The night manager was extremely nice. Our air conditioning was not working. He came and checked it and moved us to another room at 9pm, gave us a partial refund and Bonvoy points. He did all he could. Beds were very hard. Terrible!

The rate was like an 8 i think. This hotel was definitely not an 8. It looks run down, and the pictures online make it look fancier than it really is.

The room was nice. It was spacious and clean. The only issue was the noise from the nearby interstate.

hotel area is in a dark, far corner of the lot, other hotels nearby are much brighter and feel safer and more inviting. no free breakfast, overall feels like a much cheaper place.

I had made a mistake with booking and the staff was very polite and got us in without making me feel foolish. Thank you.

Staff was great. I was in a 1 bedroom suite that backed up to the main expressway and the constant truck noise was annoying. I was told all the suites were on the same side of the hotel above each other.

Check was quick and smooth, front desk was super attentive and helpful. Hoteo was clean and family friendly. The bistro was really good and gave kind service.

Needs updating. Was fine for 1 night but really needs some upgrades.

All was good except for the comfort of the bed and pillows. I'm not very picky, but the beds are not comfortable and pillows were minimally useful.

Room 100 - The door latch is broken and insecure. The shower water pressure is extremely low. Hot water in the shower is only Luke warm. It was quiet! Handicap amenities were great. Complimentary coffee was excellent! Front desk people were very friendly and helpful!

There was over inch space along door to hallway. I had to stuff towels in it. No coffee available without paying for it. We were narely in room and still can't get a cup of coffee.Sliding door in room didn't work. Room was basic and everything looked worn and broken. Did not feel safe in the room. Terrible stay. Too many other better hotels to select from in future.

We had to have the hotel staff service the thermostat because we had no heat. But it was clean and they were friendly.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We looked for hotels while driving, and, because we scrolled through many whose prices were comparable, and who also offered breakfast, we somehow missed that this hotel did not provide breakfast. Though we could have purchased breakfast, it was not included. If we had noticed this beforehand, we would most likely have chosen a comparable hotel (there were several similarly priced) that provided this amenity instead.

It was fair. Won’t stay there again though when we come to see family. Could really hear person walking above our room-highway traffic noise-ran out of body wash after less than a full shower-outlets by the bed wouldn’t hold-

The staff at this hotel were very attentive and kind. They had their hands full in the lobby due to all the restaurants closures in the area, but did a great job. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The facility in itself was fine. I went to tell the front desk associate that a lady was smoking a joint out in the parking lot and the smell was hideous and she said was “sorry”.

The stay was awesome but when we checked out my hubby was charged 236.19 and we are still trying to get someone to reverse the charges. The stay was for $114 when we booked. The total should have been $130.00 so we are waiting for this property to refund us the remaining money.

The room was huge and balcony great to sit and relax on.

Only one issue was the place was really loud from I-40. Probably one of the nicer rooms we ever stayed at. We got a king suite on the top floor room 301. The only downside was not much rest. The road noise was loud enough it woke us up a few times. The room is about 25 yards from I-40 and 3rd floor is about even. Would definitely stay again but would request the lower floor and far south side away from I40 interstate.

The lighting in the room was VERY poor. It needed more lights or at least brighter light bulbs.

There was no complementary breakfast. Breakfast was available for prices that seemed very high even for 2024. The were a couple of dying roaches in the bathroom.

The horrible general manager was angry and rude. Did not allow us to eat outside of the pool where there was a grill…. And tables…. Ruined the party

The staff are amazing in all areas! I forgot my birthday gifts and they secured them for me. I will be back again!

Very nice staff

The lady that checked us in was very helpful and super nice and the GM (Nicole) went above and beyond by making me a cup of Starbucks coffee, even though they were already closed, for my birthday. It really started out my morning great!! Nice property and our balcony suite was perfect!

I was disappointed to discover there was no coffee in the lobby. My husband awakens earlier than I do and generally leaves the room for his first cup. Also, connectors for electronic devices were almost nil and inconveniently located. Toiletries included neither makeup wipes nor lotion, which most other hotels provide. All in all, I felt amenities fell short of those provided by similar chains. Based on this experience I do not plan to book at a Courtyard in the future.

Room was extremely hot when we checked in. Air conditioner barely worked. Wasn’t putting out much cold air. Room stayed hot the entire stay. Otherwise, beds are comfy. Staff is friendly. Nice area. Room was clean and spacious.

Close to Grandaughter

Me and my son were in town for concert and decided stay here for the night and we really enjoyed it. Everything was a perfect stay. We will be back if we are ever in town. Staff was super friendly and room was clean and beds very comfortable. We slept wonderful.

Shopping and restaurants nearby, close the the interstate. We would stay here again when in Knoxville.

It was great other than minor problem which was promptly fixed by staff.

Had dinner at hotel first night and food wasn’t hot. As I went to pay cash and they didn’t have cash so I had to pay at font desk. Next morning I had breakfast and ask for hot sauce (none available) so got ketchup. Container was empty they also had no cash. Front desk even though I gave ticket and credit card they charged my room. Last night after midnight a car alarm by my window would go off every hour for full night. I didn’t get much sleep.

This Courtyard is in need of a lot of TLC. Very dated. The staff I encountered was very courteous and friendly. Elevator not working…makes it hard to drag luggage up to the 2nd floor on the steps. Bed was unusually hard and not very comfortable. The bistro restaurant had limited availability of menu items and extremely overpriced. I travel to Knoxville frequently for business and will not be staying at this Courtyard again.

Bugs in the room, elevator was down so hide to climb stairs to 3rd floor with luggage. Wallpaper peeling off the wall. Paint peeling off the ceiling. Dirty shower. Shower faucet hanging off the shower wall.

Trash dumpster was picked up after midnight right under our room. Unbelievable loud noise.

Arrived to find bathroom floor partially flooded. Went to make a cup of cofee and the cofee maker had water in the machine from who knows how long.

One was perfectly comfortable snd clean. The other room AC must’ve not been working because it was extremely muggy and uncomfortable despite AC on.

Air gets cold according to the temp that is set. In general nice, safe place to me.

We had reserved a room for 5 but received a room with 2 queen beds and no fold out couch or trundle. The ac did not work at first and then the bathroom light burned out. The staff were wonderful. Moved us to another room that had everything we needed including a fold out bed.
