Happy it was a good stay no bells or whistle but quiet and safer then most in California

It had some grass I think All of it I hated him

The amenities were very basic there is no microwave, no hair dryer, no iron. I made sure there was at least a fridge before checking in but there nothing else, maybe some hangers. It wasn’t bad. The shower worked well. there was a TV. And I like the back light on the headboard. That made for a good nightlight. The biggest issue was sound. Thankfully, I had quiet neighbors so that helped a lot, but if I had noisy neighbors, it would have been a very different experience. You can hear the freeway from your room. You can hear literally everything outside of the room. There is a gap between the wall, where all of the sound comes in. Again I got very, very lucky that my neighbors were quiet. But if you’re looking for any kind of soundproofing, you’re really going to need solid noise canceling headphones. Like I said, overall, not bad, but if your neighbors are noisy, you will have an issue.

Honestly, I liked everything easy check-in simple stay easy checking my pad on with me. It was just all around. Good experience. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you have animals.

This place is really low budget IMO. Several guests looked to be living there permanently. Did not feel safe. I would not go back. Smelled weed residue in the room even tho' it was a non-smoking room.

Upon entering, we immediately noticed a very strong musty, moldy odor. While the room appeared clean, the bathroom was not stocked with shampoo or conditioner. The situation worsened when we turned on the air conditioning; the mold smell intensified significantly, and the unit itself appeared as though it had not been cleaned for a long time. Within an hour of being in the room, I experienced an allergic reaction resulting in an itchy throat and sneezing. Due to these conditions, I would not choose to stay at this property again without first inspecting the room to ensure it is in better condition.

Nothing We booked through booking.com prepaid it as well. When arrived at the location they didn’t have any rooms plus my reservation never reached them. I’m seeking full reimbursement since I never stayed there due to overbooking.

Not a bad room for a quick night stay. But I wouldn’t want to stay more than one night. It is conveniently located off highway 8 and light rail, which also means there’s a bit of noise, but not the worst I’ve ever heard. The the motel is in fairly decent shape, but nothing to ride home about. And there are next to no amenities. By that I mean, refrigerator or coffee maker in the rooms. The bed is somewhat comfortable. The pillows are horrible.

Motel is decent for the price. Only needed to stay a couple of nights, so it worked for me. My room was on the second floor at the end by the freeway. Noise was so loud I could not sleep without ear plugs. Room felt a little humid even with the fan running all night.

Nothing It was roaches and ants bad customer service , have videos of all the bugs crawling asked for refund didn’t want to give us one . And this was the second room given still had bugs .

Other issues included no hot water. Shower was tepid. TV did not work. Floor was sticky. Bath mat was stained. Lock on the door was missing a piece. Both ice machines did not work.

The maids and Mariam and Victoria were nice to me (front desk) owner and 2 managers were very rude !!! and the TV was ? It’s freezing and my rooms heater wasn’t working and took them 4 days to switch me to a room with the same problem and the owner was rude and kicked me out saying I was complaining and totally disrespectful 86 me ?homeless now

My biggest beef was the few pillows and they were flat pillows. At home I sleep with three stuffed pillows.

A bit packed if you'll planning to travel with a group of 4 people, but it's expected if you share a room. We chose to stay here the same weekend to see Ghost play in San Diego! It was serviceable, although we did have to bring our own shampoo and body wash for a more comfortable shower. The only real complaint was that the vending machine needs some maintenance. The numbered items are mixed up, and we tried getting some Oreos but the machine did not allow us to make the purchase. Other than that, this place was alright in my book.

I was completely uncomfortable staying another second there because of another guest staying there was watching us the entire time. He watch me and my daughters off load our vehicle and every time we came out of our room to get something from the car he’d stare at us. He was shirtless with tattoos all over his body. Even went as far as following us to the front desk. So I drove off and called the front. They were unable to refund me even though I explained what was going on. The front desk person just offered to walk me back to my room. Hopefully they will refund me however she told me they can’t then again offered to walk me to my room. That wouldn’t help me and my daughters if we were abducted. This is very sad.

Convenient to the trolley station and easy to get to. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not all the outlets work so blow drying the hair was difficult and charging phones

The second scammers - and again in San Diego. They cancelled my reservation in the system so as not to pay Booking a commission. My message confirming my stay was not acknowledged. I paid in cash and was not given any receipt. Booking was unable to compensate me as a result.

Arcey was incredible!! I left my iPad behind and she worked with me to ensure that it was delivered back to my home in Arizona. I would 100000% recommend this motel based off its integrity alone. Also, clean inside and no issue while we stayed there.

Called early in the morning before b9oking reservation to make sure we had an early check in accomodation. Recepptionist said there was no problem, come after 10am and we can check you in afte housekeeping gets there at 9am but failed to mention there is an early check in fee of 30$. I got to the hotel and I had already booked for 2 nights thought all I had to do was check in...different rwceptionist had to ask manager to overide fee, im grateful for that but staff was rude kept asking me why I wanted to talk to a manager had me wait till about 10:45 to check in....off to a bad start. Got to my room, had not even used the facilities yet and water was seeping out of the floor boards in the bathroom. Staff refused to give me a differnt room because they told me every room had the same problem and if I moved they would have to clean that one so it was a waste....it was the worst experience I have ever had staying at any hotel, UNSANITARY...UNPROFESSIONAL. Didn't a refund because of an issue with my 3rd party reservation, and so I had to stay in this room or risk not getting my money back, was a bad experience. Staff was rude and tried to say I lied about the condition of the room. Maintenance was not available so they send a housekepeer to look at the problem. She determined it was from mopping the room earlier that day....it was definitely not the issue and so I had no choice but to stay, I was gonna lose 160$ or only get deposit back...horrible experience.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was a smell that was not too pleasant when we walked in. The outside light shone under and around the curtains which made it hard to sleep. We only needed the room for sleeping in so it was adequate.

I am mostly worried about bed bugs and safety. I have gone to this hotel a few times in different rooms and I did not find any bed bugs, nor have I brought any home. The area is relatively safe and they have security cameras. I traveled with my dogs and the staff are always nice.

Stay was great however went and had a cigarette out on the front balcony and it was right before we checked out and put the ashes in a cup with water and then dumped the cup with water and the cigarette butt out after we put it out outside the room and they ended up keeping my deposit because they said the room smelled like smoke so it's a little bit angry about that other than that everything else was great

First, the motel was a little difficult to find, the location made us a little uncomfortable, the phone in our room did not work and the remote for the TV was missing. The motel manager did bring us a functioning remote. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful.

Downside was that there was no vanity, just a sink on the wall - ok maybe for a guy, but the ladies would have no place to put their stuff. Also there were ants in the bathroom, mostly around the sink.

Good service at front desk. When I got in room though there was a plastic bag wrapped over the smoke detector. Makes me think that prior occupant was smoking something illegal in the room, because if they were simply smoking cigarettes, they could do that in the nearby parking lot. Gave me an uncomfortable feeling to spend the night there.

Some cigarette burns in the top cover, and chips in the bathroom tub, walls, and door. Air conditioner sounded weird but worked. Room smelled musty. Upstairs neighbors sounded like a heard of elephants. Odd location between two Auto Dealerships with no dining in walking distance (not recommended in what seems to be a Red Light District area).

The overall property is safe and I feel comfortable. Unfortunately I saw two roaches during my stay. I’m not sure if they were coming up the bathroom drain or from under the door. My last stay I was upstairs. I was in room 126 downstairs. I’m just sharing so this issue can be resolved. Thanks

The coffee ran out on Friday. There was no creamer until Friday. It would be nice if each room had a small coffee/tea maker in them. The WiFi was not secure and I had to work from my motel room. The staff should know to reassure people that they can use their cell phone's hotspot to secure their internet connections. Otherwise i liked how clean it was. The interior looked newly updated, which was nice. The tv worked great! I was grateful that there was a fridge in my room. Would've been nice to have a microwave also!

It is 300 feet off the freeway, very noisy.

It was horrible. The water in the sink trickled out so I had to run it a long time. In addition the drain in that sink leaked so u stood in a puddle of water. In addition the tv didn’t work.

Definitely will not stay there again

I was surprised by the cleanliness of the room. It did not have that run down look.

I got a room for two nights. I really liked the property, the rooms were clean and up to date. The bed was nice to sleep on. I originally did not have an issue until front desk called my room on my second night for a “noise complaint”. At first I thought it was because of my dog because he barked twice, but it was actually because my neighbor below me couldn’t sleep because of my heavy footsteps. I came back to the property around midnight. As I was settling to go to bed I get a call from the front desk because our neighbor below us had called and complained hearing footsteps and the door opening and closing. The front desk explained that the walls are thin and that you can hear everything. Like yes, I understand that but again, you’re at a motel. These things are kind of expected. Don’t stay at a motel if these type of things bother you. The audacity to tell me to “keep it down” when all I’m doing is just walking from the bathroom to the bed tells me that I shouldn’t stay at this property again.

The room has a kind of cleaning chemical smelling and we stay for two nights but no room service on the second day. That is why we run out of towels on the second day

Very nice play to stay. Room was very clean, bed comfortable. Very good lighting outside as well in the parking area. Staff was very professional. Would stay again. Many food choices near by as well.

Pleasant stay. No problems. Room smelled of pine sol when we arrived but settled down after we aired it out with the door open.

The room was very clean and the front office personnel was very professional and helpful. It’s very quiet and peaceful. I will definitely book a room again when I’m in town.

The room was dirty with hand marks going down the headboards. Other than that it was easy to access freeways and shops etc. Good rate for the week day!!

I was turned away at 1:30 am for a prepaid reservation with my wife and children and service dog. This was due to me not having the deposit deposit only being in the room a few hours. We had to sleep outside in the cold despite having a room that was paid for.

Allthough the hotel is. Very convenient to shopping, the hotel building and parlor needs updating.

Room was dirty when we arrived. There was food on the counters, hair in the tub, used soap in the tub, soap box on the counter, pee on the floor in front of the toilet and the floors were very dusty. Check in took about 20 minutes and you had to stand outside to check in at a window. When I complained about the cleanliness the next day, the gal wasn’t very happy with me. She had the maid come to the room and she was VERY unhappy! Mopped the floor in front of the toilet and called it clean. The sheets were thread bare. Won’t ever stay here again. Definitely not a three star hotel.

It gets the job done, as they say. Location is central to a lot, it's in a lower price range, parking on site, and it has the basic amenities. But it's not a comfortable bed, there is freeway noise all hours (not terrible but just to make note), and stench of what smells like cheap cleaning products is almost stifling until you air out the room (windows do open). And $120 is not nothing. So it does the job, but it's not super cheap

Friendly staff & relatively quiet surroundings. Room had plenty of space. Only negative was the bed was very firm & a could be a bit uncomfortable for some.

Just wish there was either a store nearby or restaurant.

Happy with our stay here at Motel 6. Rooms are remodeled, enjoyed our stay, will stay again when back in this area.
