    Staff was outstanding! Recommend this hotel w/o hesitation even though there were a couple of minor issues. First was the carafe was missing from the room coffee maker (got coffee in the dining area anyway), and the second item was the bedspread looked as though it had a dried blood stain on one underside corner. I never would have noticed it, but my wife does a thorough check of all hotel rooms in checking for bedbugs (none found).

    The hotel staff were very nice and friendly and the breakfast was good. My only knock is that the pillow inside the plastic bag had a spot on it and the couch needs to be spot cleaned and the sofa bed mattress replaced. These fixes would move from a four to a five.

    I had planned to use the pull-out sofa bed., but it was like sleeping on a road full of potholes.Instead, a small person slept on the sofa. The refrigerator was running but did not keep things cold. The location was fine and the girls at the desk were very nice.

    The hotel is in a convenient location with other hotels nearby. It felt like a very safe area. Interior and exterior was spotless. I loved that the room is spacious and full size fridge. Only negative is the sofa bed was very uncomfortable ( like springs poking in your back).

    This was our first stay at this Residence Inn, and it won't be our last! It appears dated as you enter--old carpet and dim lighting, but there were no "old smells" and it was very clean! Breakfast was fantastic both mornings. Our room was very clean and we had no issues.

    Check in went smoothly and was very welcoming and pleasant. Reagan was on the desk and what I said above was due to her knowledge and caring. My only negative was the HVAC which was redirected by the table holding the TV onto my face when in bed. A trip to the thermostat turned it off and I slept very well that night. I look forward to my next stay when I am again in Knoxville.

The suite's seating was very uncomfortable, too large for a smaller person or someone who needed support in rising or sitting. The bathroom vanity was very tight for 2 people.

    I was supposed to have a 2 bed and ended up with a sleep sofa. I'm whatever. But they're was only 1 TV in the room. So me and my son would of had to share a bed in order to watch TV. That's just not right. If your going to have a room that had "2" bed then it should have 2 tv's. I feel ripped off having to pay almost $512 for that tiny room. It didn't even have a stove. It had 2 small burners. I was not happy at all. I asked to switch rooms and it was going to be an additional $400 and something. Line NO.

    This comment is directed to Expedia. We chose this hotel over the courtyard because they advertised a manager’s reception. The hotel staff stated that this was not the case and that they had repeatedly told Expedia to remove the statement but Expedia failed to do so.

    Staff was great, breakfast was very good and overall the property was clean. However, the evening reception was eliminated in COVID and never brought back. The pool is heated, but it was closed for the season. And the temperature was in the 80s for the week we were there. Most frustrating was they only clean the rooms every 4 days! And they don’t tell you at check in. So imagine 2 adults with 3 towels for 4 days. They will give you clean towels if you ask. But there are only 2 tiny waste baskets in the suite. We didn’t cook or bring back meals but if we had there would be food trash sitting for days. I can’t believe that’s very healthy. Also bring lotion-there’s none in the room. Even Super 8 provides that. Location is good and there’s lots of nice restaurants in the area.

    We stayed here for 1 night on our way home from a family vacation to South Carolina. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, efficient and professional. We got in late after an 8 hour drive with 3 adults and 1 small child. We got a 1st floor room. The room had a slight odor when we entered. We contacted the front desk staff about this. They didnt have another 1st floor room which we needed. They gave us Frebreze which dis help remove the smell. The room had 2 bedrooms and provided ample space for our short stay. The water pressure was good. We picked up take out from one of the many nearby eating places. The beds were comfortable and roomy. We ate breakfast the next morning at the hotel. They provided hot options like eggs, waffles, sausage, and oatmeal. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at a Residence Inn again.

    We stayed 1 night passing through on a 2 day road trip. We had 3 adults a 1 child in a 2 room suite. The staff on arrival were very professional and friendly. Samantha took care of us quickly ... which was nice after an 8 hour car trip. The room was clean, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The air-conditioning worked well. The water pressure in the shower was really good. The room had ample space which was good with a 3 year old. The continental breakfast the next morning had hot food (waffles, sausage, eggs (which were very fluffy and oatmeal along with several other offerings). The staff were so friendly to us, especially our 3 year old. We would definitely recommend this stay and would stay there again.

    We'd recommend 100%. Such a convenient location, right close to I-75. The front desk folks were so friendly and helpful, especially Samantha. She really wanted us to enjoy the patio area and lit the fire pit for us. We were an extended family group, so we spent a lot of time laughing in the lobby and the seated area and they welcomed us. I like that the shampoos are no longer single use bc that's better for the environment. Loved the Frosted Mini Wheats on the breakfast buffet.

    Elevator was inoperative and I received no offer to take/help luggage up the steps even though I stated I do not do well on steps. I am 65 years old and have hardware in my right leg from a tibia plateau fracture, torn meniscus surgery in 2016 and vein stripping was done on my left leg.

    our stay was basically just fine with the exception of the hotel alarm going off 2 nights in a row. The first night it took them 30 - 45 minutes to figure out how to turn the alarm off so we waiting outside with our 22 month old grandson. The second night it went of around 11:00 pm for just a few seconds but it happened twice in a row, waking our 22 month old grandson. other than that our stay was fine. Angie at the front desk was awesome, extremely nice and helpful.

    We were just passing through and needed a place to sleep for the night. Overall we spent 1 hour at this hotel. We arrived late at night and checked in after scrambling to find a parking spot. The check in was fast and courteous but the room we received was on the third floor (right at the highway level) on the corner towards the highway. After trying to fall asleep for about 45 minutes we asked the reception if we could get another room but were told they were fully booked so we just had to leave because the noise level was impossible. It felt like we were trying to sleep by the side of the highway. The room was clean and furnishings were decent, just a little tired. Definitely not what we expected for a Marriott for $158/night. I called the hotel and spoke to the manager and he said they would contact Hotels.com to refund us and I also e-mailed Hotels.com but did not hear anything back.

    I travel with my portable Dyson vacuum because of past traumas visiting dirty hotels and my allergies. After performing a thorough cleaning with my vacuum, I saw so much dust and hair that was picked up from the carpet; it was out of this world. It's disgusting. I rarely blame employees for these issues. Rather, I blame the greed associated with upper management and the higher ups stroking their bank accounts. You are horrible and filthy, COVID is in the air, and shame on you; get it together!

    Very comfortable and clean studio suite. We were there for a week and had groceries delivered so that we could cook all of our meals. They are pet-friendly and had a nice area for our puppy to run. There was no housekeeping service due to covid but they were very good about giving us clean towels and collecting our trash. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here on our next trip and would recommend this hotel. Price was very reasonable - especially considering it was a suite.

I would stay there again for sure, but would look for a two bed option if available if staying for more than a couple of nights.

    We really enjoyed our stay. We were there almost 2 weeks. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Because of our extended stay we did a good amount of cooking in our room. Having a full size fridge, dishwasher, and garbage disposal was great. There are basic utensils, pots and pans, and dishes available. There is also an outdoor gas grill available for guests to use. Bedroom had lots of drawer and closet space. Bed and linens were comfortable. Bathroom well lit mirror, good amount of counter space, lots of hot water, and good water pressure. I will say, the most annoying thing about this room was that when you went into the bathroom and turned on the light the fan automatically came on and it was loud. There was no switch for just the light. It would also be nice if the trash basket in the kitchen was a little bigger. Location is great. Lost of shops and restaurants near by. Not too far from the interstate so getting places was easy. I would totally recommend Residence Inn by Marriott Knoxville to anyone!

    Lived all of the staffs. The hotel itself is clean. Our room appeared to be but as we got out the extra bedding and moved couch cushions we saw a lot of pet hair. Also there was some rose petals under the bed that were left over from someone’s fun night. I like the property was disappointed in the cleanliness habits. I understand it’s pet friendly, but maybe reserve it to certain rooms or ensure that the cleaning is done thoroughly especially since there is an extra fee charged on it.
