The bed is too bad it’s uncomfortable at all

Location, very close to Petronas It had a lot of potential and I’ve been here before and it was much better It didn’t feel clean. The sofas and bed had a LOT of stains, it felt really disgusting

Floors were dirty and sticky. Rooms have bad smell and made my eye sting.

Our bedroom apartment! It's modern, very comfortable and clean. Handy, prime location with many restaurants & cafes around and the famous PETRONAS Towers was nearby in walkable distance. Loved the price of the rooms and will def come back of we're ever in KL again. The security guards kept opening the doors for us which was a very nice gesture. They also controlled the cars/ Grabs that came in, which helped the flow of vehicles. The receptionist was helpful but needs to all smile... You are at front desk, having a welcoming smile is a must especially in this kind of business. The Jacuzzi was cold and the swimming pool was also cold, which made it hard to enjoy.

The location is alright. The staff members were rude, especially Chane. The room was very dirty, the bathroom smells extremely bad because i think the water system is not working well. There is a lot to update!!
