I thoroughly enjoyed how posh everything was. I felt like I treated myself to much more than I paid for. I didn’t like having to climb up the stairs to reach reception, and that there is no easy way to get to the mall from the hotel.

Not spacious enough for a family of four. The water is a little bit dirty, had to use portable showerhead with filter to shower.

Despite of heavy rain all nature challenges they managed the situation very well . Hat off for the staff efforts. Well deserved.

The room is small and not soundfroof. We could hear people talking, walking and even baby crying from another room.

Check in supposed to be 2 pm but they assign us to the room 40 mins late and no gesture was offered. This was very uncomfortable as we are a family with kids

Location and price There was no communication prior to our stay that the pool was undergoing refurbishment. Alternative pool at another hotel was offered, though not practical. Had this been known prior I would have booked an alternative hotel

The position close to BIMC hospital and the Bali Galleria shopping centre. The pool was closed.

Breakfast is good. The bed is very comfortable. The room is quite spacey. The hotel is linked to a shopping mall. The swimming pool is under construction, which was not mentioned in the website. Although they arrange for another swimming pool at another hotel, it is quite a hassle to get there. There are no covered driveway in front of the hotel. When it rains, you can get wet getting from your cab to the hotel.

I liked everything about the stay, staff were very friendly and the food was amazing. The glass doors to toilet and bathroom. Not enough privacy

Great breakfast and smiling staff. There was no window in the room. Smelly bathroom. Hotel staff must clean the bathroom with Dettol.

Breakfast just ok Location is not bad Family loft is a same room size with king or twin deluxe. The additional bed is put on a mezzanine. So you need to use steep and narrow stairs to access the bed. The stairs make the room even smaller. Room is not soundproof room. Parking space is limited. you can park your car in front of the hotel or in the basement. Both are with limited spaces
