Very nice and clean hotel - convenient right off interstate since we were traveling. Offered free bottled water and had a nice lobby area lounge - room to play board games with friends.

We’ve stopped at this location a number of times now on our way to and from son’s college. It’s super pet-friendly. The breakfasted area is a large high-ceiling space. Staff is always super helpful. Highly recommend!

As a Hilton member I used the digital check in to select my room, it was importation to me as someone with claustrophobia. When I go to the hotel it said I had a different room. Instaed of 2nd floor it was 3 rd floor. And it was between rooms. Was suppose to be 224 and it turned into 305. When I talked to the desk in person they said they switched the rooms because there was a large group that wanted to be together and there was nothing that could be done. After driving for 9 hours I did not have the desire to sit and debate as she obviously had already made up her mind and I would not be getting anything else about it. For 191 dollars a night I was definitely disappointed in my Hilton stay. After resigning my self to this issue the people upstairs stomped loudly most of the night. again I need sleep and we slept thru it so we tolerated it. things just did. It go well for this stay and I do t think the front desk cared about it

We had booked a room to sleep five and were given a room with two queen beds and no sofa. I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night.

The property was so nice and clean. Staff was wonderful.

When I checked in the staff was not very warm and friendly, no smile or How are you today. I am a customer service specialist so i have high expectations. Very nice pet area and very clean. Trash was full at pet area

Our room was clean and well stocked. The swimming pool was clean. Breakfast was well stocked, exactly what we expect from Hampton.

The room was clean and quite spacious. The rooms were nicely updated since my previous stay several years ago. I was on the first floor however it surprisingly quiet at all hours. Breakfast was wonderful too. I didn’t have time to enjoy the all of wonderful amenities such as pool but I did go to the gym that morning. I would stay here again!

The Hampton Inn at Knoxville/North I-75 was very comfortable and inviting. Our room was spacious, clean and roomy. The breakfast was great and had a good variety of options. The staff was welcoming and thanked us for our visit.

This is the most customer focused Hampton I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in hundreds of them through the years. Everything in the hotel is focused on providing excellent service. I will stay here every time I travel anywhere near that area or through again.

This is why I choose to stay at Hampton Inn most of the time when we travel, always more than acceptable, nothing special than any other Hampton, but this is why I like it, no unhappy surprises.

This was the best place we’ve stayed in our three days of traveling. Randy at the front desk was wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and his Mickey Mouse watch was a fun detail that made us smile. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having “Welcome, Shannon” displayed on the TV when we entered our room. The only drawback was the heavy traffic in the area; what should have been a five-minute drive often took closer to twenty. Overall, though, our stay was very pleasant and memorable.

After a long 9 hr drive and moving my son into his new apartment I was looking forward to a nice restful evening. The night started great a chilly 68 degrees. At 1:30 am I heard the ac turn off and the thermostat started making a repeating clicking noise. The ac never turned on again and the thermostat noise was very annoying. I didn’t call the front desk to report because I was too tired and didn’t want to be disturbed. I did tell the front desk when I checked out. Otherwise a great hotel when visiting Knoxville

Nice location for what we needed. The room was clean. The pillows need to be firmer. The ceilings are thin. The folks above us let their kid run around until around 11pm or so and was very loud.

Check in was really quick and being able to do it at 3pm was really helpful for us. Everything seems clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was local and easy to work with and understand. There are plenty of dining options within half a mile as well.

The property was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the free breakfast, and that area was very clean and well kept. Upon check in, the woman at the counter seemed a bit 'disinterested', and we even had a hard time hearing her because she was kind of mumbling. But the woman and young man who were manning the front desk the next day were wonderful.

We visit family in Knoxville 2 or 3 times per year, coming from Indiana. We like the location because of easy access to I-75, both to go around Knoxville as well as to return home with little morning traffic on our way out. We always travel with dogs and appreciate the grass, grounds and the small dog park where they can go off-leash.

When I first arrived in my hotel room, the heater was making an incredibly loud noise when it came on. I called to the front desk, and I was told to put my suitcase on it to keep it from making that noise. I did not because I didn’t know how that was gonna help. The noise did get a little bit better.

The hotel charges a flat rate of $18.00 to charge an EV using their level 2 chargers, which is ridiculous and much more expensive than even a Tesla Supercharger. The chargers are not on the ChargePoint network, so I could not see that information until I was already charged the $18.00. I also did not see any signage telling me this fact either. I would not have used the EV charger if I had known. This issue soured my entire experience staying here, and I usually enjoy staying at a Hampton Inn.

I booked the Hampton because I like their beds. This one didn’t have Hampton Typical beds. Disappointing but the stay was ok.

Accommodating! We arrive late. Two customers with tows, one a boat and the other a trailer, took up 7 parking spots between them. We had took park in one of the charging parking spots. Full house!

The property is conveniently located off of I 75. It’s only a 10 minute drive to downtown. The bed was very comfortable and the property was very clean!

It was a nice clean room and the staff was very friendly. However, after a long day on the road I was looking forward to a good night's sleep. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the fan on the HVAC system was extremely load and until I shut it off, it was impossible to sleep. Very disappointing.

The hotel staff was very professional and extremely courteous. The room was clean and we could tell the bathroom had been sanitized. We enjoyed the availability and choice of coffees. The breakfast included a good variety of food and drink choices.

Wonderful stay! We were traveling for a very big concert. The guest staff were all very friendly and accommodating- even given the fact that they were VERY busy. Robyn at the front desk was absolutely amazing. We had questions about early checkin and she made sure that we, along with several others that showed up early had a room ready to go. She maintained so very friendly, professional and patient. Will definitely stay again!
