Reviews
The hotel is highly praised for its proximity to Eagle Beach, with many guests appreciating the quiet and clean environment. The staff is consistently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, some guests express disappointment with the small size of the pool and the quality of the continental breakfast.
- Close proximity to Eagle Beach
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Small pool size
- Quality of continental breakfast

We only stayed 1 night as we were heading further north. We didn’t expect too much considering the price. We were looking for something right off the highway. Definitely a no frills hotel.
- 5/5
So clean. Well kept facilities. It has a gym. It's not very big, but it is sufficient. Would definitely reccommend!
- 3/5
Abajo de las camas estaba muy sucio y encontré cucarachas en la habitacion
- 5/5
I was greeted with a very friendly staff. I had extremely loud neighbors in the room next to me. They refused to stay quiet. The staff moved me to a different room and even helped me. I was traveling alone and I was very frightened by the behavior if the men staying there. The room was very clean, beds comfortable and check in was very easy. Stayed there once before and will be back.
- 5/5
Being right across from Walmart was convient
- 4/5
Only issues were water pressure not too great and the bathroom faucet was loose and the toilet seat also. But the hubby tightened both so hopefully that helps. Other than that it was a really nice hotel with friendly staff 💕
- 3/5
It was okay
- 4/5
The elevator and hallways have a VERY strong smell of weed. It was not as strong in the room, but enough that we felt a need to buy air freshener from Walmart. If you have a sensitivity to that, I would avoid staying at this location.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
The TV didn’t work but it was a room.
- 5/5
I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.
- 3/5
Tub drain also slow to drain so it pooled up during showers. Room was clean and we had plenty of towels, though. The clean rooms brought it to three stars but we wouldn't stay here again.
- 5/5
For a pet friendly property very clean, beds were comfortable, check in was super easy. Overall a great place to stay. Nothing
- 4/5
Room was clean. This was first time I stayed in this chain and was surprised by the few amenities available.
- 5/5
It was a nice place nothing special. No pools no snacks in the am unless it’s a bag of chips out of the vending machine. Didn’t realize it was Ana extended stay place but it was over all and place to sleep and that’s what’s we wanted.
- 3/5
The bed was low to the floor and squeaky.
- 1/5
The location was decent The whole place reeked of pot. It was terrible.
- 2/5
Check-in was fine, the entire hotel smelled like a mix of random chemicals. I wonder if it is from people smoking in the rooms and the staff trying to remove/cover up the smell with endless chemicals. I wouldn't stay here again. The walls between rooms are incredibly thin. We got to hear two different men and a woman yelling at each other for hours during the night. Everyone who worked there seemed to smell of stale smoke. When we walked into our room for the first time someone was just walking out of it as if they had just cleaned it but it was 10:30 PM so I don't know what the person was doing in the room at that time.
- 2/5
The beds were creaky, worn out, and VERY uncomfortable. We had a "suite" with a kitchenette that contained ZERO kitchen supplies - no silverware, glasses, dishes or pots - What's the point? No ice machine and when I asked the clerk she said "you have ice cube trays in your room" which didn't help because they weren't filled but I'm sure the next person who rented the room was happy to have the ice I made and couldn't use. You had to ask for a hairdryer, no breakfast, pay to rent a coffee pot if you wanted coffee. The next night I stayed at a Motel 6 which was comfortable and had everything I needed for $30 less per night. Not what I would expect from a supposedly higher caliber motel chain.
- 2/5
would not stay here again. Some parts of the floor seemed sticky - wasn't terrible (but in general we don't go barefoot on hotel floors anyway). Found a cockroach in the bathroom a small one, mocking me as I was trying to do my business. and the AC was not working. 1st night : upon arrival seemed ok, by the middle of the night it was quite warm but not bad enough to get up and investigate. we were out all day the next day, when we returned it was clear the AC was broken, we talked to the front desk, they reset it (unplugged and replugged the unit on the wall) it kicked on so we thought it would be ok. By 1am it was sweltering, we tried to reset again and it kicked on for maybe 5 mins.. tried again, and this time it stayed on for 3 mins. It never kicked back on, I didn't want to deal with maintenance workers in my room at 1 am so we tried to go back to sleep.
- 5/5
Only issue was wall outlet (above nightstand) didn't work.
- 1/5
Front desk staff was inept on handling issues with room tv and lack of concern on Keurig cups are less than the stated must use 8oz cups. The cups are too small and coffee overflowed. I burned myself attempting remove overfilled cup. AI told front desk rep and stated not there problem
- 4/5
The room was clean. The room was set up for ADA, which we did not need. The bed was very low to the floor which made it hard to get out and stand up. I have stayed in ADA rooms before, but not like this one.
- 3/5
My first room had no ac and had roaches in the tub. They did move me into a better room. Staff was super nice. Theres no coffee maker in the rooms or ice machine on site. Overall i wasnt impressed with the hotel. I was however very happy with the great and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful.the room was clean and very comfortable. I will be back.
- 5/5
I like having access to a mini fridge and a microwave it makes it easier when traveling for work and warming up something in the mornings and it’s clean
- 1/5
Charged me twice and didnt fix the problem.
- 4/5
The place was good for what we needed
- 4/5
Property is clean. Check in staff were very friendly. We came in for a concert at Neyland and it was conveniently located and easy to access. Would stay here again.
- 4/5
Air conditioner could've worked better.
- 2/5
The hotel was okay. There’s no coffee pot in your room- you can rent one for $5 a day. The desk isn’t staffed so you have to call 500 on the phone to get anyone and do that multiple times. I had to request a hair dryer, go down and pick it up and then call again to get someone to be there. It was two much if a hassle after that. They only have 10-6 on weekends so I went out my my way twice during my day to meet there timeframe because they didn’t have any clean rooms at 12:30 okay but super inconvenient. There’s no tissue in the room, they only give you one soap and two towels. Overall not worth the hassle for the price and will definitely pick somewhere else in the future. Additionally they had someone picking up/ dropping off cars between 10-12 at night and garbage picked up at 3 am. Just crazy that I couldn’t even get sleep
- 3/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. I would say if you need an affordable long term stay this place would fit the bill. No real amenities though. Small bed that was mediocre. No real toiletries or blow dryer. It was an easy location and a good price.
- 1/5
Our room smelled like some one smoked in it. The bed was so low to the floor. Our shower floor waa cracked and had a hole in it. Beem there quite some time as the floor gave when you stood in it. The floor was sticky. Chairs had something sticky all over them.
- 1/5
Do not stay here. I made a reservation for 2 queen beds, they only had one queen. Luckily they found a room with two beds after I was calling their corporate. It smells like a combo of cigarettes and weed. The bed is not a platform bed and is missing the box spring. There is no iron, no room coffee maker and the coffee maker down stairs only has decaffeinated. There is no housekeeping. If you want clean towels, you have to take the towels down to the front desk and exchange them but keep in mind that the front desk opens at nine otherwise there’s nobody there. When I checked out, I had to just leave the key up by their pulldown steel barrier where the front desk is.
- 5/5
Very clean and nice. Everyone was friendly The bed was not very comfortable and there was a thermostat in the room but it didn’t seem to really control the unit and I couldn’t even just make the fan run to circulate the air. Wasn’t miserable but I would have slept better the temp was more to my liking.
- 1/5
The washroom wasn’t clean at all there were underwear left behind and tub was dirty I’m supposed to be refunded for that inconvenience.
- 5/5
Only ten minutes from the tennova med center. Loved the kitchenette area.
- 5/5
Arrived late at night and had to call to get in. Staff was fast and friendly room was clean and nice with a large fridge
- 5/5
As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe. The staff was exceptional, I watched them interact with other customers dogs, which as a dog mom I loved this.
- 4/5
The property was clean, amenities were awesome, especially the laundry room!
- 4/5
Mattress slanted to the left.
- 1/5
Just seemed sort of dumpy
- 2/5
There was not any coffee in the morning until after 9am until staff arrived. There was not an iron for to iron clothes. I had to go and but my own iron. I will not be staying at this hotel again.
- 5/5
Property was perfect for our weekend stay in Knoxville, TN.
- 3/5
Had a weird smell inside the room, bathroom floor was dirty, along with the lamp shade had some kind of nasty looking liquid spilled on it. No hand soap to wash your hands with. Looks amazing on the outside just kinda bad inside. For $140 for a one night stay it was not good.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Good place to stay
- 4/5
Noisy. Thin walls. Motorcycle traffic at 1 am.
- 3/5
NO ICE MACHINE!! I’ve never heard of a hotel that doesn’t have at least 1 ice machine. I was told to use the one in the freezer portion of the fridge, but it didn’t work. and even if it did, it would take a couple of hours to make ice. Very inconvenient. This hotel really needs to get an ice machine!
- 5/5
Very clean
- 3/5
The TV was broken. No ironing board or iron without requesting and renting one. No coffee maker without requesting and renting one. And coffee in the lobby was cold and stale from the night before, staff not present until 9am to refresh the coffee. No hand towel in the bathroom without requesting. Toilet base was gross with old urine. Cost was fair except I would have had to rent so many things to make the stay comfortable that it would have been way more than another hotel offering all the simple amenities. Glad it was only a place to lay my head for a night, anything longer I would have never stayed. Front desk was very kind and friendly.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 2/5
The hotel patrons seem more like long term guests- similar to a halfway house. Hallways smell like marijuana, elevator smells like cigarettes, rooms are not clean. Kitchen in room comes empty- cups, spoons, coffee maker, etc must be rented at the front desk. Do not stay here.
- 3/5
Served its purpose The walls were thin so you could hear others in their rooms. The main staff member told me I had to wait for towels because they were still in the dryer. I stayed 3 days… we were only given one towel, one wash cloth. I had to hunt down the person cleaning rooms for people that were checking out. She was kind and gave me some towels and wash cloths.
- 5/5
NA
- 5/5
Air worked great. Room was clean. Parking was limited.
- 3/5
Front desk was super great, however the room wasn’t fully cleaned, and all night you could hear upstairs walking.
- 5/5
Fast and friendly check in. Quiet and peaceful
- 5/5
No ice in ice machine but otherwise good. No coffee in the early morning hours for travelers leaving hotel.
- 2/5
Very noisy. You can hear every step above you. Some of the staff was friendly but others didn't even acknowledge you.
- 4/5
Room was mainly clean but when you opened the toilet seat or looked in the corner of night stand, you could see it's not been cleaned thoughly. Previous guest left their stuff in the fridge and dishwasher, staff did not clean it.
- 3/5
Didn’t feel very safe.
- 4.5/5
There was nothing I didn't like
- 4.5/5
Location and dog friendly No hairdryer
- 1/5
Staff is never at the desk. Entire hotel is dirty and smells horrible. I went to Walmart and purchased a glade plug-in and Lysol spray for the room. I had booked for 9 nights and only stayed 2.
- 4/5
The property/room was very clean and the staff were especially helpful and polite! However, the hallways smelled of pot the entire time we were there. Very disappointing, but manageable since the odors never came into our room. Didn’t complain because it didn’t invade our room but hotel was supposed to be nonsmoking. Hotel was pet friendly and very reasonable pet charges.
- 4/5
The hotel rooms are meant for extended stay. They are fairly basic rooms but comfortable enough. At this price point, I think the overall quality is good. That said, it is more of a barebones operation.
- 2/5
Great location and clean however the walls are thin, we were up all night due to the TV from one room and someone talking all night on the other side. Wouldn't stay again due to this reason.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, hotel is in a good area also good prices.
- 2/5
no breakfast offered. I was given a handicap room with a mattress 1 foot off the floor and very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel & staff - room very nice
- 5/5
staff were amazing. very clean
- 5/5
Has gym, plenty of washers and dryers and quiet
- 1/5
This is my third time staying here and the last two times have been extremely loud with people leaving their TVs up all night long. The walls are very thin and you can’t sleep and people are obviously smoking in the facility and you can smell it in all of your rooms. I requested to go to a room where it would be a quieter area after my second stay there and the lady told me oh you’re on the first floor. It should be good while I was on the first floor both times and neither time was good. I literally didn’t get any rest while I was there.
- 4.5/5
Clean and quiet Nothing
- 3/5
The room was clean and the staff were courteous. But they had limited staff hours-the front desk was open 9am-6pm. You could get ahold of someone by phone, but it felt odd that no one was at the front desk. Also our kitchen had only 1 plate and bowl. The excercise room had very little in it and the only public bathroom (across from the gym) was out of order. For the price it was okay, but don’t know if I would stay there again.
- 1/5
Dirty hotel. Not sound proof. I’m dissatisfied and want a refund. Place was so noisy I could not sleep. I will not be returning.
- 5/5
All the above
- 3/5
Bugs!
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable
- 2/5
I would only recommend this to people who need somewhere to stay briefly. The room was clean, but the fridge had a horrible smell that filled the room. The walls are so thin that you can clearly hear conversations occurring in rooms next to you. I witnessed the staff spraying Febreeze in the hallways multiple times to cover the smell of smoke. Staff does not come to collect used towels and washcloths, so you have to request new ones from the front desk. There was also no hand soap provided. Very bare bones. Wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay.
- 4.5/5
Location and price. No fresh coffee and front desk could stand to be open more.
- 1/5
In my whole life I have never seen such a pathetic hotel. Please do proper advertising of handicap rooms.
- 4/5
The staff was exceptionally friendly, and it’s located in a good spot for being on the west side of the city While the room I stayed in was clean, some of the sheets smelled very dingy. The doors are locked up at nighttime so it can also be inconvenient to get into the hotel
- 5/5
Ameneties
- 1/5
dident even get to check in. no one was at the desk no one asnswerd the phone at 10 pm. me and 8 other people were stuck in the lobby. waited 1 hour and left. Im hopeing for a full refund. what a joke
- 4/5
Clean room. Great staff, very helpful. Convenient location.
- 1.5/5
Staff was very friendly It had an extremely strong weed smell
- 3/5
The place was not clean at all. There was stains in the wall. The allowed dogs, which is no problem but the cleaning after them after they depart was concerning. There was hair in thr shower, on the walls. Yellow dried up what appear to be snot on the curtains. The tv sometimes wouldn't work and I would have to unplug it for some seconds. The halls smell like dog just urine on certain floors.
- 5/5
Inexpensive room...nice. : )
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly! Unfortunately the hotel needs updating. The comforter was not clean and the mattress was hard.
- 5/5
Rooms are always clean and functional. Mike
- 2.5/5
The room were clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Great value for the money if you need extended stay accommodations. I didn't realize this was an extended stay hotel. Breakfast was not included on site. The area seemed a little sketchy.
- 5/5
This place was very clean with very friendly staff
- 2/5
location and price the room i had door latch didnt lock. Trevor gave me a different room and it was not clean so i asked to keep my original room.
- 5/5
Perfect stay for traveling through. Right off the highway and near grocery stores. I was running late and they called to check on me that I'd be making my stay. Room was great and comfortable.
- 3/5
There was no breakfast, just a self-service coffee carafe. No ice machine, either. You should offer a continental breakfast, with coffee, pastries, maybe fruit and yogurt, something light.
- 4.5/5
I was traveling by motorcycle, and was happy to wait an extra day to let some passing rain come through. Clean, comfortable, quiet HVAC, nice laundry facilities, close to supermarket.
- 5/5
Location was great. Walmart across the street. Not far from Turkey Creek
- 5/5
Exceptionally friendly staff, nice very clean and comfortable room.
- 5/5
Clean, cheap, and a comfortable bed. Couldn't ask for much more than that.
- 5/5
Very pleasant, accommodating staff. Clean room. I was given a a handicapped room and the bed was too low (as well as microwave. Bed was awful
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
I was pleasantly surprised and now this hotel will be my GO TO place when I visit Knoxville. Last month I stayed at another brand's "extended stay" in Florida and it was horrible (go read my reviews), but I gave this "extended stay" type hotel a chance and I'm extremely glad I did.
- 5/5
Nice big tv. A bit noisy from the busy street but not too bad later at night. Surprised by the efficient kitchen. Clean and well appointed. Overall a nice place to stay.
- 4/5
Overall good, but the hallway had strong smell of marijuana, and it was a no smoking floor too.
- 5/5
Since it's an extended stay hotel, people are living there and are able to smoke in their rooms which we could smell in our room. I'd say it's more appropriate for an extended stay rather than a night or two as people who are staying longer would bring their own bedding, towels and toiletries etc. There was no way to boil water, nor were there any dishes. I noticed a coffee maker in the reception area though. Lastly, we could hear the people above us moving furniture well into the night and we could even hear snoring. I wouldn't recommend it as a regular hotel but rather as a temporary place to live.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Pleasantly surprised. Would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Bare bones no food or dishes at all just basic stay
- 5/5
The room was pretty clean, good customer service. I loved they used full size refrigerators instead of the mini fridge.
- 5/5
Clean place and staff is very friendly
- 3/5
The room was old and could have been cleaned better. Beds were clean and no bugs or anything gross. The floors were sticky and looked like hair and tons of dust all over the floors and counters. When we checked in the staff was helpful and very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
- 4/5
The floor in the room could have stood a cleaning. The staff was great !!!!! Amenities so, so. It was Definitely affordable. Over all, we were happy and would stay again. We definitely tip out hats to the gentlemen at the front counter, he was awesome, very helpful and kind. We checked in on 12-26-25
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Dec 10th to Dec 21
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff and easy checkin
- 5/5
Room was spotless. No real staff to mention.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly. The room was clean. This is a bare bones, basic facility. Bar of soap, shampoo, conditioner, Kind of odd to provide a kitchen and not even a coffee maker or cup or drinking glass of any kind in the room. If affordability is your primary objective & you don't need any extras this is a great option.
- 5/5
The kitchen had
- 5/5
Nice clean room with full size fridge stovetop and microwave with sink
- 5/5
I really loved the stay while i was in town for Thanksgiving. It was very nice and clean.
- 4/5
was great
- 4/5
Great location- accessible to many things.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and bathroom was large. Close to restaurants. Staff was very nice.
- 2/5
Check in was easy and pleasant. The room was clean and was what we wanted and expected. Walls are paper thin; could hear everything going on and said in rooms on either side and above our room. The first night we stayed awake most of the night due to the room above us stomping and running back and forth. The second night the room next to us had their tv up so loud that we couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk to complain and whoever received the call did go to the room and tell them there had been complaints and the person cussed out the guest service person and he just said “he was doing his job and letting them know there were complaints.” The person never turned the volume down and continued cussing after he slammed the door. I know the staff cannot control their guest, but should be able to something to take care of customers that have respect for and are trying to enjoy their stay away from home. We frequent this town 10-12 times per year, but will make our stays somewhere else in the future.
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly
- 3/5
Hotel front shutter closed and availability was poor, difficult to ask service while my stay.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Room was clean. No amenities. I mean bare bones. You could ask for a hair dryer or toiletries. No ice machine but if you ask they will give you an ice cube tray to put in the freezer.
- 3/5
Yes room in good condition. It would have been nice to provide extra pillows and the air refresher smell was very very strong!
- 1/5
It was horrible, we had a kitchenet without dishes, you could get dishes at the front desk if you rented them, no iron, or anything.
- 5/5
Room was spotless!!!
- 5/5
Nice clean room
- 4/5
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room very clean and very spacious . My only “issue” is I didn’t realize it’s not a typical hotel- no breakfast or mini mart on property (snack area). Also- did not have any hairdryers in room…. No ice machines- however front desk had trays of ice if needed - but we had a 10 hr drive home and needed to pack some ice in coolers …. But again they had some at the front desk…. Very secure hotel as well! Need key card to get through all doors …. Great feature but just don’t forget to take key card with u -ALWAYS. Front desk also open only from 10-9 on weekends. I went into lobby to ask for scissors and got locked in the lobby area w no way back to my room or through the doors to get to an elevator.. (my own fault…). So always take key card w you. Staff was able to come and let me in…. Overall- great place to stay as song as u know those few small things.
- 1/5
It took me over an hour to get checked in even though my rooms were prepaid for. The shower had no water pressure. The floors were dirty. The beds are hard as a rock and the light coming in from the parking lot pierced into the room all night even with the curtains closed. This stay was a waist of time and money
- 5/5
This place was amazing!! The lobby was warm and cozy and so were the staff! The room was so spacious, clean and comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was so delicious- 5 star for sure!!! Would definitely stay here every time we go back!!
- 2/5
Checked in after hours and waited for a long time for anyone to check me in. There was another person in the lobby who had already been waiting 30 minutes. Sheets on the bed were either dirty or stained.
- 3/5
The room smelled of marijuana. People were outside in the parking lot blasting music til after midnight
- 3/5
The first week here was great. But the 2nd week has been loud. With people getting in the parking lot by the windows drinking and plying loud music. Getting in the hallways being loud. If i hadn't done paid for my 3rd nd 4th week we would leave.
- 4/5
The room was great and clean, but I did find a cockroach crawling up the fridge. I let the staff know about it before I checked out. Besides that, everything would have been great.
- 5/5
Very new, friendly staff
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Yes property was great
- 1/5
I was very disappointed
- 2/5
Couldn't get the room warm. Corporate set maximum temp at 75.... I'm from FL and it was in the 40s. Needless to say I was freezing!
- 4/5
Room was very clean. Only amenities were one bar of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Luckily right next to Walmart so I could go grab some lotion. Location is good, price is right. Lots of smokers hanging out outside the entrances. Other than that and the limited front desk hours, it seems like a typical hotel. I stayed alone and felt safe.
- 5/5
The young lady working the front desk was friendly and took great care of use. Especially when we had a small issue with our room.
- 5/5
Pleasant staff and clean room.
- 4/5
Seems quite new and fresh, but also quite basic no frills. Bed was comfortable and it’s convenient to I75
- 5/5
parking sucked! Too many big box trucks taking up extra parking and running their engines late at night or early in the morning.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the stay. Clean facilities and friendly staff.
- 1/5
All around very poor.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Staff friendly, helpful, respectful. room spacious, clean, and bathroom set up well for those of limited mobility. will recommend this hotel to friends and family
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
The hotel was excellent, from the registration, with a very helpful front office worker, to the room, which had everything I could want. The location is superb, just a few hundred yards off the highway with plenty of parking. At night, there was perfect quiet. I will definitely stay here when I return to Knoxville.
- 3/5
Clean and comfortable but no desk service without calling #500. We travel and book hotels at least 10 times a year and I have to say, although this is the ONLY hotel without at least a continental breakfast, the fact that there wasn’t even coffee is what makes me give only 3 stars. That was a definite demerit.
- 3/5
Facility has no coffee no ice machine you have to ask for iron hairdryer I had reserved queen suite with roll in shower and was given traditional bathroom with no grab bars
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean and conveniently located. Staff was nice and it was nice to have a mini kitchen. My only complaint would be that they charge you for anything above the bare minimum... ex. no coffee maker unless you pay extra.
- 3/5
The room appeared clean but there was a powerful odor of dog urine/cleaner in the room
- 1/5
Bad awful yuck
- 3/5
Smelled like weed
- 5/5
The hotel. Was nice and comfortable. We loved our 2 stays in 1 month…..
- 5/5
Very good best price
- 5/5
We were just there for one night in prep for a flight. Very clean, quiet hotel.
- 3/5
Overall great stay.
- 4/5
Only complaint was not having coffee available.
- 3/5
We got a call before we arrived asking if we’d be there by 9:00pm. The front desks closed at 9:00pm. We never heard of such a thing and we were not told this up front. The beds were very hard. Bedding was old. Bathroom was not clean. Pubic hair on toilet. There was no one on the desk between 9pm and 10am. Would not recommend this place.
- 4/5
Mattresses could definitely use an upgrade. Bed in wheelchair accessible room too low for easy transfers.
- 2/5
Not enough linen or toliet tissue. hard bed, Drunk people walking around complaining at the front desk. No coffee what so ever in the place! terrible place to stay for the high price.
- 4/5
Clean room, bed was ok, friendly staff.
- 3/5
If you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you. The walls are paper thin. We could hear the conversation being had in the next room. Also, the foot traffic from the room above was very disturbing. The front desk staff was very responsive to our complaint and rectified the situation twice. The room was occupied by 5 people (3 children) and a dog the bombardment was constant AM & PM
- 3/5
Hotel was servicable. Clean room. Recommend a top floor as you can easily hear footsteps and furniture movement above. Front desk is only manned between the hours of 10-6 on weekends, which is odd to me.
- 4/5
I’m a person that likes to sleep with multiple pillows. There’s only 1 pillow per person on each bed. Mattress was not all that comfortable but it wasn’t a deal breaker! Very very very clean facility from the front to the room. Extremely pleasant and professional customer service. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!
- 5/5
Amazing extremely quiet and staff very friendly
- 2/5
We could hear the person in the next room vomiting as well as people on an upper floor partying until 4 am. Kids screaming and adults yelling. We have stayed at this property before and had a good experience but this one was not good. Fit to our room and had food in the refrigerator from a previous guest. Probably won’t be back unless absolutely necessary
- 3/5
Spacious room, clean. Asked for replacement towels and was told they only replace them every two weeks. This location is for long term travelers who stay for weeks at a time. It was also somewhat noisy at night, but worked for a UT game.
- 5/5
Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
The beds were absolutely horrible, but the room very clean
- 5/5
Having a full kitchen available was valuable.
- 4/5
The only thing that was disturbing. Was you either had to rent a coffee pot and or buy it from the hotel.
- 1/5
Run down, loud, and filthy
- 5/5
Room was very clean
- 3/5
The hotel was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. My husband went to Walmart and bought Lysol. The next day he bought Fabris. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Near the elevator there were drippings on the floor that remained there the entire week. In front of room 330, there was a dirty napkin on the floor, seemingly marking what looked like dog poop, along with a stain that appeared to be dog vomit. While the napkin was eventually picked up, the stains were never cleaned. We went to the front desk several times to complain and request fresh towels, but the desk was closed, and no one was available to help. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, easy parking and very close to dining, shopping and gas stations.
- 3/5
Called front desk for loud music which lasted until 3:00AM and it took another hour before it stopped.
- 5/5
Property was very clean and convenient…..
- 4/5
The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The beds could have been better.
- 5/5
Very functional
- 5/5
Great stay and easy parking , plenty of dining options in the area. Very clean suite .
- 5/5
The hotel was fine, and kept clean. The front office closed early and we had to call a number to be let in at only around 915. When we left the next morning around 715, there was still no front office open. Assuming they had someone on call, but just seemed for a hotel is all.
- 2/5
Very kind and knowledgeable staff. The rooms even look clean, but the hotel (at least 3rd and 4th floors) had very distinct, strong, and off-putting odors. Never experienced anything like it and unfortunately will never forget
- 5/5
Excellent staff. Easy access to no waiting laundry facilities.
- 5/5
Great place to stay for UT game. Highly recommend.
- 2/5
I was really disappointed with our decision to stay here. It's the only hotel that I've ever stayed at that didn't have front-desk service until 10 a.m. and ended early in the evening. We so cockroaches in our room and the person on duty said, "That's weird. We never had anyone complain about cockroaches."
- 2/5
Room was clean, but for rate we paid, I would expect someone to be at the check in desk. We had to call to get an employee to come to the desk.
- 5/5
Parking was crowded. But I managed to find a spot. Air conditioning was excellent. They don’t automatically clean your room every day. You have to ask them.
- 4/5
Didnt like that there was no cups, silverware etc in the suites. No complimentary coffee or water in the lobby.
- 3/5
There was no plates, silverware, cups, coffee pot, hair dryer. The place was empty!
- 5/5
Room was clean, Brittany at front desk was friendly and helpful, quiet overnight, we enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
Cheap price , clean room and staffs are good.
- 5/5
Was great. Will stay again next time i come to Tennessee
- 4/5
I thought it was very good. The check in was great and was the hotel staff. My husband was awakened in the night by the tv next door. So he liked the place, but would have been happier with a neighbor who slept through the night. I slept through it. I don’t care about breakfast, so it was a nonissue for me. I care most about cleanliness and no bugs. I was very happy with the place.
- 5/5
Too much pot smokers In the building. Trouble checking out because we couldn't get ahold of the staff. AC didn't get very cold. It was generally warm in our room the whole time. I was sweating at night.
- 3/5
not so good Limited amenities A very small bar of soap only
- 2/5
walls too thing hearing noise from next room all nig tv on high volume
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful getting settled!
- 3/5
I paid extra money for cooking utensils and there wasn’t a knife or lids to fit the pot and pan in the room…I had to go to the store to purchase the items I needed to prepare my meal…I was disappointed to say the least
- 4/5
I stayed for three nights while visiting a sick relative and overall it was a good experience. I was a bit annoyed that there was no coffee anywhere in the building, including in my room. I guess because it’s an extended stay you have to provide everything for yourself. There was one small bar of soap and one very small shampoo and that was about it for amenities. Of course it did have a full kitchen, but I didn’t need that. I just needed some coffee. The website said free coffee, but there was none to be found. The room that I stayed in was nicely updated, and the bed was somewhat comfortable, but was perhaps the most creaky bed I’ve ever slept on. Overall, it was a positive experience, but with the lack of coffee or breakfast, I might look elsewhere next time.
- 5/5
Clean, simple, safe, and with close proximity and access to the interstate.
- 5/5
Clean and confortable stay thank you
- 5/5
Very nice stay
- 2/5
The building fire alarm went off twice during my stay. Once at 4am, another night at 5am. Fire trucks and all. They aren’t concerned at all about you bring inconvenienced. I get they can’t control those scenarios. But when asked if they could adjust the rate for those nights they said they could not. Meaning they would not. However if I had opted to cut my stay short, they would have adjusted my rate higher per night. Strange how they can do one but not the other.
- 5/5
Food, supplies, dining options are close. Good choices. Walmart and Sam's very close. Rooms were very clean. Water pressure in the shower is not that great but it'll get the job done. Trevor and Kaitlyn were amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, informative. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
- 2/5
Was advertised to have breakfast only to get an email after paying that they didn’t serve breakfast. I had to call for someone to come to check us in at the closed front desk.
- 2/5
It was not clear this is an Extended Stay hotel, which meant many full time residents, pets and kitchen/food smells. No ammenities, including no ice machine, no coffee in room or in lobby. Beds were very uncomfortable with cheap linens and thin pillows. Antiseptic smell throughout property seemed to be masking other smells. No staff at front desk in evening or morning so if you lock yourself out or have any problem you have to wake up an "on-call" staffer.
- 1/5
The fourth floor has a musky oder... the coffee is horrible, this is a low cost hotel and you can tell
- 5/5
it was quiet and clean
- 5/5
The amount that my spouse and I paid for this room was a good price. Overall, the location was nice. There was plenty of places to eat and there was a mall and other shops close by. For the one night that we stayed, the place was quiet and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for something inexpensive.
- 3/5
Checked in “After Hours” and had to wait outside for over 20 minutes for someone to let us in. When we did get inside the front desk was closed up like a prison. The man who checked us in was very nice, but nothing could compensate for the “Welcome”, or lack thereof, that we received upon our arrival.
- 5/5
Good place to stay!
- 2/5
The hotel itself was very clean and the front desk attendant was polite, but the smell of POT was so strong it was nauseating. Definitely felt like you could get a contact high from just riding the elevator and waiting in the hall in front of the elevator.
- 4/5
Overall ok. You need to know if u are checking in after 9pm the front lobby is locked and no one at front desk. You have to call and wait for someone to show up. Not that big of deal but we did have to wait a while and when u have traveled all day, waiting for 15-minutes to get someone to check u in can feel like an hour. We were told they do the lobby that way because this place is an extended stay facility.
- 3/5
No soap shampoo and conditioner.
- 4/5
Clean, spacious. But didn't like: no coffee maker in room; you have to "rent" it for $5! No hair dryer unless you specifically ask. Nobody at desk after 6 on weekends; you have to call from the foyer outside the lobby. Didn't take long, but still, I didn't care for it.
- 4/5
Nice place. We enjoyed our stay
- 2/5
Staff was friendly but the room was dirty when we checked in. The floor was not swept. There was garbage and visible dirt under the beds. The floors had sand/dirt on them. I asked if it would be possible to come have someone sweep our room, but the front desk told me the only clean the rooms if you stay longer than two weeks. We also asked for extra pillows, and were never given them. We stayed on the fourth floor, and the entire hallway smelled of mold.
- 4/5
Clean facilities at a reasonable price
- 5/5
This was a perfect location with Sam'sClub across the street for gas and WalMart behind that for incidentals. Also, the shopping, restaurants and freeway entrances were close by. I would highly recommend and plan to stay here again. The workers were extremely friendly and helpful. The laundry room could have used a few chairs for people to wait for the washers/dryers to end but that's the only update I would include. May a bench on the wall instead of chairs would work.
- 3/5
There were no bags for dog clean ups and the trash was full. Tv was not very easy to use. No ice machines, coffee creamer or decaf coffee. Outside landscaping needs sprucing up and leveled. My bathtub had a crack and it was actually squishing under my feet and I almost fell because it was so full of water from my shower. I am sure there is water leaking under the tub also. No complimentary shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, or toothpaste. No one at the front desk after a certain hour??? You have to dial someone if after hours... Only one cart for tramsporting luggage from parking lot. If they are not included, post it on your website and people can bring their own.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice, clean, the staff was friendly. My only complaint was our beds were squeaky every time you moved or rolled over there was a loud squeak.
- 5/5
Wonderful greeting when we checked in. He even offered to help me carry my stuff to my room since there were no available carts.
- 5/5
Only issue was there was not a hair dryer. I assumed there was one so we didn’t pack one and found out they indeed do not have hair dryers. Other than that, it was great! Nice and clean and friendly staff.
- 1/5
Horrible customer service
- 4/5
Quick trip
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay. It's pretty basic, but very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. There is no reason anybody should leave this place a bad review.
- 1/5
No box spring.
- 4/5
Good stay
- 3/5
This hotel was ok for a one night layover.
- 3/5
Simple studio with no frills, kitchen has no service ware, towels were skimpy and only 2. Not even any ice machines. They need to improve on their cleaning of the room and hallways, elevator…
- 4/5
Overall this hotel was just what we needed, a place to rest after a long day outside for a football tournament. Keep in mind that it is an extended stay hotel so the office staff is available but not always at the front so you might have to wait for them to get there to help you. They were super nice though! The beds were a little too thin for our preference, but after a long day in the sun we slept fine.
- 5/5
I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly.
- 5/5
Good location...convenient to I-75N and many places for food nearby. About 6 miles from Trader Joe's!
- 4/5
Very convenient to all in West Knoxville- I really did not like the fact that the front desk was closed from 9 at night until 9 in the morning-although someone was available by phone- the first morning I was there- no coffee cups available- second morning- coffee machine broken-
- 1/5
Nothing to recommend
- 4/5
Very friendly staff . No hand towels, no coffee maker in the room, they rent them to you. No coffee in the lobby, it was out of order for several days.
- 2/5
Terribly hard bed Annoying noisey fridge. No silverware, no cups or dishes in the kitchen. No Kleenix or coffee maker in room. And paper thin walls!
- 5/5
It was a great stay during an emergency situation. Thank you
- 4/5
Nice clean rooms and staff was helpful
- 4/5
Overall it was nice. I would stay there again, however, I was a little taken back that they charged me for linen service (washing my bedding) considering I was there for over a month and I only changed my bedding one time. For the amount of money I paid to stay there, one would think that would be a part of the room charge. not something extra.
- 4/5
Great place for a stay - short or long.
- 5/5
Hotel was nice, bed was really low to the ground and kind of loud but besides that it was nice and in a good area.
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay, the hotel was clean and staff was amazing. The room was clean and property was next to everything in West Knoxville and close to restaurants.
- 4/5
The property was neat and attractive. It is also across the street from a Walmart and Sam’s Club. Check-in was easy. The room was spacious and clean. You do have to bring some extra toiletries. My room had a small bar of soap and two disposable cups. No shampoo, conditioner, or facial tissues. Also no hair dryer or iron, but you could borrow one from the front desk. Also, you could rent a coffee maker if needed. No pool or hot tub either, but I wasn’t looking for that.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was a bad smell in the hallways but luckily it didn’t come through to my room. Everything else was great would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
The stay was good would do it again.
- 5/5
Great and exceeded expectations.
- 2/5
For a newer hotel, it was not clean and quite smelly
- 4/5
Mostly utilitarian hotel. Definitely no frills, but adequate for my quick overnight stay. Front desk has limited hours, but the desk attendant was pleasant and accommodating when I arrived after hours and called him as the instructions indicate. Overall a decent stay.
- 5/5
Friendly service
- 4/5
Great extended stay location
- 4/5
I liked the cleanliness, affordability, and location. I didn't like that they don't have a coffee maker, iron & ironing board in the room. They also need hand towels. They should provide a small soap and dishes, pots and pans, and silverware, even for the rooms without a dishwasher since the point of an extended stay is to have all this. Really nice and helpful front desk people!!
- 5/5
The best part of our stay was the staff. Every one of them was very helpful, and friendly. Been a LONG time since I’ve experienced a group like this.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great facility.
- 3/5
there is no breakfast, they say there is kitchen, but you need buy cookware, coffee pot from them, You can also rent coffee pot $5/day, there is no hair dryer, iron in the room although they say you can ask front desk. But if you checks in later during weekend, they are not on duty and I do not know how are they are going to handle it. Any way, it is not convenient for travelers like us,
- 4/5
Efficiency and safety seemed to be the goal of WoodSpring
- 2/5
Pros: The property is clean, safe, and fairly new. Each room has a nice kitchenette with a full size fridge. Cons: The antiseptic smell in the room was quite strong, seemingly to mask the ‘pet friendly’ aspect scent ingrained in the room. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom that wasn’t noticed until late when I went to shower and soaked the bathroom floor, had to ask the front desk for one the next day. No coffee maker or iron in the room. The coffee in the lobby was not good. Not nearly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, but left me very disappointed.
- 4/5
It was fine except for a bit of a smell. Good place to sleep for a night.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Located near so many places off the I-40. I would recommend 10/10.
- 4/5
Great for extended stay. Affordable for the working man
- 5/5
Excellent hotel and staff.
- 5/5
It was nice! The beds could have been softer and pillows firmer. But it was clean and well kept.
- 5/5
Check in staff very friendly. Hotel and room very clean and fresh smelling.
- 5/5
Clean and reasonably priced good place for an extended stay.
- 5/5
Very clean, staff was very friendly and the stay was comfortable
- 5/5
It was a clean very well accommodating. we had a great stay in Knoxville. The hotel was VERY Clean
- 5/5
We really enjoy our staying better convenience good price, friendly staff.
- 2/5
No hand towels for the bathroom, no washcloth for the kitchen area, no Kleenex, no paper towels, no dish soap, no bath bar soap. Chintzy.
