visible mold and rust, and although there was a ventilation fan installed, there was no working switch to turn it on. There wasn’t even a shower curtain when we arrived. Because the shower is a roll-in style with no proper barrier, water flooded the entire bathroom and spilled into the main room, soaking the carpet on my side of the bed. Noise was another major problem. The walls are extremely thin and the doors don’t seal properly, so we could hear everything—people stomping in the room above us, alarm clocks going off. Guests coming and going at all hours of the night. It made it very difficult to get any rest. The pillows were unusually small, about half the size of a standard pillow and very lumpy. There was a strong chlorine smell throughout the room, similar to an indoor pool, which made the space feel unpleasant. Breakfast was equally disappointing. There didn’t seem to be enough food to accommodate the number of guests. The boiled eggs were severely overcooked—the whites had turned an orange-brown color, with a greenish-grey ring around the yolk, and the texture was rubbery. The following morning, it appeared those same eggs had been chopped up and mixed into the scrambled eggs, which made us uncomfortable eating them. Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations.

Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good but many staff members were sitting at the table next to us talking extremely loud and started yelling at each other from across the room. On another note I did learn about a hair treatment from their conversation so thanks.

Stayed here for a sports camp. The property was clean and updated. The room was pretty spacious and clean, with a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. As this wasn’t a vacation, this hotel had everything we needed and the staff was friendly

This property was great! At check in the staff was so friendly and helpful. We traveled as a family of 5. There were 2 adults, 2 teenagers, & 1 tween. The room was super comfortable 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. We stayed for 3 nights. Both inside and outside of the hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast was delicious it varied each day we were there. There was scrambled eggs, egg omelette, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage, biscuit with gravy, cereal, waffles, eggs with chorizo, boiled eggs, yogurt, and oatmeal. They did however run out of apple and orange juice during the weekend. We will most definitely return.

The first night was not good. Someone in s room next to us was smoking pot and stunk up our room. They were loud till well past midnight and we really considered going someplace else for the second night. But we stayed and the second night was really good since the other people evidently had left.

Had a great stay,we stayed for 5 days..the staff was friendly and very helpful when we needed anything or had questions...the included breakfast was a good spread different things each morning...location of hotel was great nearby shopping,restaurants and a gas station next door... the have their own parking which was great because it's like blocked off from the public street which made me feel that my vehicle was more secure overnight while parked

What I this place is clean. Safety is also the thing why I stay here. Overall, I like the staffs they are helpful and respectful.

The room was filthy and you couldn’t use the deadbolt because somebody had apparently broken into the room, and the door frame was broken and not aligned with the door. Awful!

The room its self was ok not to bad. There where stains on the sheet. The topper was having to wait 30 minutes to check in because the guy that was at the front desk was literally asleep behind a small desk.

My last stay October 23rd, the room was not very clean, hair on the bed, less towels than normal and a pair of panty hose in the trash. I will be for sure staying there but just wanted to bring this to your attention.

We had a very pleasant one-night stay at Comfort Suites on Glendora Ave in La Puente. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the restroom was clean and well maintained. It’s a non-smoking room, which made the stay even better for our family. The breakfast included was tasty with a good variety, and we really appreciated the secured parking lot. The area was quiet and felt safe at night, which made for a relaxing stay. The Halloween décor in the lobby was a big plus for our kids, they loved it! A special thank you to Emily at the front desk, who was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. We’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was good except a middle eastern staff member. Our toilet kept running and wouldn’t flush. I reported it to the middle eastern staff member and he seemed slow and said it was probably because of the type of toilet paper. I told him the water and fecal matter and toilet paper just spin around in the toilet bowl but doesn’t flush and we didn’t want to use the toilet cause it’s gross to see the contents just floating around. He said he would have someone look into it but no one ever came. We had to tell another employee and they sent someone but it really wasn’t fixed completely it’s like there isn’t enough water pressure and the water and fecal matter and toilet paper just move around in the toilet just spinning.

Comfort Suites Near City of Industry - Los Angeles is always a very easy place to stay at. This was my second stay and both times the staff has been very helpful and accommodating. Another great thing about this place is the breakfast, on time, hot, and various option for all. Both times the rooms have been a great stay. Excellent stay when in area.

Very disappointment for my 1st breakfast where no hot breakfast is available. I don't understand why hot water is warm for both days. I would have to microwave to bring it hot enough for my tea. Room is good, but fixated shampoo bottle almost empty, two light switches are broken. For wifi in room, we got kicked out & front desk couldn't help. We have a make a call to verify our stay for a code. This is unhappened in my excessive travel life. Staff are friendly, but not helping the situation.

It was good, room i had at this same hotel before was a little nicer. This time i felt a little cheated. Wasnt as nice and some furniture wasnt as clean.

The room could use some updating, its a little worn in some areas and the carpet needs cleaning since its "sticky" in some areas. It could also use some brighter lighting in the bathroom. Otherwise, quite a pleasant stay.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is a Clean Hotel and the Breakfast is always great, scrambles eggs, bacon, O'brian Potatoes, Potato Wedges, Toast and Bagels, Coffee and Juices, Waffles... an awesome selection.

The room and furnishings were run down and didn’t look like the pictures available on the internet. We were on the street side so we heard cars going by that were reving their engines. Very noisy. Won’t be staying there again.

Everyone is so nice and friendly. We had a couple special requests and they were so accommodating and simply wonderful people. The other guests were very friendly as well. Some families, some other couples and I even saw a work vehicle. Just a wonderful place! The room was amazing and very very clean! Smelled fresh! The linens were bright bright white and very clean. High quality pillows and pillow top mattress! So comfortable. The facility was in great repair. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the carpet on the second floor landing was a a bit dirty and stained. That's the most action-item I have to bring to the attention! Last note: We have tried a number of hotels in the area, and finally found this gem. We need look no further. Great price, nice and clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, great mattress and pillows, and clean soft linens to top it all off!

Very polite staff. We were on ground floor & saw our drapes didnt cover the window, only had panels on each side w/sheers covering window. Panels didnt close to cover for full privacy, so anyone could walk up & see is changing, sleeping, etc. How redicilous! So the desk gal gave us 3 binder clips to close as far up as possible, but it still just left a sizeble opening atop & in AM light woke us up. Room 106 really needs full closing privacy drapes, as all bottom/street rooms. Not a lot of parking & 2 spots dont need to be desigated for motorcycle. The 2 there could be split into w or 3 spots. Room was very pleasant & clean, as were all linens, etc.

I like that the hotel was convenient where there. There is shopping center and fast food restaurants around. Great customer service. I would like to thank employee for understanding that i had kids that wanted breakfast but it was closes at 930 but she seen i had kids so she said whatever leftover to take it.i didn't catch her name though. Great customer service. Would visit here again.

Was in town for a couple days for a work conference. Checking in was simple. Front desk workers were good. Room was nice and comfy. Only issue was cleanliness. Unfortunately, housekeeping did not do a great job ensuring the bathroom was thoroughly cleaned. There was hair (unsure if it was human or animal) all over the inside and outside of the tub, and the bottom and in the crevices of the toilet. Yikes! The faucet has toothpaste stains. Also, the shower head needed major CLR attention. Other than that, this is a pretty decent and convenient hotel to stay at.
