The Kutaya

Nice place to stay near the airport, with short walk to beach and many restaurants. The room was basic but had all we needed. Cleaning good. Breakfast ok, the banana pancakes were tasty. We didnt use the pool but looked nice. A solid 2 star experience. Nothing that wasnt in the pictures

It's close to the airport so if you land late, it's walking distance. Beds were comfy. Clogged sink in the bathroom, dusty bedside lamps, Aircon wasn't very clean

Even though we stayed there for only one day as we had a flight next morning, we had an amazing experience. The staff was very polite and helpful during check in and check out. We had to check out early morning before the breakfast time, so the hotel offered to provide us the breakfast earlier which was very kind of them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone who wants to stay close to the airport and in a very affordable price. Everything was ok.

Great place to stay very close to the Airport. Its quiet, peaceful and you could easly use it as your base if you wanted to be around Kuta. We have stayed there a few times. The shower and toilet. The shower head sprays water everywhere. For the price is great value.

The breakfast could be improved a bit, with more options or better quality coffee.

The location, it was relatively quiet. The pool looked lovely but I didn't take a swim, and skipped the breakfast. You get what you pay for, really. It served a purpose for one night. People are working hard for not much money. It often looks better in photos but that's ok. The kettle had to be plugged in by the bed on a very short cable, so take care. And initially I tripped a bit with the multi level flooring in the bathroom. Minor things to adapt to.

The bottom room with pool access was great and the hotel was well located. 15 min walk from the airport. The bed was small even though we booked for a king. And the bathroom shower was barely working and the drain was plugged resulting fill the entire room with water. And it smelled moldy….

Great location - about a 10-minute walk from the airport, perfect after a flight. Clean pool, nice grounds, and very friendly staff. Сheck-out until 12:00 makes it ideal for a restful morning stay. Our room was quite dark, furniture is a bit old, and the hotel could use some cosmetic updates, including the bathroom. Overall, excellent value for an overnight stay.

Outside floor was slippery.

No break fast, behavior is not good, they Rob the guest in terms of every help,like taxi ,food, cleaners, etc Behavior,and Rob ness.

Small hotel close to the airport - perfect for a layover or a couple of days stay. Nice pool and really friendly staff. Breakfast is simple but does the job. Also appreciated the cameras on the property for extra peace of mind.

nothing...The place is in a dirty alley, The staff were incompetent, the room had a really bad smell of desinfectant. they try to covert the smell of mold. the air conditionning were full of mold. The sheet of the bed were dirty full of body fluid ...????? nothing

Location is not far from the airport, walking distance. Property and also the room looked very different to the photos online. Loose electrical sockets in the room, poor maintenance and also walls that needed painting. Bathroom was particularly bad. Unfriendly receptionist both on arrival and also departure, no real welccome. The property felt neglected and past its best.

The facilities weren't what I expected . The pillow had yellow sweat stains. Towels were grubby and the shower had no curtain to stop the water going all over the toilet and bathroom floor. The staff were lovely but we decided not to return at the end of our holiday.
