This is next to the expressway. I was not able to sleep the entire night due to the noise!!

The parking lot turning into the area is terrible. Otherwise fantastic place to stay. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean. Close to everything.

Great stay!

The breakfast was pretty good, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The pool was broke which was disappointing since we looked for a hotel with a pool for our kids, the first night we stayed there was people in the lobby partying which is not the environment we wanted to be around with our kids, and we thought we lucked out getting top floor but could still hear the people next door as if they were in the same room. Their tv was down low and I could still hear what they were watching as well as everytime they went to the bathroom. Walls are too thin.

The location is what we needed. Several chain restaurants in the area. Plenty of parking. Andrea was helpful and professional I knew when we booked it that it was located off I-40 however the noise level in the room from the interstate was unacceptable even when I used ear plugs. The kitchen set up was poorly designed in my opinion. It set up galley style but with a long table and bench seats right next to it making it impossible for a large group of people to access the various food stations. It took 5 minutes to bring out another pot of coffee when the pot was empty and there were no plates or bowls. To me that just shows a lack of attention to your job or not enough personnel. The pillows were awful, just kind of a lumpy mess but the beds were comfortable. I wouldn't even sleep with the blanket on the bed as it had seen better days, looked kind of gray and dingy. And what's with being charged a $25 fee up front for "incidentals"? Yes it will be deducted after you check out but that just seems unnecessary.

Not what we expected from this chain, During the time we were there, (checked in Tuesday, left Friday) never saw housekeeping (little tag on the bathroom mirror says "daily") The pool wasn't open, isn't listed as seasonal, and was nice weather, part of our visit was afternoons sunning by the pool (didn't happen). The shower was dingy and no water pressure, the grab handle had rust stains running out of the bottom. Pick another hotel, many in the area.

Could have done without the bug/flea bites. Perhaps some flea & bug treatment on the carpets would help after someone stays who has pets.

Didn't like getting bit by bugs or fleas... can't say for sure which one but I had a few welts and itchy bumps before leaving.

Very spacious Queen suite.

Great location

Alll was good except the breakfast setup. The food is right beside the check-in counter and it just felt completely inviting during breakfast. Cramped. The person checking people in also works the foot area.
- 5/5
Didn’t use the pool or the gym, but the staff wasn’t insanely sweet and the check-in was very fast, the room was way bigger than we expected
- 5/5
Very nice facility overall. Cleanliness was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was concenient
- 3/5
I chose this hotel because my son plays on a ball team and this was the team hotel for a weekend tournament. The rooms are spacious, the staff very nice. However, we found the shower have black mold looking residue in the door tracks, the water came on and off during showers. Overall, I give it an "OK" rating for rooms. Cleaner than some, not as clean as others. The breakfast in the morning was mediocre at best. Even hungry baseball players chose to go somewhere else even though it would cost them money. The orange juice was so watered down it would be more aptly described as orange flavored water, eggs were tasteless, bread dry/stale. If you're choosing a hotel to include breakfast - go to the Radisson Suites or Hampton Inn. Both have superior breakfasts.
- 2/5
My room was dirty. There was also an issue in the room next to me where people were banging on the door late in the evening. That is probably out of the hotels control though.
- 5/5
Awesome staff and rooms were nice and clean. I had a family of 5 there overnight.

Clean room friendly staff
- 5/5
Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and being pet friendly was awesome.
- 3/5
Room was cold and no extra blankets or pillows. The bedspread is super light weight and small. Did not adequately cover us or keep us warm

Hotel beds are unfortunately too hard at this location. I am 270 lbs - 6’1 tall and I couldn’t sleep.

The room was clean and the staff was pretty good.

I had a pleasant stay, but the entire 2nd floor oddly smelled like tomato soup. Breakfast was good and most of the staff were friendly
- 4/5
Room was perfect. Very clean and fresh. The remote control for the tv didn’t work great. The parking area around the property need work. Overall our stay was great.
- 4/5
Clean and staff was nice
- 3/5
Room wasn’t the cleanest. The beds and pillows are pretty basic so it was uncomfortable.
- 3/5
The bed was very small, it wasn’t a queen size. The shower was poor, little water and too many controls.
- 3/5
The property is in a nice area with plenty of shopping and restaurants. There's plenty of parking. THere definitely needs to be improvements in cleanliness. An animal or a person foraged through the outside garbage can and the debris stayed on the sidewalk for a day.
- 4/5
Nice staff and easy check in. Breakfast was good. Room was oddly laid out and not my favorite, but decent enough.

Stayed for a few nights. Was okay. Would probably stay again.
- 2/5
No water pressure and very little hot water no matter what time of day or night. Never had a decent shower. And for the price you would expect better. Will not stay here again. We switched rooms and it was still an issue.
- 5/5
Lovely receptionist checking in. Very friendly and helpful
- 2/5
We stayed 3 nights. After the first night we asked to move to a different room because the shower faucet wasn’t working properly. We did not have any water pressure and the water was cold unless you used the tub faucet? It was strange. So then we got moved and the shower situation wasn’t much different. The faucet did work but there were times it was almost like a drip to take a shower in. No matter the time of day. Also, the bathroom smelled like mildew. Overall the place was clean. But we will not ever stay there again. When paying $250 a night, I just would expect a decent shower… at least once over three days. I never complain and am fairly easy to please but I was really unhappy with this stay.
- 3/5
Pre-arranged a King Sized bed away from the elevator. Did get away from the elevator, but we ended up getting a queen size bed.
- 5/5
Loved the size of the room and the cleanliness.

- 5/5
Easy access to the i-75. Rooms are clean and spacious, Pet-friendly.

good breakfast
- 4/5
You asked about eco-friendliness. With the many outright scams, lies and half-truths of the environmentalist movement, I've come to the point where I view "green" initiatives much as I do cries of "racism!"; Neither draw my attention. This is especially so in an instance where I've asked to provide my thoughts on a product or service. It comes across as an extreme case of virtue signaling. The Home2 in which I stayed was nice and had the basic amenities I expected. To interject a question on "eco-friendliness" was not needed nor appreciated.
- 5/5
This was hands down the best hotel i have ever stayed at. I stayed here for 3 weeks on business. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had a suite that had a daily replenishment if snacks and drinks in it as well. Their included breakfast is amazing and delicious always cooked to perfection and so many options to choose from. The room was so clean, spacious, and smelled great when i arrived and the air conditioning worked great. They also have a great gym and guest laundry room. The area is safe and essy to access and the parking lot was spacious.
- 3/5
We booked 2 rooms for an overnight stay to catch an early flight. The rooms were spacious and clean. The air conditioning did not work properly in one room and it was very hot with no air flow.
- 5/5
Check in was great. Got a text later in the evening to make sure we were ok. Room was perfect size for our family of 5. Plenty of space to move around and a nice privacy area with the curtain for our teenager. Pool was great!

Sofa bed was not working properly. The receptionist gave me extra blankets to even the sofa. We have been on the road for the last 4 nights, staying in hiltons hotels, 3 out of the 4 nights, the soap dispenser was empty...
- 5/5
Spacious, clean, quiet room. Lots of restaurants nearby.
- 1/5
The room smelt like throw up and piss. Call down and told the staff at the front desk. The reply was it’s a pet friendly hotel and it says that on the site lol. Definitely would not stay there again. Also found that the bathroom was not restocked. And the shower was never even cleaned. Horrible !
- 4/5
Nice staff.
- 4/5
Too many dogs.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, close to restaurants shopping and interstate. Great staff!
- 3/5
The room was very dirty when we arrived no shampoo very dusty but since we arrived late we couldn’t change rooms
- 5/5
Very clean and well maintained.
- 3/5
The hotel overall was clean, but our room on the fourth floor smelled like mildew.
- 5/5
Large rooms. Clean with lots of amenities
- 2/5
Convenient to I-75. Room was not very clean. The breakfast food was terrible.
- 1/5
had handicapped room dirty loud noises it was like a truck stop with prostitutes' screaming all night
- 2/5
Front desk receptionist was distracted and rude, property very dirty, extremely noisy, placed in room with adjoining door and the room next door was so loud, no hot water or water pressure. Way overly priced for the state of the property! Terrible stay
- 2/5
We discovered on the last day of our stay that we could push the room door open without a key or turning the handle. When we told the front desk they suggested we didn't pull it right (which was incorrect anyway) instead of taking accountability. The toilet did not successfully flush and had to be randomly flushed to ensure it was emptied out.
- 5/5
Safe area Clean all over except for the elevators (not gross but not mopped often) Very friendly staff Good breakfast Easy access to shopping, food, gas, interstate Great experience overall. This will be our go to hotel when we travel to the area again.
- 5/5
Very comfortable, convenient place to stay, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Great location great place
- 4/5
Nice clean rooms
- 5/5
Location was convenient. Very clean and friendly staff. I liked the temperature and quite in the room. I usually feel cold and the radiator makes noise.
- 2/5
I paid for a king size bed and this was on my receipt but got a room w 2 queens. The hotel.said tjat was what hotels.com sent them but that is not what I picked nor on my reservation from hotels, com and they said they couldnt switch us. The breakfast was very bad.
- 5/5
It was exactly as expected from the description and pictures. Staff were very friendly
- 5/5
Nice clean property. Friendly staff at checkin.
- 5/5
Nice hotel for families. Large suite room that slept 6 very comfortably. Pet accommodations and area close for walking them.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with different options to choose from. The room was in great condition so was the Hotel. I highly recommend it.
- 5/5
Really nice place clean
- 3/5
Clean and very comfortable and quiet. Qualms: The mattresses need to be replaced. It was surprising for how nice everything looked, but the mattresses had what felt like huge craters in them. It felt like sleeping in a hole. Some of the dishes were dirty, but I’d wash those before use anyway. Pets are welcome but for a $75 fee that is not disclosed until you check in.
- 5/5
There's a very nice place to rest.
- 4/5
As there are different style rooms I cant speak for all, but our room had two large counters, each in front of the beds. Another unique feature is that the blinds provide full blackout as they are line drawn and set within the window frame. Another plus is a curtain that could be pulled to separate the pull out couch area from the bed area.
- 5/5
I liked everything, but especially the beautiful scenery.
- 5/5
Did a short weekend getaway to Knoxville with our dogs. The hotel was dog friendly and was able to accommodate our room request to make our dogs less stressful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Loved having a small kitchenette in our room. Breakfast was good and had a great selection of items to choose from. Location was great and had a lot of stuff near by. Even though it’s located next to the interstate- I didn’t find it distracting or loud. Staff was great and super friendly. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!
- 3/5
Convenient location
- 2/5
The room was ok. There was a bug on the window sill, the shower was dirty under the shower doors and the pull out sofa was the worst! Breakfast wasn't anything great either for the amount of money I paid for each night. Probably will never stay in Home2 Suites again. Sorry!!
- 5/5
Quiet and wonderful
- 4/5
Good clean room. Friendly, wonderful staff. Breakfast was not so great. Could have eaten better at Waffle House. 😫. Other than that we had a great stay. Overnight trip for my mother's surgery.

We are a repeater of this hotel. We like the room setting. It works for my family.
- 5/5
The gentleman checking us in(his name began with an H) was extremely polite and informative. When we asked him a few questions, it was nice to actually get some detailed answers and suggestions. The breakfast was much better than your typical "breakfast included" servings. Well done. everyone!!!
- 5/5
Loved our stay here over graduation - thank you!
- 5/5
About the motel: It is very convenient to both I75 and U Tenn (15 min from the building we were meeting at). There is a Kroger 2 minutes away, many restaurants within the same distance. About the service: Thank you Dave! You are an excellent manager. I called Home2Suites the day before to confirm the reservation and the fact that I paid and added my CC to the incidentals in case the friend who was staying with me with her working dog got there before me. He took care of me, was at the desk at 4pm when I checked in, was very friendly and accepting that we would have our working dogs with us in the room. Checked with us to make sure everything was good with our room. Our room, albeit on the 5th floor, (with dogs we always prefer 1st floor but the dogs are used to elevators so that was no big deal) was HUGE! It was clean, the bedding was comfortable. The kitchen was what we needed since we went to Kroger and got food to cook while we were there. The best part of the bedding was the pillows. There was a hard, medium and soft pillow. I'm a soft pillow person so having what I need is priceless. \We will be booking again at Home2Suites West even though we won't have our dogs with us.
- 4/5
Clean. Newly remodeled. Nice large room.
- 5/5
Large rooms and comfortable bedding. Great product for the price paid
- 5/5
Convenient location, plenty of restaurants nearby
- 3/5
Sofa bed mattress was not suitable to sleep on due to metal coils.
- 4/5
Convenient to highway, restaurants are in walking distance, friendly staff.
- 1/5
Front desk staff was very nice, but the condition of the room was awful, far below what I expected from this brand. Crumbs on the floor and under the mattress, damaged furniture, a strange musty odor - a level of uncleanliness that is deeper than an off day.
- 2/5
Room given was not correct. Ended up in a small room with one queen bed instead of two queens. Room had several lady bugs? Very strange. Sheets were dingy. Loud construction by 7 am on a Saturday. They could not fix the situation and let me know I could cancel if I was unhappy. Will not book with this hotel again.
- 4/5
The gentleman that checked me in was polite and professional. The process was quick. The main lobby and room was generally clean. The door hang sign was on the floor partially under the sink area when I walked into the room. The wall as I walked into the room was scuffed with something blackish making it look dirty. The bed skirt was stained with something looking like coffee. The couch bed had a bolt or screw missing that made pulling out the bed difficult, but we made it work. The breakfast was good, but the food wasn't replenished as the end of breakfast neared, so make sure to get down in plenty of time for seconds, if you're a big breakfast eater. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was good. The provided toiletries were nice. I like the mini kitchen area. The room was big enough for 6 people 14 and over in ages, which was awesome! The price was great! I would stay here again with my family of 6!
- 2/5
The problem I had was they charged me an extra $75 with tax which came out to almost $90 for my dog to stay. I was never told about this charge and didn’t see it anywhere before. I wish I had known about this secret charge because it almost doubled my rate. My dog is a 15 lb dog and we stayed for literally 9 hours. Even if the hotel is nice I wouldn’t stay again because of the charge.
- 1/5
Not Hilton standard and very much different from other H2S I have stayed in.
- 4/5
Nye was grear checking me in and recommending restaurants!! They forgot to give me a wake up call one of the 2 days I requested and didn't communicate the broken glass I accidentally did in the bathroom to housekeeping so I kept flagging them down to make sure they're aware of it!
- 5/5
It was easy to get too, and convenient to shopping and restaurants.
- 5/5
No problems with a late check in
- 5/5
Slick and modern with excellent customer service
- 1/5
Lost our reservation. Awful service. Hotels.com is the worst. Will never ever use them again. Ruined our trip and put us in a precarious situation. You had one job and you failed miserably. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself.
- 2/5
The hotel is “pet friendly”, but it smells as such! We changed rooms but the odors persist.
- 5/5
Love staying at Home2 Suites because the rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly.
- 2/5
The room was very spacious with lots of storage. The kitchen refrigerator was not cleaned very well and had smears on the doors. The shower was clogged very bad and puddled in on the shower while taking a shower. The shower head was not secure and would fall when being used. Our door key only worked half of the time too. Overall, I would not recommend or stay at this hotel again.
- 5/5
New facilities, large rooms, comfortable beds, full kitchenette, great value for the money.
- 4/5
Receptionist didn’t seem familiar with the area
- 4/5
Everything was clean and nice. The breakfast is always great. The room just seem to have a little wear and tear on them, but always a pleasure to stay with home2.
- 5/5
Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Will recommend to friends and family
- 5/5
Clean and service was quick
- 4/5
Very pleasent staff; room very good and spacious; coffee maker leaked like a sieve and let staff know; incomplete condiments for the kitchen, considering you made meals if needed.

- 5/5
This hotel was perfect in every way!
- 4/5
This was my third stay at this hotel. Me and my Family love the hotel and the location. However Housekeeping was an issue this last visit. Apparently you have to call ahead to get cleaning services. Our garbage was overflowing and no clean towels.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
The staff was amazing but the room was damp and humid when we walked in. If the AC wasn’t running the room became humid and hot. The beds were uncomfortable. There was a smell as well. Breakfast was good and the location was convenient. We appreciate the staff at the hotel but the room was disappointing.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- 4/5
Close to restaurants and entertainment for families. The hotel was very quiet!
- 4/5
We had a room with 2 queens and a pullout couch and was one of the bigger rooms we have stayed in! Unfortunately, there were some wet spots on the carpet that we are not sure if they came from A/C or if it was pet urine as the room had a very bad smell. We had friends stay here as well and didn't have a smell in there room so I think it was just our room. Otherwise would highly recommend if you need a room with great space.
- 4/5
The property was clean and organized. The staff were kind and polite. The bedding and overall condition of the room were clean; however, there were a few visible stains in different parts of the room. There were some noise from the ac and passing traffic since its close to the highway, but overall it's fairly quiet inside the property.
- 1/5
Checked in to our first room. When to grab a hand to and it was disgusting. The Kleenex holder was dirty. Talked to the manager and they changed our room. On our way to the room house keeping was “cleaning” other room yelling and cussing having a very unprofessional conversation. I didn’t feel confident the the next room would be clean so I went to Walmart got cleaning supplies and bath towels and wash rags for us to use. Sure enough when we were cleaning we found used rags hanging on the shower curtain rod. Completely grossed out!!! At this point it’s close to midnight to late to try to find another room and everyone is tired from the 16 hour road trip. I complained to a second manager and she couldn’t figure out how to discount the room because of how I booked. So at this point I’m waiting to hear from the general manager. Hotel itself is in an awesome area as looks to be of good quality. But housekeeping is HORRIBLE!!!!
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and very nice. The pool was a bit cold for July. The free hot breakfast was very excellent. We would stay there again.
- 4/5
The room that I chose earlier in the day when I did online check in was not ready, so I had to wait in line for check in when I arrived (which was frustrating since I had already checked in online). Other than that, the stay was great.
- 4/5
Well kept up. Better than average breakfast. Good size room. Was expecting "full" kitchen with a cook top but had every except a cooktop or oven - large frig, sink, fully stocked cabinets, even a full size dishwasher. There was a large microwave.
- 5/5
Many dining options nearby.
- 1/5
The place was filthy. It was insanely overpriced; I have paid less for luxury rooms on beach vacations. They must have raised rates due to an annual regatta in town. I get wanting to make a profit but the cost of this stay was so outrageous for such an outdated and dirty hotel. This site accepts pets which was nice for us but there was dog stool everywhere outside and at one point in the elevator. The rooms were so dirty and (clearly) barely cleaned, given that animals are accepted. The smell was evident that no deep rug cleaning had been done. One one hand, it kept my dog really busy smelling everything, but on the other, BOTH of our eyes were red and swollen from whatever was in that hotel room. GROSS. It triggered my rare asthma. Sheets had visibly not been changed upon arrival and I had to change myself. Just a laughable situation. It was miserable.
- 5/5
Comfortable
- 5/5
Never disappointing at a Home2Suite
- 1/5
The room and bathroom were filthy; the pool was closed; WiFi connection was horrible
- 2/5
Not as nice as other Home2 stays.
- 5/5
Most everything was great. We slept well and felt comfortable. There are a few items that were not really a problem but they are things that without you being told won’t get corrected and could be a problem later. The bathroom, while it appeared very clean on the surface, there was a VERY strong mildew smell, likely from the wet cloth shower curtain. Also, I liked the wall pump shampoo and shower gel as opposed to the tiny plastic bottles- BUT, those things are painful when the lids fall off and the corner jabs into one’s foot. The lid popped off when barely touched and fell off on my foot and my son’s foot. I also really liked the double shower head/ wand combo. I would have liked it more if the shower sprayer wand side would have held position but the position stabilizer was broken so the shower wand kept flopping around and falling off its dock. I had to keep diverting the water to the other shower head. While continually using the diverter I noticed that it was not as sturdy in the wall as it should be. We stayed in room 210. Last thing to note was the lighting. There really wasn’t much. The room was really really long, So by mid-room neither the window light nor the lights by the room door were helpful and the one desk lamp mid room didn’t work. Thinking now it might have been unplugged, I was in a hurry so I just moved to dig out that thing I was looking for rather than mess with a light then dig around my bag. Again, overall, great stay and we will be back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions about the area.

The room was spacious. But, the room needed some updating (I.e. the shower curtain was ripped on top). It looked like there were shortcuts made to save money in the decor. The front desk staff were nice, but the housekeeping staff did not say one word to me in an elevator when we were riding it together. It was fine and met our needs for our stay.

Great stay! Perfect room for my family of 5. Hotel was clean, quiet, staff friendly and the room was large. We also enjoyed the breakfast. It seemed a step above most of the hotels in this category.
