Reviews
Guests generally have a positive experience at this hotel, appreciating the cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location. However, there are recurring issues with room comfort, outdated facilities, and lack of communication or assistance from the front desk.
- Cleanliness
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Outdated facilities and furniture
- Inconsistent room comfort and cleanliness

Room was clean and comfortable
- 4/5
Breakfast wasn’t included.
- 2/5
Bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor and crusted urine on toilet hinges.
- 5/5
I have stayed at a lot of hotels and I’ve never met a kinder staff. Breakfast was amazing and treasure island beach is only 5 minutes away. Clean and every member of staff was incredibly kind and helpful. You can truly tell how much they love their jobs. 10/10.
- 3/5
Our room didn’t have a TV, but they quickly brought us one. Most the equipment was broken in the exercise room
- 3/5
I selected the breakfast to be included and at the hotel, they said no breakfast. it happened in both hotels we booked - Knoxville and Gaithersburg.
- 4/5
Most things about this hotel were top notch with a few exceptions....They have a lovely kareoke bar were you can order food that is very tasty. The staff is very helpful and easy to work with. The equipment in the room needs some work. There was a Keurig but it did not work. The desk chair was more like a recliner and very uncomfortable after 3 hours of zoom work. The bed was a little too firm but the pillows were great! They had a free coffee service in the morning and if you put a pillow against the back of the chair, it was doable. Minor issues so I would definitely stay here again and hope the coffee maker was fixed!

I was doubled booked actually paid for 4 rooms
- 5/5
Keep up the good work.
- 4.5/5
Location excellent Staff personable and responsive Traffic sight distorted by shrubs at street.
- 3/5
The hotel has potential to be great. It needs to be renovated. The pool area looks great but outdated.Indoor pool needs lounge chairs. Keyfabs needs updating. We have 2 key cards one works the other doesn’t end up getting 4 card key cards.
- 5/5
Stayed for five days during mid-May. Excellent facility, very helpful staff, clean, and great bathroom/shower. There was a very nice indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. The hotel itself is set up for conferences but I didn't see any groups during our stay. Cedar Bluff is a great location for restaurants and shopping. It's convenient enough from downtown or UT to be there within ten minutes. The only thing to consider is heavy interstate traffic towards town from around 4-6pm. But, traffic only stays congested for about three miles. Greta value for the price.
- 1/5
The staff was polite but the room wasnt good. To start the entry door latch was loose. Then the bathroom door handle fell off. There was dust on the bathroom counter and the shower floor was uneven, you where standing in 2 inches of water while showering. We didnt voice our concerns with the staff, we just made do.
- 2/5
Here are just some of the issues I experienced 1.Hot water took a very long time to get to the shower. 2.Furniture in the room was falling apart such as the desk ready to collapse. 3.TV worked very poorly with channel selection and poor quality 4.Cards for door entrance to room were difficult to use and I was careful not to demagnetize them. 5,No clock radio in room Would never stay there again

Room was clean
- 3/5
The showers and bathroom were not cleaned from the prior guest. there were still hairs on the floor and shower wall including hairs outside the bathroom on the floor. did not make the room feel clean at all.
- 5/5
Room was clean and easily accessible. We arrived late and left early so we did not experience much while we were there.
- 5/5
Every one was so friendly and helpful
- 4.5/5
Barking dogs of other visitors.
- 4/5
Ease and comfort.
- 5/5
Danielle‘s restaurant and bar within the hotel was very convenient. Food was delicious and service was outstanding.
- 1/5
Toilet would not flush and was constantly running. Paid for king room and was given a double queen room. Bed was old spring mattress that was beyond due to be replaced. The paint on doors and halls looked rundown.
- 3/5
The bathroom had mold and honestly could have been cleaner.
- 4/5
Stayed 2 nights. No issues. Clean. Staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Great breakfast and clean room.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. A nice selection. I like the real dishes and silverware
- 1/5
Issues started when we had great difficulty getting in to our room due to a loose key card fixture. Problems continued when (after a 11hour drive) i had a cold shower due to NO HOT WATER. The shower handle was broken, spinning around without creating and hot water at all despite letting water run 10 minutes. We tried to call the front desk, but the phones weren’t working either. When my husband went down, they wanted to offer another room but none available. Final straw was a cold breakfast- eggs, sausage etc cold. Needs to say, we cancelled our other nights there.

The basketball court was an amazing way to get the kids to be active and burn energy. Pool area was fine needs updated. Arcade was a cool idea but was too cold to stay in after the pool. Room was average. Pillows were nice with options for soft and firm. Cleanliness could’ve been better but overall enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again.
- 2/5
We were in room 507. It definitely needs an update. The office chair was falling apart, the lounge chair was stained. The air conditioner was extremely noisy when cycling on. We’ll try another hotel next time.
- 5/5
Love the staff
- 4.5/5
Clean, beds were comfortable, the cafe/bar was very nice. No complaints
- 5/5
Muy agradable el personal y muy limpio
- 4/5
The internet was good. The staff were friendly. But, the cleaning staff overlooked a pair of sweatpants that the previous guest left in the room. And the couch was torn up.Overall though it was a good stay
- 4/5
Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, very clean room, great breakfast!
- 0.5/5
Bed, price 5 million kids running around like idiots, couldn't even go to pool. Location was horrible, felt like I was in hood. And hotel needs updated bad ,it look like the 70's including the room
- 3/5
The room was not ready at checkin and it was 730 pm. But we only waited 10 minutes before getting assigned room. Check in staff was nice and apologized for delay. Room was clean but older decor. Comfortable bed. Check out staff was another story. She got our room mixed up with anther room and told me we had already checked out. She was adament about it. I called Hotel.com because i never got the checkout email. After speaking with Hotels.com rep I went back to front desk to double check, so we would've be charged another night for not checking out. Front desk staff realized she looked up the wrong room but tried to put it on me. I let her know SHE messed up, as i given her the room # and name. She was unapologetic for the inconvenience. She needs to be cleaning rooms not working the front desk. Definitely not people friendly. Other than that, the one night stay wasn't bad.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. We loved the walk-in shower and the staff was extremely friendly!! It was a great stay!
- 4/5
Don’t use breakfast facilities. Not included with room and was expensive
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Room was very clean and staff was very nice.
- 2/5
In the room, the location led to a LOT of road noise from the interstate, but also the bathroom sounded like a plane during takeoff and you can’t turn the vent off. The deadbolt to our door didn’t work and we weren’t told we had an adjoining room and the deadbolt to that door didn’t work so we didn’t feel safe. Again, the room was clean and I could tell the linens had been washed, but they were stained in a large prominent area. The bed is very comfortable, but I couldn’t sleep at all because of all the road noise and guest noise. My son loved the pool and he had no complaints but I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 3/5
The pool area was dirty and very run down. The online pictures did not represent the buildings current condition. Also, there was an old pizza crust on the floor in our room when we arrived.
- 3/5
Rooms were clean but worn. Beds were not supportive, no coffee in lobby, $15/person fir a buffet breakfast.
- 2/5
The AC heater was very loud, needed turn off to sleep shower was old need replacement.
- 3/5
Staff was nice, breakfast not included, rooms are outdated and floors felt sticky in most of the room. Not dirty really or bad ok for the price. Staff was nice and the lobby was nice.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 1/5
The hotel pool was disgusting
- 4.5/5
All of the amenities that were on site to take advantage of The pool was a little cold and the hot tub was out the same temperature as the pool maybe a little bit warmer
- 5/5
We loved the hotel. The only negative we have is the AC didn’t work properly. It only blew out hot air.
- 5/5
Location is near lots of restaurants and stores. N/A
- 5/5
Didnt use the hot tub thisntime, but definitely plan on our next visit to use it and also enjoyvthe breakfast.
- 5/5
No continental breakfast, only full serve breakfast there is a charge for.
- 5/5
Pool bathroom
- 1/5
The beds were very uncomfortable and you could feel every spring and the food within the hotel was very overpriced. The pool was swimable but the “hot tub” was unfortunately luke warm at best. The property is in an easy location right off the highway though.
- 3/5
It was ok. Not the cleanest. Showers, floors, elevators, fixtures etc. Definitely could use an update. We also couldn’t get fresh towels. We were told they didn’t have any. Ok for one night I guess.
- 5/5
Staff was very courteous
- 5/5
Comfortable beds, no mold in the shower, nice pool and spa, and a fun cafe bar.
- 1/5
The mattresses poked me. So they were not the best. There is no nightlight in the room so I had to leave the light in the bathroom on in order to see my way to the bathroom if and when needed. Breakfast is available at an ADDITIONAL COST! Why. On my way to the hotel I called and asked if I could have a fan in the room, was told they do not provide it. I will never book this hotel again.
- 4/5
The facility needs some upgrades. The ceiling was popcorn ceiling and had very bad spots in it. The bathroom sink area was in bad shape, with marks and the wood was very badly chipped in several spots.
- 4.5/5
The only thing I could say about the room was that I was expecting it to have a bathtub and the room was smaller than the pictures o I ker and there was no were outside to smoke. I had to go to my truck to smoke.
- 5/5
Nice room and great location for getting food and shopping.
- 5/5
Clean and comfy. Nothing
- 4/5
clean room.
- 5/5
The staff was very willing to help me out when I fell and injured the left knee.
- 5/5
It is all good!
- 5/5
Staff, rooms, bar, and restaurant were all good
- 3/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Good location for why we were there. We paid too much for not a hot breakfast, missing items and had to ask for them like butter, syrup cups. Staff was nice but the food got cold waiting for things and no juices were available but sips of orange juice. We didn't get to get in the hot tub because about 10 people were in it and sitting on tge sides of it and it was a Thursday night. I don't know if I would pick this hotel again.
- 5/5
Yes. Nice and clean
- 4/5
Decent hotel respective to Knoxville hotels. Didn’t price gouge too bad on a gameday and rooms were clean and service was nice and friendly. I would consider starting here again for sure.
- 4/5
April at the front desk was great Coffee and breakfast did not open until 7am and my day begins earlier then that so I had to leave without anything to eat of a nice cup of coffee
- 3/5
Bed was extremely squeaky
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean and comfortable; and the lobby was decorated beautifully with the warmth of Christmas.
- 5/5
Very nice location and room was great. Staff at desk and restaurant were awesome.
- 5/5
Excellent staff! Room was very clean!
- 5/5
I travel every Christmas holiday with my wife and this is the Best room I've slept in. Rooms left me speechless. Clean and very well taken care of.
- 4/5
The restaurant was very friendly - good food
- 5/5
Staff was kind and courteous
- 5/5
Clean room great service
- 5/5
Welcoming front desk and clean rooms
- 4/5
The Hotel was very nice. The Hotel bar was great, a little pricey. The outside doors didn’t work with the room keys at night. The staff were great.
- 5/5
The staff were very courteous.
- 5/5
We stop here a few times a year. This Holiday Inn is always clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff here was great!
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, great amenities
- 5/5
Nice, clean modern rooms. Great restaurant/bar.
- 4/5
This breakfast is free at any other hotel and should be free, not like it is a fresh made breakfast 🍳, just the normal breakfast at all other places but they charge you for it?
- 4/5
Room was clean, bed was hard.
- 5/5
We have stayed at this hotel probably 10 times over the last couple of years and it has always been a very nice stay. The customer service all the way to the breakfast buffet is always top notch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay while seeing a game!
- 5/5
We had an amazing experience. Friendly staff and very clean room.
- 3/5
Key cards need to be updated. Had to go to front desk to reactivate it. Hot tub wasn’t hot at all! The main reason why I booked the room after two days of travel. Hotel staff was great!
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
I did not use the hot tub. It was a good stay.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff, but the breakfast was not free. It was $30 a person.
- 5/5
Straight forward and easy.
- 1/5
They was having a convention no place to park. Finally found parking spot a long way from my hotel. Finally got up to my room keys didn’t work. They sent new card keys. Still didn’t work. Finally for a 3rd time we got into our room. Places to eat minimal. Their cafe was closed. They also wanted to charge us 26 dollars for 2 breakfast buffet. Not free. Charge 25 dollars and then 3 days later they put it back on card. Absolutely awful stay. Never again
- 4/5
Yes
- 4/5
Good stay, shower faucet needs work.
- 5/5
Staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was delightful and comfortable. Overall stay was very pleasant.
- 2/5
Staff at check-in. Wasn't coutteous.
- 5/5
Love this hotel each time we come to Knoxville we stay here.
- 3/5
Initial check in was confusing as they informed me that I had only booked one room and I had two under one reservation. There wasn't any complimentary breakfast, in which I thought was.
- 5/5
Room was clean.
- 4/5
Property was acceptable.
- 4/5
Shuttle was amazing!
- 1/5
Underwear found in room and blood on sheets
- 1/5
Went to check in and they tell me they are overbooked. Furious how this happens
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean, great restaurant. Manny in bar is awesome
- 2/5
I only gave it a low rating because it did not have any type of complimentary breakfast.
- 5/5
this place is absolutely amazing.
- 2/5
Staff was busy when we checked in. Not their fault; just too few staff for the number of guests checking in. The "poor" rating is due to way too much noise in the hallways with one other guest shouting obsenities (maybe into his phone). Walls are paper thin. I'll try a different hotel next time I'm in the area.
- 3/5
Breakfast was pretty good. They had a variety of food to pick from. I will never stay here again. I’d rather stay at the Drury inn which is just on the other side of the highway. Some friends of mine invited us to their hot tub at the Drury inn and it was so nice so clean, well kept!
- 3/5
The bed was comfortable, the room was a nice size. The air conditioner was very loud, the hot tub was green and housekeeping opened our door at 8:30am without even knocking or saying housekeeping. There are no do not disturb signs to use.
- 3/5
I don’t recommended.
- 3/5
The hotel was extremely noisy. There were people slamming doors all night long and dogs were barking there all the time
- 4/5
This is a very large hotel. It was pretty crowded but they have a large parking lot. The beds were very firm and not very comfortable.
- 5/5
I loved the basketball and cricket court also the game room for kids.
- 5/5
This property was extremenly clean, well maintained, and a quiet spot for an overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and the location is a short 15 minute drive into downtown Knoxville.
- 1/5
After booking through Expedia. I received a call when I was 5 minutes away that Holiday Inn canceled my reservation because they were booked up and had no rooms.
- 2/5
Stayed on the first floor, it was like being in a basement. Window view was a wall of bushes and multiple stains on the ceiling from water leaking from upstairs room. Won't stay there again.
- 4/5
The reason I didn’t give 5stars is the carpet in our room felt sticky and dirty. They need to shampoo the carpets on a regular basis. Second reason they need more furniture in the rooms another chair and table or something we need a place to sit to put on make up, lol!
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Great experience. The room and hotel were just as advertised. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
FRIENDLY service.

- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
Comfy beds. Nice stay and easy to get to campus.
- 5/5
Patience and Malik were so helpful! I would definitely come back to this location based upon the excellent customer service exhibited by these two young people.
- 5/5
We stay here often, and have never had any issues!
- 4/5
The pool is nice but in need of cleaning and repair. Its nice that it is indoor outdoor.
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 5/5
Staff at front desk and in the cafe were very friendly and accommodating. Lovely lobby and very clean.
- 3/5
We were on the 4th floor. Stayed there for my grandson’s first Vols football game, the hotel is in need of major repairs and upgrades; the room was outdated, lamps and shades were broken and had holes, television didn’t work, the bathroom was in terrible condition, with sealant peeling away from the walls and floor, the ceiling had water damage and shower and walls were also in bad condition. Overall the smell is quite unpleasant once you enter.
- 4/5
Only hotel avail but worked out ok and close to Neyland stadium
- 5/5
Nice place for a quick stay
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable.
- 4/5
An older hotel but clean. Beds were very comfortable.
- 4/5
Clean rooms and nice staff
- 5/5
loved my stay here, wish I could've stayed longer.
- 4/5
We were only here for 2 nights, I am knocking one star off because the room was humid no natter what the temp was at and while one bed was comfy the other bed was hard and not comfortable (had two queens) the pull out sofa wasnt good either our son ended up just sharing a bed with his sister instead, plus the sofa bed it in a completely different room, based off pictures it looked like it was next to the beds. Otherwise decent stay.
- 3/5
Staff were great. Restaurant was nice. Room was clean. But it was very noisy between the refrigerator and air conditioner making all kinds of noise and the people screaming and dogs barking.
- 3/5
Fee for room did not cover breakfast. Overall good stay.
- 4/5
Right off the interstate
- 1/5
Horrible stay. Lasted 10 minutes and saw a cockroach on the sink. The surroundings didn’t look safe either. We left and are still waiting on refund. Hotels.com is helping us with this.

- 5/5
Im happy with my staying, good hotel!
- 2/5
It took 3 rooms to find one that was clean. The first room has large stains on the bed. The second room had hair on the bed and sheets.
- 4/5
Large spacious rooms and loved the full size toiletries. Bed was really comfortable and it was very quiet, did not hear doors slamming from other rooms.
- 5/5
It was fine
- 5/5
Good location with ample free parking. Pool opening hours. Good food
- 5/5
Had a wonderful time in Knoxville
- 5/5
The sweet goth chick at the counter was beautiful and a joy to deal with.
- 5/5
Our bed sank to the center as if a lot of wear and tear. This just tells me it’s a good place to stay with a lot of use. Overall it was a very nice place.
- 3/5
Our room wasn’t cleaned completely. There was some lingering trash items and the room was a bit outdated. There were a few stains on the bedding as well. The hallway was filled with people’s trash and dirty laundry. The pool area had green algae growing.
- 5/5
Very conviently located. Near many good reataurants.
- 1/5
They double dipped, the room was booked thru Lynn Bennett and put on her visa, then they asked for mine for incidentals and charged me 166.65
- 5/5
Quite
- 4/5
We found the bed very hard, the room was a nice size, bathroom was good.
- 5/5
Check in was super easy and staff was really friendly. Love the pool and that it stays open until midnight. Long traveling with the kids they need to burn off energy. Beds were comfy and room was super clean.
- 3/5
Pool was nice, but breakfast was 15 a person.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly at check in. I had booked a ground floor room because my husband is a veteran with back problems but was given a room on the 5th floor. I didn’t complain because there was an elevator. Walking down the hallway to the room all the doors were stained and dented. Our room was clean, however, there were stains all over the couch chair, a few on the sheets and the caulking in the shower where the tile meets the shower floor. Wallpaper was torn in the bathroom and the toilet handle kept sticking. The sink above the mini fridge was crooked due be loose from the counter. The bed was as hard as the floor. There were stains throughout the hotel on the sitting chairs. It is a shame because the room was clean, however it had the feel of a roach motel due to all the stains and things falling apart. I would not have been able to stay more than one night. I feel as if this was once a beautiful hotel and sadly that is no longer the case.
- 4/5
All good.
- 5/5
Had a good experience! No complaints. Clean and affordable.
- 5/5
The room was spacious, had a small couch and the bed was very comfortable. Temperature control was great and the AC worked perfectly! A+
- 4/5
The sheets felt damp due to the air conditioning.
- 4/5
Staff is phenomenal. Location was good. But I got the feeling that people are just coming in off the street and getting in the pool. It was extremely crowded and noisy but none the pool guest stayed in the hotel. Also, a room toilet flooded the entire floor we were on.
- 5/5
Staff went through my belongings and took money and other items out of my room. My room was rummaged! I complained and the staff put back $20 but I felt violated. They didn’t clean properly leaving garage behind. Not happy at all with the stay.
- 3/5
Room wasn’t the cleanest. Limited tv stations without hands on guide. Refrigerator didn’t work. Temperature fluctuated.
- 5/5
Great stay, convenient location and clean comfortable room. The pool and gym facilities were nice and the restaurant bar was also great!
- 4/5
I did not like the fact, they did not have free breakfast. Their prices for breakfast and in their store is too high. I didn't get anything from them.
- 2/5
Once we entered the room there was a cup from the previous stay. My daughter found hair on the towel in bathroom as well.
- 4/5
It was great. Except the bar said it closed at 11 but when we arrived around 10 they had done last call an hour early.
- 2/5
I booked it for my son. I paid for breakfast for 2 but when he went to have breakfast he was told that breakfast was not included. He checked out without breakfast. I called the hotel and spoke to two people then I left a message for the manager to call me back to give me refund but so far nothing happened
- 3/5
Average location.
- 2/5
No parking, ice maker broken, air conditioner made noises all night and no free breakfast, or pool towels.
- 4/5
Room was good clean. Breakfast was very good
- 5/5
Very nice property. Covenient.
- 5/5
Loved the friendliness of the staff
- 5/5
All was good
- 4/5
The property was nice, especially the pool. However, it was incredibly busy up until late at night, especially with children. There were also lots of children’s running up and down the hallways, which was noisy, but the hotel itself was nice.
- 5/5
Great stay, friendly staff

There is a bed bug infestation in Room 323. On June 14, 2025, during our one-night stay, I observed a bed bug crawling toward the headboard where my daughter slept. Given the presence of one bug, it is likely that there are more. April, the front desk supervisor, was understanding and provided accommodations within the available options per the hotel's policy. However, the policy does not provide sufficient compensation for the inconvenience and unexpected costs incurred due to the necessary precautions taken to prevent the bugs from entering our home. Hotels are expected to provide a relaxing experience with minimal effort. Unfortunately, the queen beds were uncomfortable and stiff, and the shower did not drain properly. We only stayed one night, and due to the bed bugs, I will not return to this hotel. The presence of bed bugs in other rooms is likely, and eradication can be challenging. While I understand that hotels can only prevent infestations to a certain extent due to high traffic, regular pest control measures should be implemented as a standard practice to ensure high-quality maintenance.
- 5/5
Had unexpected stay in Knoxville. Was pleased to stay here
- 5/5
Nice place. Comfortable room. Friendly people. Food and Bar where nice
- 5/5
Nice staff but hotel a little dated
- 5/5
Very nice

Very clean, nice staff

In all of my experiences with the Holiday inn franchise, this was probably the worst. I had been traveling back from North Carolina and chose this hotel because of friends who used it locally for their childrens birthday parties and corporate events. We had to get a hotel because our house had burned down 2 weeks prior and we had to relocate to my in-laws until we could get back for insurance claims. I asked to check in around 11 :00 which I know is earlier than check-in time. I explained to the lady that I have been traveling and she said that she would call as soon as a room was available. We were so tired that we ended up getting at the hotel room across the street and crashed. Not once did someone call to help us. By the time we got up it seemed pointless to go check in there even though it had a pool and hot tub who would have probably enjoyed using. I know it doesn't matter and that I've lost my money because it was online but I've never been treated so poorly. I travel all the time and use the Holiday inn and gas City Indiana all the time. I will move longer be using them because of this and how upset I was to have to explain myself to a hotel that I'd already booked in advance. There were people checking out as I was trying to check in but again no phone call. If you would have called then I would have been able to wake up and check into a proper hotel.
- 2/5
condition. It was a computer chair and the vinyl plastic by or whatever it was had been pulled up in places. It was just so disgusting. I pushed it over into the corner where we didn’t have to see it. When we entered the room the floor was very slippery. I told my husband that we should remove our sneakers because we could fall. So I walked around in my socks and when I removed them the bottoms were filthy. I placed a few items on top of the furniture facing the bed and when I attempted to move them they were stuck to the furniture. It was then that realized something sticky was all over that furniture. It was late around 10pm and my husband was exhausted from our drive to the Tri-Cities so we showered and went to sleep. We left the following morning. J
- 3/5
Bathroom was not cleaned under toilet set. Door to room was missing the door hinges which left large gaps around the door. Beds were really comfortable and staff was exceptional. For a quick overnight stay it wasn’t bad!

- 5/5
Very clean and Professional Staff
- 5/5
It’s near restaurants, pharmacy and convenience stores it’s walking distance from the hotel.

Had everything we needed. It is a bit loud being next to the highway, but that's to be expected for the price.

Big novel right near the Interstate. Staff were friendly and room a good size. Downside was a lot of people noise from the corridors so not great room insulation which went on into the early hours of the morning. Good value for money though.

To begin with, the TV in our room was not working; it wouldn't even turn on. I was very disappointed as I had been looking forward to watching the historic first game between the Pacers and Knicks and missed it as a result. Regarding breakfast, I was also left with some confusion. We hadn't selected the "Breakfast for 2" option, and I naturally assumed this meant breakfast for one person would still be included. However, we were told, "Your reservation does not include breakfast." The idea that no breakfast is provided for one person if you don't opt for two felt like either a lack of clarity during booking or a system issue. During checkout, the hotel's system was down, so we were unable to get a receipt at that time. We were told, "If you need one, please call us back later." I can see this being very problematic for guests who require a receipt immediately, such as for business expenses. The building itself, both externally and internally, showed its age. However, the cleaning was done thoroughly, and the cleanliness was a positive point. However, with these various issues, our overall experience was not satisfactory. We hope to see improvements in the future.

Toilet is way too low to the floor for most people but extremely difficult for elderly No hand soap in the dispenser Since that hotel is a convention center it seems that the company would update the rooms I am grateful that my request for a slightly early check-in was honored

Customer service was great, they found us a better room from what we had originally requested. Morning breakfast was very good for a buffet style meal.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. However the bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked. There was hair in the shower floor and a stain that looked like blood on the bathroom wall.

Did not enjoy my stay at all. Room a bit dirty with sticky floors. Beds uncomfortable. Outside noise did affect sleep.

Could have stayed at any other lower priced Hotels with way more accommodations. Hotels should provide TV guides for the rooms.

Very nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Danielle’s restaurant needs to have its own dedicated phone line however as the front desk tried to connect me to them and I got voice mail twice when they were open. Had to walk down to place my order for food. Employee at restaurant said they don’t have voice mail. So who did I leave a message with?? Girl at front desk agreed that they needed their own phone number.
