Cute hotel and very clean. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The property sits on top of a hill off the highway. It was a GREAT stopover on our trip.

Make certain you verify the room the desk is booking you into is a match to your on-line reservation. We booked 1 king bed and opened the door to 2 queen beds

Breakfast was fairly typical of hotels. It looked good. We were somewhat disappointed that the only safe option for us was peanut butter sandwiches…unable to consume mammal foods including dairy. The eggs had cheese. Dry cereal is not very palatable. Hardboiled eggs would have been a nice option.

In addition not one of the clocks in the room was set to the right time. I tried to set the alarm clock but needed a screwdriver to do so. Will definitely use another hotel chain next trip.

Overall this facility was really good. There is renovation going on but did not affect us. The bed was superior! We both commented on what a great sleep it was. The young lady working the breakfast graciously made extra gravy on our request as the serving dish was empty. She went beyond to do that- thank you!

Ive stayed at this property several times as I am frequently in the area on business. This is the first time since the remodel - and it feels like a huge downgrade. The rooms are now barren and uninviting. Lighting is poor. The first room I was assigned only had 1 pole lamp in the corner as the only light source. The front desk person was very kind in switching me to a different room - it was better lit, but it was sparsely decorated and furnished - there was not an adequate work desk, only a small round table on the opposite side of the room wedged under the TV - not near any plug ins to power the laptop. Most disappointing is the fact that the beds no longer have protective encasements on them - hopefully the remodel isn’t finished and it will get back to what it’s been in the past.

I booked through Hotels.com. Had to have my reservation cancelled at the hotel, due to an issue. Was rebooked and charged for the room again at the hotel. GM said they’d reach out to Hotels.com since I was charged twice. It’s been 2 weeks, and I still haven’t heard anything. Tried to email Customer Care at Hotels.com. My email gets returned every time. Need someone to contact me ASAP!

We were not told housekeeping is every other day. The hotel is older and one of the elevators didn’t go to our floor.

There’s was lots of hair in the tub and whole bunch of dead bugs in the curtains,tables and floor it was so disgusting. I’ll let the staff know about and all they said was “ I’m very sorry” and didn’t do anything about it.. so disappointed with our stay at this hotel .

Once i walked in my room i noticed there were a lot of bugs along the ceiling, on the bed and in the window. I was moved to a room that was not as nice as the original room. I was not compensated in any way for the inconvenience

Person at check-in was friendly. Room we were first put in had not been finished cleaning by housekeeping and this was at 8:30pm. We were moved to another room and that room was missing the bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel that should be locked into the shower wall. Also the room was missing the hair dryer.

Shower was not clean. They did offer to come clean, but I did it myself. Room had a weird smell

Was told we were upgraded to suite for free but when we arrived were told they couldn’t. Was also told I would get a discount on the room but my card was still charged in full for the stay. Coffee pot was moldy with old coffee left in it. No parking spots were available so had to park off the road into the grass.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a beautiful room. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

We reserved online and got in at 5 am. Construction work right above us started at 8 with hammering and VERY loud racket.

Our room was dated. Curtains had holes. Beds offer duvet covers and they were too heavy. No top sheet.

Overall the stay was ok and the rooms were nice. We arrived a little after 3 (checkin is at 3) and were told they weren't sure if our room was ready and it could be a half hour-took about ten minutes but we were able to get in. The next day we returned to our room and there had been no cleaning or linen service. When I asked, I was told they only service the rooms every other day. Which is fine, but was not expected. It also made the extended time to check in more frustrating. Overall a nice hotel and nice stay-I would return-I just can't give it 5*

I didn't like the bed

I've stayed multiple time at this location. Staff is always friendly. Love the updates to the property.

Rooms are outdated. Bed was uncomfortable. AC was struggling and room temp uneven with damp smell. It appeared an update was going on to rooms which is great. This has good location and the clerks were nice. I’ve stayed here before and it was fine. It will be great once room updates completed

We were very disappointed with our stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites at Sevierville, TN. The property was unkempt and public areas were not clean. The hallway carpets appeared that they had not been swept in days and surfaces were grimy. Our room did not appear clean. When we walked into the room, there was an immediate must smell apparent. The soap dish in the shower had old soap in it that was crusted and running down the shower wall. The carpet was in need of sweeping and the windows were dirty. The shower leaked onto the floor and floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked as a consequence. The Kleenex box in the room was empty when we arrived. As a result, we will be very cautious about choosing a Hampton Inn property when we travel in the future.

Besides that, our checkin took quite a while as we had to wait for the checkin clerk to smoke her cigarette in the front rocking chair while she scrolled through her phone. Honestly, I don’t think that frustrated me nearly as much as purposely packing swimsuits and happily looking forward to their promise of a hot tub. I sincerely hope management is reading this and will remove claims and photos of the now-nonexistent hot tub. Other than that, all else was fine.

I love Hampton inn it has always been a good stay and this was fine I would still choose this over others it just wasn’t quite up to my Hampton inn expectations they are usually spotless everywhere this one could use a little better cleaning and service but still ok just wasn’t as good as we are used to

I typically stay at a Hiliton as they are usually pretty good but not too up scale or expensive. However, this Hilton appeared to be lacking in maintenance and care as the walls were all scratched up, old looking, furniture was that of a holiday Inn in appearance, my sink was clogged and could not have anyone take care of it or put me in a new room and the ac unit barely worked. If I did t know any better I was staying at a Holiday in or worse. I will not be staying here again. Otherwise, it would have made it a great spot being close to restaurants and the Bass Pro for shopping.

The overnight desk attendant (I am so sorry I forgot to write your name down!!) was the lifesaver of the evening and made my stay even more enjoyable by coming through with extra pillows to make the already cozy bed just a smidge cozier! Bed comforter very heavy and way too warm for room, even with temp set low. TV channel guide would have been nice. Also, could have used more outlets for charging phones, etc.

Hotel is conveniently located off the Interstate close to shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The rate was very reasonable for the area. Our only complaint was the bed being too firm but we understand that's subjective. We'd definitely stay here again!

Stay was great front desk was very friendly. My only negative feedback is housekeeping did not go in my room on second day. I did not have anything up that said not to. I fact outside the room partner asked if I wanted the room done and in front of housekeeping I state yes I would want them to enter. In fact housekeeping just ignored even when I said hello.

The property is dated compared to others in the immediate area. I would suggest checking out the newer properties.

Convenient location right next to the ballpark. We were even able to see the fireworks from our room. Gym had adequate equipment for a workout. Breakfast was somewhat limited. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Location was convenient to access the businesses down the road.

Our stay was amazing. The Front Desk staff was more went above and beyond to make our stay (from check-in to check-out) a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay here each and every time we come back to the area. We were accommodated with exceptional care and concern.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Showing some wear and tear with age but nothing that would make you not want to stay. Location was great for ballgames and close enough to Pigeon Forge to easily get in and out without having to stay in all the congestion. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Accommodations, breakfast, parking were 1st. rate. Tv was hard to get working properly and telephone did not work. Tried to call front desk and could not.

I had reserved 2 rooms and wanted connecting rooms, but I was informed when I checked in that they could not give me connecting rooms because I went through Expedia instead of going through them. They said their hands were tied and they could not do anything about it. They said that I had paid a lot more to go through Expedia, but I told them that I called Hampton twice and one person told me the room would be $281 a night and another person told me it would be $268 a night But that I had gotten the room through Expedia for $209 a night. My daughter is on one floor and we are two floors up. But I guess what bothers me the most is that our room smells like a dog has been in here. I am very disappointed in this Hampton Inn.

It was very clean. The outside was a mess with nails hazards from the current construction. No bathrooms to use unless you was in your room.

This is a decent place to spend the night. Be warned that it is right next to the baseball stadium and while you can see the game you will also hear it and have the lights coming through the windows.

Lots of barking dogs. The hotel won't do anything about it. Remodel is going on in certain rooms. They are started at 6pm and still going at 10pm. Dont care if you are in the next room or floor. No handicap spots behind hotel. Walls are very thin. The lady at the front desk in the morning was really rude. The employees like to smoke right next to entrance in back. Cigarette butts everywhere. Stinks like smoke.

The man ago went over and above to help us figure a place to park with the long trailer we are pulling. Everything was great and the breakfast was extra good. That’s actually why my husband chose this hotel because in the reverse trip he had liked the breakfast etc

Phyllis was horrible at check in. She was snapping at everyone waiting to check in. She stated that they were short staffed in housekeeping with only 4 cleaners. She stated they were busy because of the rod run and the baseball game. My husband said it sounds like the manager didn’t make the schedule accordingly. She just snapped it’s because no one wants to work. She checked us in and said our room was ready. We went up and there was no sheets on the bed all the bedding and towels were in a pile on the floor. We went back downstairs with all our bags and she told us it would be 30 mins. We went shopping at Bass Pro. We came back an hour and half later, went to the room it was still not ready. Thankfully Phyllis had gone home. Kennedy was there. Let me tell you this young lady changed things around for you all. My husband and I had already decided we would try one of the other hotels nearby next time. She moved us to another room that was ready. She apologized for Phyllis, let us know she would be there until midnight if we needed anything at all she would be happy to help. She was friendly and polite. A definite asset to your establishment. Phyllis? I’m not sure if she was overwhelmed or just bitter a woman. Maybe change her to overnights when she doesn’t have to have much contact with customers.

My only complaint was we couldn’t go to our room when we arrived at check-in. They were short staffed on the housekeeping crew. I was told 4 ladies to clean 120 rooms.

It’s fine. It’s consistent with the overall state of Hampton Inns these days. I used to be loyal to them, but their hotels are slowly degrading. Worst of all; I used to be able to depend on a great mattress no matter which one I stayed in. Not true anymore. At this location it was a pretty hard and uncomfortable mattress. Everything else was fine though, but nothing here to get excited about.

We were driving unexpectedly due to airline cancellations and so did not have much of a choice -- the price was $225 which incredibly high given a property like a Hampton Inn which was in poor shape. The carpeting needed vacumming, signs were peeling off the wall. I brought the price down by using expedia points but I would NEVER EVER EVER have stayed there if it hadn't been late at night with few choices.

Great property, but dearth of quality food options nearby. The one close dining option is often full and overwhelmed.

The hotel is conveniently located. The rooms are clean. The bed was ok comfort wise. The bathroom is outdated but was clean and functional. What stands out here is the excellent front desk lady who checked us in. She was super friendly and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. She even mentioned their rewards program that I was not aware of and since I stay at this chain pretty regularly, I appreciated that information. She is the shining star of this hotel. If she is not the manager she should be. Excellent to work with

I was so disappointed when I returned from shopping 7 hours later on Sunday, February 27th, to find that my room had not been cleaned. I removed the card from my outside doorknob, before I left that morning. I called the desk 3 times, but no one answered, so I went down there. I was on my way out to dinner. I asked the young man why it had not been cleaned, and he said it showed “clean” on his list. He said he would have it cleaned, or move me to another room. This was 5:00pm. When I returned at 6:30, the room still wasn’t cleaned. I stayed dressed until 9:00pm, hoping someone would at least come replace the towels and empty the trash. I finally called at 9:00 and they said they would leave a note for the morning shift. When I checked out on Tuesday, March 1st, Lexie said she did not see a note from the night shift. I was disappointed at the lack of communication.

It was a last minute stay during traveling and we were extremely satisfied. The staff, room, etc. were excellent. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Was the second time I stayed here. Had the same person check in, I think Cameron?? Was super nice, attentive and helpful. I had driven through some nasty weather to get there, and he quickly recommended a place to get a beverage and dinner:)
