The location is perfect at the beach, perfect surf, near shopping mall and not too far from the Waterbomb The regular rooms don't have great sea views, we upgraded to the suite and that was perfect and a super experience :)

Not allowed to bring bottled water into restaurant

There are lots of pushy vendors around kuta.

However, the only issue I experienced was during check-out. I had an early morning flight, and there was a marathon taking place near the hotel. This caused road closures and made it difficult for us to reach the airport. We ended up having to walk a considerable distance with our luggage to find transportation. It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed guests in advance or provided alternative arrangements. Aside from this inconvenience, everything else about the stay was enjoyable.

The hotel facilities are next to none, they have thought of everything. What impressed us the most was the breakfast. Not your traditional buffet breakfast, but off the menu breakfast which we found to be both delicious and perfect portions. Having off the menu breakfast meant our breakfasts were different each day and not the same :) The decor, the atmosphere, the staff, the rooms, the pool, the view - all top marks !!! There was nothing we did not like honestly, but if I had to say something it would be that the shower water went all over the bathroom floor as the shower screen is not wide enough ---but that's really nothing to complain about.

The hotel is amazing! Charming and comfortable rooms , great pool with a beautiful view of the ocean, great a la carte menu for breakfast, that is served in the restaurant facing the beach! The staff is super kind, polite and welcoming! You can walk easily to restaurants, a big mall, supermarket and pharmacy. Kuta beach was a disappointment! The sand is full of garbage. We walked using only the pathway following the sea shores, because it was not inviting to step in the sand. So sad! I wonder if it is better in other times during the year.

The rooms were falsely advertised. Booked a “suite” with ocean view only to pay double the other room price and have the view blocked. Not worth it at all

Staff were very accommodating, location is right at the beach, the swimming pool is on the roof with a bar and restaurant, the gym is excellent plus there is a sauna and cold plunge. They even have a do it yourself laundry or you can pay for them to do it for you. I would definitely choose this place again!! Only thing I didn’t like is that the fridge in the room is full of stuff they want you to buy, not much room for your own drinks and food.

It's a great hotel, good location, good amenities. Loved the roof swimming pool with sea views. Staff are great, very friendly, attentive, always there when you need something. nothing, happy with everything

I asked at the bar if they could put some ice and water into my water bottle but they said i was to use the water in my room or purchase water. This was then rectified later that day after speaking to the manager who was lovely and handled the situation very well.

The noise of scooters and traffic all night long. It wasn't worth over $300 Aus for 1 night. The breakfast was horrible.
