Location was good The use of plastic and styrofoam for all breakfast utensils and plates is not at all part of the Hilton sustainability goals. The sheets had holes in them. The fan in the bathroom was so loud and broken that it shook the beds in the room. The carpet on the floors were disgusting.

Dumpster under my window was dumped at 3:00 am with truck making repeated loud beeping sounds. Poor insulation between floors making footsteps above loud.

The staff was very helpful, there were a lot of options at the continental breakfast, and the parking lot seemed small but we always found a space.

Very clean, very spacious rooms - the facility is obviously well-cared for. Front desk service was prompt and friendly. The breakfast and coffee are admittedly pretty terrible, but there are plenty of other options around the Turkey Creek area (and Chobani yogurt and basic bagels/toast were available if you want to stick with the hotel.) Parking was plentiful and easy to navigate.

Everything was perfectly clean, check-in was extremely smooth, and the breakfast was surprisingly good.

Staff are friendly. The guests also seemed happy and the atmosphere at the hotel was pleasant. The room was very clean. I loved that it was pet friendly and there are bins outside the hotel to dispose dog waste. The free breakfast is a plus and you get the basics. Only downside was that the pillows were flat. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay and I would do it again!

Dog friendly facility with dog treats in the reception. Hotel is worn with many dirty areas. Beds need to be replaced as they are worn out and very saggy and uncomfortable. Could not change thermostat in the room, uncomfortable freezing room. Breakfast area was not kept up, spilled food and not replenished.

The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The front of the hotel and parking lot had no lights when we arrived that night. The ice machine didn't work. None of the four keys worked. For over $250 per night, we expected more.

The barh towels were a little rough. Not very soft. Other than that a great place too stay.

Fitted sheet didn't fit, 2 sizes too small. Corners of bed were protruding and a safety hazard. TV went out twice. Towels have never seen fabric softener. Couldn't see out the window it was so dirty. Housekeeping was great! Breakfast was marginal. Expected more from a Hilton partner, won't stay again.

Satisfied all of our expectations. Quick check-in and check-out. Comfortable and quiet room. Orange juice at 3/1/2026 breakfast was somewhat watery.

We stayed on New Year's Eve while traveling and were hoping for a quiet night. We were not disappointed! The room was clean, quiet and spacious, and the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Very easy to access from the freeway, but not all the freeway noise we have noticed in some hotels. Excellent value!

Staff was great room was clean and dog area was great! My only complaint is that they placed someone above our room at 1 am who stomped around until 4am!! My daughter nor I got a restful sleep at all and made our 15 hour drive even longer the next day! The hotel was great however someone’s decision to place a person above us they late when the hotel was not that busy is who I ranked this poorly

Very loud guests on 3rd floor after 10:30 PM - was leaving at 5 AM - didn’t want the drama but the staff has no control over inconsiderate people , finally succumbed to need of sleep . Overall greet place convenient to getting dinner . Left before breakfast was served but was able to have a great cup of coffee for the ride home .Would most definitely stay there again

Clean room, comfortable bed. But we asked for daily room service and only got the first 2 days, then a partial (towels and trash) then nothing. We stayed 5 nights. But once we mentioned this, they apologized. Polite staff all around.

I found this hotel to be an excellent choice to stay in while have cataract eye surgery in Knoxville Tennessee! It close to my surgeon office plus it has so many places to eat and shop while such a very close proximity to my eye doctor! It provides my breakfast a nice area to dog walk and the associates that work here are very super nice and friendly! The lady on second shift that checked me in was SO NICE that I chose to come back again and stay for my second surgery!

The room itself felt dated but the lobby area looks newly remodeled and very nice. Comfortable beds. Perfect for a quick stop or business travel.

All the Staff were courteous and helpful! They all had good memories in regard to whether or not I was going to be walking to the Shops another day!

Best check in experience ever

The manager and staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Facility was clean, breakfast was always refilled. Area was near Publix, and various restaurants.

Our biggest complaint is that the room was not clean when we got back in the afternoon, we asked about housekeeping service and they said that their policy is now to clean every other day and that they should’ve told us when we checked in and that it says it on the bathroom wall. It does NOT say it on the bathroom wall and we were not informed when we checked in. We were 3 persons staying in the hotel and there are definitely not enough places to hang towels so they will dry for the next day. I hate damp towels :( My comment nowadays when I travel is that I don’t want to stay at an Airbnb because I’d rather come back to a nice clean hotel room with fresh towels so we were very disappointed. We requested housekeeping every day after that and the request was honored. Other than that, the location for shopping, restaurants etc. was pretty good for our stay in Knoxville.

The front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. I’m glad we’re staying here and will visit again.

It was disappointing to book this hotel for the firepit area as advertised and yet it was closed. The complete lobby was under construction and yet the price of stay was not reduced to reflect same. I believe the firepit could have stayed open in the evening and have somewhere guests could enjoy due to the complete lobby being unavailable.

Even with the construction which was going on while we were there, the hotel was quiet, very comfortable, and clean. It was close to shopping and many options. This was a quick stay for the night as we were traveling to our final destination in Cherokee, NC.

The hotel is in renovations. Saw no mention of that when booking. Room was good, but facilities on main floor mostly out of service.

Propert was under construction and they set up the primary entrance for guest in the rear however the contractor Lso set all there construction storage in the rear and made the loading and unloading of our luggage very difficult and inconvenient

Everything’s under construction, but I didn’t know that leaving into my stay. Couldn’t get to the gym, there were maintenance noises occurring through the night that woke me up regularly, the next room they put me in, had a leaky toilet. They were accommodating and move me around, but I would’ve stayed at a different hotel had I known it was under construction.

The property is having a complete renovation with only one entrance, the rear guess where the dumpsters and containers for the construction are kept in the rear, leaving parking very limited and having to reverse a construction site to get in and out of your room is absolutely ridiculous

Under construction but they are doing a great job keeping it separated. I think the beds are firm but my husband likes them.

This is a nice hotel, close to the interstate and food and shopping. However, the floors and doors are so loud. Between 4:30 and 5:30 this morning I counted 89 times doors and creaky floors made a loud noise, preventing me from going back to sleep! You can hear every step in your own room so I can only imagine everyone else hears it too! The safety bar in the shower is placed exactly where your shoulders are, so it’s very uncomfortable. Otherwise it’s a good hotel.

We stayed there one night for an event in downtown Knoxville. Took us about 15 minutes to get to downtown but the price was worth it. Very clean. Rooms were nice. Looks like it has recently been updated. Breakfast was good.

Amazing beds

Nice hotel in safe quiet area. Not close to highway so traffic noise was not an issue. Breakfast was typical Hampton with various selections. Hotel is currently being renovated but not an issue with construction noise-at least not before 9am

Room 123 needs attention. Stains on carpet and mattress. Also the mattress had a dip on one side. Pillows were terrible and flat. Towels were rough. The room is in need of some much needed upgrades.

The Hampton Suites in Farragut room was very nice and the high ceilings made it feel bigger. The rooms feel safe and are very clean. The to-go breakfast option is a good feature. I left early and used the convenient key drop box. The hotel’s proximity to Starbucks and Einstein bagels was very nice

Property is tried and needs remodeling. Bathroom was dirty—moldy shower and dirty baseboards. Good breakfast.

So tiny a room for four.

We showed up just after noon hoping to get ready for an early wedding. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and was able to get us checked in early so we could get ready. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Only room for improvement is the pillows were lacking substance, but that seems to be the way of all hotels.

Terrible internet service and a very large group of children who were unsupervised and very loud. Hotel staff wanted to be helpful but internet service being out fr a storm from a month ago is unacceptable.

Very dirty room and bathroom, no cleaning service at all to reply and refresh the room, bathroom ceilings were very dirty and the floor had hair from previous guests. Mattresses were just awful!

Staff were very pleasant. Easy access to shopping and highway. My first Joyce is to stay at the Hampton Inn however this property needs significant updating in the rooms. It does not appear to be the same standard.
