They told me they were out of towels on the third day. On the fourth day, they didn't send the cleaners to come get the towels from my bathroom even though I had requested in the morning. And by night time when I called the receptionist, he said, oh its because my room was not on their list. I will never book this type of place ever again

The floors and carpets were wet and sticky. When we went to our floor there were big blower fans going and it was extremely humid. When we got in the room it had a faint mildew smell. But the kicker was that the carpet was sticky and wet. We left and were told that the eh would refund since we wouldn’t stay. Still waiting for a refund months later. The property continues to refuse despite me not staying.

Went for Luke Combs concert. Waited in line to check in for approximately 50 minutes. Only saw 1 person working at check in desk. Luckily our room was ready when we finally got checked in but others in line were told that their rooms were not ready. It was 3:45 and all rooms should have been ready. Also when we were in line with our luggage the man cleaning rooms took the elevator in front of all of us and said we could catch the next one. That normally wouldn’t bother me but we had just waited in line for 50 plus minutes so it was aggravating. The room itself was great I loved it!

The bed was super comfy at least. The “hot” water was warm, our room AC was terrible and worked intermittently, check in was slow and we were originally given a room that already was occupied. I can’t say I’d stay here again.

Amazing and friendly staff. Clean room but few concerns like gas knobs are ‘loose’, kitchen sink was clogging (quickly resolved after a request to Neil, the receptionist), bad quality ladle and spatula, dishwasher had some dirt, not so good WiFi. I had a bit of a problem falling asleep because the a/c unit had a continuous clicking sort of sound when it was off the cycle. It was very distracting. I was disappointed in the breakfast selections. Breakfast is advertised as being from 6-9am, but when I went down between 8:30 and 8:45, the yogurts and muffins were gone, and there were only 2 bagels left- the one I chose was a bit stale, so I didn't eat it. It would be great if someone could restock a few things, even when the breakfast is winding down. Also, there is a fairly small set of options for breakfast, compared to other hotels I've stayed at: there are 2 waffle makers, a pot of oatmeal, bread and bagels, apples, yogurts (when in stock), and boiled eggs. I would love a cereal dispenser and some milk, and maybe a pan of scrambled eggs, too. So my stay was comfortable, the workers were great, and my room was just fine, but the breakfast could be improved.

Staff were great and friendly. Room was nice, spacious and well stocked. The area has several gas stations, Hooters, Starbucks, cracker barrel and many other places within 5 min walk. But whoever designed your hotel does not care about those with disabilities. your handicapped rooms are almost the farthest rooms from the front door and elevator (I counter 130 steps to front desk. I was told all handicapped accessible rooms were the same distance just on different floors) and the shower was not even accessible. It just had a regular tub that had a grab bar. Very sad. The neighborhood was also a bit sketchy with several homeless people in the parking lot, and 1 who followed me in the hotel. Very urban vibe and bus stop right there.

There was layers of nastiness in every corner of the lobby, elevator and hotel room…especially the bathrooms. The hallways were lined with air fresheners, obviously trying to cover up a smell but so many to give you a headache. This is not the hotels fault necessarily, but at arrival there were people who appeared to be living in their car right outside our window. I do not recommend this hotel.

My room was quiet, and the bed was so comfortable. I like having the kitchenette area and the small table and chairs. I did notice an issue with the bathroom sink on my first night after checking in- it was clogged and took a very long time to drain. I called the front desk as soon as I had a chance the next morning, and during that day, someone took care of it. Now the sink drains normally. The front desk workers have been very friendly and helpful. This location right by the interstate is great. Breakfast is decent: a few cereals and milk, 2 waffle makers, oatmeal with topping options, bagels and bread to toast, mini muffins, hard-boiled eggs, and some yogurt. There were also some apples and bananas, plus juices and coffee. There were enough options for me.

My room is very comfortable and quiet, although the a/c noise is a bit distracting. My check-in at the front desk was quick, and the desk worker was very friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is the smell of what I suspect is marijuana in the elevator and some other areas of the building. I wish the hotel could be sprayed with Febreze or Lysol or something, but more importantly, it would be great if the hotel didn't allow smoking of any kind. But I do like my room and am very satisfied with it.

For the price of this room, I expected more. My family and I stayed at a similar priced hotel with a similar type of room and the condition is night and day, though the hotel looked clean. It did have an odd smell. In addition to that specific smell, not that there is anything bad with marijuana specifically however it like marijuana in certain places, such as the elevator, the room that we occupied at this hotel seemed extremely unkempt. It was not dirty per se, though it did show improper upkeep. This was evidence by stained ceiling tile in the bathroom and missing caulk cracked stove, top old refrigerator cracked floor tile, AC head a crack, so it was hard to see the numbers and part of the sheets were stained. With all of that the front desk person when we checked in, was very pleasant and nice very kid, friendly and interacted with my children in a nice manner. I would most likely go to a different hotel next time I am around this area, however if everything else is full, I would not mind giving this place. Another chance.

Coffee was either cold or empty every time I went for a cup. Not a good supply of condiments like shampoo or soaps. We bought our own due to their selection was terrible. The lighting was very dim. A lot we didn’t like but the things we did like were important. One important thing we noticed we didn’t like was the couch covering needed to be cleaned. It looked as if something personal was left on both cushions & dried on there. Nasty! We stayed away from the furniture! I didn’t complain about it because we didn’t stay in our room long enough to use any of the furniture except to sleep & shower. Those accommodations were well equipped for us. Wish they were better stocked with utensils as well. It was hard to cook with a loose spatula, and loose spoon.

First, we pulled in and there was a guy standing in the parking lot panhanding and another had his vehicle up on a jack fixing it in the parking lot. Front lobby bathroom was disgusting, had to clean seat before sitting, there was a gap in the stall stuffed with TP. The receptionist was lazy and rude. There was an alarm going off the entire time we was in the lobby and all she had to do was walk over and hit a button for it to shut off, she'd rather sit there. Did not stay after this, we found accommodations elsewhere.

The night we came in the lady at the front desk was nice. Bkfast was disappointing. The room smelled stuffy and like cigarette smoke. The air conditioner didn’t work properly. We checked out early. No eye contact by the person on checkout. The lady that checked up in the night we arrived should train the other staff on customer service. Don’t think I will return to that location.

The room had a ceiling leak in the bathroom that I reported to the front dest . Later that evening , the bathroom toilet stoped flushing and becouse of the late hour I had to fix it myself. I never experience such a stay .

Upon first impression, our room looked nice and updated but soon after noticed several things that needed attention. For example a broken bathroom door, moldy looking caulking around tub, somewhat broken looking drawers on the kitchen cabinets. Also wasn't as soundproof as expected. Beds seemed clean and comfortable though. Staff was great and breakfast was as expected.

The staff had made a mistake on our stay, by skipping a night and I tried explaining to the person at the desk, why would I stay and then skip a night? She had to talk to the manager who was the one I had talked to on the phone before she believed me. We have been staying here since 2022. I have never got into an argument with anyone in a place of business, but that young woman was rude and belligerent to no end. I was charged and I wanted my money back. She even threatened me with the police. I left and I called corporate, and my money was returned. That person needs to be fired. What was funny, she recognized me from being there 2 weeks earlier! I will never stay there again. Think twice.

We were only allowed 2 towels a piece, no more. Even with no room service, we never had towels replaced, but had to take dirty towels to front desk to replace with clean towels. Breakfast was ok. Eggs, I think, were powdered. However, no heater to keep the eggs and meat warm. Milk was not cold, serviced in a pitcher without ice, had to request cold milk. Talked to manager. She "seemed" to be not happy about the report of the front desk person, yet, still received rude looks the next morning. Not going back any time soon.

We liked the full kitchen with a large refrigerator. The room showed some wear, but it was serviceable, clean and quiet. It would be a particularly great place for someone planning to stay for several days who could put the kitchen to good use.

On top of it all, I received a spam text yesterday from someone claiming to be from MainStay, asking if I would take part in a survey. They had my name and reservation info, which clearly means my personal info was compromised. The owners/managers of this place need to strongly consider what it is they do.

Reservation was accidently made for a Smoking Room, they provided no assistance with changing reservation, actually telling me there were no non-smoking rooms available. I used Expedia to book a non-smoking room and then went back to check-in.

Check in was normal and fine. The room itself wasn’t the worst I’ve stayed in. However, if you are the type of person who is concerned about the area around you, I don’t recommend this hotel. The amount of straight up marijuana I smelled was unreal. Most of the other guests I saw looked like either hookers or they just got out of prison. Just a lot of shady characters. I was told this area of town is known for a high drug rate. The elevator wreaked and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. I went to the so called gym to work out and I just couldn’t do it. It smelled musty in the room. Probably because they had stored several washing machines in there. The equipment had torn seats and just didn’t look safe. This is an $60 hotel not an $100 hotel. Overall I was not impressed and will never return. I recommend you choose a different hotel in a different area.

Front desk staff were nice. Room was adequate and bed was comfortable. Mold in the bathroom. Fitness center filled with broken equipment - avoid! Warning about breakfast-- they ration out the food each day, so they were out of some food by 8am, week before the stated end time (9am). I chose this place over other nearby places based on ok reviews. I would NOT recommend staying here.

The negative - lack luster breakfast…do yourself a favor & eat next door at Cracker Barrel. The room was filthy. The kind of dirty that you do not walk around barefoot because the bottom of the shower is immediately black when your feet hit the water….yuck! The tiny shampoo bottle was only 3/4 full and was open when we arrived. If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay with friendly service and comfy bed but not much else, then this is your place.
