I truly enjoyed my stay here on New Year’s Eve. Everything was lovely.

Service. Water was dripping from inddor unit of ac, reported but no action.(room 2113) No cushion on sofa, requested but no action (room 2113) One costly shaving rezor was missing from room 2113. My shoes got wet by water from outdoor unit of upper floor as I kept my shoes in veranda. (Room 2111) Dining staffs found very slow sometimes absent.

Honeymoon ruined due to theft and total lack of hotel responsibility We stayed at Best Western Resort Kuta from 29 Nov to 3 Dec 2025 for our honeymoon after getting married on 8 Nov. On the morning of 3 Dec, we returned from breakfast to find our hotel room had been entered and valuables stolen, including our rose-gold wedding rings, engagement ring, and cash. The total loss is approximately USD 2,170 (EUR 1,854 / MUR 100,000). This theft occurred inside a supposedly secure hotel room, raising serious concerns about security, staff access to key cards, unsecured balconies, and CCTV coverage. A police report was officially filed with Polsek Kuta on 3 December 2025. However, despite repeated follow-ups, the hotel has provided no compensation, no accountability, and no meaningful response for more than 7 days. We were left abroad with minimal funds. This incident caused severe emotional and financial distress to our family, including our child. Our honeymoon was completely ruined. We strongly warn future guests to consider the security risks and the hotel’s lack of responsibility toward guests.

It’s located near to centre in Kuta area,easy access to this property Veg meals options are very less and room walls are getting leaked by rain

Breakfast were multiple options.. Asian (fried rice, noodles, indonesian porridge, chicken soto), western (bread... more bread..) and some dessert. Didn't try the dessert though. Bread was nice but could have been better if they provided real butter. People say pool needed maintenance but I saw and it was quite okay. Bathroom was nice also. Housekeeping was good. They could have provided real butter. Also the bed need maintenance as it seemed to have broken on the middle.

Get same experience fr 2 yrs ago here , always get hard times with my key doors, it’s wasn’t working properly, the staff handle it really good , they fix our key card,but come on not only me I heard the other guess have same experience, note for the owner or management! Fix ur door lock it’s look so old already.

I like the hotel very much....may be I opted for nominal room....but we got room without balcony....this could be a weak point

The staff were beautiful! So kind & very helpful. Nice pool area Breakfast buffet was lovely. Spotted Mould in aircon - we were moved to another room. Same problem - I was coughing all night. Smell of sewerage from bathroom into bedroom area Water you cannot use water for brushing teeth / did not want to shower in the water as you could taste metal on skin. Had to leave accomodation due not being able to breathe properly in the room.

My 2nd time here,,, always nice,, very friendly staff The girl on the desk is Beautiful. Nice spacious room cleaned everyday. Breakfast not bad,, lots of choice. Good location. Unfortunately some of the furniture around the pool is broken,, there are only about 5 sunlougers made from wood but 3 of them were broken,, this need immediately addressing as there is maintenance on site and this should be fixed. Also one of the pool slabs broke whilst I was walking around and my leg fell in the broken concrete. I was lucky I didn't get injured other than a scratch as it could have been really nasty. But looking at the tiles there are many cracked and need checking for safety. I did report it to a staff member but he wasn't very interested

Familiar international feel to this hotel. It felt like any hotel of its type and you could have been anywhere in the world. It was clean and comfortable with efficient and friendly staff. We spent one night here before a flight and it was perfect for this purpose. There are several restaurants and coffee shops nearby and the hotel has a restaurant ( that we didn’t use). It was nice to have hot water in the basin and hand towels too (unusual in Sumatra in our experience). The shower was great, the bed comfortable and the WiFi worked well. A swimming pool gives this a bit more appeal too. A typical ‘business’ room makes it a little characterless but at the price and for a night a great stop.

Very nice hotel, The grounds are well kept, My room was quiet and spacious. I had to ask to swap my towels as they are stained, and the 3 out the 5 sun loungers are broken, There was a large range for breakfast with an egg/omelette and waffle chef, the staff are warm and welcoming
