Front staff fantastic. Location great. Able to park while gone on a cruise. Breakfast not as expected. Would have liked some pastry options and better fresh fruits.

First was given a room that someone was in. Thank goodness they were sleeping. I paid for a room that had a kitchen in it. They didn’t have any plates, pots or utensils. The only thing they had was a coffee pot. Not sure why I was charged extra for this room. It was advertised they would have free breakfast but was told that they no longer have breakfast.

The management was polite and personable. The hotel was clean and comfortable,

The staff is consistently professional and I have great stays when I am here. I had a maintenance issue in my room and it was corrected quickly. I didn’t have any issues here.

I stayed in the bottom floor for about 2 weeks while in school. I found a roach got in. Many many ants crawling around the bathroom floor and in the shower, and when i addressed this to the front desk they said they will take care of it and it seemed that nothing got cleaned or taken care of. Housekeeping would pick and chose which days they cleaned the room which was about 2-4 times per week. I was also under the impression this place had a stove and cooking appliances to use, i specifically chose one like that online so i could make my own meals; It does not. Regular mini fridge and microwave like any other hotel. If cleanliness and bugs dont bother you, this is a great cheap place to stay. Personally i would have paid more if i knew it was going to be like this.

We have stayed at this property many times.

Location Requested first floor due to physical disabilities and heart condition. Given a room on second floor. Ad said continental breakfast but there was no breakfast. Pool closed at 9 and not 10. Barely got to swim.

Breakfast isn’t available even though website says during booking. Not upto the standards of days-Inn. Towel hanger is broken. Facilities and services are not upto the mark as per price. Room had water leak from air conditioner. Had to call service to take care of it.shower force was way low.

Nothing but the area it was in. My shower was dirty and the hotel didn't serve breakfast and we paid for the breakfast upon arrival we were told they don't serve breakfast anymore? floors in room dirty had to walk on a towel and stand on a towel in the shower bottom of shower was grey like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. Man and woman working there are very rude and lack customer service skills it was a bad experience all around. Pool was dirty we checked in and didn't return until almost 3 am and checked out at 9 am the next morning we didn't stay both nights.

They were rude , charged me double without my consent , was not accommodating at all and they have crackheads and pedophiles as well walking round outside at night in the front

An amazing property with the exception of limited bedding, and no elevator to travel to and from the laundry facility. Also, hot tub was not in working order during the stay.

No breakfast even though they say it’s included. Had to ask for coffee for the room every day they never left any even on the. Days that they refreshed the room. Also mold smell from moldy curtains over the ac unit

That they had a store right across the street from the hotel First off front desk attendant he was super rude. We get into our room and there is baby roaches in the shower then, when it was time to go lay down, the bed was super uncomfortable. They had no boxspring on the bed. The mattress was just on the bedframe. It was freezing that night outside and they had only a sheet on the bed there was no blanket or comforter I tried to call FRONT DESK TEAM and rang the bell by the front office. He never answered. We put the heater on in the room, but because there the room was poorly insulated it was freezing all night in that room. I am a front desk attendant at a hotel and this is no way to run a hotel or treat a guest. This was the worst hotel state I’ve ever had in my 43 years.

Everything was very good. The place, parking and convenient to where we were going. Only thing is that they don’t have breakfast. But that’s ok.

For a last minute it was a good hotel. It supposed to have breakfast but it didn’t have any, wifi not working at all. Beds are very comfortable and clean.

In my opinion it's one of the better hotels to stay at in the area. If you're looking for something worth the money look no further. The beds are very nice; and the showers are pretty nice too. If you're wanting a bathtub then you ahould look somewhere else. The parking could be better, but it's not a deal breaker

It looked like a new hotel. She said it's a non-smoking property however people smoked by their rooms some with their door open that is not a non-smoking property. I could smell the smoke at my room. I'm a nonsmoker.

The room smelled like mold the certain had mold on it the ac had water coming through it the shower water pressure was horrible there was termites in the room the beds was damp the towels was damp while rolled up the fridge was making popping sounds there was not enough parking space the pool was cloudy with trash at the bottom and they didn't have breakfast for the customers over all was a bad stay for everything will not recommend this place to nobody and won't be coming back was unsatisfied with the advertisement and the door had only one lock so didn't feel safe to sleep either the pillows was flat only had two per bed wifi kept kicking us off ever two seconds of being on it

Stay was ok. First thing i noticed was flies inside the room was flying around, wasting my time killing them. Source was from the Gap of the door gasket, gasket not sealed off.:(

We have stayed at this property several times and we will continue to stay here. The staff is great and the rooms are always clean.

The AC just made cold humid air. The blanket on the bed was old and have what looked like bleach stains on it. Just your average cheep motel. The automatic office sliding door is broke and then you have to manually slid the door open and close like my back door of my house

No breakfast and all the other guests rooms were so loud. Hot tub wasn’t hot and the pool was dirty. Everything else was great.

Might want to consider changing the parking lot up, we had an issue on parking Sunday morning when trying to leave.

Didn't like that front office door(automatic) had to be pushed open with no handle to grip it but office was otherwise clean and in order.

My first family vacation and we had to have our oldest in this hotel down the street from us. A used condom was found in the room but when I told management I was informed that he didn’t believe me or my kids. When my kids went to speak with him about the issue he was rude and looked his nose down at them. Not sure if it was a cultural difference or if he just was having a bad day. The housekeepers were very nice and professional. They helped my children and were very nice to them. Maybe it’s a mommy vibe I don’t know but I appreciate those ladies for all of their assistance. Now the manager I don’t know. If we have to visit again maybe we will have better experience but as it stands right now… I’m not going there if I don’t have too

This hotel was beautiful. Very very clean. The best. Everything was perfect like straight out of the pictures. Worth it. Definitely will be staying again when visiting Houston.

New renovation rooms and safety areas

Will never think to stay there again. Staff seemed disinterested and uncaring that I was patronizing their establishment. Had stayed there a few months prior and the room was very nice and accommodating aside from the lack of service. This trip was horrendously the opposite. Spent a total of just over an hour on property. During which we found leftover food in fridge and used syringes in the dresser drawer. We didn't make much fuss of it when we asked to be placed in another room. Only to find that that room also had needles left behind. When arranging a refund the management came to the room to inquire about the other needle found. During the conversation a remark was made questioning and basically insinuating that I may have had something to do with it. If they questioned the integrity of their cleaning staff with even half the energy of that exchange then maybe these situations could be avoided. Stay at your own risk. Or if you're smart....pay a little extra and stay elsewhere.

Explain arrival late 60s couple with luggage,they refused 1st floor. Due to heat excessively over 110 we left 2 days earlier. Could not tolerate, would not issue receipt on departure date. Gas smell on near refineries pretty bad. Lung illness and high bp issues. Pool and kitchenette shown on reserve not realistic.

The staff were so unprofessional, sold the room we booked (2 queen beds), and were unwilling to give it back. AC didn't work as well as there were bugs everywhere. Didnt get reimbursed for not getting the room we reserved when there was a $20 difference.

It is a small quaint hotel that stands alone in a corner with no other noise interference. So it was just what I needed.

It was a great location and easy access for our needs and close to our family we were visiting.

Rooms and Linens were very clean. Only issue was there were no bath towells in the room. Lobby was modern and clean. Staff was friendly.

Newly renovated. Clean. Firm and comfy bed. One night stay reasonably priced. Only down side was a little roach crawled from under the sink into bathroom Sunday morning. Saw no evidence of any others. But Where there is one though there are more. We inspected the room carefully before unpacking the car. Found it all very clean. We did report to the front desk as we checked out.

When i reserved hotel it said free breakfast and they didnt have breakfast and bed sheets were dirty.

It must be fairly new because it is so clean and fresh smelling when you walk through the door. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was really nice.

When questioned, I was told to speak to management. There is no management. I will demand those charges be reversed or I’ll file suit for credit card fraud.

Very clean, we had a good stay. Beds were a litte hard and the shower head should have more water pressure but all in all was perfect for our overnight venture.

Do not stay here. Don’t even bother. Manager is AWFUL. Hospitality is not her strong suit. Lied to Expedia when I requested a refund after being told my service dog would not be permitted. I checked in, went to dinner, came back and went to the office to retrieve my ID which I had forgotten at check in, I double checked that my service dog would be allowed and said I would be happy to pay an additional cleaning charge if that were the case, I was told NO. Ok, I get it- I asked for a refund, but bc I had booked through Expedia was told I’d have to contact them. So, I contact Expedia who calls the motel on my behalf and they are told that I was in the room for three hours (I never even went to the door of the room). So, I called the motel and explained that I had never been in the room, asked if she could review any footage to verify infact that was the case, at which point she became irate and hung up on me. Hope their business is fails.

The unit was beautiful and clean. It was so close and very convenient. I will definitely be staying her again.

I believe it is time to start holding morning breakfast again with the belief in mind that the pandemic is largely over.

It was clean for the most part, bed was hard and there was no water pressure in the shower it was awful.

The hotel was very clean, cozy and not too noisy. We didn't get to get in the pool this trip but that looked very clean as well.

Front desk extremely professional, thorough and friendly. We were staying overnight while our home ac was being repaired and the front desk made sure our room was cool, felt like we received special treatment. Location was quiet, we slept like small children.

The front desk was very unpleasant and looked annoyed doing his job. False advertisment with breakfast, was told that breakfast will not be served while checking in. Should take that off the website. Place was dirty with bugs everywhere.

The stay was fantastic my husband is a truck driver and we were there for one night looking for a place and the place was fantastic

The hot tub would not get hot we asked them to turn it on which they did the next day and the hot tub would still not get hot they said there was some type of problem with the system.

It was a good hotel they were busy they kept up with the cleanliness.. front desk is kinda of putting.. it says breakfast but we never good get anything not even coffee they had it locked all the time and we were up early. About 7 am disappointed in that

I had a great stay with my friends. Only thing that made us highly uncomfortable is the office lady kept getting mad at us for literally nothing and paid her extra $$ to not kick us out. When we did nothing so I would recommend finding a different hotel.
