Room was nice, great resort and location in Kuta Rooms are a little outdated, facilities are good and gym was perfect.

nice breakfast, room with balcony , spacious , every day cleaning. Location is good but the beach is dirty and cannot swim in the sea, the waves are too rough and a lot of stones. The staff initially confirmed that I could extend my stay, but on the day of checkout I was told otherwise. However, I insisted and was eventually given a late checkout. This caused unnecessary stress, especially when travelling with a child. I did not expect that I could not rely on the staff’s confirmation during check-in. Next time, I will request to pay upfront to avoid such situations.

breakfast was great, plenty of selection, room was clean, and tidy, nice to have a balcony. room service was excellent, left everything, clean and tidy and cool with the curtains pulled. great to have a connection room as well. Only thing we didn't like, is that water leaked from the shower area on to floor of bathroom, just annoying as it was quite a lot of water for a short shower. and our new floor towel would be soaked, so apart from that everything else was very nice!

Everything, we traveled with teenagers so had a connecting room. Both rooms were spacious with comfy beds. Breakfast set us up for the day with wide range of dishes that changed every day. Rooms were serviced daily. Grounds were maintained nicely. Staff were helpful and friendly. We used the booking service for a couple of day trips. There is a grocery store just across the road for snacks and drinks. Easy access to the beach & boadwalk. Nothing really.

Great location, staff were wonderful. Breakfast selection was good. If you went out hungry that would be your fault as so many options. Pool looked fantastic (never got a chance for a swim as we had jammed packed days) restaurant staff beach side were fantastic and meals good. Nothing

especially like the location close to two shopping malls many small shops and restaurants. I like to swim at bar as well. there was nothing I didn't like about the property. The people were extremely nice and everything was orderly. Everyone was very helpful. The beach is basically closed for restoration, but that is no fault of the hotel.

Nice Room,Good breakfast. A short walk to Bali discovery. Polite staff. Bed was hard, The beer price at the "Warf" was about $2 overpriced compared to other locations in Bali.

Location is good close to the airport. The room was comfortable but outdated, the view is ok. They provided full breakfast each day we stayed. The property has two large pools, well kept lawns. They provided every night local cultural live shows. Access to the beach is not very clear, one has to climb some kind of small wooden wall. There is a big black pipeline either water or something else going over the beach lots of construction. Dirty beach, stray dogs roaming around he beach.
